2023-10-09 01:28:28The food is absolutely delicious! The walnut shrimp is a MUST TRY! I also love the 煎饼果子! (I have to say, this is not the most “healthy food” out there, but the walnut shrimp just taste amazing! The portion was very generous and the price was very reasonable. No wonder the store is packed. The staffs were so kind and patient as it was our first time there. The store is so busy and they still managed to served us very quickly. The atmosphere isn’t ideal as it seems to be a family style restaurant. But hey, if they spend thousands on remodeling, the dishes will cost way more. So I still give this store a 5 ⭐️

2023-09-11 17:14:05This is the BEST Chinese food restaurant that I have ever had in my life. You can tell that the cook has a passion for cooking! The food is delicious and made with LOVE! My party felt so satiated after eating here! Sorry the food was soooo good we got engrossed in eating and forgot to take pics before eating; just know it was unbelievably good!

2021-12-29 15:48:37This place is legit. It is the quintessential location to experience undecorated, authentic Chinese home-style cooking. You do not go to this place for atmosphere. You go here because you want a hearty meal prepared well.We had the walnut shrimp, Peking style pork belly, beef wrapped in pancakes (sort of like Peking duck but with cold beef), some type of chili beef, fluffy pancakes and the noodles with black bean sauce. Pretty much every one of them was tasteful in their own way.But what really makes Peking Alley shine is knowing that things are prepared fresh. Noodles here are handmade fresh and it definitely shows. Ive never felt such texture from a Chinese restaurant before in my black bean sauce bowl. Also you see the owner making dumplings in the deep corner of the restaurant and you know this joint really is family-run.Again, presentation and atmosphere might feel it comes short. But this is not what this place is going for. Will absolutely return and frequent.

2023-10-22 06:46:25This place had been good but total disaster after it moved to the new place. Came with friends this time. Big disappointment. 大盘鸡(Xinjiang chicken with noodles), 红烧石斑鱼 (sea bass daily special) they’re looking stale, tasting stale, as if precooked hours or days ago and then microwaved and served. Soy milk does not taste good at all, grocery store soy milk tastes better than that. 油条(fried donut) was worse than grocery frozen stuff. And we have been feeling stomach discomfort after coming home. I need to apologize to friends tmr for taking them to this place today.

2022-07-07 21:42:36Excellent. I will return. I had the Spicy Chicken Cold Noodle and it was perfectly spicy and the noodles were fresh and al dente. Definitely need to try more dishes.

2020-07-16 03:51:48Yummy Chinese food! My favorite was the “Chinese hamburger” and pancake stripes with chicken. I also ordered shrimp and chives dumplings, ear wood mushroom, jelly fish salad and sichuan fish filet. They were all great.

2019-08-30 01:18:06Food was good and staff helpful. They did forget one of our order of jianbing and when I asked them to look into it the waitress told me it takes a while because they make it fresh. This is after four other tables who sat down after us got theirs already. Someone else eventually fixed the mistake when we asked a second time. Jianbing was crispy but zero flavor. Was interested in trying their noodles but I’ll go somewhere else for that.
