Papa Murphys used to be good and affordable. Like everything else, theyve gone up. $95 for 4 family size pizzas. 1 cheese, 1 combo, 1 cowboy, 1 chicken mediterranean. Oh well...😳

Food is good but ordering on the website SUCKS!!!!! HOPE THEY MAKE IT MORE USER FRIENDLY SO I DONT HAVE TO CALL AND BOTHER THE STAFF TO TAKE SUCH A SIMPLE ORDER.

We have always had great service at this location. Tonight we ordered our regular pizza and salads. We were shorted on dressing. We did not getextra Canadian bacon, olives. Unfortunately I felt like I was ordering from the Alamo location which needs to be shut down!

Every time I have visited here the staff was always friendly and kind. I love the $12.00 Tuesday special but P.M. is good all the time. PM also has a lot of other great specials too.I really enjoy the thin crust pizza 🍕 as I dont like to waste my carbs on eating a lot of bread. This option lets me enjoy some bread without going overboard.My favorite pizza is the thin crust chicken garlic pizza. That one really makes me feel all warm and happy, every time!I give PM 5 ☆☆☆☆☆!Thank you everyone at Papa Murphys who make the pizza (as well as other things) happen. ♡♡♡

I have to say. I am huge on customer service. I have been known to never go back no matter how much I loved the food due to it. I have not been too enamoured with papa Murphys but then Im not a pizza person. About 4 days ago, I got the chicken,bacon,artichoke special. It was awesome but not awesome as the friendly, professional and attention to detail ccustomer service I received from the Monte vista ave Vacaville ca staff. I will definitely go back OFTEN. thanks guys.

We went to the one on Alamo. While checking the menu for a few minutes the girl asked to take our order. Didnt advise us of any shortage of food products. The manager finally came out to let us know they had NO marinara sauce, NO pepperoni, NO sausage and by then I quit listening. I looked at my wife and at the same time we both said lets go. What really got me, is this guy, supposedly the manager, didnt EVEN bother to explain OR offer a discount for something else, offer a gift certificate, OR ask us to please try us again! Needless, we wont be going back.

Must of the time the service is 5 star and the order is ready within minutes (the main reason we go here), however this time it took over 30 minutes to get our pizzas, and it was 2 normal of the menu pizzas. Watching the delay was because they kept making the pizzas called in first, you would think they would take care of the customers that have paid and are there first, but I guess not. I will be back only because of the pizza.

The white girl with the braided hair was a bit bland and rude while ordering. (she didnt have a name tag on, so I cant identify her any other way). The girls were busy conversing rather than making the pizzas ordered. They stood there gossiping rather than actually working. I love papa Murphys, but I was disappointed with the lack of reasonable customer service here.

Received a text advertising their 10 Tuesday special. Tried ordering online for almost 20 mins before giving up because the price wouldnt reflect their special drove accross town to this store and was told they only had family size for a higher price. Seems like bait and switch to me. You just lost a good customer

Super long wait times and they didnt make my pizza correctly. Shorted me on my extra toppings I paid for.All in all they did give service with a smile and seemed overwhelmed. Still a decent pizza.
