Service was kinda cold, we got the chicken pesto along with a couple croissants and other pastries to try. The cashier appeared to be surprised when we asked to warm up the sandwich. Croissants were flaky and yummy, my husband loved the pecan pastry which was just right, not overwhelmingly sweet like the typical pecan pie

I visited this place a week ago, I honestly thought it was the same as your other business but its a little bigger and has a little more variety. I liked it. Even though, like the other, the prices are a little high, they are still good.

All time favorite place to have cakes. They are expensive but the quality is great. The blueberry chiffon is one of my favorites. Surprisingly, chocolate cake is not that great. I would recommend trying other flavors than regular ones.

One thing I appreciate about Paris baguette compared to other Asian bakeries is that they have boxes at the beginning where you can put all the items in you want to purchase versus having a bunch of plastic bags.Everything we bought was just okay. Not bad but not great. Most of the pastry items had no sign so we didnt even know what we bought. We didnt get a cake but the cakes looked incredible!

First off this is not a bakery trying to be French! This is a Japanese/Korean style bakery. Look around you, do you get the impression this is an Asian speciality shopping area? 😏(this is responding to a negative review.)Now, if you like Japanese style bakery goods you will love this. Everything we bought and gobbled up, we loved. Very authentic. The coffee is bad and the barista embarrassingly slow but the bakery goods are awesome. Get your coffee situation figured out and you will get 5 stars all day long! Also, the place is not very clean. If you are trying to be Japanese/Korean you will need to up your cleanliness game!

Well I don’t know why the name is Paris and baguette - of course the croissants are good but that’s all, the rest is not the French style at all. The service is not that good. I had a latte at this place. People are not smiling!! I feel like only Koreans are welcome! I am giving 3 stars for the croissant’s taste. Coffee is horrible. Service is not the best.

I have lived in California for 18 years, with my husband we go to different areas to drink coffee every day where we work online, thats why we choose places where the wifi is powerful. We already knew the Palo Alto branch and we went to visit this cafeteria that is very close to our house ( we live in Santana Row area) The place is very spacious, in the corner with many tables outside on a wooden platform and others tables inside where orders are placed. There is a wide variety of drinks hot or iced cold: espresso, cappuccino, latte, mocha, matcha latte, chai latte, hot chocolate, hot tea, peach iced, matcha frappe, lavender matcha frappe, coffee frappe and mango or strawberry smoothies. Also fabulous looking cakes, sweets, macaroons, pastries, tiramisu, milk bread, mocha cake, croissants, sandwiches, salads, cheesecakes, bakery, wafles. I ordered a mocha for my husband, a matcha for me and a vanilla latte for a friend. I try all 3, delicious =D. Opens every day at 7 am and closes at 9 pm so is plenty of time for try their tasty flavored creations.I highly recommend this place for a calm moment with good wifi drinks and food.

More like a 3 and half star. Visiting this location for the first time. The cashier was friendly and helpful. It would be nice if the other staff (looks like the supervising one?) can be as friendly too.The pastries were good. I especially love the croissants, so flaky--tasted like fresh out of the oven. Meanwhile, I think there could be less cream cheese filling in the Everything Croissant. The drinks were okay. Hopefully next time the cups wont be sticky. I was hesitant to buy the cakes, which were fully stocked and didnt look very fresh. I think maybe because there arent enough people buying cakes, and they made too many? So I ended up buying the smallest one. And like I suspected, it wasnt that fresh, though the taste was good.I would recommend buying pastries from here. But as for cakes, much improvement is needed.
