The pizza was ok doesnt taste like how it used to the new pan pizza they have is really good tho.. but for a quick dinner you cant beat take and bake if you wanna homemade pizza the best way get a stoned oven from Walmart this will make it taste even better

Ordered a half bbq chicken and garlic chicken pizza and I got more garlic then bbq i have been going to this location for years and no problems except this times and yes I called to let them know what they did wrong and they did offer to to make a new one but it was too hot i wasnt going back cause they could have made it right the first time

Great pizza at a great price. I think this pizza tastes better than most other places. You just have to bake the pizza at home. They also accept EBT SNAP for purchases

Lower the price to about 8 per pizza, then Im ok. To be honest might as well get some supermarket frozen pizza.It wasnt terrible, we ate them, but $65 dls for 3 pizzas? No way. The only reason we got them is because we got confused for papa Johns .

Ingredients were obviously fresh and made a definite difference in the taste of the pizza. We got the pizza that you take home and bake after they have put all the ingredients. We enjoyed the pizza and will eventually return. Lots of parking possible along with a few spaces for handicapped. Please be careful when entering lot as it can be busy with other businesses on site.

I went in to see if I could get the kid special they offer on the app since I was using an EBT card to pay and the site doesnt offer that option they state you must go in store. Since that was the case I figured you could walk in and get the same special but I was told no the man behind the counter would not do it. Wasnt an offer of anything close or to say you could get this pizza size or thin crust or anything like they use to have a $5 special before. He just had the attitude of I dont want to help you in anyway. So I did the best I could and we missed out on an extra pizza. Had he offered any kind of assistance to get me close even if I had to pay just a few bucks more I would have given a 5 star review. Now I wonder if they have the same attitude making the pizzas and if the pizza could have been better. Ill be adding more toppings at some since these pizzas seem thin on toppings. Thanks my friend.

Generally, the place is great but whomever you had working on 4/3 closing has HORRIBLE customer service. Not only did they act offended when I wanted to PAY for extra toppings, but my white sauce pizza was made with red (attitude given when they had fix their own mistake) but I didnt even get my dessert! Additionally, we were pressured as if they were going to close 20 minutes before closing! They dont even cook the pizza! We could also hear them openly complaining about the potential of having to stay 15 minutes late because of a single pizza remake! Again, we are talking between 20-30 minutes before closing. Good food. Reconsider your hiring practices. (Columbus Store)

I miss their old location on Niles, but its worth the extra 1.5 miles to get here. The Cowboy is our favorite, and their gluten free pizza is really good too. And for dessert try the cinnamon wheel...amazing!

My family LOVES getting take n bake pizza from here more than ordering pizza! The fact that we have to pick it up and bake it makes no difference to us because the quality is so good. Every time we go the staff is super friendly and very patient. Theyre usually not crowded, so its pretty quick service. You can call ahead and order too if you want it ready when you get there. But we like to watch them make it and theyre great about customizing anything. On Tuesday you can get any large pizza for $10! Trust me, its a bargain. I highly recommend this place.But if youre ordering for a large group and you need several pizzas it might not be the best option as you can only make 2 at a time and they take over 20 minutes for two to bake. But if its family pizza night, this is the place!

They just do quality pizzas. Always friendly, always communicate well. We love the thin and gluten free crust options. They will also call you for a sanity check if you manage to royally screw up your online order. Owners are a really nice couple as well.

The owner is a kind Christian woman who will let you come into the store without a mask even though they have signs out to the contrary.If an employee has an issue about masks, ask to speak with her and let her know that the person she talked to outside the store said she is a kind Christian woman. Fresh is good and its nice to bake in your house. Many choices of pizzas for different tastes.

This was our first time here at this location, and the workers were rude. Hurrying us asking us if we were ready constantly. We looked at the prices, and it clearly seems as if they are price gauging for product. When the other papa Murphy’s in oildale is 4-5 dollars cheaper. Also they advertise deals, and accept coupons without any excepts.Seems like this business is a family ran business of money hungry owners. Which is a shame.

The signature pizzas are great and the toppings are nice and fresh. The prices are high compared to other pizza places in the surrounding area, especially being that you still have to bake the pie yourself. Salads are also great if youre not in a pizza mood, no baking required. =)

Only thing good is pizza is still great. BUT, same pizza I always get has gone up $4 in 6 weeks. Nothing has changed, just price hike. I can no longer use ANY coupons unless I order at least $25 worth. We are only 2 people. So fk us I guess. No coupons for anyone under 5 people I guess. The online ordering is a fkn joke. What a PITA that is. I go into the store and they have 2 racks, one online orders one call ins. The online rack us always empty. Hmmmm...lets figure that one out huh Stu. I think Im just call anyplace else for delivery. About the same price, a whole lot less hassle.

Called in an order before 7:30pm was told it would be ready in 20mins or so, when arriving was met with an employee that said they were closed and had cancelled our order, even though there was someone in the store paying for their order. When I contacted the store the person that answered was rude and wanted to be silent when asked why their employee did not tell me that I would have to be there before 7:50 pm. When asked why I was not notified that they were cancelling my order I got no response. Unsatisfied with the customer service I received tonight.

Raw pizza!!! Get your raw pizza here! Youre actually better off going to Walmart and spending $5 on a large combo pizza to take and bake. Walmart tastes better anyways. Cheap for pizza because you take it home and cook it. Really good pizza; fresh ingredients. If you dont like it, its likely because you cooked it wrong. I will admit, next day/cold Papa Murphys isnt nearly as good. Not like most places from which you order pizza., not sure why. Even if you reheat it.

Pizza was great, store was immaculately clean despite construction going on in the building right next door, and the staff was helpful and kind. And pizzas are 1/3rd off on Tuesdays, which means I paid $16 for $24 worth of pizza. Well be stopping by again the next time we visit Bakersfield...wish there was one closer to Ridgecrest.

$5 each for the favorite favs. My favorite pizza is their pepperoni that each have like 30 slices per pizza. I freeze mine so the cardboard can be seperated from the crust at which time it goes on the barbie so as to bbq the crust to perfection. They use quality ingredients. I wont recommend their cookie dough so it wont be all my fault when u +1 to ur list of bad habits...
