Best sandwich shop in Concord. I usually get a Mortadella on Dutch crunch, no cheese, with everything else on it (including yellow mustard). A half sandwich is typically enough for lunch. Delicious and satiating!

By far the best sandwich Ive ever had outside of home!I had Chicken Panini the took home a heat yourself Lasagna that was spectacular!Great food great serviceHIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I had no idea this place was here the last 30 years. Mary the owner is very nice. The food was good. I had a chef salad that was gigantic. It was filling and everything was fresh. My son had the panini and enjoyed it. We both tried the quiche. It was full of yummy ingredients with great flavor. Its a no frills spot with good quality food. They also sell Italian goods. Ill be back to try the muffaleta and more!

Love this place! My husband has been taking me here for years! We moved away and come back occasionally and its always amazing!!!Thursday is hot oven roasted turkey!!! Its the best!!! Reminds me of the Italian delis in NY!

Great prices! Super fresh ingredients! I ordered the 1/2 sandwich combo with minestrone soup! Italian dry hard salami, pastrami, pepper Jack, mayo, mustard, lettuce, pepperchinis, & pickles on a soft white roll! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 We will definitely be back real soon!

One of the best delis in all of Concord, Pleasant Hill area. Whenever I come I get treated with a smile. If you come here often, they will make you feel like a part of their family. I love their food and their staff.

Authentic Italian Deli. Multiple meats, cheeses and side dishes. Buy in bulk or have them make you a sandwich. Not an overly large place but the is dining for a dozen or so. Parking is not an issue. Very nice staff to help you make decisions. Ill post pictures next time I visit.

Delicious sandwiches, and wonderful authentic Italian homemade hot food! Mary and Sam run the place with love and they have great recommendations and attention to detail. Lunch time can get busy, but you can always call ahead and place your order. I highly recommend everything on the menu, but the chicken parm is by far my favorite (close second with the meatballs!)

Great sandwiches. I had a roast beef and swiss, my wife had a bleu buffalo and daughter had hot pastrami with provolone. We all devoured our sandwiches and then enjoyed the Cole slaw and potato salad. Will be back.

Only bad thing I can think to say about this place is, I just found out about this place last month and Im going here more often throughout the week.Real family owned and ran deli with delicious hot deli food. Ive had the lasagna and it was some of the best Ive had.The sandwiches are what you want from place thats been open for over 30 years.The sausage and peppers on a roll were deliciousIm looking forward to trying everything since it looks like the a rotating daily special.

The BEST deli in the Bay Area, no competition for it. They have been in Concord for over 25 years and are family owned and ran. Mary and her sons are super friendly. I went there every week for years, then I moved to Santa Cruz for school for 2 years. As soon as I walked back in one weekend, I hear Well, havent seen you in a couple years. Combine this with their fresh bread and tasty meats, and you get an awesome place for lunch

Best sandwiches in town. Great pasta too. My friends have said the salads (macaroni varieties) are really good, and they offer a good selection of bottled beverages and chips. They have awesome daily specials and paninis as well. The bread is what you’d expect, nothing crazy.I recommend a meatball sub on soft roll with pickles and onions added.

This is my favorite deli in the Concord/East Bay area. Family owned and operated with friendly staff and excellent service. They have daily specials with a variety of hot and cold foods including fresh pasta, salad, soup, and sandwiches. Also served through out the week is hot tri tip, turkey, meat loaf, wings, etc... You wont be disappointed or leave hungry.

Went to Silver Grill this morning and was once again delighted with their food. We ordered a daily special, steak and egg quesadillas with green chili sauce. Also brought home a cinnamon roll. The atmosphere at Silver Grill is a bustling of activity, but always fun. They are open only for breakfast and lunch.

Great little hole in the wall. Everything from the mortadella to the three cheese panini has a great rustic handcrafted flavor, that always have a way of reminding you of the left over sandwiches Nonny made when you were a child.
