I go out of the way to go to the location on cypress. We a took a chance today hoping things might have have improved...it hasnt. Our pizza is always lacking ingredientsor are wrong at Lake Blvd location. Today they charged us extra for asking for white sauce instead of red sauce for our mini murphy. Then had to waited half and hour for the pizza when there was no one else there. The customer service is really pretty.... This is the worst Papa murphys location. If you can go some where else or go across the street little Caesar

Gotta say Papa Murphys really bummed me out today. I had a big dinner and diet cheat day planned. I ordered online and had my dad pick up my order since he was in town. They didnt give him a receipt and 3 of the 5 items I ordered were missing. When I called there was no apology, no anything. She just asked me to list off all of the missing items. I had to specifically ask for a refund on the missing items as they were suggesting I drive back even after telling them I live an hour away. I would definitely recommend going to the other location. As a side note I would also not recommend the new calzones. Even after adding 2 additional toppings they are very small. Their pizzas are a much better value. I am adding a photo of the calzone $9 and a photo of the calzone as compared to the one topping stuffed crust $19.50.

I dont like the meager he is so rude to me and needs to gohe has way to many people working and straight up get in my facehe needs to be fired does not open the door or hand the pizza to me ordersthe wrong one and needs to go

7/11/23We love this place! Staff is awesome even when busy and they make the best u bake pizza ever! Had the new deep dish and garlic chicken Calpine. The young man that made it is a pizza king! The garlic dipping sauce is over the top!! Keep up the good work5/9/23Once again, for a ubake, their pizza is the bomb! Quick, accurate and tasty!

I went to the papa Murphys on lake Blvd and I ordered a pepperoni with pineapple and it had no pineapple and then i ordered a cowboy with no mushrooms because i am allergic to them and they put mushrooms on it worst service ever.

Friendly employees and always fresh ingredients on made to order pizzas. I call my orders in and they are ready when I walk in since I live 5 minutes away. You can use EBT cards too!!

Employees need to do better, poor quality pizza. The last two times there has been barely any sauce on the pizza, the toppings were put on incorrectly. Its frustrating to pay money and not receive the quality food you expect.

The only reason Im giving it 3 stars was not because of the food. The pizza was really good and delicious it was the fact that I had to use other means of payment in store to where I could not take advantage of the online coupons and no one in the store would help me out with a discount so I ended up paying $24 extra because my card was not excepted online for payment. There should be no difference between an online coupon and in store. Customers should be able to save either way.

Online ordering is easy and efficient. The crew is friendly, quick and well trained in thier products.Our pizza was well balanced with extremely fresh toppings. It was very tasty and satisfying for my family.Months ago I had a complaint and the manager rectified it quickly and fairly.Great Papa Murphys! I only order from the one on Lake Blvd because I absolutely confident my family and I will be pleased every time.
