We have been here many, many times. 95% of the time, the food is very good. The service is great and the people are very nice! The Singapore noodles are one of our favorite entrees, and their desserts are awesome! Sean is an amazing waiter who adds to the enjoyment of our dining experience.

Great location, right across from Carlsbad Premium Outlets, and Flower Fields. Our server Logan, usually bartends, he rocked. Gave us a complimentary Anniversary dessert. Wow! Thanks Logan and crew! Oh yeah for food, salt and pepper prawns with Lo Mein noodles, and Miso Glazed Salmon🐟. Yum!!

This was delicious, especially the crunchy shrimp dish we got! The wait time was maybe a little on the long side for how few people were in the restaurant at the same time as us, but it was all well worth it. It was a great place for our party of 11, including kids!

Food is just okay, location is great and service is good. Food presentation was amazing with dishes serve with clear dome cover and as they lift off the cover the smoke would be release . We ordered BBQ ribs for appetizers and they were done well, fall off the bone. I was expecting the rest of the food we ordered would be good but I had better in other places with much reasonable price. Next was hot and sour soup, not enough sour and only tiny amount of mushrooms/tofu in it. Dim Sum was tough and I could tell it has been sitting a while before it was deliver to our table. Sushi was just okay. Shishito peppers were very good. Lemonade was good. I wish they also put emphasis on how the food taste not just the presentation of food. The decor is nice and the whole place is clean.

Idk what all the other reviewers are smoking, this place is the definition of mediocre and seems like poster child covid casualty. Prices are high, service is slow, and quality of the food seems about on par with the frozen meals they put out at the store. I feel like this place is a shadow of the restaurant PF Changs used to be over a decade or so ago.

Ive enjoyed wonderful meals here at P. F. Changs before though the meal that I had today was unsurpassed. Executive Chef Edgar prepared the honey shrimp to perfection. Jessica my server was friendly and attentive. She provided exceptional service that exceeded my expectations. Mike Fritz the manager took the time to visit and be sure that every aspect of my dining experience was excellent. P. F. Changs is Amazing!

Very good Chinese American restaurant. Staff is excellent and very professional. Food is very good quality. It’s just near the Carlsbad Premium Outlets. It wasn’t too crowded and our food came fast. Very good and would definitely come again!

It’s been about five years since we’ve visiting this location and it’s nice to see that the food is just as great as it has always been.We arrived on a Tuesday right before 5pm and we’re surprised to see that we weren’t the first to arrive. There were a few other tables seated but it wasn’t busy at all.My wife and I have always enjoyed the “Chang’s for Two” and were happy to discover that it is still available.Between the Lettuce Wraps, Egg Drop soup, Kung Pao Chicken, Beef and Broccoli and the Banana Spring Roll dessert…you can’t go wrong.Mimi was a fantastic server who gave us just the right about of attention- not too little, not too much.Cheers, y’all. 🥢

Went to order a take out around 8.15 pm on a Wednesday in July 2021. In-room dining is allowed now. There were quite a few diners inside. A very courteous employee took my order. Ordered Pad Thai, Chicken Fried Rice and Hot and Sour soup. Very good quantity. I recommend this place.

My Old Fashion was absolutely delicious! Everything else was subpar to be honest. I got the Budda Feast which wasnt terrible, and perhaps thats my fault for ordering that in particular. They got my daughters order incorrect, the appetizer came after our dinner and my waitress, although very kind, was not as attentive. I meant to ask for water, but forgot to, although I feel like youre always given or offered water first thing. Just little stuff.

I came in on a Wednesday night and decided to sit at the bar after seeing the absolute gorgeous blonde bartender working behind the bar. I believe her name was Mia and she greeted me promptly and very enthusiastic. She suggested I try the agave margarita and it was absolutely delicious. Her charm and accent was just an added bonus to her complete professional and personalized service she provided. I will come back every Wednesday even if it’s just to have a soda to enjoy the service she provided. 12/10!!!

Have been wanting to try this place for years, and was finally in the area with my wife, so we decided to try it for lunch.The atmosphere was impressive, but the service and food were just so-so. If you enjoy high-end, gourmet Chinese, this may disappoint.I got the Mongolian beef, and it was OK, but thick, and tough. Not much flavor to the sauce, either. She tried the Surf & Turf, and it, too, was sort-of OK, but nothing to write-home about (not much flavor at all).Perhaps worst of all is that the entrees arrive before the appetizer!?Not a total let-down, but not memorable, either.

The best Chinese I’ve had for a long time. Went for happy hour. The bar staff were awesome. Other restaurants should take note at how good they were. Brian and Chelsea were on the day we came in and they are an amazing team.The food was fresh and super tasty. Great dumplings with different sauces and their lettuce wraps are great. This location, and Chang’s in general were impressive once.When corporate made the ridiculous decision lto paint the previously elegant and beautiful horses outside from a faux stone finish to a cheap amusement park gold and red, every Chang’s location began a steady slide into decline.Focusing this review upon this location in specific: My family has enjoyed dining here for over 10 years. Staff, and kitchen are consistently excellent. The issue is that corporate cutbacks and foolish modifications from numbers people who have no palate and no creative vision have left the kitchen with lower and lower standards of INGREDIENTS with which to make the food.My brother and I were always impressed with the quality of the sushi here, but today the tuna was chopped up like canned tuna, and it simply was not fresh.My brother and I are chefs of many years, and when the fish house next door has no issue making fresh and excellent sushi the day before, you may not use the old “supply chain issue” argument with me, as it is actually a “corporate chain issue”.The sake is cheap and low quality, and this theme of low quality ingredients is again the culprit here, while the local manager or kitchen is being blamed.We gave Chang’s time to recover from the scamdemic, and instead of recovering, it’s food quality is in no way whatsoever in a state of recovery.We officially quit one of our favorite restaurants today and won’t be coming back. Note to corporate: fire all your worthless executives and use the profits to get high quality sake and base ingredients back into the kitchen.

Hosted a large family birthday dinner here, and we were absolutely blown away with both the service and the food. Our table area was set up and ready when the first guests arrived. Staff had thoughtfully placed special placemats, chopsticks and birthday welcome cards, so we were delighted even before we sat down. The food was amazing (as always), but the service knocked our socks off! Laura Incardone and her staff graciously assisted with serving our custom birthday cake. Every need was met and every expectation was exceeded. All of the staff were top notch, with great smiles and super service. Matthew Moran and Laura Incardone made our event an especially memorable success. My entire family wishes to thank you and acknowledge all of your hard work today. You made all the difference!

The shrimp with lobster sauce couldnt really taste the lobster sauce, the noodles and fried rice was great,The fried banana other then the fruit it was bland it was like just eating a plain banana not enough honey or whatever that sauce was over the crispy part, egg roll was great.They didnt time it right and said if we dont bring the appetizer and the rest of the order at once then the food wont be fresh, we decided to wait food was still fresh it was only like 7 minutes.

Was told it was out of their hands when my personal item was misplaced and lost by them. I did call and confirmed my bag was there and life got in the way therefore I took longer to pick it up, regardless my kids epipen medication was inside and they just said tough luck. At some point they insinuated delivery pick up personnel was to blame and not them. Ive never been to PF Changs before, but I was in the area for work and I wanted to try it. I ordered to go and got the sesame chicken and I had the choice of either white or brown rice. Fried rice is $3, which is quite inane and quite the steep of the price. The sesame chicken was edible and had an ok flavor but it wasnt amazing or provide much to discuss except it tasted kind of watery and not so sesame-e. The rice was plain old rice. I also got a hot and sour soup. The hot and sour soup was good and I cant complain about it and I consider it the better meal over the sesame chicken.Over all I wouldnt order take out again from PF Changs because I think Panda Express can do it better (which is something I dont want to say or admit.) In the future, I will sit down and try the dine in experience.

The place looks cool but food is mediocre. Probably only lattice wraps were good. Braised tofu was tasteless, miso braised salmon was a bit overdone, Mongolian beef was ok but nothing memorable.Besides, they forgot that beef. On a positive side they finally brought it and took it off our receipt.While waiting outside we discussed a fate of a big thoughtful rat sitting next to the curbside. Not sure what’s the story was and were they related at all but that’s how it went that night.When I asked my son-in-law why did he bring us here if he new about the food the answer was that his wife loved this restaurant. That’s true but it was 10 years ago and in Texas. Since then a lot of things could change.

We were in town for a wedding and decided to go to the restaurant for dinner on 3-30. I made a reservation on Open Table for 5:30 for 4 people. We got there and the restaurant was really empty. Asked for a booth. There were two corner booths open. The hostess hesitated and said the booths were for 5 people. With the Restaurant empty we asked again. She says no. Not 19 minutes later one booth was seated with 3 guests and the other booth was seated with 4 guests. We didn’t mention this ti the hostess or server. But, beware, we think if you book at this restaurant from another website you do not get preferred seating. We love P.F. Chang’s but will not come to this location again and advised the 250 guests here in Carlsbad this weekend to not go to this Restsurant or any other location. This is definitely poor customer service. If Open Table is the case someone needs to be upfront about the policy.

Dogs permitted on the patio, woof! Staff were friendly and helpful; even brought some water out for the pup. I have severe gluten issues and have always been safe eating here. Tried the gluten free Chicken Pad Thai. Unfortunately, it wasnt a winner. The dish was pretty bland, and the sauce flavors reminded me more of a watered down Changs Spicy Chicken than that of pad thai. That said, we really enjoyed our time here today, and we will be back. My second eating experience with P.F. Changs with kids (first was in Waikiki Beach) - and certainly I would summarize it as disappointing. Similar to other reviews, presentation of the initial plate (Kung Pao Dragon Rolls) was pretty with smoke coming out of a transparent cover, but the food itself fell far below standard. We order pork dumplings and they, too, were stale and not soft and delightful - instead they were dry and old.The only item that came out well was their signature lettuce wraps. The Kung Pao Brussels Sprouts were satisfactory - a bit charred and oily, while also very tasty.Our server seemed to be having a bad day - or just has a less than gracious personality. When he brought out the water, we mentioned that our daughter prefers no ice, and he said, oh, theres barely any in there, and it will be the same temperature anyway - i.e. he rejected our request for no ice.The child portion of egg noodles (with chicken and a side of broccoli) is extremely small, and this seems consistent at all P.F. Changs. We ordered a second one, and asked if it was possible to swap out the chicken and broccoli for extra noodles, and were told no, so we said, thats fine, just bring out the same. However, our server ended up accommodating our request without disclosing hed charge us 71% more - which was not okay. The charges described extra chicken and substitute broccoli.And finally, there was the snarky comment after we ordered the chicken lettuce wraps, kung pao brussels sprouts, pork dumplings, and kung pao dragon rolls - and he said something like, oh, youre only having appetizers?On the ambience side, the decor was pleasant, bathrooms are well appointed and clean. I noticed the architect or designer artistically integrated a fire sprinkler into every light fixture so that it wrapped below them to be able to effectively put out fire while blending in. We also ordered a signature cocktail - which was nice. So, perhaps Mondays are an off day for the main chef and top servers, and so food quality and service are lower...

My favorite Changs... lunch menu a little confusing... excellent hot and sour soup... menu changed again. Theyre big on their bowls... but have lots of add-ons for pretty cheap... you can still pretty much stuff yourself for about 15 bucks here. I think Changs is one of the better values for high-end Chinese food.

Lovely birthday lunch. I had the Broccoli Beef bowl, the broccoli was crisp and a lovely rich green. The beef melts in your mouth. I was even given a birthday dessert with an indoor firework fountain. It wasnt overcrowded. Our server was on top of his game. Management even visited to make sure we were having a lovely time.

Absolutely fabulous. Yo was our precious server and was such a joy to work with. We asked for her suggestions and she was spot on with precisely what we wanted. Oh, how the mighty have fallen. I fear that P.F. Chang’s has lost its way. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still good, but this had been a destination dining experience. We were excited to try this place for a date night. We arrived and were seated reasonable quick. The place was pretty empty so we should receive good service. However, it took quite awhile before we were greeted by the waitress. We ordered food and the food came out in reasonable time. However, we were never checked on by the wait staff, and she only came back once to check on refills. The food was pretty average, nothing exciting and mostly bland. To end the experience we wanted dessert but the waitress didnt come around for so long we just wanted to check out. Then we kept waiving at the waitress, then asked another waiter if he could send our waitress and she still never came. Made eye contact multiple times. Very poor service at this location. Would not recommend and would not return.

The food is really good but the service was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. My wife and I sat out side due to the nice day that it was and we quickly learned that it was a horrible mistake. I had to call the front phone to remind the host and server that we were outside. Once our server TIM arrived to our table he was very apologetic. After ordering our drinks and meals it took about 10 mins to come to the table which was not bad. However they forgot to bring the lobster avacaado roll. It finally came out after we ate our first slections. We had to ask for everything to be refilled and plates to be cleaned. I believe that we received bad service since we sat outside, so be aware if you are feeling adventurous. Tim may just be a new server.

Id like to shout out P.F Changs and Mike Fritz, the manager, for helping us put on a last minute anniversary celebration on their patio last night. This long, narrow patio was a great spot for our group of 25 and Mike helped me make food decisions professionally and with regard to my budget and gluten free constraints. He was so easy to work with and I definitely felt our event was in good hands with him. Further, our servers were patient and efficient. Anna was one and a tall man was another. Had a reservation at Benihana at 7:15 for my moms birthday, and when I arrived i was told we would have to wait an hour because of staffing issues. Disappointed, i decided to call neighboring restaurants around the area. P.F. Changs answered and was more than happy to accommodate a party of 9. I was stoked, they had just saved the night.We were welcomed in and sat right away. We were provided excellent service by our server, Emily. She was attentive, quick with every request and patient, especially with the Grandparents. Hot towel service was a nice touch and boxing up our food was very professional. We didnt catch the managers name but she was very friendly. She also came to check on us and make sure we were having a great experience.Not only was the service great, but everyones dish was consistently delicious. Thank you!!

I recently dined at PF Changs and had a fantastic experience. I ordered takeout but also spent some time at the bar sipping on some delicious sake. The atmosphere is nice. Open yet private. Relaxing, great for conversations.The food is good. It wont let you down. I had the sesame chicken bowl with lo mein noodles. Very flavorful. Just enough that I could not eat it all, but not so much that I felt wasteful ( I am not a small man). The noodles were perfect, the vegetables crunchy. The chicken was coated and flavorful, just a tad dry. To be expected with small pieces of breast meat.The servers are great, friendly yet never hovering. Get in, say hello, ask some questions, take your order, etc. Very nice.Overall, PFChangs is always consistent. A nice change from the over crowded mom and pop asian restaurants. Food might not be a spectacular as the mom and pops, but still very good.

Cantonese lobster was a lobster tail shell filled with salty shrimp and no lobster. Food was extremely salty & not edible. Food service was slow even though the restaurant was empty. Waiter was pleasant but said lobster was cut in pieces; we couldnt find anything but shrimp & egg. Felt ripped off.

Wow. Just wow. I would have loved for my lovely wife to write this review, but she is fluent in Mandarin, and although she is working very hard at her English, I do not think the review would recognize our dining experience for what it was- true bliss.I brought my wife here because she has been homesick and desiring some comfort.. and my twin daughters will only tolerate the mediocre Trader Joe’s frozen Chinese bags for so long. Thus, the 6 of us arrived here.As soon as we were greeted by our server, Julian, we were extremely enthralled by his handsome appearance, and east coast charm. After a warm welcome, he immediately inquired about any allergies to be aware of. He then assured us that our food would be filtered of any nightshade foods. At that moment, we new that we could truly drink herbaceous cocktail after cocktail without regard, bc we were in trustworthy hands. Obviously the rest of the night became a little blurry, but what remained clear was the unforgettable taste of the Orange Peel Beef. Such bright crisp flavors and savory morsels of tenderloin. Our hats are off to the chef. And as for Julian, his experience obviously showed that he knows how to course out a delightful meal properly. We will be requesting his service again for our next visit. When my wife woke up in the morning, she immediately had hot tea and warm towel waiting for me.. and hints of orange still on her breath. The night will not be shortly forgotten.

Should’ve read the reviews before ordering.These dumplings were ordered pan fried. They taste like they were on someone’s plate yesterday: old and soggy. The Mongolian beef was the chewiest meat I’ve tasted in a long time. If I was the head chef I’d be ashamed, what a terrible restaurant of a long-time established chain.

Smoked sushi table side was fun and delicious, waitress was attentive without being intrusive and very knowledgeable about the menu. All the staff were very friendly and egar to help. They box your to go items table side for you, which seems to be a dying thing but I always appreciate it. Shrimp in lobster sauce and broccoli beef were wonderful, full of flavor and cooked great. We loved the atmosphere, which was private yet open, with (roomy!) circular booths that are always fun and give that intimate family feel.

Stay away from this place ! Heard all the hype about this place so I decided to give it a try while in San Diego area . This place didnt come close to meeting my expectations ! The Mongolian Beef was tough, the Chicken Lo Mein was subpar, the Won Ton soup was below average and the Chicken Egg Rolls were questionable at best . This place wasnt worth the $72 charge . Could be that Im used to the average take out Chinese but at least they all have good to excellent products, I would expect much more from PF CHANG but was left dissapointed and bewildered

No joke, best experience I’ve had in ten years at PF Changs. I stopped going a long time ago because my favorite dish wasn’t made anymore and food quality went down. This time, the server went above and beyond. I mentioned an off menu dish that used to be made ten to twelve years ago in the Irvine and Newport locations only, but they stopped making in every location I went to (crispy spicy beef). The server mentioned it to the sous chef and I guess he remember what it was and how to make it. By far my favorite thing to eat there, was still excellent. Chocolate soufflé was excellent. Everyone’s food was excellent. I live near irvine, I will drive 45 mins to this location again (even though there’s one 15 mins away).

Pf Changs is always good, as everyone knows.. consistent, delicious, and an easy choice especially when traveling. We are in town visiting Lego Land and had dinner here with some family-10 kids total between us. Brandi was our server and we were so well taken care of that I wanted to hug her before we left. She was wonderful to us, taking such great care of our family and especially the kids (which usually doesn’t happen, in our experience.) Thank you Brandi for being so wonderful!

On the feast day of the Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mother, Mary, my friend treated us to lunch at PF Changs. Kelsie was our server who was attentive and gracious. We arrived after the lunch rush on Friday so we had a great time leisurely looking at the menu. There were 3 of us.We ordered two tempura bowls, egg drop soup and my generous friend (who enjoys everything about PF Changs) ordered an eggplant meal to go!For the uninitiated, you will like the ambience. The Chinese soldier statues are updated. First time Ive come to this P.F. Changs in Carlsbad, but Ive eaten at The Irvine Spectrum, & Newport Beach P.F. Changs.My wife & I got here just past noon, because I was craving their Combo Fried Rice.We started out with soup. She loved the flavor of the broth, as well!The Combo Fried Rice, with Pork & Chicken was on point, too. It had a smoky flavor, with lots of chicken & pork mixed in, along with grated carrot & scallions, & tiny egg flowers, served mixed altogether, with their delicious fried rice, which is the true star of this dish. There was enough food from this, for both of us, plus we took some fried rice home.Our service here was good. The server was polite & attentive- filling my water glass several times without me having to ask. I had not been here for over 3 years. We went there post-shutdown and the service and food were outstanding. The seating arrangements were so that every table maintained social distancing guidelines. 90 minutes is the amount of time you have to order and dine, which worked out perfectly when the food was served in less than 10 minutes. Nice Place, great service, mediocre Chinese food. The last Chinese food place I ate at was a mom and pop place in Chinatown in Vancouver BC. It It was far and away better than PF Changs. The food at PFC CBad was maybe average. We had the Kung Pao chicken and the Korean Noodles with beef. In both cases the sauces were unspectacular and the meat was over cooked. Unfortunately, I have a lot of food allergies and more often than not, I end up not being able to eat out because restaurants don’t take it seriously (I’ve gotten very sick and also been lied to many times by waiters). This specific Pf CHANGS location was probably the most genuinely comforting experience I ever have had! My baby also has a dairy allergy so our waiter (I believe his name was Sean) went out of his way to have his manager print out a list of every food he could safely eat. The chef even went out of his way to get me fresh chicken that wasn’t marinated and took the time to cook it so I could safely eat it. My husband and I drove 35 minutes to just to eat there and will definitely be making this one of our new spots because I have never felt so safe and taken care of when it comes to my meals (and the baby’s!). Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to the chef, our waiter, and the manager who all stepped up and took time away from their already busy dinner rush to help us! Not only that, the food tasted amazingly fresh and delicious! We already cannot wait to go back there!

Curbside service was disappointing....in this environment it should be a priority in making a customer happy especially when expecting a dine in tip for service. Great staff all around! Went with a party of 18 people at the last minute and they were able to get us seated and started with drinks within 15mins of walking through the door. Our waiter was amazing at keeping our orders straight and no one ran out of drinks! Plenty of parking and great location right off the freeway. I called the store to see if they could make sweet and sour pork - it wasn’t on the menu. The chef said of course they could accommodate our order. I thanked them. About 20 minutes later I tried to order on line for a pickup order but what I wanted to order was not on the menu and there was no way to add it. So I called the store to ask if I could call in an order and the lady who answered the phone said she could take it for me. I gave her my order: one order of spicy eggplant and one order of sweet and sour pork. Instead of rice I asked for chow mein noodles for my sides with lots of vegetables. I also ordered two orders of egg rolls and three of the triple sauce mixes. Now, the disappointment kicked in. When we got home we had only one of the triple save mixes. Our two sides of noodles had not so much as a carrot peel-there was not one pice of vegetable let alone extra vegetables as we asked for and were told we could have. We probably should have checked our order before leaving, but we were in a hurry and thought they were capable of filling the order. We were wrong! We have been to this store many times before, but had this been our first experience we would never be going back. I gave this review 2 stars and that is only because the chef was willing to accommodate our request for sweet and sour pork and it was delicious.

We have been to this restaurant twice, both times have been great experiences. I really like the food, but the amazing part has been the inceredible support of the waiters and waitresses. They always are very keen to get you just what you want. We both agreed the egg drop was better. Our starter was the spring rolls, they were pretty good but I wish they had more variety of vegetables in them. Hubby ordered the orange shrimp and loved it, I ordered almond and cashew chicken but substituted tofu for chicken. It was very good! I can recommend this restaurant for sure. If you are pregnant or dont drink, try the coconut cooler. It feels like youre drinking a swanky cocktail, but its non alcoholic. Its also rich and sweet enough to take the place of dessert. One word: FAIL. We got a free certificate for food there so we decided to go. I have never been to the chain before but I was impressed by the decor. The lighting was amazing and the place looked really clean. Unfortunately, our waiters service was less than mediocre. He could not suggest food for us, since it was our first visit. After we put in our appetizer order and mentioned we were going to wait and see if we needed more, he took the menus and we only saw him at the end of our meal. Was the restaurant busy, no! There were two other tables seated. Our food arrived (someone from the kitchen brought it out) and it was cold. This was a terrible first experience and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My wife and i really have enjoyed the menu lately. It is lighter and full of flavor. We usually prefer the bar and receive good service from the bartenders when we go. Last night thr bar was full so we enjoyed a booth. The hostess was cheerful and pleasant but the star of the night was our waiter Fabian. He was polite, attentive and knew the menu well so when we were wanting to try something different he made great suggestions without feeling pushy. The Happy Hour has excellent food, large servings at reasonable prices. That, of course, considering this is a $$$ restaurant. The drinks were very well made, including two different floats. The wine selection is appropriate for the restaurant. Not cheap, but very enjoyable and filling. The service was very good and timely. We also asked for separate checks for five people. That was done with a smile.

For a chain, we were really pleasantly surprised by how good the food was here. Spare ribs to start, followed by sweet and sour chicken, special fried rice and stir fried spinach all tasted fresh and well balanced. Service was exceptional - we joked how hungry we were when we arrived and our server gave us complimentary snacks after he realised there was a delay in the kitchen and wed be waiting a while. The sushi was not good. Its a Chinese restaurant, if you want sushi, go to a sushi restaurant. I realize they are trying to satisfy people who want sushi, but if you cant provide a good product, take it off the menu. The Changs spicy chicken was 5 star. The lo main was also disappointing. Noodles were overcooked and were suspiciously similar to plain spaghetti noodles. Nice restaurant and accommodating staff but will keep up the search for good Chinese food- a hard thing to find anymore.

Did not stay: Two senior citizen females arrived at 5 mins to 5:00pm. We were tired and wanted to be seated right away - TONS of empty tables - but were told we could not be seated for 5 mins due to not enough waiters. When we were seated, we were given ONE printed menu and encouraged to scan a bar code to see the menu online. Tried that and got a site that said Order and pay online. Asked for another printed menu and was told that there werent enough for us each to have one. When asked what we wanted to drink, we asked for hot tea and were told that there wasnt any and hadnt been any for 2 days because the distributor didnt deliver and they couldnt go out and buy tea from anyone else because their contract with the distributor prohibited that. No hot tea with Chinese food!! At that point, we had had enough so go up and left; wont be back.

I felt much better eating here than Kings Fish House next door. Management and employees seem to care much more about sanitation and patron safety. I noticed my server changed her gloves 3 times. She actually took the time to change them for OUR safety. Wonderful service by the staff. They took the time to care for us and exercised all possible safety protocols. I really, really cant express enough how comfortable I felt eating at this location. Im not sure if all PF Changs locations will be this good, but this one certainly followed all safety guidelines and then some. I even saw the manager actively working with his staff and checking on things - as all managers should.

The food here is pretty consistent. Id say its never amazing and never terrible. The sauces are all very rich and sugary. The drinks can be fun.Of note at this location: IT IS ALWAYS FREEZING INSIDE. My family goes there often, and in the best places you will need a sweater. Some tables directly under vents are uninhabitable. Weve complained many times and management didnt seem to care.

Theres usually a wait to be seated here, so be prepared ahead of time. The food seems to be prepared within a relatively reasonable amount of time, considering the amount of people there.Also, something weird mustve been going on behind the scenes that day, because we were seated right by the manager/employee area and there was a lot of murmuring and tensity going on. Pre ordered my wife food 7 days in advance for Mothers Day. Not only did our first delivery get canceled, but our second delivery driver had to wait 2 hours for our food. My recent experience there was not so great unfortunately. It was my Brothers Birthday and I specifically told them that when we had first reserved a table, but no staff member seemed to acknowledge or celebrate it even when whoever made the reservation said she would let the server know, so that was a huge bummer, especially since we went there specifically to celebrate his birthday and we really were trying to make him feel special.The service was slow as well, which is totally understandable when busy, but we recieved wrong food orders that had to be sent back, our food didnt all come out at once so my brother had to eat his soup once we were all finished, and we were all very thirsty and needed water, but it was a struggle to get anyone to fill our cups. In the end, it was very hard to justify the price that I paid for the experience we received.

We used to love the food but hadnt been in a few years. Went the other day with my entire family, ordered 3 apps and 6 entrees, and was disappointed. The chicken and veg lettuce wraps were mostly water chestnuts and the portion size was much smaller than in the past. They also stopped doing the table side mixing of sauces to preference. The s&p calamari app and the fried entrees (sweet and sour pork, orange peel shrimp) were not crispy, soggy in the sauce. Overall taste was not bad, just not nearly as good as it used to be. Probably wont be going back any time soon :(

On multiple occasions we have waited 30+ minutes for food, and this last week we waited 45 minutes to get our food. That just seems outrageous. Figure this out guys. Hire more chefs or something. Your patrons will stop coming with waits that long.

Always good. Food took a bit longer than usual but that is rare. I had the wonderful shrimp with melon balls and walnuts and they hit it perfectly on the nose everytime. Tasted perfect. My daughter, who is picky with food(vegetarian), orders odd combinations but they always accomodate her no problem.I think it would be nice if they turned the lights up a bit more I side as it is always dark in there. Otherwise I give it a 5 star.
