Complete waste of money. Papa murphys is supposed to be fresh. My boyfriend and I both worked in pizza parlors, papa Murphys being the place he worked so let me tell you, we know bad dough when we see it. Didn’t rise and fell apart even after a few extra minutes of the amount of time it’s supposed to cook. Completely disgusted and they wouldn’t even pick up the phone to make it right. Needless to say, we won’t be going back to papa murphys in Crescent City.

Ok, the pizzas are great but I expect to get what I order and pay for. Tonight is the 2nd time in a week that I have ordered and paid for a family size stuffed pizza and gotten a 14 in large. I took a picture of the first one and now the 2nd.My advice, look at what they are handing you and make sure its what you ordered and paid for.

They Never Ever Answer Their Phones. Then you show up they say 40 minutes. So why cant i order by phone. Last time we ordered it was not not the order we ordered. The pizza was supposed to be withOut bacon and they put Bacon on it. Lucky i guess i did Not have to go to Hospital due to Anaphylactic shock!!! Called back no answer ! Hate this place they keep getting it wrong everytime. This was the very last time i will go there ever!! This papa Murphys does not care. Need new Franchise owner that knows Service is the back bone to keeping their customers.

Ordered on the app sat out front 35 minutes Later I go in they still haven’t made my pizza I go back outside stand out there for a while come back in they still haven’t made my pizza I get my pizza home no bacon no tomatoes nothing that’s typically on the pizza that I ordered. It wasn’t bad it just wasn’t what I ordered. The first time I walk in the girl says it’ll be just a minute I’m OK with that go out hang out for a while come back in when I come back in she looks at me like something she scraped off of a shoe.

First time there, I ordered two pizzas . Neither one of them was made correctly . Mine was the garlic chicken with no chicken add pepperoni and sausage ( it only had pepperoni) and my sons was supposed to be a dairy free pepperoni pizza add sausage bell pepper and pineapple. They didn’t make it so when I went to pick it up I had to ask a confused staff behind the counter where my order was . They then informed me they don’t have dairy free cheese . So I asked they make it without cheese . When we got it it didn’t have pepperoni either . They also had to make our s’mores . So we stood there for 15 minutes and still got two incorrect pizzas . We had ordered hours before. Not impressed . The one person on the phone was supposed to be talking to the customers . The rest were busy and that guy was on the phone . Not well run. The food wasn’t bad, but sheesh and oh I am pretty sure I paid about 7 bucks to much

This place has went down hill. Pizza is never made how its supposed to be and most of the employees are really rude and just dont care. Its not like it used to be thats for sure! My replacement pizza was wrong with no mushrooms and no cheese blend on top as a matter of fact I havent got the H$C on my last cowboy pizzas.

Friday hours says it’s open until nine. We showed up at 8:46 in the hopes that they would make us a quick pizza, and they were locked up and cleaning. Guy inside rudely yells thru the glass that they stop taking orders at 830. I respond “your hours say you’re open until til 9”. He waves his hand at us and says “sorry”.If your hours say you are open until NINE I expect to be able to come in until NINE to place an order. Plain and simple!!

I think this Papa Murphys needs new management. The counter persons are surly, they keep getting our order wrong, the crust is always slopped to one side of the pan and drooping off the other side. We ordered gourmet garlic on one half and gourmet veggie on the other. When we got the pizza home, it has chicken all over it. We request no onions and get home with a pizza with onions all over it. We order the same kind of pizza every Tuesday. You would think they could get it right now and then. If this happens once in awhile, I would think it was personel. Since it happens almost every time, I think it is management!! The ppl making the pizzas are not taking pride in their work. That is management failure. Pizza Hut went out of business here in CC. The only other pizza place is Little Cesars. You would think this would be a time for Papa Murphys to shine. So far, that is not what is happening.

Pizza is great ! I always stop by when I come into town ! I have never experienced such a disrespectful person. The blonde woman working already was super rude . I Was being patient she grabbed my money from my hand very rudely, and I asked her is she’s okay ? She goes off by saying she’s the only one working, and went on … I said no you started off with an attitude, and be respectful to your customers . She said no she was being nice the whole time . This used to be my favorite take out. As of last night you lost my business. I called and placed an order which would be 30 minutes. I went after 30 minutes and took 15 minutes to get in and told your pizza will be ready in 15 min. That wouldnt have bothered me except someone was placing an order and told her the same thing. They are allowing 5 people in the store settings at about 2 feet apart from others. Sorry they do have others who have take out. You lost my business

I understand its super bowl but I did call in my order early one of my pizzas were missing when I got there I was treated so bad and talk to so disrespectfully and then told that I was being disrespectful even though I just asked if they would prepare it for me asap Ive never been talked to like take the pizza or dont the manager also was very rude along with his employees! Costumer service sucked I walked out crying as an hour before that I heard a friend had died! The staff is not the brightest by any means. Ordering to a special needs person would be easier and they would understand better. The staff is very rude and dumb besides the girl. Im not from this town and didnt know the pizza wasnt gonna be cooked. They also dont do refunds. Honestly this place needs new people.

Ive had nothing but good experiences with this location, so Im sorry for anyone who hasnt. Ive ordered by phone and through the website and my orders have always been on time and are made just right, even with lots of customization. Friendly staff and good coupon deals all the time. They even know how to make some of the old recipes that were discontinued.

I am a local... Seems over the last year at least, the staff has been having a turn over that has lead to the kids that are left are genneraly unpleasant and argumentive! The customer service training has went down hill! The staff that was professional seemed to of be annoyed by kids coming in so they didnt stick around! This is too bad for the buisness in there obviose lack in caring about the healthy work enviroment for the healthy workers!!! Now this community has to put up with kids that are disrespectfully addressing any complaints customers have! Seems the owners are taking advantage of the brand name and product, not caring to properly Train or get rid of bad apples ... Knowing the pizza is great ... Also knowing this is a small community that doesnt have another take & bake around, to go to instead! Hope if owners read reviews, maybe our small community will get the customer service we diserve.

I ordered a Magnifico pizza that was supposed to have mushrooms, onion, pepperoni and sausage. When I got home I noticed that it only had pepperoni and sausage on it. I called and was told that theres nothing they can do to correct it since it had already been baked. I went to take it back and the manager was there and was so nice. He apologized and they made another pizza that was awesome.........

Called in an order for 2 pizzas. They said it would ready in 45 minutes. Called in 50 minutes to see if ready. Not ready, was told it would be another hour but if I came in a paid it might be ready in 30 minutes. I cancelled the order. This is not a first time. Several weeks ago I called in an order was told it would be ready in about 40 minutes, went there and it was not even started. Took an hour of sitting there waiting and I was not the only one who had to wait after calling in an order!!!!! Not going there again.

Quick easy access and cooking, clean and well light, polite staff and they are friendly and clean, too...and the pies taste good, i am no gourmand, but these are pretty good pies, sometime on the unstuffed pies the nmay get a little dry, but for the majority of the time they are darn good and they are huge...the stuffed pie, my fav, are big and deep and weigh about 5 lbs, so there is always something left over for those who come into my house late at night and eat all the good left overs...must be werepigs

Its so sad that an employer can keep employees every time I go in almost every employee is new. Almost every order is made wrong nobody has any experience to make it right. Usually this is cause by management or low pay or too much pressure or all thee above its so sad that the best pizza shop in town sucks cause cant make an order right or forget all about it all together
