This place is one of our favorites.It may not be authentic but it’s good. Everything we order is great. They can handles large groups. We were seated with less than a 10 min wait On Friday night.Our server was very nice and responsive.The place was clean and the staff r recommended activities for us even after dinner.We will be coming back.

PF Chang is one of my favorite restaurants, however, last night was a big disappointment, ordered the pad Thai with chicken and literally could not wat it as it tasted like there was dirt or something gritty in it, had a few bites and kept getting that gritty taste. Samantha asked how everything was, and I shared with her my experience . She commented that others have said the same thing, and she believes it is the peanuts they use. My thought was, why didnt you put that disclaimer out there in the beginning, and why arent you using a different brand of peanuts. She then asked if I wanted to take it with me and I said no, she didnt offer to compensate for some of the meal I didnt eat. I should have asked for a manager, but I didnt so shame on me. My husband enjoyed his meal. My hot and sour soup was good.Dont get the Pad Thai unless you enjoy gritty tasting food.

Update - we came back for dinner take out, instead of Dynamite Sushi, we got a shrimp dish (maybe dynamite shrimp?), the Mongolian Beef dish was very dry, and my delicious lemonade from lunch time, was now given to us on a kiddie cup, and tasted watered down, even though I ordered light ice.... not even close to the visit from today :(Lunch Time ReviewDelicious food, with great service from our server Jocelyn and gorgeous views 😍

Loved the service here. Our waitress was amazing. The manager of this place is also very professional and cares about his customers. The food here was amazing. I recommend the banana spring rolls for dessert!

Excellent service from Yvette but the food was rather mediocre. Luke-warm pork dim sum and OK calimari to start. Mains of Mongolian beef (good) and sweet and sour chicken (cool and not the best) in large portions did not change our mind. Can do much better!

Definitely one of the better tasting Chinese food places. Everything tasted great. They have good options for vegans/vegetarians. It is a bit overpriced, as the bill came out to $140 for everything pictured, not including tip. The PF Chang’s soundtrack is also really good! Loved the music being played in-restaurant.

I really enjoyed the beautiful outdoor patio area. Yvette was a friendly and accommodating server, making sure our order was correct and prepared as requested. The day manager, Tyler, went out of his way to make our experience enjoyable. Stopping by to check on us and engaging in friendly conversation. The food was delicious and well balanced. I would recommend the stir fried eggplant for vegetarians. We will come back here.

We got the brussels sprouts as an app, and they were amazing. The dynamite roll was also 👌 he got the wagyu dinner and I got the Korean glass noodles . Everything was phenomenal. We are from Wisconsin, and the PF Changs near us closed down a few years ago, so I was extremely excited to see this location so close to our hotel!

Our family came in for a birthday celebration. We were accommodated to a nice booth upon request. Our waitress Krystal, was very attentive and has a very friendly smile. Even though they were limited to staff, she was still giving great service. The manager from the beginning was also great, he made our whole dining experience smooth and pleasant.

Meal was good overall. Pepper Steak was cooked awesomely with a spicy sauce I intend to buy later.Orange chicken was too undercooked. I wish it had been a bit crispier and with a lot less breading. I really wish it had a richer flavor but it fell flat.Sweet n sour chicken was good. It was crunchy.Wait staff was argumentative. She refused to write down anything. She kept insisting our plates could feed all three of us and was hesitant on allowing us to order completely.

We had the chicken Lettuce wraps, crispy honey shrimp and the fried banana egg roll with ice cream...magnificent. no waiting. Great table and the wait staff is very knowledgeable of their menu. Their recommendations are on point. I ate here 15 years ago and its still the same . They make you feel welcome and at home. The mint,strawberr and cucumber lemonade perfect. We had the miso salmon too 😋 everything was perfect 🥰. Late night movie Creed 3 was epic

Stopped here for lunch. Great food and great service. The only reason I am giving four stars instead of five is that they really need to replace their carpet. When we were walking to and from our table, my shoes were literally sticking to the carpet! It was really bad. The entire walk to and from the table I could see the carpet was really dirty. They should remodel with hard flooring of some kind. Otherwise the place was clean and in good condition. I would definitely recommend coming here. I had Calamari and the Crispy Honey Chicken bowl. Both were great!

- I do not like the pricing and ungenerous amount of food you get for such high prices -- for example, $23 for a plate of spicy chicken. The taste and quality is great, but for $23, the amount of food is minimal. I could have easily eaten two plates of what they gave me before I was full.- Bottom line: lower the prices, or be more generous with the amount of food for what people are paying.- Because of the above, I will take my business elsewhere.+ Service was above average, kids meal was fair, and the atmosphere felt authentic and cozy.

We got the Changs Lettuce Wraps as an appetizer, Chang’s Spicy Chicken, and Mongolian Beef, and the Singapore Street Noodles, all gluten free.We also got the Chang’s Coconut Cooler drink as a non-alcoholic treat, which was ssoooo delicious (sugary!)All of the food was excellent, and the food runner was aware of my gluten request and made sure I got gluten free soy sauce.The outside seating is great- it’s indoor/outdoor so it’s covered and very comfortable. Loved the couch-style seating out there.Great vibe.

The restaurant is right next to the pier and walk way. The food is decent and the service is great. There is no self parking after 4pm and you will have to do valet. The restaurant will validate so the parking can be really cheap. This is a great family restaurant and its a handicap friendly facility.

Stopped in for a light dinner before a concert in Long Beach. Sat outside on the patio- nice views of the harbor area. Pretty extensive menu and prices can be a bit on the high side, but the food is very tasty as are all PF Changs. Staff very efficient and friendly. My favorite is always the lettuce wraps.

A visit at any PF Changs always seems to be the same - not in a bad way - very consistent experience in my opinion and that is why we often visit. I wouldnt say the food is over the top great, but it is always flavorful and you know what you are going to get. I am never blown away, but never disappointed either. Portions are big, great for sharing. This one was no different - a solid expierience. We tried a honey chicken item that we had never had before and it was not our favorite, but still ok. Love the drinks here. Service was slow at this location - they were very busy. However the server was very friendly and attentive to us. Overall another good visit to a new location.

We came out to Long Beach for a business trip for my husband. We were excited to get to go out to eat without children. We were seated quickly, but the table we sat at was broken. We had to ask the staff to continue to come back and try to prop the table leg up multiple times. We finally gave up and I just put my foot under it for the entire meal. Our waitress was terrible. We waited and waited for her to bring our drinks. Then she didnt even remember she hadnt taken our orders. I finally said we are ready to order and she was like what, I didnt take your order yet? We then waited over an hour for our meals. I ordered mongolian beef and it was TERRIBLE! It literally tasted like melted, burnt plastic. The crab rangoons were dry!! The other patrons were also waiting hours for their food. There seemed to be no organization. I rarely give negative reviews, but I was so disappointed. We dont have a PF Changs close by our home in Texas. This was a very expensive HORRIBLE meal!!! I understand accidents happen, but one of the staff dropped a huge tray of glasses. Shards went flying all over me and behind me. I dont fault the waitress at all. But, an apology and are you okay? would have been nice. I could tell she felt bad, so I just tried to make a funny joke about flying squirrels knocking it off the tables. This was Fathers Day weekend. I was highly displeased. And worst part about it, the staff seemed clueless about how disorganized everything was and how long it was taking for people to get their awful food.

My family and I came in on a Thursday evening, like around 3:30 pm . We came when the servers were doing a shift change, and they were very friendly and informed us of the change. I went to pf changs on 11/07/2023. Ordered the short rib rice dish. When I received. Ny plate It looked different than usual. The meat looked overcooked. I decided not to judge it. So I try it. well there was no short ribs in it. It seem like they substituted the short ribs with overcooked shereded beef instead. I asked for them to fix it. The waitress came back and told me that it would come out the same. So Im assuming that they got a new cook, because I know short ribs when I see them and those were no short ribs. They lost a customer because that was my favorite thing there. So I have no reason to go back. Quality is key.Robinett

This is not the PF Changs that I remember from a few years ago. The lettuce wraps were good but only one watered down sauce provided... if I recall correctly, they used to serve 3 decent sauces with it. The entrées (Kung Pao chicken 18, Sweet & Sour Chicken 23 and Beef with Broccoli 23) were underwhelming and expensive with under-sized portions, a bit dry with little sauce and bland. I love broccoli but it just tasted plain as it was pretty dry with little sauce from the beef. We used to love PF Changs. Maybe it was just this one instance as many photos from other reviews show some nice dishes. Not sure but I feel Im better off going to a Panda Express or even just preparing some frozen Chinese food from the grocery store.

Worse service ever. Drinks were sour very bitter. Took forever to get anything. No napkins or menu were given when seated. Pork fried rice had no flavor. Tea got cold due to the amount of time it took for cups and sugar. We asked for water and didnt get it till the 3rd time asked. The wait for food, drinks, anything took very very long. I had a great time visiting with some friends from Florida on a Tuesday afternoon.Everything was wonderful, the food, the drinks and the service! We shared chicken lettuce wraps and spicy shrimp for starters. For our mains we ordered broccoli beef, honey shrimp and a spicy noodles dish. Although not incredibly busy they struggled with food. The Orange Chicken was room temp at best. The Pork Egg Rolls were ice cold. The lettuce wraps did not seperate the lettuce. Last our fried rice was first forgot then the wrong kind brought.Our waitress was apologetic and accomodating doing all she could throughout the meal. I am hopeful it was just a bad night for them.

This was my first time here, the food was AMAZING! I was part of a big party and our waiter did really well with keeping up with everyones needs, the reason for the 4 stars is because she had an attitude towards certain people in the group, she was not very friendly at all. As a business owner in customer service, I deal with a lot if different attitudes and I still manage to keep a smile and have a great attitude about my job. I understand that some days can be challenging but she needs to realize people are spending a lot of money to dine here and we expect to have friendly service. Thank you.

I ordered 2 orders Chicken Lettuce Wraps (To Go). They arrived with mushrooms. I’ve order them in 20+ different states and yes, California. This chain was popular in 2004. I’ve never seen mushrooms in the Chicken recipe. Maybe they changed their recipe. So I called to find out they always add them, saying they are in the recipe, everywhere. So I called they 3 next closest chains. They laughed, and confirmed I’m not crazy, just stupid for wasting $50.00, and still hungry.

I have ordered here several times now. Its always delicious and hot and arrives on time. This last time I ordered the crab wontons and they were crispy! I love that they were crispy and not soggy like other places I have had them from. I also have had special instructions a couple times and both times were followed. I will continue to eat here! It may be a bit pricey but the food is good. Oh and the plum sauce for the wontons is delicious! I was sceptical at first, turns out its pretty good.

The host went to seat us and we had to ask him to clean the floor under the table he was going to seat us. There was a spilled drink, lemon, and other food. He was trying to wipe it by hand and we just had him seat us at another table instead. The soy sauce container on our table was completely empty. The other two had 1 toilet paper left. 1 soap dispenser was completely empty making it awkward to have to move over, get soap from the only other soap dispenser, then move back to the other sink.Nice restaurant but marking down on cleanliness as it was NOT busy when we came in and ate at 3:45pm on Sat. I used to be in management for this company and not to be that person, but I know what the standards at pf changs are(were apparently) held to and the specifications for everything in the kitchen memorized. We should have just went to Panda Express or even any of the 5 food trucks that where near the location and paid a quarter of that and would have been better quality compared to what we ate. Good food but pricey. I had the honey shrimp and a sprite. I had a choice of brown or white rice. If I had ordered fried rice it would have been an additional $5. The white rice was gummy. We were told they validated parking and it would be free. When we used the validated ticket the charge was $9. I went in to verify the charge and was told validation only reduces the fee by 40%. We got there at 5:30 and left at about 9. Expensive parking. The waitress was great serving our party of 18. My bill came to $20.40

I hadnt been to P.F Changs in a long time and during the pandemic I wasnt sure what to expect. However, LBC always knows how to make you feel welcome(proud to call this home). The staff was delightful and the food was better than I remembered.I love that the staff wanted me and my friend to stay longer. Cant wait to return.

Great service, great food and no wait time! We went on lunar New year and called a few other locations that had wait times over 90 minutes. We arrived here and were seated right away! Our service was fast, accurate and friendly. The food was cooked perfectly, arrived quickly and tasted outstanding. Will definitely be back!

Had a bad experience last week with an order from P.F. Changs. Food was definitely not up to par. Called the manager and she was so nice and refunded my entire order. They had delicious food, the servers were prompt and knowledgeable about what goes into the menu items (important as I am a vegitarian and another person at my table is allergic to seafood), and everyone had a great time. The only downside is parking in the area sucks and is expensive but thats obviously not the restaurants fault . 10/10 would go again, and I never leave 5 star reviews!

Called in my order, it was never placed. Once the manager who took my order realized HIS mistake he never even apologized. I called at 4pm to pick up an hour later and that never happened! Such sad and awful customer service!Update ... 2/16/19 - Had dinner with my family . The place was packed. The hostess quoted a 45min wait but it turned out we waited about 20mins. Our waitress was professional, fun and knowledgeable! Our food was hot and with the restaurant being so crowded we were surprised our food came out so quickly. Way to go PFChangs!**The manager Michael walked around to almost every table in the spot greeted and checked in with each table including ours. It was a pleasure to see that type of service.

I didnt enjoy the food. I know many do and my rating would be higher if it wasnt for the lack of service by the bartender. She barely spoke to me. Differently from other guests and when she asked if I enjoyed the chicken lettuce wrap and I said no she raised her voice so others could hear her. Honestly, I just didnt enjoy it, I had no expectations of it being removed from the bill. I just wanted to be treated with care not like a child.

TGIF!!! Happy Friday everyone. Had a great time with my Husband walking along the Long Beach Shoreline Village today and had a delicious lunch at PF Chang’s with a lovely ocean view, which was so romantic 🥰 Halley our waiter was delightful and attentive and very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu and food choices which we appreciated and we thank you Halley! We ate appetizers which were so yummy and a great variety of Edamame, Dumplings 🥟, Wonton filled with crab 🦀 and cream cheese so good, plus fresh spring rolls the appetizer platter is a must! We also enjoyed delicious Orange Chicken, Lo Mein noodles combo mouthwatering yummy and Fried rice. Plus I had a refreshing cocktail a Moscow Mule delicious. It is great place to hangout for all occasions and enjoy the ocean views for free. Thank you too the Manager for coming out to our table personally and because our Low Mein Noodles we’re taken to the wrong table, which made our food arrive at different times, so the manager came out and apologized and took it off the bill and made us some fresh. The staff should be applauded for the customer service and friendliness and extra measure of care they showed us today, thank you and I’m sure will be back again!

The food is very good at PF Chang’s. I have eaten at many of their locations. This one seems newer, but same old tasty flavours, but likely too loaded with sugar. But I love the food better than that served in mainland China. I assume the horses stand for the steadfast strength of PF Chang’s foods. Surprisingly, the three staff members I asked do not know what the horses stand for. They certainly show strength.

This is my third 2nd time coming here all the way from vegas. Long beach (Cali) has always been my other home since I was a kid. We came to this PF to celebrate my birthday & we were disappointed. The only thing that saved the night was the good drink and our server. We ordered ribs and they were sent out room temp. They were sent back only to be sent back out cold in the center. The sushi was poorly plated. The green beans had no flavor. To top it off, my birthday wasnt even acknowledged per the note on the reservation.

I do not recommend this restaurant due to many reasons. Poor management as one of them.My wife slipped outside the ladies rest room because the floor was wet. No sign was present.My dish (Beef à la Sichuan) was full of celery, which I am not a fan of. Partly my fault for assuming the unspecified vegetables did not include celery. I took a photo of it that shows 50% of the plate was celery.Did not accept my PF Chang’s gift card because it was issued by 3rd party. This was despite I called PF Chang’s own gift card support who was able to verify both gift card number and balance in their system. Now I’m stuck with a gift card to PF Chang they will not redeem and the hassle trying to get it reimbursed.Waiter was attentive.I do plan to follow-up with upper management as I have never received such a poor service.

I know its a chain, but their food is so good. The fish is fresh and flavorful. My favorite is the ahi tartar. They use honey I was told to sweeten the food. And that is the only complaint people I have talked to have with the food. I think everything they serve is bursting with flavor. The vaulted ceiling and huge lanterns give it a pretty cool vibe in there and there are views of the harbor and great patio seating as well.

PF Chang’s as a chain is our all-time favorite restaurant. They recently limited their menu and there aren’t much vegetarian options. So, this time we ordered Buddha’s Feast; it was absolutely tasteless. Lo Mein was good and Vegetarian Lettuce Wrap was good portion and good as always. Just because they have cut off the vegetarian options, I have decided to give it 3 stars.
