2023-06-16 03:54:59Decided to try the new calzones. I ordered plenty of time before they closed. One calzone looks incredible. One looks like...I mean really? I didnt notice because they placed the good looking one on top. By the time I got home and saw they had just closed. Im really disappointed.

2023-08-20 03:35:08I called and asked the employee that worked there if they closed at 8:30 cause that’s the time they have displayed on google. The guy said yes so I placed an order. I get there at 8:20 to pick it up and it’s closed. Cause on the door they said it closes at 8 everyday. I’m usually pretty calm and I understand mistakes can happen. But seriously you don’t know when you’re clocking out for the day. Like if I knew they closed earlier I would have went to another store cause I wasn’t available before 8 to pick it up. But now I come here after it closes and realize I can’t go to any other one.

2023-09-06 03:18:32Since when does this location close 20 minutes early? I am so disappointed to have driven out this far just for them to close early. The employee behind the counter was in his phone while the other employee mopped the floor. When asked if they were still open because it was odd, the employee mopping wasnt aware they were closing early. Please post new hours or put on website close 20 minutes early before closing time. Thanks.

2023-05-07 01:03:13Worst experience. Placed an order for pick up at 2pm, walked in 245pm and the order was not even found. Then they informed me that the app doesnt print out orders. Okay, fine thats frustrating(they either need to block the app use for their store or check theyre app orders). They say ten mins for a cheese pizza and cinnamon wheel?..I walked a back in ten minutes later to 3 fully loaded pizzas definitely not what I ordered. I ask again where is my order then they try to say well we didnt get it. Nope I showed them the screen shot I took of the order confirmation that I already paid for. There are no apologies just excuses and well it is what it is, we cant help that. I call bull and that they cant, they chose not to. Then they hand my cheese pizza and I get it home to bake and its thin crust. Not what we ordered. All i wanted was what I paid for. Absolutely ridiculous experience. 🙄

2019-11-08 18:54:18Went there to pick up 3 pizzas for Halloween, for my kids prior to trick-or-treating. Ordered the pizza at around 2PM and got there around 3:30 for my 4PM pickup time. The line was about 45 people long at this point, and they had created two lines: 1 for pre-paid online orders and 1 line for walk-ins. Surely this would speed things up? No, this was a way to hold pre-paid customers captive and capitalize on walk in traffic. By the time I got in the doors (4:50) people had left the line and walked in, made an order and walked out with a pizza 10s of times. I get it the door (along with many others in front of me) and am told they cant find my pizzas. No answers when I asked them what they were going to do to get me my pizzas. No management (Im hoping, otherwise it was the best example of mismanagement Ive ever seen), no order of operations, no tact... As icing on the cake, my pizzas were wrong. I was so done with the joke of a process at that point I took them anyway. Finally walked out with pizzas in hand at 5:15.TLDR: I made a mistake and figured ordering Papa Murphys would save me a few dollars and some time. Instead ended up standing outside for almost 2 hours, angry. Will order take and bake from Old Town Pizza in the future.

2023-01-25 00:15:28A young girl had to remake my pizza because she put pepperoni on that I didnt order and then for some reason and some artichoke and green onions I didnt order as well. Hardly any mushrooms and black Olives that I did order. While I was for waiting for my remake, two customers came for their online orders that were wrong. She either cant read or doesnt know the ingredients. She also was nonstop taking to another employee and you could tell she wasnt paying attention to what she was doing. First time I have gone there and had this experience. May be my last.

2022-04-16 19:52:46I ordered my pizza online. It took them around 45 minutes to make my pizza. And that was not because they were busy. I arrived shortly after ordering and witnessed the crew as they were mostly talking to each other like they were hanging out not at work. It was the slowest service I have ever received from a Papa Murphy’s at any of the locations that I have been too. They were friendly, but seemed more interested with socializing with each other than actually making pizzas. All I ordered was a cheese pizza and cheesy bread.

2019-11-12 16:04:10Just want to clarify that service was 5 stars! The 2 employees there yesterday were friendly and gave great customer service even though they were slammed. Thank you!The rating is based off the price, and quality of the pizza. For pizzas with up to 5 toppings its a good price, but it seems like more of a quantity over quality type thing here. We’re new to the area and decided to try it after my husband realized there was on here, he had previously had Papa Murphy’s overseas and in Arkansas I believe. I just think for the price you’re paying the pizza is just ok. We’ll probably have it again, but maybe a once a year type thing. Glad we tried it though.

2021-08-27 23:27:20Pizza is good but the worker were rude to me when I picked up my pizza. I ordered online, when I went in to pickup my order, I went to the cashier. I told him my name and another young employee looked at me and just pointed to the corner where the online orders are available for pick up, like I’m supposed to know? I’m from out of state and never been in this papa Murphy’s before. The employees have zero social skills, I guess that’s what minimum wage high schoolers are nowadays
