Drinks were delicious which made up for the food, I tried the ayam goreng strips which lacked flavor and were soggy. The price did not match the food quality or quantity. But I did enjoy a refreshing boba.

Boba drinks are tasty, and they’re popular. They have lots of options in flavour and customisation. Sometimes there’s a line for order.Most customers just take out as the interior doesn’t have the most customer-friendly layout. The boxes by the entrance could be organised to cater more space for customers to stand/seat. Still worth the visit.

Food and Boba were delicious as always! We waited a little longer for our food, come to find out, they accidentally gave our order to someone else. They apologized and gave us some complimentary boba and food for our next visit. Definitely earned our business even more and we will not be going anywhere else for our boba fix. Great job PLB team!

Asian fusion, yum... Adobo fries, grilled pork rice plate, Shanghai lumpia (among other eclectic dishes).. Extremely tasty.. so good. The drinks are very good as well, they have many varieties, and if you like boba, its always made fresh and soft... The price point is very reasonable and the staff is friendly and ready to serve. Ive been there many times and I never disappoint. Give them a try!

This place is simply amazing. From the Lumpia to the made to order icecream and Tocino Burrito fusion this place will have me coming back for more. The ice cream is magical, from the way that is was made to the fusion of the flavors. It does take a little longer to make but have patience because something this good takes time. We ordered the Chocolate, Coffee and Cookie, Thai Tea, Ube, and Lavender Green Tea Ice cream and they are all delicious. It was worth the wait and the money. I highly recommend this place!

The boba drinks and variety of them is excellent, the nice surprise is the food and snack menu, a meal and dessert all in one place. They have a special seasonal menu and look forward to trying each new item every visit. The staff is A+ when it comes to customer service. This place is good - food, drinks, and service are great, but the music is always obnoxiously loud inside. You can barely hear the cashier to order, let alone have a conversation. Background music is fine, but it does not need to be that loud. I understand the desire to be a hip joint, haha, but its too much.

Great place for island food cravings and excellent boba. Stopped by PLB on our drive, and noticed it was their 3rd year anniversary! Located in a nondescript strip mall a couple miles off the freeway. Worth the detour for good boba flavors, Guamanian and Filipino dishes. Small but tasty offerings from their menu. Crowded when we came on a Saturday lunchtime. We had the popcorn chicken plate over rice, guampanadas and Chamorro burrito... yummy! Highly recommend for some island food cravings.

I didnt care for my Staroberry (strawberry & taro) Blended Boba because the boba was decent for the first couple sips and then got super hard right away. Id probably try the ice cream or milkshake next time.Some interesting food options available.

The boba is good, the service is good, the price is good... but the real reason I come here is for the best burrito I have ever had in my entire life! I cant recommend the Adobo Burrito enough! I dont what they put in it to make it so darn good, but I could eat this every day for the rest of my life and be happy. Its just good. Try it... you wont be disappointed.

This place is so good. We enjoyed every dish we ordered. We had the Chamorro Burrito, Corned Beef Fried Rice, and the Chicken Adobo Burrito. For drinks we had the Calamansi Slush, Mango Tea, and Passion Fruit Tea.Seating is limited as this is primarily a take out restaurant.

I would consider myself a milk tea fanatic, and I have to say I absolutely love this establishment!Milk Teas Ive tried so far:OG(Similar to a house milk tea) taste like a marshmallow milk teaThai l, a classic orange colored tea with a GOOD amount of sweetness(Not beyond sweet)Coffee, a robust coffee flavor that caters to a undertone of bitters with a smooth finish of coffee flavor that finishes with that family milk tea flavor. (Definitely not that sweet but subtle enough to taste)Tiger, A mix of OG and Thai! Tones down the Thai flavor alot and gives a simple yet enjoyable flavorPrincess, Jasmine Strawberry and Lavender (When I tried it they were out of Jasmine so I had mine with black tea which in my opinion I prefer over Jasmine) Now this tea I tried to get out of my comfort zone so with some doubt as most strawberry drinks taste too sour or too fake. This Milk tea did the exact opposite. This Princess milk tea blew my mind from my expectations and was not too sweet and was the right amount of strawberry in it. Highly recommend for anyone who likes strawberry with more depth and notes of a accenting flavors (Picture is of Princess Milk Tea with one of their purchasable reusable containers that give you a 10% your drink Everytime you bring it in for only $5)Dragon, a mix of Thai and taro. This tea took Thai to a whole new level! The flavor to me tastes like someone added taste of the tropics (more specifically coconut) The merrying of these two flavors made this drink more rich and flavorfull highly recommend if you like Thai tea and coconut flavor(taro in this case)

The staff was okay, I wouldnt say the cashier was welcoming. Drinks came out quick and tasted okay, I ordered fries and they came out in a decent time but tasted like just oil, the place itself was overall pretty dirty, from the smudgy windows to the dirty walls and massive cobwebs hanging over the entrance, would I come back? Probably not, maybe in the future if they improve things, sorry.

Location- tons of parking in the shopping center.Ambiance- Place was popping on a Saturday afternoon. Decor is nice and chill vibes.Drank- Taro and Honeydew blends were delicious and fairly priced. I placed an order over the phone, and when I arrived they didn’t even place the order with the kitchen so I had to wait extra long while on my lunch break. I didn’t make a fuss or say anything but then when I got my order, popcorn chicken, they totally skimped on me; there was only 6 small pieces and I had to pay around $9 dollars for that. Wth???

One of the best burritos I’ve ever had! The Chamorro burrito! Highly recommend! Really good boba tea when you get the combination right. A recent favorite of mine from boba shops has been the strawberry flavored (which arguably is my all time new favorite) which is what I got and it was phenomenal. Super good stuff here. They mix it up and seal it as well, so you can put the straw in as you please. The bearded guy working the front was very nice and even put up with our friend asking way to many questions about the legacy of boba lmao.

Usually their drinks are pretty good and their food is decent, but whoever is working there today must be new. My drink was blended horribly, filled with icy chunks. I literally gave it a hot water bath to melt the ice because it was so unpleasant. Also it barely has any flavor?? I got the almond one which I havent got before but it just tastes like slightly milky water, I think that he skimped on the flavoring. Disappointed, because again, usually their drinks are tasty.

I love PLB! The staff is incredible friendly and the drinks/food are delicious. Their milk teas are dairy-free, and I can’t taste the difference. My favorite flavors are their Okinawa and Hokkaido. I’ve also ordered their vegetable lumpia and garlic fries and they don’t disappoint.

I cant believe I didnt visit this place earlier! Their popcorn chicken is amazing as are their seasoned fries. They offer a variety of each, I chose spicy chicken and sour cream onion fries, both were outstanding. First let me say this atmosphere is very welcoming and the service was very good.First visit was just after the opened on a Friday. Poor customer service, We went in at around 2pm 04/19/21. Whoever was working that shift has a very poor customer service skill. while my wife was trying to decide on what to order, I was rushing to go into the restroom because I can see it looks available, and there’s no sign saying it’s restricted. The guy asked me what I need, he immediately say no, and grabbed the orange safety cone then put it up to make it unavailable. Maybe he can start with words like “Sorry, the restroom is not available due to covid or whatever reason” but instead he said no and put the sign up at that moment and shook his head with strong bad attitude. My wife didn’t like his reaction and so we immediately left. I’m sure the boba here is good but with bad customer service will ruin the business straight away.

I ordered 2 burritos, lumpia and milk tea with boba. Due to Covid, they asked us to wait outside and brought the food to us. The lumpia was missing. By the time we got home it was closed so I called back the following morning. I spoke to employee who said there was nothing he can do. I asked to took at the log of orders, he said he couldnt. So I told him, they charge me for an item and forgot to deliver it and I get penalized for it, he replied I guess so. I asked to speak to the manager, which he replied he was the manager. Their fault yet no type of reimbursement, even though each item was under $10 and the missing item was less than that. Very disappointed with the way they handle their errors.

Great little chill spot to hang out or study. Decor is kept very simple. One small TV hanging on the wall, 6 small tables so its able to hold a decent amount of people here. They have a big selection of drinks milk tea or slush drinks so you will be able to find something you like here. They also have liquid nitrogen ice cream I am not too sure what that is but looking at the pictures it seem to be a popular item the unicorn poop makes me wonder what it is lol. They also have a good selection snacks and food if you are hungry too.I order the regular original milk tea it taste a bit different but its still very good every place has their own version original milk tea so it dont bother me too much. The only thing I wasnt too fond of was they added a bit too much ice as the ratio of ice seem to be more than the milk tea.Overall I recommend you coming checking this place out as it seem to be the own boba place here if you are not feeling like a Starbucks type of day.

The foods are good. Love their ice cream! But the only problem Im having is their milk tea and ice blended drinks like taro & mango. Everytime I order, the flavor is always different. It depends on the staff who made it. But most of the time the flavor is blant. You need to make a request upon ordering so they will add more flavor which shouldnt be the case. Also encountered a situation when my milk tea is full of ice.... Literally, it only took me one sip to finish it. Hopefully, they will improve on these points. I love PL&B thats why Im saying this.

I always get the Thai Milk tea and it is always delicious. Thier drinks are on the sweet side. I love sweet drinks but thier 100% sweetness is a little too sweet for me. So I would suggest getting it less than 100% sweet. All in all this is a great boba place that I highly recommend.

All I have to say is blehh! Do not go here for thai tea. I received my thai tea and all it was. Was sugar! You could literally see the powdered sugar all over the cup. And as I am pregnant I threw it away soon after drinking a little bit and seeing and tasting all the sugar. I feel bad for my little one as I did drink quite a bit. Fingers crossed the amount of sugar in one shot did not affect me and my baby.
