Its take and bake pizza, not much to say about the place. It is a decent deal for the money though as long as your willing to bake it at home. I would suggest letting your oven preheat and if you have one a pizza stone so you get a crispy crust on the bottom. Let it preheat for a good 20 minutes

On Friday 4/28 ordered The Works large. Got home it had only sausage and no ham or pepperoni. Never order again. No trust. They are just saving on costs here.

Calzones super SUCK. The dough is VERY thin, too greasy, and minimal ingredients. SO Disappointing- was looking forward to a nice soft bread crust like their stuffed pizzas, but no, it is like beyond super thin, and added some kind of oil brushed on the inside. Called the store to talk to the manager, he started off with “we have been making calzones all day”…not the right approach for me to be sure.

Kudos to Victor and his crew at Papa Murphys Folsom! Been a Papa Murphys customer, all over the state, for almost 30 years now because Papa Murphys has always been my favorite place to go to get quality good tasting pizza for a reasonable price and I would have to say this location in Folsom is the best! Very friendly and helpful stuff, fresh looking ingredients like they had just been washed and prepped about 30 seconds ago while the store is absolutely spotless including the front windows! So if you like Papa Murphys or want to check Papa Murphys for the first time I would highly recommend this one here in Folsom.

I have used this business for many years and Ive never been disappointed. You know exactly what youre going to get. The pizzas are of good size and good quality with fresh-looking ingredients. The employees work their patooties off, yet remain friendly and helpful. I appreciate the ability to order online, pay, and then just pick up my pizzas without waiting in line! 👍

Staff & manager are always very pleasant. The pizza is always made well & quickly. Also, my son cannot eat cheese so they always make it a point to make sure no cheese gets on his pizza. I appreciate the welcoming team, the attention to details & great pizza! Thanks.

Papa Murphys is great! Their pizzas are fresh and they have a good variety of menu items. Their Chicago Style Pizza is the best. This location is always clean and the staff are very friendly.

I have been getting pizzas from here for a few years now. They usually make your pizza within 5 minutes with good ingredients (and generous amounts). I call in the order and drive to the store a minute later, the pizza is waiting for me. All I have to do is pay at the register. I almost always use a coupon which I get plenty of in the mail. Theyve always accepted the coupons as well. Ive noticed a lot of the employees are high school students, which is great that theyre getting the opportunity to gain work experience and make some extra money. I remember when this place opened in the early aughts (00s), theres a reason theyre still around and in the same location.

Ordered on Halloween at 11:45AM. Went to pick it up at 4:30PM and it still wasnt ready. What are the employees doing all day long? People were coming in, ordering and picking up their pizza when I ordered 6 hours in advance. They offered a free side and free pizza next time I go but they ruined my Halloween and caused me to miss the football game. Will be getting my free pizza next time and a full refund or Ill have my credit card company do a charge back. I dont care if you have 200 pizzas that you have to make, that is not my problem. I dont hear their excuses, If someone orders 6 hours early, the pizza should be ready all it was was a pepperoni pizza. Definitely not coming back to this location only when I am picking up my free item. Will be going to the location in greenback even though I live down the street from this one.Was contacted by a corporate person who offered to give me a full refund 3 months ago but have yet to receive one. They also refused to accept my free pizza coupon that came with my botched Jack o lantern order from Halloween recently. Why add coupons if you dont want to honor them? Im going to to the El Dorado Hills location from now on IF I choose to do business with this company again and drive further instead of giving this location business. Papa Johns Jack o lantern from now on every Halloween. Ill also be contacting American Express for the charge back and provide the corporate email promising a refund.
