Worst experience at a restaurant ever. Ordered online, came in to hear the staff yelling at each other. They gave me a pizza that wouldnt be enough to feed a child. After discussing with the rude supervisor Ally, I was told because it was a discounted pizza it had less toppings, and they messed up by making the other a normal one. This is not done at any other restaurant. This local business has lost me.

Used to be a 5 star rating for me but after today January 26th it goes down to a two star. I arrived at 7:30, 30 minutes before theyre supposed to close and they have a sign on the window saying that theyre closed early due to the up and coming storm. here it is 8:30 after having to go figure out what else Im going to do for dinner because I came specifically for pizza, lo and behold still no wind, still no rain or snow. Just rubbed me the wrong way and I wont be going there for a long while. I had a really long day at work myself and wanted to get home before the storm hits at 9:00 like the news said it would. Already had been to Vons and spent 15 bucks on hot wings and soda to go along with it.

First time here. Really great place to pick up a take and bake. Kind of like Subway, you can watch them make your own pizza or have them make a pizza from the menu. Good pizza.

I have always love their food ever since they made their appearance in North Carolina in 2005... Their food is fresh and better then any pizza on the market today fast food or frozen... I have even called corporate and begged them to bring them to areas where I moved to where there was none! So when I moved to California just recently and found out that there was one around the corner... I was in love again 🥰🥰🥰... I HONESTLY CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THEM!!! Very patient and helpful over the phone and in person. They make a great Chicken Alfredo pizza! Its like a delicious garlic cheesy bread with chicken and mushrooms! Too much spinach though. Ended up removing most if it. But super yummy pizza, none the less! Cookie dough and smores are really good as well!

Excellent food and great customer service. We ordered online and picked up in store. Most recently, we ordered a cheese pizza, a garlic chicken pizza, a meat lovers pizza, a bbq chicken pizza, and a chicken bacon artichoke pizza. We also ordered the smores dessert and some of their cookie dough. All of it was delicious and easy to bake with the included instructions. We are huge fans of Papa Murphys food and will definitely be back.

I was impressed with the $10 Tuesday menu option. Staff followed proper handling techniques, even the cashier. Fast, efficiency. Witnessed proper rotation of food items in bin when it ran out. Staff was very friendly. They adhered to no more than 5 in store for distancing. 🖐 high five. Staff needs Praising for this on the 14th

The kids working here do a good job. Order online, come in and pick up. Super easy. Store is always clean. The staff greets me as soon as I come in the door. They all wear masks. Good job.

Great service at Papa Murphy’s. Sam took my order over the phone today. He was polite and courteous. After going to the store to pick up my order. I was lucky enough to meet Sam. Sam Assisted me today with my check out. He was helpful and also very courteous. I’m a loyal customer at Papa Murphy’s and I appreciate everyone’s hard work in making this happen every day. This is one of my favorite pizza places on the planet. Take n bake means we can easily tweak the toppings (like adding cheese to the cheese bread or taking the pepperoni off my wifes slices) and eat it hot when we want it. Their pizzas run the full spectrum from $5 classics to more expensive specialties. We love the Cowboy and the chicken garlic.

We love this place until my last visit.An employee named Sam cleaned up the counter with his gloved hands, which is good (getting all the food debris off the counter)but proceeded to make the pizza without changing his gloves. Kind of turned me off.

Disgusted. I love love love the pizza at most papa Murphys, Ive gotten papa Murphys pizza from Wyoming to California. Ive been treated great at all of them, until now. Ive recently been put on a special diet, every other papa Murphys from Atwater to Merced not only accommodates it but goes the extra mile to help me even though they dont have to. OAKHURST REFUSED TO EVEN CONSIDER IT, I would have paid the extra and tipped well too. As far as I am concerned they will never get any business from my family again. I am so sick of rude people.

This is a new location, so despite the staff being pretty new and a little disorganized, they did well. I ordered online and they ended up not having gluten free dough. They apologized, gave me a refund and gave me two coupons for free large pizzas 😊😊

Extremely rude and unhelpful. Had a 15 min wait when there was know one there! Im sorry but you should serve the people presently waiting in front for the 7 mins it would take to make the 2 pizzas. Not make them wait while you make phone orders for people that arent there!
