Went to place on order online for 2 calzones and a thin crust chicken bacon artichoke pizza totaling $31.98. Order wouldnt go though so I had to call it in.When I arrived and paid for my items I realized that I was charged $39.98.I asked the manager why I was being charged an $8 difference and he explained that prices differ for online order.I explained to him that my order wouldnt go through online and I would appreciate if he would refund the difference.He told me I could call the help line and express my concerns to them.I said so you really arent going to do anything to make this right?He told me no!I will never return to this location!!!

These guys have the best gluten free pizza in Grass Valley. The garlic chicken bacon artichoke pizza pairs well with the mediterranean salad. It is nice to take it home to bake, eat it hot out of the oven with a side salad and a glass of wine.

Close at your POSTED closing time! Tried to call in an order at 7:30 and was refused because “we’re closing soon” (8PM). So lame. I hope the manager isn’t paying for clean up after 8, because it’s all happening before that.

Great for those nights where you dont feel like cooking but also dont feel like take out. they also accept EBT food stamps which makes it a money saver compared to other take out options. staff is always really friendly and prompt at answering the phones to place an order.

We love their combination crustless pizza. Tonight we ordered one from their manager and I stated several times the combination keto pizza stressing combo! They gave me a meat keto and it was not what I ordered. It was also extremely small for $17.00 plus tip. I phoned and the manager was interupting me and was extremely rude and not pleasant at all. So much for ever eating there again.

Love the Cowboy pizza here! I called the location on McKnight at 7:35 and was told that sorry, theyre cleaning up and can no longer take orders. Hey, I get it. I called this location and Grace answered amd let me know that as long as I arrived before closing at 8:00, she would take it. Thanks, Grace. You saved dinner.

The store is always very clean and not too hot inside. The staff are quick to attend to our needs and are very patient and efficient even though theyre so under staffed! Im very impressed with the collective atmosphere and welcoming staff.

This great review is deserved by the employees and the food they make; tonight they were obviously understaffed and overwhelmed, and several customers were very rude even though the three workers on shift obviously were working as hard as they could and were saying they were so sorry anyone was upset or inconvenienced. It was the kind of thing that can make good employees walk off the job. I hope its a one-time thing and management doesnt that kind of thing happen to them again. I only waited half an hour and my pizza looks great, just like I ordered, so I think some of the angry people were exaggerating their wait time, but it was not a good situation for the workers. I stepped into one bully and told him I wasnt going to let him harass the girl about his pizza order anymore. He had made her cry. Im glad he backed down instead of taking me on; he was just not upset enough to be that foolish I guess. What a scene. I hope the ownership takes note and appreciates how hard their employees struggle to make them look good and make them money. Im sure I couldnt afford my used pickup driving, 1200sq ft renting, city lot living lifestyle on Papa Murphys wages.Heres to the hard working people doing the hard work: cheers!

Pizza is predictable and decent tasting. Ordering online should have been faster and easier, but resulted in erroneous billing charges that the in store manager doesn’t want to deal with on phone. When you arrive in the store to deal with it as instructed, there’s no one there empowered to deal with it. Try online customer service, they said. Just buy a frozen pizza if you want fast and easy or go to a locally owned non-franchise store where people care about taste and customer service.

Love this place! All of the employees are so sweet and kind and welcoming. Also love love their pizza !
