Pizza is always good but the wait time is awful. I ordered 30 minutes in advance and still had to wait 15 minutes for them to make the pizzas. The store only had one costemer inside when I walked up. The service speed is unaccessible.

Before i posted this review, i made sure to call them so at least they can resolve this issue at their end but the lady i spoke with just told me that they cant do anything about it. i ordered stuffed pizza and a salad, the pizza was poorly made. and the salad, please refer to the picture.

Triple pepperoni pizza is usually good. Tonight I ordered 2 of them. The girl behind the counter soldMy other pizza to another person.Wanted me to wait to remake a new one. Im sorry thats NOT right. The dough tasted old.

They make very good and fresh pizza that you bake yourself. It usually takes less than 10 minutes for them to make it. Once you take it home follow the simple instructions, use the included pizza tray, and place a little lower than the center of the over to cook the bottom faster than the top. The time is about 18 minutes to cook fully.

You never want to get a pizza here.Looks like this is a desi owned pizza chainBut the standards are so poor. Tracy doesn’t have many good restaurants unfortunately.We were expecting it to be healthy & tastyBut the veggie pizza was so awful and too much salt and bitter to taste. May be they are using old stock kept in the freezer for too long. Was very very disappointed with the awful pizza.

3rd time Ive tried to order online and have ready. Each time they wait until I get there. Today I waited again while they made the Infront of me. The mgr/owner didnt offer any explanation, nor did he offer an apology or concern. I tried to complete the survey while I was there and it said no longer available. Ive tried to use my rewards online not available at that location. This is the sorriest excuse of a franchise, and horrible service. Will not spend my money there.

Its not a bad place for what it is. The pizza is pretty tasty for being a take and bake place and the toppings are never skimpy here. Too bad they took out that large for $10 deal but otherwise its decent pizza or a good price. Easy dinner when I dont feel like cooking or blowing a grip of money on pizza

I ordered a stuffed pizza modified no onions no tomatoes add bell peppers and sausage. I took it home baked it and it is super salty. I called and the clerk called his boss and said they will not make another one as they do not use salt. Well something went wrong its suuuper salty. I think its the dough. He said I didnt make the pizza soooo. I just wanted pizza. So much for the return here. Then he couldnt give me his bosses name, said he wasnt allowed to. Actually yes first name last initial. Obviously they are doing something wrong. I though I was a good customer but I guess Im just another dollar in the register. Thats sad

I would have gave it a five but if I ask for original crust That’s what I should be expecting when baking it. It ended up being a thin crust. Please make sure you reading correctly the orders
