I feel like if you want to have nice dinner outing this place is just ok. You wont have a problem with service. But dont expect it be authentic in flavor. This chain restaurant is targeted to a different audience who likes a specific taste. The plating and the vibe is amazing. Just not worth the overpriced menu. Save money and have an authentic meal at a Panda Express.

First time coming to this location! And I will definitely be coming back! Everyone was friendly! Our server Omar, was the best! He went out of his way to explain the menu items and gave us awesome feedback before we ordered! We had the Pad Thai and the Fried Rice! Mom said this was the best Pad Thai shes had! And she is very hard to please! Anyways, thanks to your delicious food and the impeccable customer service from Omar, we will definitely be coming back!

Ive never been to this place. I was excited to experience a new restaurant and hopefully make it one of our go to places to eat. We arrived, was greeted, and was told there was a 10 min wait. Wait time was accurate. The restaurant wasnt too full. We were sta down and menus given. My wife and I looked over the menu and decided on what we wanted. Then we waited, and waited, and waited and nothing. About 20 min passed and not one single server stopped to even take our drink order. There were other individuals that had arrived after us and their orders were taken. Its not like we sat in a corner. We were literally in a booth right in the middle of the restaurant. As waiters kept passing by and even a manager we still did not get asked if we wainted to place an order of deinks or food. We decided to just leave. To be fair, I could have flagged women down but are a high end restaurant I shouldnt have to. I never experienced the Chang and will never come back again.Quick Update: We went to Golden House Chinese Food on Palm and we were not only seated but our order taken and served literally in 20 min. This is a great place to eat and the food is always fresh and affordable.

Haven’t been to PF Changs in sometime. We got a seat within 5 minutes as the host promised and may have had the best waiter in the house. I had the Chilean sea bass which was excellent and a must try if you don’t mind the price. My wife had the Singapore noodles and that was superb. For appetizer the tempura fried calamari did not disappoint. We will be going back very soon.

The glass noodles were my favorite food of all the food we ordered. Everything else we couldve gone to any other Chinese Food place and save some money. Our server was the best, his name is Roldan Alex, he was attentive, made suggestions, and came around enough times to make sure we had everything we needed. The place is nicely decorated and they have plenty of tables. We waited about 5 minutes and it was a Friday afternoon.

The family and I like to come to this PF Chang‘s in the Otay Ranch area of Chula Vista. The service is always good, the food is always tasty fresh and delicious. We especially like that it’s close to the movie theater and lots of shopping areas and different sightseeing venues. We definitely highly recommend this PF Chang‘s.

First time coming here 😄 and I LOVED IT!I came with 2 friends, well, they took me out for dinner and I chose here because of my lost wait to find Sesame Chicken here on the West Coast..So of course I got the Sesame Chicken and it was PERFECT! I really Loved how the veggies (peppers and onions) tasted like they came right off the grill and made the whole dish pop. Delicious!! My appetizer was the Dynamite Shrimp and that was frickin delicious too! I am excited to come again and try the chicken lettuce wraps and some other dishes.Everyone from the check in counter to out wait staff were very awesome and friendly 😁 5 stars all around.Ill definitely be back!

We visit PF Changs from time to time. The food here is really high quality and is delicious and the service is top notch. We ordered Beef Broccoli and kung pao chicken and liked it a lot. There are only a few negatives: prices are a bit high, portions are a bit small and sometimes there is a long wait to get in. Regardless, we will be back

We parked outside at stall #4 and called the number on the sign. However, the system had long prompts, making it less than ideal. When the hostess returned, our suspicions were confirmed—they had given our order to the wrong person.Frustration peaked after waiting over an hour amidst inefficiencies and unprofessionalism. We decided to ask for a manager. Jesus, the hero, came out and listened to our concerns. He apologized sincerely and assured us the order would be remade, though there would be a wait. Remarkably, Jesus offered to comp the entire order. We were truly grateful.We waited at the bar and discovered Voodoo Ranger, one of the best beers on tap, adding a glimmer of positivity to the situation. Around 7:40 pm, Jesus personally handed us our order. His attention to detail made all the difference.Heres to you, Jesus! It took literally three days for my stomach to get back to normal. We ordered appetizers, mains, and drinks for three people, so we had a number of plates to compare. This is gringo asian food for people unclear about what asian food is, but have money to burn. The calamari had the tell-tale black spots of oil needing to be changed, my Kung Pao was covered with a brown doughy coating that I couldnt make heads of tails of and the lettuce wraps had no living veggies with the exception of the lettuce. If you were expecting fresh, this was the exact opposite. It was a pile of meat with some other brown coating that I was also unable to distinguish. No green onions, no water chestnuts, no carrots, NO VEGGIES, nada! Basically they were plates of brown food. I wont cover the salmon or the other dish but they were equally disappointing. The service was also pretty poor. You ask for something and its promised but immediately forgotten till you manually get up and flag down a server. Foodies beware!

It had been over a year that I didnt visit this store and I guess I chose the wrong day to go back.Food was ok and the server was quite attentive but the kitchen was overwhelmed by the orders because our food took a long time and in parts we were 3 in our party and they brought one dish at a time like every 10 minutes and half way on to our meal we order desert and it took longer than the meal itself to come out.It was not a very good experience that afternoon I will give them one last chance soon and retry to see if they get better but if not them they will definitely hear from me here and at their website.

I love the food, everything I have eaten in this place so far has been great, love the environment, Chinese food at a different level. Every P. F. Changs I have eaten in has been good. No complains, I have come to this in particular with groups and on a date with my wife. Service always lack a bit, but this time they really, really took the cake! The waiter took about 25 min to take it drunk order,. It took about 10 to 15 min to get us the drinks and another 10 min to take it order. We werent a big group to say he had to do a lot. Everything so far was ok but the worse part was that he to about 1hr to get us our did order. It was not until I talked to the junior manager that magically out did appeared. Then when it took time to past they charged us for items that we never got.

Took like 10mins to pay cause the staff did not know you can pay with apple pay/ samsung pay..but thats not the half of it. I called in my order for a fried rice and a coconut cooler to go. After I finally paid and got my food I felt like the drink was half way so I checked I showed it to the manager he said its because of the 12oz cup. Ive had this drink at pf changs and I know the comparison its not that much and they always pack this drink with ice so be careful with this hack of a place. I made my first visit to this location recently with some friends and was genuinely impressed with the quality of the food, and especially the attentive assistance we received from our server, Roldan Alex. 5 Star Prices with 2 Star quality. Dont know why were paying $13-15 a roll for shrimp and tuna that arent fresh. I couldve bought better rolls at the grocery store for half the price. $20 Pad Thai thats just so-so. My rating would be 3 stars if they charged half the price because their food is half the quality. Combo Pad Thai comes with 2 small bites of chicken and 3 pieces of shrimp and loaded with tofu, some sweet sauce at the bottom and somehow some burnt looking pork made its way in the dish. Taste nothing like actual Pad Thai.

Definitely going back. I love how the bar has walk in sitting instead of waiting for a table at the dining table. The bartender, I believe his name was Alex, was very knowledgeable on the drinks being served and would suggest drink depending on our liking of flavors! He’s a better server than Stephen and Daruish as well, but honestly all the employees there are friendly and will try their best to make your experience at P.F. Chang’s worth. Go give it a try!

Took our entire family party of 8 with out of town visitors for dinner. The service was very mediocre. Our server on several occasions was rushing through taking only half of our tables orders. Throughout the night we had to consistently hunt “someone” down including to getting the check, which was a struggle. Reservations were at 6, we finally walked up to the front around 9 pm to pay. There were at least 3 hosts up from at 9 but no one on the floor. Never saw a manager the entire night. Dirty plates and not refilled drinks we’re still on the table. Don’t think our server noticed that we left.Definitely not used to this level of service as PF Changs was always our go to for years.

We went to this restaurant to celebrate my mom’s birthday here last night and the food was mediocre. When the orange chicken came out, it was a total of 8 pieces; 2 big and the rest were small scraps. I complained to the server who made it right by getting us another order (so I thought). While the 2nd order looked about right in portion, they replaced some of the chicken with shrimp pieces. Thankfully no one was allergic to shrimp..but if they ran out of items, they should inform the consumer. Also, the banana roll dessert came out with melted ice cream that just didn’t look presentable to eat. I don’t know if this place is just going downhill, but we won’t be eating here anytime soon.

My review is on the service which is terrible! Food is great. Ordered online curbside order. When we arrived, we notified them that we were there. After 15 min of waiting, we called and they said they would be out soon, that they were just adding utensils. Another 15 min passes and I ask my husband to just go in. The hostess turns around and grabs the bag behind her which apparently had just been sitting there! We waited 30 min just for my husband to walk in and get our order in 1 min. Mind you the only reason for curbside anyway was because I could not walk from a recent surgery and my husband did not want to leave me alone on the car. What’s the point of preordering and prepaying for curbside if you still have to wait half an hr and still go in?! Not what I expect from a nice restaurant like PF Chang’s. Horrible customer service!

Cons, this is not a family friendly restaurant, dont bring kids. I had to take away a star for not getting the seats we wanted, this restaurant has tons of beautiful booths, and having two toddlers of 2 and 3, we asked for a booth so we may trap them in between us and prevent our kids from running around in the restaurant, despite the fact of alot of availability we were refused. My husband and I went to this location for a late dinner. Bar was crowded and only had one free chair. So we sat at a high table near the bar. Table was dirty but we were patient. Bartender passed by us tending to table in front of us and behind us. Didn’t stop briefly to say he’d be right with us or nothing, Finally, my husband got up and walked to the bar to ask could we pull up another chair to the bar. The other bartender said no instead of saying something like we can’t pull chairs from the tables. Then I asked can we at least get a rag to wipe the table. He said yes. I’m not a huge fan of PF Chang’s when it comes to the food based on previous experiences but the bbq spare ribs were surprisingly good. I have been here a 6-times. 5 of those times were uneventful and satisfying. 1 of those times the server didnt put our appetizer in on time and I warned them that if our food came out before the appetizer, I wont accept the appetizer. We felt safe dining here during covid times. Everyone I could see wore masks properly, we were space appropriately, they asked us to wear masks every time we leave the table, there was hand sanitizer for people to use, and they had QR code to pull up their menu digitally on their printed drink menu which appears to be single use. They told us their menu has been slimmed down because of the pandemic because ingredients are harder to source. So no walnut shrimp, but hopefully theyll make a return one day. They set up a tent in the parking lot to allow for more safe seating since their outdoor patio area can only hold so much. Our server Eric provided great, attentive, and friendly service. The food here is just okay and thats being kind. I didnt realize that the rice in the California rolls my BF ordered was uncooked until I ate the leftovers that I took home. The chicken lettuce wrap was greasy and salty. I wish the sauce provided some sweet and acidity but it was just more saltiness and pointless to use. The banana spring rolls we had for dessert were amazing and a must. I live in Orange County so Ive never felt the need to go to a PF Changs before since I have access to way better Chinese and Vietnamese food. You pay for ambience at this chain restaurant since the food isnt any better than the Chinese food you get a Panda Express, but since we sat in a parking lot that wasnt really there.

My wife and I have been to PF Changs many times through the years, and tonight was a spectacular experience. First, my wife was able to book a reservation easily through Google, which was a pleasant and welcome surprise. We were seated quickly upon our arrival. We ordered the Lettuce Wraps, Hot & Sour Soup, and Mongolian Beef -- all were (as usual) perfectly prepared and incredibly delicious. However, the best part of our experience tonight was the topnotch service. DeAndre provided keen menu recommendations, attentively refilled drinks right before we ran out, added additional lettuce when he saw we needed them, and suggested some entrée vegetable alternatives that frankly nobody has ever asked me about before. Tables were spaced out well for COVID times, and the management seems to run the place like a well-oiled machine. Place got crowded for a rainy Monday night, so I would recommend a reservation. We will be back with the kids next time, and well ask for one of DeAndres tables. All around this was a great dinner, and we left feeling very pleased with this PF Changs experience.

It was a really nice place to go. We went for my nephews birthday. The ambiance was very sophisticated and well put. I have never been there, it was my first time. I ordered the Chilean Seabass and I have to say the fish was juicy and very tasty. It was a nice size piece. Food and waiter service was great. New menu definitely to keep up. However their reservation process and the hostesses in front are horrible. From the customer point of view they are unorganized and don’t have customer service skills at all. They are just robots calling out names. You can just automate that into an actually reservation system rather than hiring 5 people to manage this. I reserved online and still waited. I could’ve just walked in and out my name in instead. Seriously every time I go here, the front desk ruins the entire experience.

I have an allergy to mustard. I forget the name of the young man who was our server tonight. I ordered pork egg rolls. He told the chef and somehow they came out with this delicious plum sauce! Good Lord please put that on the menu! Im so freaking happy right now!

Dinner was amazing waitress was on point... Then she accidentally spilled a glass of ice water on my wife... We both told her it was an accident and not to worry... The manager cam and totally comped our bill still gave the waitress a 30 dollar tip... Accidents happen

First off let me just say that I have several allergies and I am a breastfeeding an infant with a lot of allergies as well. This makes dining out almost impossible but they were more than accommodating! They immediately gave me a list of foods that would be safe for me to eat and even made me a special meal & salad. It was an amazing experience and I have never been so accommodated before. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone!

Super long wait to get a table !! Food is good but it takes a long time to be served... We got there at 4:50pm, got our table 6:30pm and was out the door by 8:45.

Great Chinese Cuisine, friendly service, family Atmosphere, parking is never a problem. Expect a 30-45min wait on weekends. Affordable prices however I noticed portions have been reduced over time. Still a good place to enjoy a good meal with friends, family or both 🙂

I wanted to share on Saturday 3/14/20. The hostess Jasmine was awesome . I called and asked if it was possible to buy one of their side sauces . She said, “ no need, I will just give you a couple it’s not a problem”. I was so great full and what she did really made my night as well as my dinner was fantastic. I also have to say when I came in and she greeted me with a smile from ear to ear made me feel welcome. Thank you so much Jasmine for making my day.

Be careful ordering takeout. First of all they told me it was a 20 min wait. I waited an hour. Then I specifically repeated my order THREE TIMES. I wanted the shrimp lo mein PLUS chicken (since I didn’t want the regular combo). I had a feeling I should’ve checked my order but I didn’t. I opened my entree and found NO SHRIMP and NO CHICKEN. So I apologize to the vegetarian who probably has my order. Or pray for the sweet soul who might be allergic to shrimp. My hotel is pretty far so I can’t just go back. I’m so disappointed because I haven’t been to a P. F. Changs in years.

Bad service, food was bland, Asked for a menu and more lettuce for wraps never came. After we were served - they never came to see what if we needed anything. We needed soy sauce. Table was so dark, we could barely see our food. Lemon seed in soda. (hopefully glass wasn’t dirty) Very disappointed. For the price n service we should have gone to Panda Express😕

I am not one to complain (especially since my family is in the restaurant industry and I myself have been a manager at one of the locations for years) but wow, I have never been treated so horribly by employees at a restaurant. My family and I went in on Sunday, August 21 to have a late dinner. As soon as I met up with my sister in laws in the restaurant parking lot, I was told that both my sister in law and mother in law weren’t treated nicely by the hostess. Her name is Paola. The young lady was apparently extremely rude and did not want to take us in as dine in customers. She insisted we order take out due to the long wait (please keep in mind, it was 7:30pm and the restaurant did not close until 9 pm), and we told her we did not mind waiting. From the beginning, Paola had a bad attitude towards my family and I experienced it myself when we were called in since our table was ready. We were a group of 10 and were fully aware we would be seated separately due to COVID-19 restrictions. We can’t be seated with more than 6 people per table so we walked in with 6 of us and a baby (total of 7). As soon as we walked in, Paola told us it can’t be more than 6 people so no problem, we immediately sent one of our nephews back to his mother and father so they would have a table of 4. It was no issue for us and as soon as we sent our nephew back we told her we were ready since it was now 5 of us plus a baby...we asked Paola if this was now ok and she then rolled her eyes at us and said “I guess” in an extremely rude way. At that point, I finally understood why my sister in laws had mentioned she was very rude! We had no idea what she had against us (we think it is because they closed at 9 and they did not want to seat us - which we don’t understand, it was 8 pm at that point), but this is no way ok and we hope it doesn’t go unnoticed by her manager. My sister in law had had it with this hostess so we asked her why she was behaving this way towards us and she would ignore us and not respond. I was honestly so shocked with how rude she was towards us, I truly didn’t know what to say. We asked to speak to her manager and she left to bring him to us. His name is Edgar and I honestly don’t believe he was the manager. The manner in which he handled the situation was also very unprofessional and he did not take the appropriate actions a manager should take. He provided us with his boss’ email address which I think is most likely fake so I have resorted to leaving a review. While PF Chang’s has delicious food, I will sadly take this incident into consideration before ever returning here again.

The waitress was incredible and super nice and very communicative and knows a lot about the menu and can answer most of all questions you have about the place and it menu. The food was very tasty and delicious. The prices were more than fair for the in-depth quality of the meals provided. I over all 100% recommend this place to any one and every one world wide! This is the place to be!

Both times I have been they were short on waiters. Waited 20mins for the waiter to take drink order and there were only 5 tables. This time the food wasnt that great, I sent back the lobster roll it tasted frozen no flavor at all. The first time I took my mom the food was tasty and so we came back the next week, we were disappointed.

Bathroom faucet streams are too short of a duration and low sensitivity. Please fix that.Very inconsistent coming in to my experience. One time they will be very welcoming and chatty while putting the lemon in a small stick over the top or on the rim style while this time they just plopped it in which is frustrating as i have to reach my fingers into my drink to retrieve the lemon to use it in my drink. The staff ought to ask will that be all or some equivalent upon delivery of food. 5 different staff asked me if i was taking out. I kept telling them i was dining in. Shouldnt only one staff be assigned to ask me? At most times no conversation is attempted by the person behind the bar, and they werent even busy as i was the only person out of the 8 bar chairs. Continuity of care is important in the service/food industry and i would hope they would take it more seriously especially in a pf chang place where prices are higher than other alternatives.Did they forget the 80/20 rule of customer service????? Return customers ought to be their highest priority as thats 20% of the base thats actually supplying 80% of their revenue.
