Got to Pacific Catch before it opened so got good parking and then a nice seat inside facing the bar & tv. The service from Julie was exceptional as she was taking food orders and tending bar. The Korean BBQ with egg was delicious and really was a meal for 2 although I ate 2/3 of it 😋

Great place to grab a burger and a drink if you are out on the coast. I recommend grabbing lunch at 1130 am when its not busy. Burger and fries are good! Kids enjoyed a grill cheese which was good as well, it was on Texas toast. Few varieties of beer soda, and lemonade as well.

Located at the intersection of Hacienda and Dublin blvd, mall has ample of parking, might get tricky attimes if you are looking to park closer to the restaurants. If you are like me and would love to walk around then its all good parking wise. Home Goods, Sephora and Whole Foods is my goto when it coming to shopping. Handful of options for food, dine-in fancy with family, or a quick bite. Few call outs, Urban plates, Chipotle, Habit Burger :)

My mother and I normally are only in this place because of the whole foods. There are quite a few other businesses in this area that Ive heard pretty good things about, but my mother normally only needs the whole foods and that is why we are there. Parking in this area is normally a bit much as the parking lot is almost always full and God forbid theres also a few Amazon packages being delivered. The trucks take up a lot of space lol. Its still an amazing place to spend some time in and its always clean and bright.

Be prepared to wait in very long lines. The line was so long. I just left my cart. It was outrageous . I usually love Nordstrom Rack but I think I like the on at Marina Square better. It seems they are doing better with their inventory stock. It could be because it was after Christmas but I wasnt finding the gems I usually come across. Especially in the shoe department

Updated: 08.07.23Truly very difficult to find parking even on this Tuesday around the noon hour. Witnessed three different near accidents with people coming around corners & trying to pull into spaces at the same time! The spaces themselves are very narrow compared to most parking lots so very difficult for those driving pickups or SUVs to turn into the spaces. The developers were aware of this no doubt as was the city of Dublin who must have approved the parking plan, but seems poorly planned. Population continues to grow in the Tri-Valley, so this is probably going to continue. On the plus side there are several restaurants, the closest Whole Foods in the area, Home Goods... Nordstrom Rack still really disorganized inside, but That doesnt seem to stop the hoards of customers anymore than the tight/unavailable parking does! It is good that we do have free parking still in the Tri-Valley area, Just wish these were safer parking lots especially for children who still dart in between parked cars.Nice, growing array of stores & eateries, but free parking is very inadequate. Love to go there occasionally, hate to circle the lot searching for a parking spot & have had to leave before as there were none, even on a weekday evening or before or after lunchtime. Even disabled parking is very hard to find when I drive my family member who cant walk far - there should be more disabled parking spots near storefronts. Parking spaces are very narrow. A smallish SUV, like our Honda CRV, doesnt have enough space to open doors without a lot of caution. Watch your kids carefully as people are so focused on finding a parking spot that theyre often not aware of pedestrians, especially children.Love HomeGoods, Habit, Urban Plates...Hate Nordstrom Rack - so messy & disorganized that its hard to find those supposed treasures there. Whole Foods is...Whole Foods. You love it or you hate it. Nice selection & quality, but even under Amazons empire, its still very expensive. Doesnt seem to stop the constant stream of customers into the store, though. Starbucks & Patxis pizza, too.

Another random place I stumbled into. I dont know exactly how I found it. Lost probably. They have alot of good stores. I made the mistake of telling the Mrs. They had a Homegoods there and have since made 3 trips to the area. Its actually fairly easy to get to if you take the freeway. Plenty of restaurants, shops and even a wholefoods grocery store. This place has a little bit of everything.

The name and branding are awful but there are outlets outdoors which you may need if ever semi-homeless and needing to charge your phone. The sheriff deputies will harass you, but not as bad as Pleasanton PD (who even will assume the knowledge of medical doctors to assert you are on drugs if you have a neurological condition) and so its safer to stall here than anywhere in Pleasanton during the day though youll get more weird looks here as the money is newer and these are people that paid to avoid seeing homeless people or they would still be in SF.The selection of shops is decent, Whole Foods is awesome if not expensive (but the state can pay if you get CalFresh) and the people that work in the shops are usually pretty chill if you are, so thats not an issue like it would be in cities closer to the bay. Just remember youre 2 blocks from Santa Rita and the whole county rounds the wagons to keep from getting sued while following none of their own laws. GEE ISNT CALIFORNIA GREAT ?

Place has a lot going on for it, but be fore warned, no one is paying attention around them. Drivers and pedestrians alike. Go in with patience and understand they designed this parking lot to fit as many cars as they can, not how cars and people will get in and out. Spots are small. Thank god I was only there for 1 thing and that was it.

Im a big fan, always clean, and lively, I can always find parking, and theres a nice selection of shops and restaurants.Im also totally biased because its home to the closest Whole Foods and Nordstrom rack to me. The hour or so drive is always worth it.Its also worth mentioning there are some wonderful nearby parks that are perfect for a picnic locations for food purchased here.

Visited Urban Plates and the food was very good. Their food is healthy and low in calories. They have a healthy variety to choose from. The staff is friendly and professional. The restaurant is very clean and outdoor dining is socially distanced and spacious. And the cost is very reasonable.

Lovely selection of shops in a nicely designed and well maintained locale within a ten min walk from BART. Home Goods, Nordstrom Rack, Ulta, Barnes and Noble, Bed, Bath& Beyond, Whole foods and TJ Max plus several little specialty/boutique shops, nail salons and of course many places to eat. The Starbucks is always a safe bet but my personal fave is the Mocha Milkshake at the Habit. SO GOOD and the staff is always fun to chat with.

This is not a bad shopping center but needs more parking. I visited in the middle of the day on a weekday and couldnt find a place to park. How bad will it be during the holidays? Something to consider when you want to grab food quick but you drive around for 15 min looking for parking.

Great location...all the main shops are in a single row so its good for a nice walk excercise. The Parking is too tight and poorly designed. Watch for the pedistranians especially when everyone is glued to the Mobile phone while pushing the carts.

Wow! The deli selection is huge and really good. I love to do shopping here, a large selection of organic and natural products, the prices are good and the juices are the best part: fresh juice served the way you want it. But my personal favourite section are the salsas, Im a salsas lover.

Nice variety of mostly higher end stores. Drive very slowly as the lanes and parking spaces are particularly small. Its also unfortunate that ICE cars park in clean air vehicle spots without repercussion.

Really lovely plaza with lots of gems Whole Foods, healthy eateries, habitat burgers... The parking can be tight around the whole foods. The electric plugs are always full. People are competitve when it comes to charging their vehicles. Overall quite pleasant. Just watch out when you drive. Lots of sudden pedestrian crossings.

As a mall, its a strip mall. And kind of an unusual one.Imagine a long strip mall thats divided by a few streets.That means when you want to go from one end to another, dealing with traffic lights to cross these streets.The parking lots arent very large.Even the parking spaces are a little narrow.So pick your battles. Parking situation is ridiculous at Persimmon Place, you gotta drive around for 15 minutes to find a spot. It’s really a shame that they build this shopping center without taking parking into consideration. Overall the quality of shops and restaurants is fantastic but there are not enough parking spots to accommodate the crowed on a busy Saturday afternoon,mind you this is a shopping center in the center of suburbia, how did they not plan ahead?

I accidentally left my backpack in the bathroom last night during closing. I didnt notice until I was on the BART and halfway back to San Francisco I couldnt go back besides because they were closed for the night. However I was not worried because I know I was the last customer in that bathroom and I was to make sure I will be the first in the morning. I called Nordstrom rack as soon as I woke up before they even opened asking if my bag was turned in or found in the bathroom they claimed there was never one turned in or one found in the bathroom. One of the employees there in certain stole my backpack of personal belongings.

Im sure that this shopping center is just finebif youre an uptight, snobby, yuppie with an undeserved sense of entitlement. I understand that I may dress a little different than the usual visitors and pretty much every person there made it known that they could tell that I was from out of town and I was treated as an outsider would be treated by people who judge themselves better than others. A city is supposed to welcome tourism with open arms and hospitality. Not dirty looks and telling their children to keep their distance from me. I was very offended and rightfully so. If youre just an average joe like myself I highly recommend changing your dinner plans if theyre anywhere close to that place. I will be taking my business elsewhere, indefinitely.

I love Home Goods, but this time there was a guy out front asking people for money, and it turns out he was working at Home Goods as some kind of survey taker. And not only did he ask me for money as I walked in, once I was in the store, he apparently forgot hed already hit me up because he asked me for money again when he also walked in the store.

Its a nice new plaza thats opened up next to hacienda crossing but the parking is always a bit of a pain. They do have a lot of different food places so youll be able to find something to eat no matter who you are

Nick the greek was delicious and the staff friendly, the staff at whole food were stuck up, pretentious and rude. One of the worst Chipotle Ive been in. The line was long because of how long they take to serve 1 person. Definitely not the friendliest and surprisingly out of all the Chipotle Ive been at, they give police discount for military members but not this place especially one of the biggest Reserve Bases are within 5 miles from it.

I checked out some shoes at Nordstroms Rack. The selection was smaller than usual. When I found a pair; and wanted to sit down and try them on, the fun began. ... .. there arent any chairs or stools!!! I guess this is the new normal with Covid 19?! With help from my wife (and a few laughs), I was successful in finding quality footwear. However, next time, Ill BRING MY OWN CHAIR!

This is a newer shopping center conveniently located near I-580. I enjoy going to Whole Foods and Urban Plates, which are both inside. There are other stores and places to eat like Firehouse Subs, Chipotle, Pacific Catch, etc. Theres also a kitchenware store, Verizon, Nordstrom Rack, and other retail places. This shopping center keeps getting bigger and bigger.

Persimmon place is a location full of light full of Queen retailers and family friendly environment specifically the Shell gas station that is placed upon the insurance to persimmon place is a very Immaculate gas station it has restrooms that offer tables stools napkins and clean sense of sorts and it also features the lazy dog restaurant which is a very good restaurants to eat at 2 drink at 2 have fun at it is just an all-around Pleasant experience it snow coincidence that it is right on the outskirts of Pleasanton

(5) + stars to Raul. This is not my first visit, neither my first review for Urban Plates. But when you see someone doing what they love, it makes them shine. This was the case for Raul who handles the salad making like a barista in a world coffe competition. The experience by default is having a salad that looks like it came out of a magazine and a flavor that makes you mention how great it is while you are enjoying bite by bite. Fresh and healthy, with that kind of service it makes the experience memorable and ensures the loyalty of a lifetime customer. Thank you.

The inability of the property developer to plan for both traffic flow and adequate parking makes this place a nightmare to visit. whole foods and home goods alone account for 60% of the available space. there is a mindless road separating the two halves of this complex that further complicates things, as does the set of one way lanes. my arguably, equally useless advice is to jump on the grenade and park across the street at hacienda crossings, get yourself an extra 800 steps, and reclaim the lost slice of your life that would otherwise be spend circling the lot looking for parking. spare the air and enjoy your shopping. the visit to Lunchbox alone will be worth it. cheers, Googlers.
