Love theyre Tuesday deals 🤩, but lately its a hit and miss about the quality of the pizzas, depends on if the owner is there or not!

We were given the wrong pizza by mistake, and Jameson the owner was so kind and accommodating he replaced our original order out of pocket and allowed us to keep the mistake pizza as a bonus. His lighthearted approach to professional accountability was deeply appreciated, plus the food was bomb!

I ordered a gluten free pizza, because I have celiac disease. When I got home I was eating with family and eating my pizza. While eating I thought something was off, and I was right the pizza wasn’t gluten free I call back to tell them, pretty much get a “there’s nothing I can do” attitude the whole time. Thanks a lot, and of course didn’t get the receipt.

I have always had good luck with them, until yesterday July 25 2021. Using there app I placed an order, and a friend picked it up for me, as I was still at work. But they did not give him the salad that was on the order. So I call to have them take the price off of my cried card, but the person said they could not do it and it was not his problem I should know what I was picking up and if I came back they would give it to me but was not going to drive 28 miles round trip, and they would not take it off of my card very rude. Said they would have the Manager call which has not happened

If I can give negative 5 stars I would. 1st lady to answer the phone was very rude.. I called back to add another topping to the pizza and the 2nd lady that answered the phone barely spoke English, and started to speak to me in Spanish. Im not Hispanic and I dont speak Spanish. I asked to speak to another person to help me, she got upset and hung up on me. I called back 15 min later and another lady answered and told me the other lady doesnt speak English and I should learn how to speak Spanish. Im sorry, we live I. California, maybe you should learn how to speak English.

I am writing this as I sit in the store an hour after I made my online order. I stand in here with 4 employees who lost my order. I am not happy at all. Fort bragg is a small town it sucks I cant order a pizza and pick it up when it is supposed to be ready. Crazy....

I don’t think I have ever had an issue at this Papa Murphy’s. The staff are all really nice and they are patient when I want to try new things.
