Wont be coming back again. Used to be good quality. Seems to have gone downhill. We usually order the bacon chicken artichoke, on the thin crust. The past couple times we ordered. Its paper thin crust. To where you can see through the pizza just about. They forgot the artichoke on the pizza. The lady at the register had a bad attitude and was snappy and the kids working in the back. Shame, cause my family and I like Papa Murphys Pizza.

Hey why other pizza places havent got on the no dairy pizza is dumb. After 20 years of lactose intolerance, ant then being able to have a pizza ..... no pills . Dont go anywhere else . For my family also, its Papop Murphy . Yupp papop. 😁💜

The supervisor on duty was absolutely useless. He left one employee to run the register, answer the phones and make pizza. He came out on his phone with his airpods in and the employee was asking him for help as he was backed up. The food is good as usual. The service is lacking.

Tried the large build your own Chicken, artichokes, olives, jalapeños and mozzarella. The pizza came out good on top of the Weber grill with charcoal. Let the dough sit out for 30 minutes to rise or keep it in fridge until close to cooking. Definitely recommend for ready made pizza take and bake.

There was a young lady named america working and she was awesome. She was great with time management and made terrific pizzas. She sure knew what customer service was about. We should definitely have more young individuals like her working. BIG THANKS for everything!!!!

The greetings could use some improvements, but overall its understandable given the fact most of the crew are sophomores in high school... However, Lilys pizzas are awesome, does exactly what the customer requests, her pies are second to none 👌 I would recommend her if she is on shift and if not her, Logan can make a solid pie as well, I always request that the sauce be pushed to the edge, that way the pie has a smaller crust while Im baking.

The pizzas were good, but they werent ready until 35 minutes after my order time. I realize they were busy and training new people, but they should have some way to email or text with an update on the time it will be ready. They only got the 4th star because I have had better service other times.

The workers here lately have not been it. this last experience I came in for simple salads. attitude and throwing ish around. ur in work lplace serving. act like it.

The last time we tried to visit, I called and asked what time they closed, they gave me a time, we were there 5 minutes before that time, and they flipped the CLOSED sign in my face and wouldnt serve me. This time I ordered by phone, got a discount code online, they didnt make the pizza I asked for and they wouldnt give me the discount coupon I got online for In store. At least they could have said, we can give you a senior discount.. I dont like this place, and am seriously thinking about going to a different Papas...
