We came here three times and didn’t expect much. This place does not disappoint. You will keep coming back. The Samosas are heavenly, beautifully seasoned. Husband and I are foodies, so we definitely know what we do and don’t like. I highly recommend this place for Indian Food.

While the curries were tasty (outside of the overcooked chicken in the Butter Chicken), I was quite disappointed with the naan breads received. I order both the cheese and garlic naan, and both were terribly overcooked- with crispy exterior edges, tough to pull apart, and they were ultra thinner than most commonly made indian naan. I reached out to the restaurant to share my dissatisfaction and they replied that a refund was unavailable at their location. As you can imagine, their prices were not the cheapest around so I spent well over $60 for my complete meal, to which their profit margins are pretty decent. Being unable to refund my small order of naan seems unreasonable and unacceptable to me. I was also unhappy that side orders of rice does not come with any of the curries and is charged separately. Quite disappointing since this was my first visit, and now my last. They seem like a nice family run, small business, but I believe some policy adjustments can be made to make it better.

Papas India Grill is always a delightful experience, having dinner here several times over last several months either alone or with family the staff always greets me warmly and makes you feel like family. The food itself is stellar in quality and preparation. The range of dishes from their vegetarian selections to their curries and rice dishes never has there been a complaint only delight. The staff is helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend their curry dishes and rice dishes. Their chef has even gone as far as making me a special version of a spicy Naan bread that is out of this world. All dishes can also be ordered to specific spice levels... I highly recommend this small Indian Restaurant on the edge of Moreno Valley. You will not be disappointed !!!

Okay, guys. This place is hands down the best Indian food Ive ever had! I was sitting in class at MVC one day and got a craving for butter chicken, so I googled local Indian cuisine. This place popped up about 2 miles away from campus. I headed over. Its located across from Home Depot. There wasnt anyone there except me, which was perfect because I had homework to do. Now, the menu doesnt offer butter chicken, but what I ordered in place of it more than hit the spot! The owners were so polite, and all of them asked me how my food was (perfect, of course!). I ordered the parmesan naan, the samosas, and aloo gobi! I have been back every single week since and tried the pankora fish, saffron rice, saag aloo, samosa chaat, paneer pakora (spicy), and aloo tikki (spicy) which are absolutely mouthwatering! I typically spend about $30/visit and get fulfilling portions. They have parking and vegetarian options! You have to try it!

I dont eat much Indian food but their food is really good and enjoyable even for a beginner. They have the best naans Ive ever tasted. I highly recommend their cheese naan and garlic naan. The curries and samosas is also goodThe customer service is good. They are very nice and sweet..Will come back again

I had food the vindaloo and Karafi curry. The curry was tasteful and yummy with the rice. The garlic naan was very big and came in four pieces so it was really nice because I like to eat a lot of naan. I would say order a rice plate for each curry because one wasnt enough for two. Customer service was very nice, the place was pretty clean, and I would come back here again ☺👍

EDIT 11/2023: absolutely amazing. Always takes constructive criticism. Temps are great now. Best meal we have every week. Never a bad experience. Always great food. The naan is perfect and whoever says they don’t like it - naan is subjective. This is the most authentic and best priced food around. We will eat here weekly without fail.

I did a carry out order and my food was ready right when I got there. Everything was packaged really well and there was zero leaking on my 20 minute drive home.The food was absolutely delicious. We got mango lassis, chicken tikka masala, chicken coconut curry, and garlic naan. Portion sizes are generous so there will definitely be leftovers.The staff was really kind and welcoming and I’m really looking forward to going back!

The best indian food in the IE & i mean THE BEST! i’ve been to many indian restaurants and this spot just hits every spot! I’m here eveey week 😬 I loveee their butter chicken (extra spicy, of course). My family also likes their lamb biryani, samosas, cheese naan, & goat curry! They have a wide variety of selections and they make amazing homemade pistachio & mango ice cream. Also, they’re really great people, very humble and GENEROUS! Great service and even greater food! Definitely deserve 5 stars.

Me and my girlfriend love coming to this place. Our go to is the butter chicken masala and the bharta and 2 orders of their crispy garlic naan. Love the naan because its not overly thick and has the right thickness so you dont get full so fast. Shout out to the dad for cooking such hearty comforting food 😋. Atmosphere feels very homey and gives you that family vibe. See you guys soon :)

Stopped in for dinner with my son and didn’t know what to expect since it is a new restaurant. We ordered our favorite and it was delicious. The food was freshly made and the service was great too. Noticed many take out orders while we were there. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very tasty Indian food in my own backyard. I got all my favorites Chicken Tikka Masala, Saag Paneer, rice and naN bread to compare to the rest. Everything was tasty, fresh and affordable.I even took a chance and tried the Paneer Pakora (an Indian version of fried mozzarella sticks) with spices in the breading and the parnesan Naan bread which was a nice twist on the classic.The owner Kamal was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. They even gave me an eggplant entree to try as I was a new customer. Ill be back!

At first a young waitress was helping and I told her it was my first time she gave me a menu and walked away but I more experienced worker of the restaurant came to explain the menu to me. She was very friendly, good service. The food was excellent. I’ll be coming back.

Met the owner Kamal and had a really long conversation with him about the food. He is very passionate about what he makes and why he makes it that way. He has lots of experience in the food industry(look at the newspapers on the walls) and makes some really good Tikka. I also have tried the garlic Naan and the cheese Naan which are phenomenal especially because Im used to quiesdillias, but I secretly prefer the cheese Naan. I really hope you try this place out and if you dont like something about the food tell Kamal l.

Just found my new favorite Indian food, the chicken byriani was amazing. The tandoori chicken came out on a sizling plate and was cooked perfect and seasoned very well. The aloo paratha was so good. Everything was hot and fresh and the staff was so nice. Nice and quiet with lots of seating.

The family that works here is extremely friendly and welcoming. The interior of the restaurant is very clean and well kept. The staff were very attentive and were able to answer any questions we had. The food came out fairly quickly and was incredible! I’m very glad to have an Indian restaurant nearby and will absolutely be returning. You can definitely tell there is a lot of love put into this place.

Came here with a group of friends and tried a bunch or dishes family style. Everything was amazing. They pay alot of attention to accommodating vegan and vegetarian, so everyone in our party was happy. Highlight was the Shahi Paneer, which I could probably eat every day for the rest of my life. This place is truly in a league of its own and i cant recommend it enough.

The food was excellent. I ordered the shrimp biryani, chicken coconut curry, samosas and the parmesan naan. Everything was fresh, delicious and the portions were good. The woman working there was nice, she was attentive and professional. The man was kinda rude and he was rushing me out and it was well before closing. Admittedly I wasnt dressed up and I probably looked homeless because I came there straight from work at a warehouse. That sullied my entire experience and I will probably never go back. You should be kind to everyone and not judge people by there appearance.

I am a big fan of Saag Paneer so I had to try it at this New Indian Place close to me. So far its been the best Ive had. I was brought a smokey Eggplant dish to sample, just lovely. Service was also friendly. I will definitely recommend this place to friends.
