2023-06-09 06:25:58Went here for my birthday and had a great time. Every food item was exquisitely made with care and passion and obviously tastes incredible. We were the last group of the day and they let us take a photo with them in the kitchen too which was a great experience. Every staff member had great customer service and were very attentive to our needs. My cat even ate the cookie that they gave us at the end when I left it out on the counter unattended (proving how good irresistable the food was) and I called them just to make sure it wasnt toxic and got a prompt response back immediately.

2023-11-06 12:01:45What a treat! Every single course was exquisite! My favorites were the basil cavatelli with prawns and the garganelli with corn, chanterelles, and truffle. Very intimate dining experience, great atmosphere, and dope music. Staff was amazing as well.

2022-12-19 03:17:39Located behind a inconspicuous door in a strip mall, a cramped bar is your first stop in this gustatory journey. You get a welcome cocktail in two parts that you assemble joyfully, gazing at the change of colors while pouring one mysterious liquid into the other. Then the group is led to the main room, a 8-seat counter facing the kitchen and a smiling team. Dishes are presented by the chef and served diligently with a calculated rhythm. They are nicely plated and for the most part original and delicious. Dont go there for the pasta though - its not the main attraction nor the tastiest food of this tasting menu combining different influences from LA and International cuisine. Staff is very friendly and happy to discuss the stories behind these dishes. The wine pairing was really worth it. Only downside: its a bit fast - 30 more minutes to the whole experience would make it more enjoyable.

2022-11-15 22:03:40BEST MEAL EVER! Oh my gosh, every single course was so delicious. I’ve never loved a meal as much as this one. I can’t stop thinking about it even weeks later. I can’t explain in words how amazing the ingredients and flavors were. You will NOT regret dining here! All of the chefs are so talented. Every course was my favorite I could never decide between them. I’ll be coming back for sure!

2021-11-29 23:12:51This is the only review I’ve written that I don’t want to post pictures of because I don’t want to give anything away, but the two that I did post were my favorite dishes of the night. Every dish was exciting, challenging, indulgent, refreshing, inspired, and interactive with the chefs and sommelier making sure that you’re taken care of every step of the way. They made sure the entire menu was balanced with a bit of pasta throughout the menu instead of one large plate you might find somewhere else. I saw the entire team beautifully, intricately, and attentively create each dish for us in front of us and they do so much more behind the scenes ahead of your reservation. Thanks Pasta|Bar team for a great, unforgettable night!

2023-03-20 02:14:51WOw!! The staff is amazing from start to finish. The food was amazing!! Some may say the plates are small but I def did not leave hungry. Every serving had so much flavor and were ver y filling. The entire staff made our visit very personable and will def come back for other celebrations! This was the best way to celebrate our anniversary! Thank you all and amazing work done by all chefs! Chefs kiss!!

2022-01-29 18:29:55I can not say enough about the service or attention to detail from the well executed negroni made to my specifications with an alternative to Campari Sirene), dry vermouth & grapefruit slice to the delicious amuse bouche & homemade bread. My favorite (not photographed) was the sea bass & also the cavetelli en brodo (uzo) with scallops. Served to perfection in a short, wide glass (pictured). The staff is attentive & informative regarding sourcing. Special thanks to Alan for great cocktails & Leslie for navigating 🍷 wines.

2023-04-22 17:10:52Wow, wow, wow. Pasta Bar so worthy of the Michelin star...surprised its only 1. Ive been to a couple of 3-star rated restaurants and this is definitely worthy of the neighborhood. The food was nothing short of glorious. So many, many flavors, textures, visual delights. We dined right in the kitchen and got to watch the chefs work. They were so very gracious and interacting with them was the cherry on top of this amazing experience.
