Second pizza in a row with missing ingredients and very sloppy distribution of ingredients. The first one had ingredients we did not ask for and it was 2 sided but ingredients overlapped one side to the other. We almost threw it away but instead spent 10 minutes rearranging it to be satisfactory.We will not go back .Previous pizzas were so much better. Most disappointing

Just got home with my $17 pizza and its a mess. Three yelling teenagers barely working. I sat for 5 minutes before they even started making it with no others being made. Counters were a mess and looked like there was a food fight. Nobody cleaning up with three employees on their phones. Lastly, as they were wrapping the pizza, they forgot an ingredient until I pointed it out.

Although the web site stated the location was open, IT WAS NOT. Locked up tighter than a drum. So needless to say didnt get pizza for dinner tonight. Not impressed for sure.

Good tasting quality food at a decent price. If you use their app and sign up for rewards the prices get even better with free food, $off etc.

Best pizza makers in West County. Sean may be gone, but the gals who have taken over do the same quality of friendly service and pie building as he did. What not to like. They build it to your liking, you bake it. You cant get it any fresher. Not to mention greatest value for pizza in all of America. Thank you all. Your 🍕🍕, its the💣!

I love Papa Murphys. Best pizza in America. Fresh and not to mention, fresh from your oven. Done just the way you like it. Its budget friendly too. The staff here are the nicest. From the Manger to his employees. They truly care about want doing. Thank you guys and gals. I was going to add a pic but we ate it.

Website order, picked up pizza with crust torn in places, missing in others and not even to the first rim of the cardboard bottom. When pointing this out to the employee the response was sorry its a thin crust and we dont pull it to the edges.The soda we purchased on the previous visit was expired. Explained that too and the response well have to check them better .Overall the pizza is great, help is good, but customer service is lacking.Recommend if you chose to buy anything here, be sure to check it carefully for expiration and dont pre-order so you can watch your order being made.

Love the pizza but we have ordered the hand made bread a couple of times recently and they substitute for the bread made in the shape of the pizza. We dont like that kind. It shouldnt be available on the online menu if they dont have it. Tried to call to get it fixed and the employee was rude and short and hung up before we were done talking. Tried to call back and it rang forever. Tried again and they finally answered and his response was call me back I have customers and he hung up. Really, what am I? I think Im a customer too. Obviously needs some training on customer service.

Pizza wasnt even started when I showed up at the pick up time. Not busy just a bunch of kids messing around. All I got was a cheese pizza. Should not take an hour.
