I ordered 3 pizza and even gave a tip before the pizzas was made I told them no tomatoes and white sauce on all but the girl Named Rosa put red sauce on the cheese pizza and the man put tomatoes on one of my pizzas and the girl was very rude and disrespectful. I was watch them make my pizza and I noticed that she grabbed a spatula that was not cleaned and I didnt see her put chicken on the bacon chicken ranch stuffed pizza I said to my daughter that I will have a fit if there is no Chicken on the pizza then Rose started being rude and hateful and very disrespectful. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go to this place as long as this girl works there.

Faced a very rude manager, Christopher had horrible customer service giving snarky comments the whole time and having an attitude while taking the order, he was very rude to his employees as well. He couldn’t have been overwhelmed because there were only two people in line. i hope the employees quit and find a job with better management.

Weve been getting pizza there for many years, and it was always good for a decent price. The last two times weve been there, theyve given us very thin crust with hardly any toppings and have raised the price substantially. We wont be going back.

When a place dont close until 9:00pm why would I not be able to get in an order at 8:30pm then when I called they hung up on me its a hit and miss there depending on who is working that night. I have had great service there and I have also walked out do to the girls rudeness and incompetents trying to make a pizza.

The girl behind the counter was rude saying they only had thin crust. That was because they had pizzas already pre made and didn’t want to make it fresh. The pizza was cold f on the refrigerator which was so tuff it was terrible. That’s it this place has gotten bad.

The last time we ordered it was delicious!!! A gentleman made our pizzas and it was perfect. Sadly today we ordered our pizza a few moments ago nov 5 around 245pm and it’s not made well at all. Hope it tastes good but they really need to train all their staff on how to make a pizza! If a customer wants something give it to them if that’s what they paid for. Listen to your customers! Also the lady seemed like she did not know what she was doing. I’m definitely disappointed!11-21-21 around 4:45pmSo we ordered again and unfortunately my husband went and got the same lady. She really needs some help on customer service and how to make pizzas. The dough was OLD and definitely didn’t make it how it should have been made. I will be calling the owner/manager and Corporate. 1 time screw up ok fine but if you are going to have people like that working there you will end up getting shut down.

These pizzas is bland and flavorless. I dont see what the big deal is. You get a premade pizza thats not even cooked to take home and put in your oven taking up even more time. Thats what I get at the grocery store at a cheaper price. The customers here are the worst might I add. The parking is non existent, your car doors will get hit just parking and they drive at speeds over 15 mph in the parking lot. Theyre usually giant sized trucks that cant park here anyways because their trucks are way too big and end up getting scratched and hit by other vehicles. Thats their fault though, because nobody in this area cares. This place actually counts every single topping for your pizza so consider yourself cut short. Its mainly for people who dont know what a grocery store bought pizza is and like creating a pizza to their liking. If thats you, then this place is perfect for you. I gave it 3 stars because its not that bad. I just wish there were some flavor to it and they didnt skimp on the toppings. If you dont mind your truck getting hit or dinged, then by all means give it a shot. Its a good place to create your own pizza and all you have to do is pop it into your oven.

Its ok for people who like to put a pizza in the oven and customize it to their liking, but isnt that the same thing as any other pizza place? I prefer my pizza crust with flavor and delivered ready to eat so I opt out of this place. The dough is bland and compares to that of a frozen pizza youd buy at the grocery store. Not sure what the concept is here, but apparently some people like it. If youre willing to wait for a pizza thats not cooked but enjoy baking it yourself, then I guess youll like this place. The parking lot is a nightmare so be prepared to wait for a parking spot as well.

I buy salads often from Papa Murphys. This location is by far the worst ive been to I like almost all Papa Murphys. The salads are old exchanging sell by tags on food old welted lettuce old nasty tomatoes bad discolored bacon. This isnt a once thing i used to buy salad 3 times a week and normally 2 salads i moved back to Manteca and instantly noticed the difference from other locations in the 50 mile radius this place is the worst any where around.

I have always liked that Papa Murphys uses really fresh, good quality ingredients. This is what pizza would taste like if I wasnt too lazy to make my own at home. Luckily, they do the heavy lifting for me. I also appreciate that they run a lot of specials online, and also make ordering online a breeze.

Ive been going to this location since the Lathrop one closed (why?!?) and while it gets the job done, its really not convenient. Its in a really busy shopping center, so parking is difficult. They arent the most friendly bunch, and the orders dont seem to be done in the time estimated. I asked an employee about the difference between two different breadstick options and all he pointed out were the obvious quantity and thickness. 🤦 Are they not flavored differently?!The food quality does seem on par, so that is appreciated! I go here when I need to, but I guess Ill be letting others bake for me now.

Usually we have a great experience. Thought we would try the Keto cowboy and keto chicken artichoke. Very disappointed with price and the cowboy keto. The cowboy was missing 2 ingredients pepperoni and mushrooms. Says it feeds 6, no way at all. Went later that night to tell them I think they overcharged me and no I was mistaken and told them the quality of my items. I didnt want a discount or anthing just wanted them to know the quality and maybe let me know if my items were made wrong for next time. I dont want anthing for nothing but I wanted to show them so they can train correctly but I felt and was treated like I was trying to get something free.

A classic from my childhood, Papa Murphys pizza is very good, the ingredients all seem fresh, and if you dont like how its cooked, you messed up, because youre the one that cooks it. Some may think its lazy, that you have to cook it yourself, but that way, you can cook it as well as you want. Want it soft? Cook it for less time. Want it crispy? Cook it for longer. Great place, 9/10, beat only by Milans.Personal Recommendation: Combination. Its got a little bit of everything, to cater to all tastes. Cook it right, and the taste is (almost) unbeatable.

I went a few weeks on Saturday evening my grandsons wanted the personal pizzas we were told they ran out of dough? I wanted a smores pizza and again theyre wasnt enough made. I felt sorry for the guy working, he was very polite and this was dumped with him to deal with. Poor management.

I like the pizza but Ive been to this location twice and not times I recieved the wrong pizza. I always called ahead so Id get all the way home before I realized they had messed up. I call in and they dont offer no coupon or to correct my order at a later time. They just say ok drive all the way back to our store right now with your 4 starving kids or you lose out. Btw we wont be paying for your gas either. Smh this last time I ordered a delight and a cowboy. Instead I got a pepperoni. Didnt notice because the delight was on top. I just decided Id rather not ever go back!

The gal at the counter was rude. I asked for bread sticks with ranch and she lied and told me they stopped giving out Ranch two years ago when they changed managers. Ummmm, no lady, were here at least once a month and we ALWAYS get ranch with bread sticks. I then asked for packets of ranch (like weve been given before if they didnt have any cups of ranch ready) and she says thatll be a dollar. Nope! She was rude and looked annoyed the second we walked in. Did we complain!? Of course my husband did. And she just laughed.

If any of you people got a problem ask for the manager how hard is that people its called having common sense seriouslyThe very best pizza chain here in Manteca you take & bake at 420 degrees better then papa Murphys and dominos pizza & pizza hut etc.There pizza is nice & healthy & not as greasy as the other style pizza joints here in Manteca. Ive actually lost weight from eating here unlike at the other style pizza chains where they fatting you up with greasy pizza & over cooked or under cooked pizza like at pizza hut or dominos pizza chain.

The first step toward a place going out of business is when their product starts out excellent and then starts to fade to poorly made pizzas. Regular crust becomes thin crust with fewer toppings. I guess You get what you pay for.
