When specifically asking for LIGHT RED SAUSE….. I don’t want to bit into a 5 gallon bucket of sauce… if light sauce means it stills poors out of your mouth then that’s not “light sauce”

While its not authentic Italian/American pizza, I like that I know that the veggies and other toppings are fresh. They also have great salads and little kits for kids so that they can build their own pizzas. The prices are terrific and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

I usually have a great experience here and they have never let me down until recently. Lately our local Papa Murphys has started to slip. First they made our pizza wrong, then gave us someone elses pizza but tonight we ordered our normal cowboy pizza on regular crust. We unwrapped and popped it in the oven per usual. But we took it out only to discover the crust was thin and Im talking paper thin. Thin crust would have been fine but this is beyond that. Really, really disappointed.

Frequently get expired dough that is grainy and does not rise. I worked here 20 years ago, so I know what expired dough looks and tasted like. The workers don’t weigh or measure the ingredients, so pizzas are super inconsistent. Today I went in and the cashier was holding her phone and watching the Super Bowl while she was ringing me up. Super disappointed with Napa papa Murphys. It was much better with the old owners.

Well, we are now ordering our pizza from the American canyon store. Napa store was not online(no one knew why) and would not honor the online corporate special. They became rude and beligerant. Horrible customer relations.

Ordered online for pickup and arrived 30 minutes early due to getting off work early!Arrived and they didnt have an order under my name?The ppl behind the counter were soon nice and understanding!Showed them my confirmation email and it was made in less than 15 minutes. thank you to the two that helped me tonight!

I’ve always loved Papa Murphy’s when you have a group to feed or quick filling dinner it’s the spot. Service is not always the greatest and today was no exception. Sweet employee tried to check me out after coming to pick up my phone order. She asked the owner for help applying my coupon. After she did the total was still a little high so I inquired as to the amount per pizza. I explained that I had ordered two of the pizzas because they were on special. The owner intervened and stated that it was a promotion so I could not have the special and the coupon . I have come in to pick up a special and another pizza using a coupon in the past but I would have been more understanding had the owner been a little more gracious. Honestly the additional discount was only a couple of dollars and he could have just waived it and explained NICELY which would have been the appropriate customer service but instead was huffy short and begrudgingly gave me an additional dollar off and walked away . I’m only leaving this review in hopes he’ll listen . A little kindness and patience makes a lifelong customer handling misunderstandings appropriately is the mark of a good businessman. After the hundreds of dollars I’ve spent here year after year I’m honestly put off of this place and all over a few dollars .

We called 5 min before closing and they took our order, we told them we were on our way and would be there before they closed. When we got there we saw there was a special for Tuesdays and added to our order, the two people working were very nice and made our order with smiles!!! The pizzas were great!!!

Last week they failed to put any meat on the Fritos pizza. When I arrived to pick up, I had to holler “hello” three times…finally, someone came out and glared at me. Two minutes later, someone gave me the defective order. This week, a request for double pepperoni resulted in zero pepperoni. I’m a local and will NOT be returning to this location for our weekly pizza.
