Wow! This is probably the best PF Chang’s location I’ve experienced. The food was cooked to perfection look at the photos! And the service from the persian bartender was phenomenal. I will be returning to try other dishes.

We went on July 4th for dinner prior to nearby fireworks, so maybe the service and overall experience was lacking due to the holiday. Service was below average probably due to what seemed like one server covering a lot of tables. But the food quality has gone down a bit and portions have shrunk so the value is not so great for what youre getting. Maybe Ill have to try it again on a non-holiday.

Austin is the manager here and Nisa is the best waitress I have ever had. She is a great asset to this company I told the manager Austin that that Nisa could make a really excellent manager not to hurt his feelings and that Nisa goes above and beyond for her clients. one of my dishes was too spicy and she had it re-done, and then Nisa checked in on me a couple of times to see how I was doing my mouth and throat were burning and Nisa even offered me some free ice cream to help the burning in my mouth and throat free on the house. What a sweetheart and so professional. I highly recommend this restaurant, especially with my girl.Nisa.

I used to love the food here, but now its typical to downright awful. One person in our party wanted the Pad Thai - something was off about it, Im not feeling well this morning after eating it last night. The orange chicken was pretty good, but not spectacular as it used to be from PFC. I ordered a coke, it was a little warm, very little ice and watered down. I told the waiter, he seemed a little sympathetic. Not enough to do something about it. So I ordered a lemonade instead. It too came out warm with little ice. Something isnt right with this restaurant, the prices reflect fine dining but the food and service were mall food court quality at best. Avoid.Reply to owner: Why should I reach out to the company to explain my experience? Didnt I do that here? What you guys should do, rather than ask people to reach out to the company to explain what theyve already explained, is read all of these reviews, find the consistent issues and fix them. Right now youre just trying to show a professional face here by responding with the same thing you say to everyone who complains about your restaurant. You need to actually do something to improve this restaurant - thats what people want. Thats what will make us want to come back again.

This was our first, last and only time here. The services is terrible. We waiting 15 or so minutes before a waitress took our drink order. Another 15 or so minutes to order appetizers and then after we finished out appetizers she came back and took our order. Spent almost 2 hours to eat a basic lunch. This place is over priced for the portion sizes. We didnt enjoy the service and the food is a basic twist on Chinese food. The only think that was actually delicious was the Mongolian beef. We wont come back nor recommend this place is youve never been. There are so many great fusion restraunts around that have great food as well as amazing service.

I havent had PF Changs in years and remembered how good it was. I somewhat wish it had stayed a memory. Statements are true, quality of food here has gone down. And I mean, way down.Mongolian beef. Meat was the typical chewy beef you get from cheaper restaurants. I put something in my mouth that was unidentifiable. I spit it out, wrapped it in a napkin, and tossed it out without further investigation.Hot and sour soup for some odd reason had a strong lemon flavor. It clashed and was off-putting.The ginger chicken was again cheap quality poultry. The broccoli wasnt bad through. Sause was flavorful.The chicken wraps were ok. Nothing spectacular, but edible. Lettuce was fresh.The pork egg rolls were great. Unfortunately, they were soggy by the time I got to eat them. Nothing a toaster oven cant fix.To wrap this up, this place went from pretty good to, its Ok, in my book. Though, with time, bad memories fade, this one may take a bit longer than others.

This was my first time here!!! Ivan was our server and guys he was honestly THE BEST SERVER EVER!!!!!! I never know what I want so I like to ask for recommendations, What’s popular, etc. Ivan knew everythinggggggg about the menu and trends in the restaurant and was the nicest guy ever!!!! Wish we could duplicate other Ivan’s and put him in all restaurants! The manager, I think his name was Adrian, but he was super nice as well!! Honestly, this restaurant just has a great atmosphere and great people working it! I’ve eaten at PF Changs all around this country, this location is by far my fav!!

We just finished dinner and had an amazing experience. From our hostess giving us the table we wanted and needed to our attentive waiter Devlin. We were expecticale coming here again as our previous experience had not been the best. However, Devlin changed our opinion . He was very attentive, took our orders and followed our direction, kept our water glass full and constantly checked on us with a smile. Our food was perfect. Our experience of PF Changs changed because of Devlin. We will definitely return again and tell our friends to ask for Devlin.

I know this place could automatically be shunned as a shamelessly touristy Chinese Restaurant geared for clueless uninitiated, but it holds it own with some classic signature dishes.Mongolian Beef, just get it. Even the Taiwanese order this upscaled version with its Salty sweet goodness.The Spicy chicken. Its actually spicy. Deep fried and Crispy.Crispy Geen Beans. Goes well with anu choice of proteins. Tempura crispy goodness.And yes the sushi offerings pass muster. The Kung Pao sushi roll and Shrimp Tempura Roll could easily pass in your regular old sushi joint.

Back in the day, this place was fire! The cocktails were on point, the food was fabulous, and the service was second to none! Fast forward to today, not so much. Ownership might not be interested in spending money for a location that will eventually be demolished due to the sale of the property. Our server was fantastic! Food quality is not the same, the food pairing is not the same, and the atmosphere has become tired.

Stopped in to relax after a long day in the office. This restaurant is barely a mile away so its convenient. Albeit, the shopping center in which this restaurant is located has been 95% shut down. There is a Ruths Chris restaurant on the other end of this mall ( The Promenade ) but that is set to close. Ruths Chris is opening up a new location directly across the street from our current office.Back to P.F. Changs. The sushi appetizer was excellent. Our group ordered a martini. Cant remember the flavor but is was one of the best Id ever tasted. The bar hostess recommended an amber beer for me. Again, cant remember the name but it fantastic.Its a shame that because The Promenade mall is closed, the traffice to this very nice restaurant is affected.Yes, P.F. Changs is nationally known chain restaurant but that does not diminish its quality of food, service, or ambiance.

Make sure to check your pickup order before leaving the place. Also be prepare for some slow service during the pick up or food not being ready at your pick up time. We did the SoCal Wonderland in the same plaza, so we decided to order pickup from here since its basically where you exit. We got to the place like 5 minutes before our pick up time since we finish the drive thru event early. When we walked in, we were the only ones inside and someone greeted us to let us know our food will be ready in 15 minutes so about 10 minutes after our pick up time. During waiting for our food, 3 other party came in to pick up their orders but no one greeted them until like 10 minutes later. When our food came out, I knew to check it there because I had a missing dish at other place and of course they forgot the Hot N Sour soup so I had to wait for that dish to come out. The portion they give for take out now is very little compared to when youre eating there. I know with Covid, we have to be understanding about certain things but small portions and service not being that great was not what I was expecting. The food was okay with the little portions we got but I dont plan on ordering take out from here again.

Ordered the signature Lo Mein in the combination of steak, chicken pork and shrimp which was great and very tasty! Aldo ordered the Bulgogi Steak which could have been very good, but ended up being a little dry... wouldnt order it again.

We are so grateful for Austin and all the staff at PF Changs. We are full time entreprenuers with our own digital marketing company and you know how things go when you start a business... YOUR BROKE LOL!. Austin was understanding and assisted our family with three lunch meals. I ordered the Orange chicken with fried rice. My wife had the crispy shrimp with fried rice and our daughter had the kids fried rice... Which was HUGE by the way and two sides of fruit. This PF Changs location is pretty cool. Its near a movie theater and food court with prestigious hotels around the immediate area. If you are in Woodland Hills please come and visit. Their food is delicious!! THANK YOU

Unfortunately today’s experience was really disappointed we order our beverages (2 beers ) and one of them was expired I told the server and she didn’t even apologize she just ask me if I want it another one and took the beer can and came back to the table to inform me omission ultimate beer was sold out.We ate ask for the check and she was charging for the experience beer she immediately took the check and took it out; when I give her the money to pay and since the Manager (Brian) was passing by I told him about the experience beer and he thank me for the information didn’t said anything else and the server told him she had already inform the other manager (Amy) which is really bizarre that she didn’t came to our table. Adrienne was fantastic, she explained all the newer drinks and I had a fantastic time trying a few of her favorites. For those that dont know, P. F. Changs is an Americanized Asian fusion restaurant. It is casually upscale and moderately priced. The food is always fresh and well prepared. As I stated, this is Americanized Asian cooking. As such, there really isnt anything on their menu that would bother the American pallet. This particular P. F. Changs had a good sized dining area plus an outdoor patio on one side. The restaurant is well maintained and is very clean. I really cannot find fault with this P. F. Changs other than it sits at one end of a now defunct shopping mall that will eventually be torn down to build a new L. A. Rams training facility. The restaurant itself is in its own building at the edge of the parking lot boarding Oxnard Street so hopefully the restaurant will not be torn down as well to make room for the Rams.

I had P.F change before in different places and one time few years ago in this location. They always been a good food and great service but this time I was surprise.First the server was very unprofessional. He didnt have enough knowledge of the menu and he couldnt describe each meal very well and he end up suggesting the worst meal to us without asking our preferences. His dress was very dirty in the back and he smelled bad. He wasnt pleasant at all.The food quality was very poor as well. It wasnt fresh like before.Definitely Im not going back to this location.

Overpriced and lousy food. Orange chicken was completely inedible. Steamed dumplings were solid as a rock. Ribs were covered with sauce and so sticky your hands were just coated for the entire dinner. Waitress was awesome. For that $150 I could twice have gotten take out that was way better. If anyone from the restaurant reads this I dare you to eat the orange chicken and tell me that’s how it’s supposed to taste.

My favorite menu items are the crispy honey chicken, shrimp tempura cali rolls and the Mongolian chicken (which my picky 4 year old loves) with a side of rice. The shrimp dumplings have also been a favorite of mine for 10+ years as well as this location. Clean and relaxing atmosphere and always an enjoyable meal. Been coming to this location with my loved ones for close to 20 years now and will always come back.

Now Ive had PF Chang before its been a while last time I had it it was delicious really good flavorful. This time there was hardly any flavor it was mostly salt it was kind of gross and Im gonna lie. If I could have given 0 stars I would have. I dont know what happened to PF Changs but their quality and flavor went down the drain. For the price I paid I expected quality food, delicious food, flavourful food, but thats not what I got. Based on the food I ate today I will never go back to PF Changs and I do not suggest you go either. Even the pomegranate lemonade was flavorless.

We had a very special graduation event. We were amazed by the customer services from the manager Ricardo, Kelly our server, and the entire staff. What a fantastic experience and the food was delicious. Ricardo was very accommodating and even came in before his shift to check up that every detail was addressed and that our party was taken care of. His personality was amazing and he went above to make it a success. Our server Kelly was attentive, and very quick despite the number of people. What a disappointment, but I guess this is what happens to chain restaurants, service was terrible, bar tender does not k ow what a spicy margarita is made with and more when she was going to add bell peppers to make it spicy I stead of going to the kitchen and find out if they have any spicy peppers she/he could use, then it took 45 minutes after we finally ordered to bring the drinks. We proceeded to order at the same time we order the drinks, even the “general manager” came to find out what was I wanted with the margarita, I specific said we have a garlic allergy please make food with out it, I k ow after working in a restaurant for 18 years most things are already premade but if you have an “executive Chef” on site he/she should know how to make a peanut sauce very quickly with out garlic if need be, but they didn’t care as I had a bite of the food I immediately got my allergy trigger and no one cared, manager hide until we left, he didn’t offer a fix to the problem, As we wanted to enjoy a nice dinner we end up at our favorite pub after leaving your restaurant, no wonder your place is always empty, service is bad and no one cares.

Is it just me or does this place taste alot like Panda Express? I went really looking forward to their coconut shrimp but it wasnt on the menu. I get it, the pandemic caused many places to be limited on their product. So I ordered the crispy honey shrimp and paid extra $4 for fried rice. It all taste like fast food. I also ordered lettuce wraps, and those were good but at this point if Panda offered it, it would probably taste the same. My moms order was also not great, just another dish you get from any fast food place. Biggest disappointment was fried rice. It was edible but didnt taste like fried rice at all. Just white rice with soy sauce to look brown and some veg-all thrown in. And this cost $4 more. Luckily I had a gift card so completely free on my part because I wouldve felt so ripped off because I couldve just gone to Panda. Oh, but I will say the restaurant is way nicer than Panda and our waitresses and staff were friendly.

We met friends here last night and were not disappointed. As usual, the food was fantastic. But what really made our night was our server, Victoria. She really had it all together! In addition to that, she was friendly, attentive and served with a smile.We were so impressed with her that we asked for the manager. Ricardo was the manager on duty, so we told him how happy we were with the food and the service. He, too, was friendly and took the time to talk to us about the training their staff go through. He worked his way up to Manager from being a busboy, so hes obviously aware of what it takes to run a restaurant.Weve been here a few times before and we will definitely return.Thank you, Victoria and Ricardo, for giving us a fantastic dining experience.

Changs, as we placed our order I asked the server to ask the cooks not to add Oyster Sauce as one of my kids has a allergy......We ordered Orange Ckn, Brockley Beef and Steak dish and a side of Ckn Fried Rice.All the dishes came bland the Orange Ckn had no dressing (Basically Ckn Nuggets) and all the other items came with out any dressing........it took our meal close to 30 min to be prepared (b the restaurant was not busy).The shift manager was kind to come and check to see what was the delay in getting our meal.......and as we got our order I asked why did the food come bland he advised that all the items we order had Oyster Sauce, however other dishes did not.....They should have came to tell us about this instead of just bringing us food that was plane.......the manager realized that there was a big problem and offered us a free dessert........Unfortunately my kids and I did not enjoy the evening and food at all as we took almost everything to-go (I recooked it at home with seasoning). I know eating out is not cheap anymore.......but we spent $128 on terrible food.......we will never visit them again!!!

I havent been to P.F. Chang in more than 10 years. Yesterday reminded me as to why I stopped dining here. The quality of food has completely fallen off. The hot and sour soup with fried wontons was very good. Kung pao chicken(salty and didnt taste good), short ribs (very tender, tasted okay) with pineapple fried rice (no flavor, no veggies, just pineapples and rice, some clumps of white rice). The orange chicken(soggy) Panda express taste better. Beef and broccoli (tasted similar to the Kung pao, salty and unfamiliar flavors. Miso salmon, cooked well, it tasted okay, nothing special. The dessert was pretty good. Kindle was a great server, she was very friendly and attentive.

This review is all because of the customer service I received from Ricardo the manager at the Woodland Hills location. The food is bomb that’s a given BUTTT the portions are small especially for the price you pay. The first time we ordered take out instead of dining in the portions were so small they looked like kid sizes. I wasn’t gonna order takeout with them again but the food is hard to resist so I decide to call and speak to a manager about the portions deciding whether I wanted to dine in or takeout again. Ricardo is a total rockstar! He was super kind, caring, helpful and compassionate! He did say that everything goes by weight but I did read some reviews that said the same about the portions are smaller. Should P.F. Chang’s staff inform customer that there are no refills for a non alcoholic beverage before charging customer 3x or $17 for a drink? I think it’s underhanded to just start charging a customer without fully informing them of all said fees. Now, I have to closely review bill at P.F. Chang’s rather than rely on servers to bill ethically. Despite the unfortunate drink billing matter, the food was good but a little oily. Ordered the sweet and sour chicken and shrimp with lobster sauce and the plate had visible oil floating around food. It’s also been several years since I frequented P.F. What makes this place stand out for me is the asthetic. The comfortable atmosphere makes this P.F.Changs, in particular, a great place for a night out. The food and drinks were very good. This evening I walked inside the Woodland Hills Pfchangs location to pick up the food. While getting my order I overheard a man dressed like a manager and a male server. The man in the manager like clothing said They are complaining about the food they Hate it or whatever more was said the tone and conversation that made me feel uncomfortable I felt bad for the customers. I myself could have been that customer because the womens table was right outside the door where the Manager was loudly speaking it was unprofessional. I got all the way home to feed my family Chinese Chicken Salad Shimp Dumplings Dynamite Shrimp Lo mein Chicken and Snap Peas 55-60 dollar meal and I was unhappy with my food. The month of December the proportion of the kids Lo mein chicken and snap peas has not has not measured up to proportions prepared so many times before. I simply called This Pfchangs location to inform the manager of my concerns on the proportion sizes of the kids Lo mein and snap peas. The shift manager was Mr. NEO (He spelled it) His response to my concerns about the how my childs food has been prepared was Kids Meals are made for Kids. I felt that responses was extremely Rude. That him a manager the shift manager December 7th 2021 evening between 8-9:30pm 1st response wasnt something more professional with better customer service. I asked to speak to a supervisor Mr Neo than informed me that I could make a complaint on Pfchangs website he was the manager so I took his advice and I am writing this review as he adviced me to do because hes the manager and did not have a supervisor over him. Our drinks were not good and had to be returned but the worst part was we waited well over 30 minutes for our food and they overcooked my husbands dinner. He didnt want to return it since we waited so long but he said it was worse than Panda Express. So I got our waiter and explained the order was actually wrong and overcooked. Of course, he apologized and my husband changed his order, but did stress he wanted his beef ( supposed to be Filet) rare or medium rare again.Well our waiter rushed the order and it was worse than the first dish.Very disappointing.... Of course they removed the meal from the check, but we would rather pay and have an enjoyable time, which we usually do there.

The food and the service at the bar is really good. When I was there last they would not honor the free sushi email that they sent me because I was ordering the same thing I always order the Chang dinner for two. I called customer service and they werent helpful. for a place where I go every week and spend $100 I didnt feel really appreciated. Needless to say I havent been back in a few weeks. Disappointed.

We got a gift certificate for dinner here in August, so we decided to give it one more go. Ive been to P.F. Changs two other times. The best I could give it was a Meh. I know this restaurant is popular, but Ive had far, far better Asian dishes in various store front and strip mall restaurants around LA. Admittedly, visually theyre far less impressive than P.F. Changs glamorous Asian-style bistro decor. But its the food that counts most.

Sorry that I waited a month to write this, but my friends and I ate a DELICIOUS lunch at the Woodland Hills location on Saturday, December 11th. The waiter, Jesse, was an EXCELENT server - precise, knowledgeable, funny and prompt. We were running late to see a matinee of the new Being the Ricardos, but Jesse was quick, fun and on the ball. We tipped him well because he deserved it!! The food - sweet and sour soup, Mongolian beef, fried rice was outstanding!!!

Wow what happened to P. F. Changes. Went there for dinner with my daughter and we ordered kung pao chicken and new short ribs and when the plates came to share we were like where is the chicken ? Hardly any pieces of chicken and barely any Pieces of Meat and I get short ribs are expensive but at $30 a plate you should more meat and not all rice.

I am happy with the service that I got here. I was very happy to hear that they did not have a braille menu, and they were willing to help me all the way through from making sure I got what I wanted, to making sure that my bill was signed. I am very happy with the service here, and would recommend this place. I hope that whatever issues PF Changs had in regards to their beach, is fixed. Its a long since passed that, and I washappy to go there for the first time. Ive had food from there before, but never went on this adventure on my own. I recommend this place. Its hard to find the front door of this restaurant. Its directly across from the Mariott, so it doesnt face any part of the parking lot. Kind of awkward but whatever.. I have had good food whenever I have come here. They have a very popular takeout window also. Its inside the building between the bar and the hallway for the bathrooms. Nothing like the Mongolian Beef. Always delicious.

Clients had a photoshoot nearby, and everyone had last eaten at PF Changs, from 1 year to almost a decade ago.This location in LA is fairly large, so last minute reservations are accepted. And they have tons of free parking.The thing about PF Changs is that this is a genre by itself. Think of chinese food, but adapted to the American palette. So its sweeter, less spicy, focus is on service and presentation, and not on presenting authentic flavors.The lettuce wraps are a classic dish, while we quite enjoyed the shrimp and crab apps. I tried the tofu entree, not bad, and others tried the salad, chicken and other entrees - not bad.Is this place going to wow you or give you a meal that you will remember the next week - probably not. This is a sit-down chain restaurant that is better than Panda Express, where you can grab a bite thats consistent across locations and periods of time.

Where to start, food is ok Mongolian beef meats sooo chewy and over cooked, the meat use to be sliced thin and this where thick pieces of meat making it harder to chew, the walnut shrimp and melon was good not as good as used to be to many walnuts and not enough melon to wash the sweetness of the walnuts and shrimp since the sauce was very mayonnaise and very thick, needs to have a lighter sauce to contra rest all the flavors.Now let me talk about the server: I dont understand how management allows a server to be sweating and serving table at the same time, I was going to say something to the manager but he was a non show when we ask for him. server left on break and left us with some one else that have some many tables that we didnt got any attention on her, she brought the to go containers left them on the tray and left for us to do it when I know that is part of their job. hope management reads this review and do some changes. consistency is the key for succeeding in this business.

I am very disappointed about this restaurant. I arrived on a sunday afternoon, the waiting was between 30-40 min, although there were lot a tables available. After waiting 40 min my name was never called; so, I asked the hostess how much time in order to call my name, they did not put my name on the waiting list. Very noisy, something about this places lay out makes for bad acoustics and I had trouble hearing people talking to me,as did everyone else in my party. Came for a work lunch, party of 15-20. Service was slow since it was a large party, which we expected. Ordered an Arnold Palmer and the lemonade was off so they brought a fresh one. Ordered the spicy bibimbap with steak (extra spicy). Its not served like the Korean restaurants serve it, in a hot clay pot. Its already premade and in a regular bowl. The portion was good and did have a little kick, which I didnt expect. I prefer bibimbap in a clay pot though but this was ok. Everyone got what they ordered. They didnt have a table or a room big enough for 15-20; we just sat in the same area. The service was prompt and they were attentive. Parking can be found in the adjacent lot, shared with other businesses. Mens restroom was clean! Billing was prompt and on point too. They also boxed the leftovers for us too.
