We have been here several times before, but it has been a few years since Covid began. It was always great! I cannot say that this time.Ordered pork chop and eggs and ham steak and eggs. We had biscuit and gravy and pancakes for the sides. Pork chop and eggs were really good. No issue. Ham steak and eggs cam and my eggs were supposed to be over easy. They were over half. Had to send them back. Second time they were still overcooked, but I didnt want to return them. Ham steak is the worst I have ever had. Dry like jerky. No juice at all. Really disappointed as I have ordered this before and it was always perfect. Potatoes were really good. Pancake was good, biscuit and gravy were good but the biscuit was dry. I didnt want to return anything as I didnt want any retribution from the cooks.This place used to be one if our favorites as we come from the desert to eat here. Hopefully it gets better. We will be back for one more chance.

Amazing atmosphere and customer service! Food is plain Jane, nothing crazy amazing. I had the waffle combo with scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese on top with a patty sausage. Would def come back due to hospitality, cleanliness, calming environment, and reasonable prices!

Staff are very friendly, youre greeted once you enter with a smile. Fast service great for family breakfast/brunch. They get busy on weekends. Only down side is they charge for to go cups.

I cant believe this place has so many great reviews. The biscuits and gravey are inedible absolutely disgusting. I will say the server was very nice and accommodating and replaced the gross biscuits and gravey with a lovely pancake. I wont wait in line to dine here. You might as well go to Dennys.

They are rude and unorganized. This place was very stuffy and lots of dirty tables. They expect you to know to sign in but yet they do not have a sign stating, to sign in. We waited 25 minutes before anyone came to address us. At that point we told them that we didnt know we had to sign in and that we had been there before the Medina party. One lady acknowledged are response than we waited another 25 minutes before. Another employee came up. Not sure, it may have been the manager, who was rude. We had explained once again to the ride lady(manager) we were there before the Medina party. She said well their name is before yours. We again explained that we didnt know that we had to sign in. She than told us that the emplyees are the ones that sign in the Customers. Which was a lie and if that was the case the list would have been blank because we had stood there for 25 minutes before anyone came up. This place is horrible and is horrible to visitors. If you are not a local you may not want to go there because they will treat you bad. I am glad not to spend my money or support a place like that. This place does not deserve a star.

Five star lil breakfast place in the south side of the 10 freeway. You can get a pancake instead of toast (see photo) with your breakfast meal. Vibes were immaculate and the meal was under twenty bucks.

What a fantastic experience!! It was very busy on a Saturday morning, but we sat at the bar instantly! Fun to watch how fast & hard the cooks work in unison! Rayleen, our waitress was the best, so good at her job and great energy 💖 I had the chicken fried steak & biscuits & gravy, husband had the menudo! SO good!! Flaky moist biscuits! All was cooked to perfection! The menudo was excellent!! And fast!! Staff is wonderful 🥰Highly recommend!! So happy to find this place!! Thanks everyone at Patsy’s ♥️♥️♥️

Found this breakfast spot through Google maps. I was staying at the Holiday Inn and didnt feel like eating their free breakfast. Came here instead, and liked it so much I came back the next day as well. This review is based on 2 separate experiences, 4 types of breakfasts. First day in, was seated immediately. I ordered country sausage, biscuits and gravy, and home fries. Biscuits were soft...I like a little more texture. Gravy had bits of ham, and it was delicious. The country sausage was just perfect, slight bit of char, very tasty. Home fries were okay. Also had country fried steak, which was crunchy, very flavorful, and stole the show. It came with some crispy hashed browns, (these are better than the home fries) and I had sourdough toast, which wasnt as toasty as I like, but thats a preference. Coffee is the perfect temperature if you like it hot! Second day, I had their waffle with strawberry and whipped topping. Its not fresh strawberries, and the waffle is soggy...almost undercooked. I also had their corned beef hash, which is like home cooking. Its very average, but comfort food for sure. Once again. Coffee was super hot and fresh, hashed browns were crisp, eggs were cooked perfectly. All that said, the service is top notch. The waitresses all bust tables, take orders, and are super friendly. I can tell their good people by the way they talk to the kitchen staff, who are working feverishly to fill those orders. I get seated quickly, my table is clean, plates and cups are clean, food comes out quick. Just about the perfect breakfast place. I will come back every time in Beaumont, which is about 3-4 weekends a year for golf at Oak Valley and Morongo.

I love Patsys wonderful staff, great food, and casual/comfy atmosphere! We go in about once a week and always receive a warm welcome and excellent service. Great Eggs Benedict, home fries, and Omlettes-- try the Super, you wont be disappointed!! If you need a little less food, the skillet is a great option. Their house salsa is really good too. Im a fan of Patsys for sure!

First time being here today and very disappointed about the amount of food being on the plate. I had the Spam, eggs and rice and the portion of the eggs and rice was as little as for a child. They charge $3 for 1 egg. The spam was super salty. My mom had the breakfast burrito to many potatoes and cheese. But not enough eggs to make a tasty blend. It says on Google map that this restaurant is priced at $ which is not true its $$$. I dont know why the high ratings are there but its inaccurate. Im a food critic

You get a lot of food for the price, but the food was hit and miss. I hot corned beef hash. It was canned. The hashbrowns were just shredded potatoes with no seasoning. I font know what was up with the scrambled eggs. They were a weird texture. My husbands omlette and country potatoes was decent

Our order was taken after people that came in after us my order of food was cold b&g was all smashed like it was old my wife ordered a waffle and was supposed to have strawberrys and wipe cream and was served a waffle and a scoop of butter on it thats all they took it back and fixed it. My wife got the corned beef hash was beyond GROSS literally came out of a can and smelled like dog food. I got ham steak scrambled eggs and the ham came came out of a can. GROSS. Biscuit was chopped up pieces of a biscuit wasnt even a biscuit. Bacon wasnt bacon it was ... Overcooked mystery meat. Low grade canned food. First and last time for us. Atmosphere was cool. The staff wasnt to happy with our dislike of the Alpo dog food feedback we gave them and charged us for it anyways.

I lived in Beaumont for a few years and this place our breakfast destination at least twice a month! The food is outstanding and the staff are beyond friendly. Im from rural north Texas and this was the best home cooking I found in California. I cannot recommend this place enough! Everything is delicious!

We stopped into this local spot for a late breakfast. Restaurant was busy, probably could have used one more waitress. Food was a little bland, but hot sauce and S&P helped. The portions are very big, probably could have shared one meal between the two of us. Our turn off was the political propaganda by the front door we saw as we were leaving. It is election denying, God bless America and cheaters never prosper memes all wrapped up with a good old American flag. If we would have seen it on the way in, we would have turned around and left right away. Business and politics dont always mix, unless you only want to serve people who think like you. I wont go back, and it isnt only because of the food or service.

Patsy’s Country Kitchen serves good food, it’s that simple. The after-church crowd seeking sustenance there today was well populated, however PCK is sufficiently large to ensure a reasonable turnover of tables. Our wait for seating was only about five minutes. Once in our booth service was on-the-spot. Both of us chose eggs benedict and we were well pleased. The eggs were poached to perfection and the hollandaise sauce was authentic. We asked for extra-crispy hash browns and that’s what we got. We shall return to further explore their menu.

Have always liked Patsys kitchen! Food in the past has always been great. Ordered a Pastrami sandwich and onion rings with iced tea to drink. Pastrami wasnt as good as I expected. But good enough. My sis in law ordered 1/2 order of biscuits and gravy. The order looked huge! She didnt appreciate the biscuit being cut into small pieces. She has ordered it there previously and had the whole biscuit. She said it tasted good tho.The waiter offered condiments and remembered to bring them back to the table. The wait staff is friendly and fast. Clean surroundings. Comfortable large booth. All in all ...a good experience! Will definitely go back!

Patsys Country Kitchen is a great pleasure. I wish I lived nearby Id come here often. The food came out piping hot and very tasty even though they were swamped. The server was great doing multiple jobs and always there when I needed something. I cannot tell you how much I loved my eggs Benedict and great hot coffee.Please get off the 10 fwy and stop at this little corner diner for breakfast or lunch. I live 2 hours away only here to go to eye doctor but so glad I stopped and ate at Pattys instead of the Chinese food I was planning on.

Yummm... A true country kitchen with fresh to order, non greasy diner food.There are a variety of menu options, so theres something for everyone. The food is good, reasonably priced and the portions are large. I almost always leave with leftovers.The staff is polite, attentive, quick on their feet and theres no such thing as an empty cup or glass.There is a line most weekends, but it generally goes fast.

I love this place! We go here frequently ever since we moved here almost three years ago. The staff is always super nice and the food never disappoints. I know theyre not following regulations, but, if you have a problem with it, dont go. Not everyone is scared of the big bad virus, especially if you keep yourself clean and sanitized... I personally love the fact that the staff doesnt enforce wearing a mask and you can sit down inside their restaurant to eat. Great friendly service and good food. I ordered the super omelet with hashbrowns and sourdough bread, it was very good. 5 stars in my book.

Really delicious sausage links and strawberry topped waffle!! Also their hot tea selection has great variety! My dad said the Menudo is some of the best hes had. The biscuits and bacon gravy are a hit too with my brother and his wife. Excellent service and the wait was not very long either.

Just had a wonderful breakfast for lunch. First time for me and my husband and we will be back again. We were with my sister and her guy and the total was less than $44 for the four of us. Home style cooking with large portions. Staff was friendly. The place is a hidden gem in a strip mall. Food was great what you expect at a diner over all great place. Only qualms were hard to flag down someone to pay was standing at the register for a while and was confused because your waitress has to take your payment and serve you. So if your waitress is busy you just stand there and wait.

Weve been coming for years now and unfortunately will not be returning. We sat down and were greeted by our waitress who acted like she didnt even want to be there. Not pleasant at all. Nobody that works there was following covid protocols. The bathrooms are disgusting. And all three waitresses stood at the counter loudly talking about their opinions on the pandemic and the vaccine. Spewing misinformation and ignorance. This was so unprofessional. I usually dont care if people have differing opinions than I do however standing in front of all your customers and loudly spewing your opinions is just not the time or place.

Patsys was loud and a little dirty... Well, kind of a lot dirty. There was food crumbs and little trash bits all over the floor. Even our server had food on her face.Now, the food wasnt horrible, but it wasnt that good. I didnt finish my meal, and thats not normal. The real problem came a couple of hours later that day when both my wife and I had really bad stomach problems for the rest of the night.I wont return.Id much rather go to Flos in Cherry Valley because its not loud, the food is great and the atmosphere is so nice.

First time going with my Family. Food was amazing and service what great. Our food was served quickly. Only thing I would suggest is having someone clean tables more quick. My family and I (table of 6) waited about 15 minutes to have someone clean us a round booth table. We almost wanted to leave, but so glad we waited. Food was so worth the wait.

Called in advance and asked if they are pet friendly. The girl on the phone told me “yes we are, but they have to sit under the table.” My family and I get to the restaurant and we’re turned away because my 2 service dogs (one for my husband’s type 1 diabetes, the other for my dad’s cancer) don’t have “service dog vests”. We just traveled here from Arizona. The ADA does NOT require service animals to wear a vest, ID tag, or specific harness.

Patsys Country Kitchen was recommended to me by someone while at a veterinarians office. The restaurant is located in a large Shopping Center in Beaumont, but once you enter the door, you do get that Hometown feeling. Menu is superb and the server staff is top-notch and very helpful. So my husband and I hadnt eaten here in awhile so we figured we would try it out again. Especially since we moved back to Beaumont we were finding our good breakfast places. It was really good and the services was too and we said we would be back. So bill came 31.32 so I put 36.00 cash on the receipt. Our waitress came and got it but left the receipt which I thought was weird. We left said goodbye to waitress. I got in our truck and then heard voices when I open the door there was our waitress that ran after us saying we didn t pay our bill. Good place for breakfast when in Morro Bay. Friendly staff and comfortable outdoor seating made for a very pleasant morning. I switch back and forth between Patsys and Dixies whenever I am in town. Nice big gift shop attached but Id like to see some higher end gifts here. I think the selection suffers, but what do I know?!? I dont live in Morro Bay. The restaurant atmosphere, the friendliness of the wait staff, and the well prepared and nicely presented food is why I keep coming back! :)

My boyfriend and I, love this place and their catus n eggs breakfast, as well as the corn beef hash breakfast. They have great prices and very large portions, so we usually share a plate and then we dont worry about having leftovers but still end up full. For the coffee drinkers, they have favored creamers, which for us is a big plus. The staff is friendly, fun, and happy everytime. The service is very quick concidering they are usually packed and busy from the time they open. The wait for a table is worth it, or if you want to eat good food faster, if the bar sitting is open, there is no wait to sit n place your order. :)

I asked to omit the eggs and meat on the home style fries. Instead I asked for onion, tomato, spinach, mushroom, bell pepper and a serrano or jalapeno. They did that, but charged my husband and I $0.90 extra for each of the vegetables on each plate. I asked for no cheese and no butter on our toast but our plate had grated cheese and butter on on the toasts. We payed $38 for a breakfast that would of cost around $24. It is not easy trying to eat healthy when eating out. Other than that the waitress was nice as always.

Cockroaches!!I stopped to eat on my way back to my office after a meeting in the desert. The service was good however while I was eating my food there was a cockroach climbing the seat in the booth I was sitting at. I froze at first then noticed it was about to climb in the customers hair in front of me. I called the waitress over and she didnt know what to do at first but was told to kill it. My plate was picked up although I wasnt finished but grossed out especially since Im pregnant. I asked if I had to pay for my check. Second, their prices listed at Trip Advisor listed at half the price I was charged. Trip Advior listed a pastrami sandwich for $6.79, Patsys charges $12.99. REALLY!! I called and talked with a guy who said that those are third party listings. Well folks update your prices with your third party listings.
