Came in at 4:45pm, on a Sunday. We got seated right awayOrdered at about 5-5:05pmFood started arriving around 5:30.Ordered:Pineapple MimosaPeet’s Burger - medium rareCalamariArtichokeSalmon on a bed of Pasta with AsparagusAll food that we ordered were tasty, good and cooked to perfection except the Salmon. It was overdone and dry.A lot of parking.There isn’t much choice on alcohol: just beer, wine and Mimosa.Ambience is suited for family. Loud music in the background.Service is just ok. Serving cold water is not standard. We had to ask for it 3x before we were served water.Price is ok and affordable.All in all. I would recommend this restaurant.I would rate this 4 star. I dropped 1 star because of the service.

This was our first time in for this particular Petes. Gavin was our server and bartender. Ive been into other Petes locations and this one has the best ambiance so far. (Nice job interior decorating) The staff was inviting and accommodating. The food was great. Dad ordered the Atlantic salmon and it was perfectly prepared! Moist, not dry! Ill definitely be back....

The food was delicious!! It was our 1st time coming here. I had the Chicken Farfella & hubby had the Sante Fe Salad. Oohhh so good! It took us a few minutes to be seated but after that everything was great! Fast, friendly waitress. Our drinks & food were in front of us so fast I was like wow (and told our server that too). Which was good cause we were hungry. Would definitely go back!!

We’re making our rounds to our favorite Roseville restaurants and couldn’t pass up Pete’s. I used to love to go here. They “hall the greatest hand made onion rings of any I’ve ever had. I never understood why it wasn’t on the menu. We were slightly disappointed to get the packaged onion rings.BUT, the main reason we came was for Pete’s Atlantic Salmon and we weren’t disappointed at all. It was everything I remember and more.We don’t usually get dessert but chose to splurge tonight and got the Monster Cookie. I guarantee that it is every bit as good as it looks and enough for two people.We sat at the bar just so we could interact with others while watching the football game. I want to give a shout out to Ryan, who was our bartender / waiter. He was very professional, courteous and attentive to our needs.It will be a while before we get back but I would recommend Pete’s to anybody!

I ordered pizza, because they are bragging about their dough and other ingredients on their website and menus. Well, it was definitely not worth the $$ and my appetite for pizza. Another flake’s advertisement!!!If you are in the mood for a good pizza, don’t come here.Their pizza was as good as a frozen boxed pizza from a grocery store.My boyfriend had a pasta dish, and it wasn’t good either…. I won’t be going to any of their locations… absolutely not!!

My wife, sister and I came here because of the ratings. Our waitress/bartender was amazing and knowledgeable. Food was excellent, atmosphere was great! Definitely recommend! They even had NHRA Drag racing on one of the televisions along with great music playing in the background. Bloody Mary’s were bomb! Well worth the price!

Great Lasagna and Pizza, full bar but pretty pricey. All in all great meal and friendly staff . I definitely will go back for the lasagna served wet. So delicious. Margaritas were good too.

Jeniffer and the staff is so amazing!! I have never experienced such amazing customer service! Even during my takeout yesterday the girl at the register apologized for it being so busy and instantly recognized me when I didn’t even realize that it was busy. Lol. I am just amazed by my customer service here. I’ll keep coming back just because Jeniffer and the staff was on top of everything! And hands down to the chefs because the soups, rib eye steak, and the seafood pasta is on point!!!

The service was good. Our waiter always made sure our drinks were filled, he checked on us frequently, but not so frequently it was annoying, it was the perfect attentiveness to make sure we had everything we needed.Three out of three burgers were cooked differently than ordered. The Cobb salad was loaded with tomatoes, chicken, bacon, an egg, and a quarter of an avocado. Unfortunately it had less lettuce than tomato and made me sad. I like lots of green leafy veggies. While disappointing, everybodys food tasted good, just not the way it was ordered (the burgers).The cookie and ice cream gave a tummy ache, but that was my own fault for eating my sons unfinished dessert, as I do not typically indulge in sugar filled desserts. It did taste pretty good though. 👍

They need a chef. The food was before average... The pizza knots were warm but dry... They pull the knots tot tight and so they become too elongated to be as doughy as they should be and like they are at other Pete locations... And the the sweet potato fries were literally hungry when they were served to one customer and another customer at the same table for them cooked right... So how does a chef make two plates to go to a table and behave blindly??? I was told by a friend that the food wasnt too good at this location and I had completely forgotten until I was going there myself many months later... it was into the meal that I remembered I was previously warned... Its rare that I give bad reviews but they do have a problem with mentioning.

My grandparents love this place. I finally got to give it a try. I got the chicken parmesan and it was bursting with flavor. It was definitely two full meals, one for lunch and one for dinner. Friendly staff. Great food..

I come to Roseville once a year to visit a friend. We discovered Petes last year and were very surprised and impressed. Went back again last month and it was just as good as our previous visit. So many great starters that you can fill up on those alone. Petes is now one of my go to restaurants when in Roseville.

I have eaten here several times and the food has always been good. With the warmer weather, last visit we sat outside - BIG MISTAKE - DONT DO IT. No fault of the restaurant, but you are right next to a 4 lane road with heavy traffic. If you like car exhaust and listening to performance cars with loud extra loud mufflers and not being able to have a conversation youll love this place. When I eat, I like to be able to have a conversation and hear the wait staff without without having to pause every minute as an extra loud car drives by. Was not enjoyable.Reply to business - Thank you for your response and suggestion. I will defiantly be back to enjoy another wonderful meal.

The menu has shrunk. The outside was not available due to lack of staff, even though we called ahead and asked. My favorite dish is no longer available and the choices are minimal if you arent up for pizza, seafood or pasta. Our waitress was nice but very slow. Hoping next time might be better.

They microwave their lasagna and it’s pre-made like 2-3 days before serving. Plus the sauces are all pre-package. Nothing here is fresh and people are paying over $25 for a plate. This place is a joke. They also fire college students who have explained their schedule but manager didn’t wanna listen. Don’t eat here and don’t work here. It’s a toxic environment and some of the staff like to play favorites.

Excellent Cobb Salad & Philly Steak Sandwich. The Gluten Friendly Sandwich is simply lettuce instead of bread which made for leaving someone hungry since the French fries served aren’t gluten friendly.

Very nice bar in a convenient location. Entry is unexpectedly around the corner. If you there around 11:30am it will be pretty empty but it got very full very fast for lunch time. Drinks are well made and the Cobb salad was absolutely delicious. Staff was very nice and professional. Restrooms were super clean.

When you click to order, it places your order at 5005 Foothills Blvd. Do not ask management with assistance or expect any kind of customer service because, as the General Manager says, He doesnt work for Google so its not his problem. He attempted to give me a compd salad, which was not what I ordered. Raoul Mandujano GM, has 0 customer service skills!! Take your time and money to a different location!!

This is the 3rd time weve visited this restaurant. We stood in the lobby for quite awhile before anyone came over. After being seated we waited quite awhile for anyone to approach us for our order. 15 mins later another employee told us our waiter would be by soon. 10 mins later we walked out. Definitely recommend Petes for in or outdoor seating. Inside plenty of room with tall or regular height tables. Service was fast and friendly during a weekday lunch hour. Greg was our waiter and was spot on with descriptions and even recommendations. All staff we encountered were friendly & accommodating even as they were working about (not just standing around socializing with one another). Daily soup variety 👍🏻. Soups, salad, and pasta dishes we have tried so far all had generous portions. Listed were an afternoon and evening extended happy hour . Delivery available for local residents.

Favorite place in town. Great service and food!😊😊4 years ago, my wife and daughter would dine at the Petes Roseville on Douglas just about every Friday. I rated them with 5 stars. When COVID came about, we mostly did take out. Tonight, April 20th, 2023, we decided to order take out. When I arrived the meals were prepared for dine in on plates. The waiter indicated to the person preparing the food that it was for take out. The food prepared scooped the two burgers in take out containers of which I had no concerns. He then proceeded to use his two hands without gloves to scoop the buffalo chicken salad out into a take out container. WOW! When I mentioned what I witnessed to the checkout clerk that I thought that process was not sanitary and it was nasty, her only comment was that he washed his hands. I was there watching them prepare meals for several minutes and handling different types of meals with no gloves or hands cleansing. Needless to say, we will never go back for take out or dine in!I received a reply to the above rating. The food preparer was the person touching the food with bare hands and no gloves. Not a waitress or waiter.Be blessed and above all, safe!

To the kid working the front left dining room on Fathers day, as well as the hostess at the front, this review goes out to you. Waiting 10 minutes for our menu, and drink orders wasnt that big of a deal, but it was a little irritating that out children didnt get any menus. The order taking process was eventually smooth, but it doesnt feel great as a customer when your waiter and hostess stand at the front snickering and pointing fingers at our table. Nicely followed by our food, which we had no napkins or silverware to eat it with.Finally it was time to leave, but it took the 3rd incorrect check for us to finally just pay it, so we could leave.The food was delicious, but the entire customer service experience from beginning to end felt like we were at the training fair. I know the industry isnt easy, but If your not even going to pretend like you care about your customers, your in the wrong line of work.Word of recommendation, dont go here.The 2 stars is because the food was good. But Ive received better service at most McDonalds.

The service was slow and the reception was cool, not really friendly. The hot food came quickly and was OK, not great. We ordered a dessert and after waiting a considerable time, I had to track down our waiter to ask about it. No apologies for the wait or explanation and five minutes more wait time for the dessert. Plus the refrigeration was down so none of their tap beers were available. Thats beyond their control, but was a bit of a let down for a brew pub.

Good food selection; good drink selection; sports bar style restaurant with steaks, pasta, salads, burgers, sandwiches, pizza, etc. They have a twisted bread appetizer thats really nice. Definitely recommend this place is your in for American or Italian food. I had the meatball sandwich. Really good. Previously Ive had the steak salad. But I probably wont have either again for a while because Ill be trying something else as I make my way through the menu.

Our first time there...will never be return!! Food pricey for lunch time! We ordered a combo platter for $16.50, which was to include mozzarella sticks, onion rings and fried ravioli. The waitress returned to tell us they were out of fried ravioli, but we could add something to replace it. We said ok, how about a couple wings?She said no, we could only replace missing ravioli with onion rings or mozzarella sticks. Disappointed, we said ok. As we waited for order, we decided $16.50 for onion rings and mozzarella sticks was ridiculous! And, thats all that comes with combo platter, no salad, bread, etc. $16.50 for a few onion rings and mozzarella sticks is armed robbery!!!We ended up changing our order to something else, which was so, so.There are too many restaurants in Roseville we can eat at, to settle for Petes lack of food & high prices!!! Plus, it was lunch time and most tables were empty, which says something for itself!We will not recommend to friends, family or colleagues and will share our experience with them!!!

Worst service Ive ever had. We had a reservation for 4:30pm for fathers day and the person seating us looked like he hated his job...and us. And unfortunately he was our waiter as well. We got seated and werent given menus. When we did finally get menus and ordered, we didnt get any napkins or utensils until we asked him for them. He was less than attentive and he didnt check on us or get us drink refills. I couldnt even ask for a refill because I didnt see him again until it was time to pay. Our checks were wrong THREE times, so we ended up just paying and leaving because it was taking a long time and didnt seem like it was going to get corrected. I felt like we were a burden to this specific waiter and it ruined what should have been a good fathers day dinner. Our receipt said his name is Ryan. Maybe he was just having an off day but when you are paying good money at a restaurant, you should be getting at the very least, decent service with at least one table visit...idk maybe that is asking too much...

We tend to sit at the bar to eat and drink, but depending on who is working depends on the service you get. Some of the bartenders are very attentive, but others focus on the regulars and tend to forget to check on those who are there occasionally....so you may need to waive down the bartender because its as though they dont even see you there. I gave 3 stars together do enjoy the food.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I had in 2019. The server, Dillon, was not only most absent, but completely neglected to mention potential ranch and marinara dipping cups for the pizza my party ordered. This might be understandable if it was busy, but Petes could have been described as anything but on this Monday afternoon.As for the food, the chocolate milk my sister ordered was curdled (and when brought to Dillons attention we had to ask him to take it away). The margarita pizza we ordered was mostly crust and olive oil, with an incredibly bland taste. And the cost associated with it all was far too high. If you want pizza pass this joint, instead head over to Chicago Fire. Similar prices for better, and more, pizza.I understand this establishment is under new management, a fellow named Frank. Well, Frank. Fire that waiter. An absolutely atrocious time.

I personally had a bad experience coming here, my friends and I were looking to have a few beers and to sample alot of the food that as suggested. The front desk hosts werent the friendliest but the reason I have this a 5 star review is due to our waitress, I think her name was Kelsey, she had the loop earrings if I remember correctly. She was one of the best and friendliest waitresses that myself or friends had come across in such a long time. She made our dinner and time there great regardless of no cold beer :( If the managers or owners see this I hope they give that girl a part on the back, she had a full section and still managed to make our experience much more enjoyable. Recently visited this restaurant because we were excited to try a new restaurant in our area and bought a gift card from Costco for this restaurant. No-one greeted us, we were eventually seated, service was extremely slow, food was mediocre. A large group was seated less than a foot away from us and children are allowed to run amok. When we were done we didnt want to wait for change so we left the gift card and tip. The manager chased us out of the restaurant and confronted us explaining that they would not accept the gift card, that he understood our frustration as many people have complained about not being able to use the legitimate card. We returned the card to Costco and they graciously refunded what we paid and informed us that what the restaurant did was illegal and would be reported.

Hostess didnt provide happy hour menue with 30 minutes left. Server brought appartizers without plates. Had to be reminded about drink order, and dip for seafood. Not our best Petes experience. Natomas does it right followed by Roseville.

Really great mushroom burger. Update, 5/5/19: After tonights visit at dinner, I am forced to lower the rating. We sat for 15 minutes without anyone speaking to us. Note that this is a Sunday evening at 6:30 in a mostly empty restaurant. We were about to leave, but the bartender came over and brought our drinks and took our order. The food came in a reasonable amount of time, but the lasagne was the worst Ive ever had - it had so much sauce that it was almost like soup - completely unlike the lasagne at other nearby Petes. The waiter said probably one sentence to us the entire time, and was abrupt and unfriendly. Other than the very kind bartender, this was one of the worst dining experiences in recent memory.

My parents and I have a tradition of coming here almost each and every Friday night (the only night we can get together). Ordered Ahi poke, a sirloin steak meal with shrimp and Brewhouse burger. Ordered the steak medium rare and by the time I got back home to eat, the steak was so overcooked, tough and dry I couldn’t even eat it. Had my girlfriend try it and she made the same claim. I called and they said they would replace the steak, but the hassle to go back out or go back another time just to get a steak by itself is all just not worth the time or effort and really disappointed I didn’t get to eat a full meal. The Granite Bay location is decidedly more upscale than the Rocklin and Roseville spots. We were given great wine pairing suggestions on one trip (although Im no wine connoisseur) and the pizza is really good, of course. I did not pair wine with pizza, but I did get a chance to look at the surprisingly extensive list of beers on tap (primarily locally sourced). Overall, a great place to have a nicer dinner or just a pint or two and a pizza.
