Ive always enjoyed PFC. Their history goes back a few decades.Biting into the chicken lettuce wrap with their soothing sauce brings back fond memories for me.We sampled the ginger chicken with broccoli, and the broccoli was perfectly cooked. Also, we had the chicken glass noodles with various vegetables. Both dishes were very enjoyable.Food greatService greatAtmosphere-- it was absolutely hot inside. While, yes, they do have high ceilings-- theyve always had high ceilings-- on a really hot day it would have been more pleasant if theyd have a cooler building.

Always a favorite, the food, service, and atmosphere are awesome. We love it here! Definitely a treat, as its on the pricier side of chain restaurant dining... But its worth every penny!! Large portions, many dishes are family style, and its so good!!

So happy this branch still has most of the items on menu that other branches have already taken out. Unfortunately, they do not have the duck anymore. Food is always consistently good here. Our server Matty was very accommodating and attentive. Will always go back to PF Chang!

Going into it I knew prices were on higher side than normal Chinese cuisine. But $33 for fried rice. Oof. It was super good, all the food was good, just 1 star off for the prices. Tried once. The food was really good.Service was good but one of the six meals arrived very late and it just happened to be mine.Its a little over-priced for what you get. Portions are large, but $50 a person just doesnt pencil out for the food.

Buckle up, this is going to be a rough one. Let’s start with walking into the restaurant. You are usually greeted by a host and taken to a seat, our hostess thought it was funny to keep us standing there for an extra five minutes while she gossiped with another hostess. When she was finished with her conversation, she proceeded to seat us. When we sat down, my brother noticed an “alleged” brown cockroach egg that was on his plate. The server came and I brought up the mysterious brown object and had proceeded to tell her that I suspect it’s a cockroach egg because I have seen many prior while living in an apartment. The server immediately attempted to snatch the object out of my hand before I could take a photo of it. Finally, after a few awkward seconds, I gave her the brown object and she took a closer look and claimed it was a brown rice. I told her that I would like to see brown rice from the kitchen that has not been cooked, she never did that. She also told us that she would be providing us new kitchenware to eat our food, that never happened as well. We ended up grabbing another set of kitchenware from another table. The server had a slight attitude, the entire time, after our little scuffle, which I could slightly understand, but we were the ones inconvenienced, not her. She was extremely slow taking our beverage order and was even slower to take our food order. We waited about 20 minutes for our food, which is a typical wait period for most restaurants. The food got to the table And we proceeded to make our plates, we ordered sesame chicken and orange chicken with a side of fried rice. The food was absolutely horrible and mushy, the rice tasted like cleaning supplies, and the orange chicken was inedible because it was so gummy and mushy. None of the food had the correct flavors you would expect from the dishes, it was absolutely terrible. Halfway through the dinner, my brother and I finished our glasses of water but the waitress never came again until the check was due, which we had to practically beg her for. I used to absolutely love this restaurant about five years ago but something has gone awry. This is not the restaurant I remember. It is absolutely terrible.

PF Chang’s are our favorite China Bistro for many years until now still our favorite Chinese cuisine. The ambiance is always very pleasant & relaxing, their restrooms are very clean. Most of ALL, they are pet friendly restaurant (Service Animals). In addition to that, we always get the best service. We received an excellent service from Jacob this evening. He’s very pleasant, attentive and always make sure that you are taking care of. Thank you, Rhina.

First of all, their food is really good, I like the ambiance too. 4 stars because the lady who took our orders wasnt friendly at all, we waited a little bit too long for everything that we ordered . Then because she took too long in giving our water, we asked another server to give us water . So we got our water and when she came back with our glasses, she asked oh so you got waters? I dont want to be sarcastic like saying well because it took too long for you to give our waters .Update : Came back as i was craving for chinese food. Our server was really really nice. She was really helpful and in fact we.dont even have to call her she was there in an instant. The food was really good and i must say their price range is still reasonable.

I had to charge my new EV 2 days in a row, and the station was right next to P.F. Changs! Serendipitous! I had the dragon roll one day and ginger chicken with Boba tea the next. They should call it the disappearing dragon roll b/c I ate it before I could snap a pic! So fresh and delicious! Boba tea is my new favorite! Staff were well trained and gave attention at proper times--non-intrusive towards a lone diner. I would give 6 stars!

If I could give Service a -1 star I would! A total of four people in the entire restaurant, and no one at the bar. I stepped up to the bar and ordered a margarita. The bartender took my order then proceeded to stand and watch the TV screen for a minimum of five minutes before he turned to make my drink. my mistake was that I didn’t turn around and walk out. I was there for a birthday celebration and could not believe the complete and total lack of service. I will not be going back to that restaurant location ever again. There had to be no more than a total of 10 people in that whole restaurant by the time we left. That place is going under. Obviously staff doesn’t care.

Went to Roseville location with my son for the first time and was so very underwhelmed. The hot tea had a strong peach odor and flavor to it. Sent it back. The potstickers were quite literally the same kind we buy at Costco. Tasted exactly the same and looked the same. The entree of Changs chicken and Honey Shrimp were okay. I pulled my card out of my wallet and put it on the table for when the bill came. The waiter walked by said something and took my card. I had not even seen the bill yet. I was shocked. My son had to go ask someone about five minutes later when he still was not back. He walks up to him with our bill and my card -- which he had already ran without me ever seeing the bill!!! I have never seen that in a restaurant before where they just take your card and walk away. The cost of our mediocre meal of two entrees, one appetizer and soup? $100.00!! For 25% of that amount, we could have had a great lunch at China Villa by our house. Never to return.

It was good I think? The food was tasty, but not memorable. I can better food at less of a price at Folsom Palace. However, our server was amazing and really made this more enjoyable. The dim sum was delicious, but smaller than expected. Dinner just missed the mark for me. The crunchy honey shrimp and chicken were good sauces, but the meat was just non-descript protein. The Mongolian beefs most memorable moment is the green onions. I kept going back for them. The meat was chewy like it was just overcooked.Overall, we will not be back most likely. I am glad we had a gift card to pay for most of this. Also make a reservation even if just when you get here.

Former employee here and someone who used to eat here time to time. These chefs are not so clean, several of the servers are caught talking trash about their customers thru out the day. Managers are all about their own hours and willing to fire you using the at-will rights to their advantage. Just ask barry but, don’t expect the truth + he might get triggered. They will fire you when they can find one simple reason to without a warning and won’t even let you talk– that’s just unprofessional. So, No the food is not great quality, store management is incredibly bad just look at how many bad reviews saying the same things over and over. If your looking for quality food there is way better options out there.

After a hectic couple of weeks u decided to take my wonderful lady out for sn impromptu date night. After dome quick deliberation we agreed to P.F. Changs. Neither of us had been there in quite a while and had forgotten how good it is. We arrived around 5 on Saturday night and there was already a wait, so we decided to grab one of the two person high-top tables in the bar area. Taylor was both one of the bartenders the person who waited on us. Taylor was fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. After ordering a couple drinks we placed our order with Taylor and the food came out surprisingly quick. Everything we ordered was really good and the atmosphere is well done with a modern Asian flare. This trip definitely reminded us how good P.F. Changs is!

P.F Chang’s is a great place to enjoy a meal. The Asian cuisine is excellent quality. The service is great and the atmosphere is also very nice.This place is not exactly a place where you would typically bring little children, but if needed the staff at P.F. Chang’s can accommodate your needs. Appetizers are excellent and the lettuce wraps are a must. Most entree’s are under $20 and the food is served family style so you can share and experience different flavors.It had been a while since I dined at P.F. Chang’s, but happy I did. By the way, if you are a Costco Member you can buy a $100 gift card for $79.99 making this an even more affordable date.

The shrimp dumplings were slightly oversalted. The pepper prawns were not good at all. The rice had brown marks from sitting at the bottom of a rice cooker and was reheated, yet it still came out cold. I was watching them in the kitchen. If my server had checked on me when I got my food, I would have told him. Also, the cook in the kitchen was eating food on the line and I never saw him wash his hands. The service was not good at all, as I was not checked on except for when I received the bill of 60 dollars.

Great with kids! They have paper menus and crayons. And the kid’s food came out at a perfectly warm temperature (as opposed to scalding hot). Lots of good and tasty food options here. The interior is well decorated and clean. Service is normally very good but it can be on the slow side at times. Weve had a few instances where the wrong food has been brought out to our table, but besides that, Changs is normally a safe bet for a nice meal. One tip, try and get there before 6pm on weekdays to take advantage of happy hour and safe a couple of bucks!

Poor customer service, food no flavor and Employee fighting! Crab wontons were burnt and cold. Waiter had us sitting there for 15 minutes before even acknowledging us. When he did he did not introduce himself, ask us how we were he just asked if we were ready to order. Ummmm Can we get a drink order first? Even my kids were telling me that he didnt like his job and it showed. Our meal took so long to get and waiter overlooked refilling our drinks. Had to ask 3 times for them. To top it all off employees were fighting at the door entrance to the kitchen about dirty dishes and who was going to do them. We all were looking at each other like is this really happening? Normally I try to find a quaint local place while I’m traveling but I was stuck in this suburban wasteland and went for the next best option, P.F. Chang’s. The bartender was super helpful steering me away from menu items that were frequently sent back. I went with the ma po tofu and it was excellent even though I’m not vegetarian. The rice was a bit dry but the broccoli did a healthier job of soaking up the tasty, kinda spicy sauce. The Asian pear mojito was too sweet but would make a good liquid desert.

Our 1st time here...went here for our familys wedding reception...had a huge table in the back...everything was great! Kings were having there 1st playoff game (Kings won!) We got to watch that out there on the big screen so the guys didnt miss a thing! Food and drinks were all nothing short of wonderful! Even the family next to us were amazing! The service was awesome too! Especially for us being such a big party! We probably never would have thought to come here for a regular dinner ourselves, but now that we did, we will deff be returning! Also the other staff were amazing as well! I was even able to walk up to the bar and get a drink when I on my way back from the restroom! I loved it here, from the awesome team that work here and there great positive energy, to the amazing FILLING food, to the drinks and atmosphere! I really cant say enough! We were a party of 8 for a birthday celebration. We were seated right away but no one came over to us for over 30 minutes.We were told our waitress left for the day and hostes sat us at the wrong table. A new waitress came over said she our server then walk away for other 20 minutes.50 minutes just to get a drink, soda, and water. They advertise on the internet they have vegan food but they dont. The food was good. However, parking is always a challenge here. And we were unhappy w the service, in that despite having a reservation and arriving early, we still had to wait 45 minutes to be seated! Very poor management, IMO. Seems to me the whole point of having a reservation is so you dont have to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes to be seated at your table. They definitely failed on that account. The actual food service was good, our server was friendly and professional and did a good job. But they really lose stars on that whole reservation thing.

From my perspective after dining there the food has become very bland and tasteless. I suspect they have tried to make their food prep more appealing to an American palate which has made it practically tasteless.Example with the entree you get a choice of white, brown or stir fried rice. I opted for the stir fried rice, it was quite possiblely the most bland tasteless I ever had. Plus it even packed the vegetables, egg etc etc if I had to guess a some stray pieces of carrot and soy sauce very litely. I would not have fed it to my dog

Well, we actually have nothing good to say about our dinner tonight. Staff & food were fast but less than a 30 second interaction with the waiter was cold service at best. Was nice as he could be in 15 seconds. All of the chicken pieces in the noodle dish was dry and chewy. EVERY SINGLE PIECE. My vegetable dish was slightly heated raw vegetables in a bland sauce. Al Dente vegetables would have been nice BUT NOOO. Time to cook them even a little bit was not taken advantage of. Brass tacks; the food was pretty good, not fantastic. We ordered 7 unique meals, plus appetizers to get a full spectrum, and the street noodles were very tasty as was the steak. So much so we ordered another round of the steak. Avoid the orange chicken as it was bland and a bit soggy, but aside from that one dish nothing stood out badly. Is it possible I could have sent back the orange chicken, yes, but should I need to? In most cases if its bad I wont send it back because that only lessens the experience for every other part of my dining.Service was really good. We love PF Changs, but we were disappointed in our dinner tonight. The server took more than 10 minutes to acknowledge us. It wasnt crazy busy so it shouldnt have been that long of a wait. Once the server finally came to the table, we just ordered our meal. We got soup, an app, and a couple of entrees. Our soup was luke warm and served with 2 bowls, but there was 3 of us. The server was nowhere to found to fix the issue. Our entrees came out before the app, and again the server didnt check on us for quite a while. Then the app came out once we were finished with our entrees. The food was mediocre at best, which is so unlike our previous experiences. Our water glasses were empty for the majority of the meal. When asked for waters the server only brought out one for me, but everyones water glasses were empty. It was a lot of oversight on the servers behalf and disappointing food wise.

We were looking forward to visiting PF Changs today. It was one if our favorites, pre-covid days. We got Mongolian beef, spicy chicken, shrimp fried rice, broccoli beef and lettuce wraps. We used to love those wraps. By far the stand out was the spicy chicken. I like the hot stuff, my wife likes mild. It wasnt hot but did have a little kick, not too much for my wife which was good. Mongolian beef was next, good flavor, not too sweet and the beef was tender. The biggest disappointment were the lettuce wraps though. Very bland and the show of making the sauce isnt part of it anymore. Barely any flavor with the pre-made sauce and was disappointing. The service was subpar, lacked enthusiasm and was slow...no call back to check in. The beer I ordered was not what I ordered and since the waitress was nowhere to be seen I went to the bar. I had to interrupt a conversation with thier friends and never offered an apology for the the mistake, only an excuse. Generally we were disappointed and probably wont be back.

I go to this location more than once a week for lunch. The food is outstanding and if you want to customize anything the staff are focused on making sure their customers are treated extremely well. Last night was the first time my husband and I had been back to your restaurant. Its one of our favorites. We made our reservation for 6 p.m. on Open Table. We were not seated until 6:45. Each time we checked in with the hostess she said 15 minutes, but while waiting I noticed one of the young men who was part of the hostess team and was wrapping utensils and napkins. His hair was so long that it was difficult for him to see and kept using his gloved hands to run his finger through his hair and push back so he could see. Finally I went up to the hostess to inquire of our tables availability and at the same time I asked him to stop using his hands to move his hair and then return to his job with the silverware. It was another 25 minutes before we were seated. I dont usually make a fuss about waiting or even ordering items that we didnt receive...but I do wonder if my comments resulted in the lateness of our reservations. His hair is not what I would consider acceptable in the food/restaurant business.

The service here has gone down over the years. Our most recent experience was not more than just okay. My wife noticed other people had come in before us and mention it to the front hostesses while they tried to seat us before them. They seemed very confused on who was next to be seated. When the food finally arrived it was hot and tasty. When this restaurant first opened it had exceptional wait and host staff. I hope they get it together or maybe they all just had an off night. I went there last night and the expirence wasnt up to par. My cousin and I started off ordering a changs mai thi and it was way too strong. It took me 2 hours to drink mine and my cousin was slurring drunk. The only taste besides alcohol was the garnish itself. After everyone ordered our food it took a little while to get out. This was no big deal because we knew it was going to be this way due to the kitchen being slammed with take-out orders. Our lettuce wraps came out pretty quick and were pretty good. I only had one to try, this was my first time at PF Changs but my familys been there several times before. When the orders came out, we noticed that the shrimp my wife ordered with her salad were not on the salad. It took the waiter 2 trips to bring the food as it was a big order for our party. When he walked away the second time I noticed the only thing not on the table was what I ordered. I patiently waited 5 minutes before asking about my order, to which the waiter left to find out what happened to my order. I continued waiting until everyone was done with their meal which was more than 30 minutes. I asked the waiter what happened but he never responded with an answer so when I saw him again I just said, please make sure my order wasnt on the receipt. So to sum it up, you may or may not get all your order, if at all, and the drinks are made by an untrained bartender.

Normally I would give a five star review of my favorite restaurant. Today after getting a home delivered order of among other’s the new dynamite shrimp shareable dish. It’s breaded shrimp over a slaw salad with a spicy sauce served over. The problem with this dish home delivered is the slaw under the shrimp was warm and limp with sauce making it quite inedible. Im not sure if our waiter was new but we were the only table that Troy was attending to. We needed a few minutes with the menu so he did ask a couple times if we were ready yet and we gave him our order when we were but we saw 3 tables get their food before us even though they ordered after we did. Love going here for happy hour! They have great deals on cocktails and small plates. The food is delicious and the service is always great. I wouldnt recommend going on a Friday or Saturday...they get VERY busy. 1 to 2 hour waits sometimes.

This place was not bad.The staff is just slightly unprofessional. They were not rude, but lots of guys standing around at the front and not really working. It was kind of slow but it was also at 6pm so if this place is slow at a time which should have been a prime time....just think about that.Anyways huge group of guys, four to five just chilling by the register. They probably just didnt have a job to do or an assignment. Playing devils advocate.Our server was really shy, quiet and messed up our order. He was a nice guy but I was kind of expecting a more....expirienced.....server. he seemed like a shy kid straight out of high school on his first day on the job.The sea bass was amazing. The thai pad noodles were really terrible. They had a very weird after taste and was not good at all.Honestly for the quality of food you get the prices were way too high.I cant recommend this to anyone when there are so many other better options around.Parking also is really terrible.Just disappointed. With the restaurant business having a tough time we decided to help them out and order take out. We tipped nicely to help out the employees. When we arrived home the. Egg soup portion was about 4 ounces. Then they used yellow old broccoli in with the beef. We had spoiled brown lettuce. They had hardly any business and whoever was fixing our food didn’t focus on quality. No more takeout from PF Changs.

Ive eaten here several times and todays dinner was aweful. The dumplings we ordered were bland and no spice or chili oil for them. The fried rice was aweful. It was oily and almost wet and mushy. It, too, also had no favor. We ordered orange chicken and the pieces were soggy and the actual chicken pieces were tasteless. I ordered the Mongolian beef and asked for it to not be crispy (burnt as they make it) but just medium cook. The first dish came out burnt and tough. I sent it back because I had specifically requested for it not to be burnt. At that time the waiter told me that the meat use to be cut thicker and it was easier to cook, now they cut it thin. Derrick the manager is in the wrong business, customer service is not one of his character strengths. The food is worst or as bad as Panda Express but the portion sizes are better at Panda Express for the price! I have always had a good experience at other P.F. I asked what bourbon they had, and he told me 5 whiskeys, none of which were bourbon. There was rye, scotch, and Japanese whisky in his list. We ordered the Buddha feast and the coconut curry, they charged me 11.95 for a vegetarian coconut curry, when on their menu it says 8.95. They used every excuse to tell me it a different restaurant even its for lunch, OK. Upon entering the location the outside is very pleasant, the entrance is very fashionable, podium area looks good, seating attendant was very nice, seating location and decor looked great and also the atmosphere in the dinning area was great. Once we sat down we waited maybe 10 mins for our server to get our drink order came back in 5 mins to take our order, waited about 20-30 mins our entree was ordered never brought out, food and drinks were very delicious!! Our server Austin was passed our table many times never offered waters for the whole table or refilling our glasses, by the time we were finished our entree had to just be removed from the order because Im just guessing the table that was next to us received it and we arrived before them by 30 mins... overall of the place Great but server and service not happy or impressed I might consider going to the downtown location next time.

Chicken flavorless, pork flavorless, wonton soup by far the worst Ive ever had in my life. Absolutely disgusting. Ive never turned down wonton soup until now. Ive had bagged rice that was a million times better. Yes they are fast and doordash there is also quick but Id pay more to have decent food. Very disappointed in this place! Met my girlfriends and I ordered 4 appetizers had 2 glasses of wine at the bar. I ordered a 5th appetizer and an additional glass of wine and the manager refused to service us. I explained that we had an uber driver picking us up. And they still refused to give us. Had dinner at P.F. Changs in Roseville for the first time. There were several reviews about the wait for food but we figured it was just a one off situation... nope it wasnt. We waited 10 minutes for a table but we had a reservation while other were waiting for 30 minutes.We were seated and it took 10 minutes to order drinks and 10 more to get them. Once we had our drinks we order appetizers that took 30 minutes. 10 minutes after we ordered apps, we order our dinner. It took them another 30 minutes after our appetizers were served for the dinner to come out. From the time we were seated, it was an hour and 20 minutes for our dinner.The edemame had very little sea salt which made them bland. The lobster roll was bland until I added some wasabi. The dinners were lacking flavor also. Im not sure if you have been to Pei Wei but it is like P.F. Changs and cheaper. Pei Wei flavor are more robust so I was expecting P.F. Changs to be comparable or better, it wasnt.Our server was very nice but apparently dealing with a complaint at another table so getting our check took another 20 minutes after we were done. The waiter thanked us for our patience, almost as if it was the norm.
