Food was ok. Pricey for Chinese American food. Had the braised beef with pineapple fried rice. It was just okay. Beef was tender and thinly sliced. Other patron had the chicken fried rice no carrots with spicy chicken a la carte. Will be awhile before I return. Restaurant floor was dirty. Service was good.

Our Server Patrick was absolutely A gem. He is very kind, welcoming and has a great smile that just made us feel so at home! He is also a great Server. The food was delicious. Our complements to the chefs! Any time you find yourself in Cerritos, CA stop in for a great meal and ask for Patrick!

Megan was our waitress. Megan has excellent customer service. Our food had very good flavors. I ordered the Ginger Chicken with Broccoli absolutely delicious. If you haven’t tired the Changs vegetarian lettuce I recommend them. We also order chicken fried rice and the portion is a good size to share. Overall excellent service. I didn’t ever have to ask for a refill on my Ice tea. Thank you Megan

The place was nice and clean, we were serviced right away by our waiter and Ricardo Sandoval the Senior Manager, checked in with us a couple of times and provided the utmost amazing customer service! I had the pleasure of sitting at the bar with the helpful suggestion of the store manager Ricardo. The experience at the bar did not disappoint. I was treated with the utmost of kindness. Not just your typical check in but actual conversation and care about my meal. I actually had two bar tenders, Rinaldo and Aldo who both took turns to engage in meaningful conversation. The customer service at the restaurant is clearly top notch with a great leader who believes in his team. The team is truly a reflection of leadership

This is me and my moms go to spot we always get the garlic noodles (not on the menu), a bunch of apps and entrees everything is always delicious and so is the service from the servers, bussers and the managers 10/10! The manager got us to try the banana spring rolls, I’m not a big banana eater but they are definitely delicious served with coconut ice cream my mom loved them!

Manager Ricardo was amazing! As I was requesting to be seated the wait was gonna be 45 mins long. However, Ricardo jumped to the front to let me know of the spot at the bar which was specifically for my wheelchair accessibility and pleasure to dine. Then we were waited on by the amazing Elizabeth who was fabulous to the very end!! The food was scrumptious AND the service was remarkable! Thank you!

I loved the experience, my only issue is its location. The aesthetic is completely different from the other P.F. Changs that are not connected to the mall

Brought my son and his brothers here for his 21st birthday. The staff was simply awesome. Bartender gave him a shot of tequila and the manager brought him a slice of delicious cheesecake. Just a great experience and one I’m sure he’ll always remember. Thanks so much.

ASK FOR CARMEN WHEN YOU GO IN! Carmen was absolutely amazing from the start to the end of mine and my familys visit. The food was obviously bomb, but she made every second absolutely worthwhile and made us feel very special. My mom graduated this morning and this visit kept our energy going. We had a great time for a friend’s birthday party and P.F. Changs. There was no wait and we just walked in at around 1:00 PM on a Sunday.Our waiter Julio, was so kind and attentive to us. My family and I decided to try this restaurant because our favorite Chinese place closed, unfortunately, we definitely did not find our new favorite. The service was abysmal. After we ordered our server essentially avoided us as much as humanly possible, despite the fact that the restaurant was far from busy. They did not offer my toddler a childrens menu and I had to hunt down the manager to get a plastic fork for my toddler. We ordered tea which never came. We attempted to get our servers attention multiple times but she actively ignored us. The only time the server paid attention to us is when she thought we had left without paying. The food quality was not even as good as Panda Express and ridiculously over priced for a tiny portion. We will not be returning.

Love PF Chang’s. I really like that this one is in the mall, yet it’s kind of tucked away. We only had to wait about 5 minutes for a table. The hostess ladies were professional and nice (most places where you go they are talking amongst themselves, rather than taking care of the customers). Our server James was awesome!! Very nice guy and answered all of my questions about the menu items. He kept us informed on when our food would arrive and also how the food was tasting when received. It was pretty good (not too hot, which is a good thing). The ambiance was very nice. It had a lounge feel to it. The decor was very modern and beautiful. It was also a clean establishment, which is very important when dining out. They do have outdoor seating, but it was a bit chilly. So no one was out there at the moment. But it will definitely be nice to sit out there and enjoy your cocktails and food around springtime. The only thing is, we didn’t get any fortune cookies. Other than that, everything was great.

I am a huge fan of PF Chang’s but had never been to the Cerritos location and I must say it was a great experience!! My sever was Marvin. On Friday 11/10/23, my friend, her kids and I had dinner at PF Changs. I didn’t have to look for him. He continuously checked on us. He listened well and offered food and drink suggestions. He was friendly and extremely attentive and provided excellent service. Because of Marvin I would def go back maybe this time with the husband. Thanks Marvin. You rock!!Also while there, my friend’s baby lost her earring. From no where a sweet young lady by the name of Meagan P. comes over to ask what we were looking for. When I told her she immediately got on the floor and proceeded to help us look for the earring. Ms. Meagan wasn’t even our waitress. She went over and beyond to help and although the earring wasn’t found we were beyond grateful for her help. What A 💎 gem. Thanks so much Meagan P.!!

Good location at the mall with an outside entrance and patio. We had a truly memorable experience at P.F. Chang’s in Cerritos. The servers and hostesses/greeters were so accommodating (we asked to sit at a booth instead of a table), the kids loved the pork dumplings, the adults loved the Korean glass noodles and the happy hour menu, the music was fun and lively, and every dish we ordered was delicious! We didn’t even have leftovers. After an amazing meal we were so excited to find out that they were giving us free red velvet cheesecake for their 30th anniversary! To top it off, we all received scratch cards with the chance to win a $30 gift card and we actually won!!! We can’t wait to return!

Honestly I’ve never really came to P.F. Chang’s ever but I’m glad I did. Surprisingly the food here at this location is really good and tastes fresh with it being in the mall. I sat at the bar top and the bartender Ethan was very attentive making sure everything came out fine and the drinks here were so good! He made sure to ask me what types of drinks I like and disliked. Even the managers check up on guests making sure everything is good, so I admired that a lot.

I asked many questions regarding food allergies. He went above and beyond to answer each question, with accuracy and kindness. First timers there, my parents, son & I, we were there a quarter to 4 p.m. we asked the host to be seated on a booth even when it was clear there were a couple of booths available (because it wasnt crowded) she told us we had to wait. So, she made us wait close to 20 minutes. Once seated a waitress approached us only to tell us that someone would be right over to take our order. Waited another 10 minutes before the waitress weighing our table finally came to ask if we wanted to order drinks, we went ahead placed our orders includingpur drinks; chinese chicken salad, shrimp tempura bowl with rice and green beans, crunch sushi rolls and a plate of salmon with sauteed in spinach & mushrooms. The Sangria wasnt refreshing or satisfying it tasted old. Food was meh, ok, the salad had dark pieces of mango that didnt make it too appetizing...the waiting around was too much as it wasnt crowded and both my son and noticed another tables order came before ours, funny thing they walked in 10 minutes after we sat in our table. We paid a little over $100 guess that wasnt enough to have had decent timing in our service. Our waitress was friendly and the place looks nice though. I wont go back.

P.F. Changs was quality! The food was so delicious, the decor was thoughtful and unique, and the service was prompt. Everything was perfect! Seriously. The quality deserves more than 5 stars. However, the portions were a bit small for the price and the only urinal in the bathroom was oddly shaped and low to the ground. But I have to say, the restaurant including the bathroom was very clean! How can I give 4.8 🌟? I enjoyed watching the kitchen at work. Top notch! Keep up the great work and Ill be back soon.

The service was very mediocre. I dont understand why they wont make an effort to take any dirty plates from the tables. Its hard (for me) to enjoy a dessert when the table is not even somewhat cleared. My table wasnt the only one that looked like the picture I posted. Idk if its a Covid-19 thing to not pick up plates but they could use gloves if anything. And...they were not busy at the time, so I will definitely not be going back. I spend $300 (with tip) for a not good experience and just ok food. I dont recommend this place. Oh and I almost forgot to mention that the server handed me hot dessert plates without telling me they were hot, I almost dropped the stack of plates on the table. Thats a big no no!!! They really have to do a better job training the servers!

This is a fusion Asian restaurant. Dont expect your Chinese food to be an authentic one. Its been altered to cater to the US market. Some food from the menu would be great and some would have a distant taste from how the original really tastes.

I will never grab and go again at the Cerritos location. This is the third and final time I will except terrible food and service.I ordered on line and I was rushed out of P.F.Changs close to closing time. Once I arrived home only 5 minutes away, my food was cold, my additional 3.00 fried rice was half full, my orange chicken was under cooked and missing some chicken, and my lettuce wrap, was gluten free chicken only, without the lettuce. No condiments, no napkins and bad service to boot. You hike up the prices and want to add tip for service and this is what we get for 34.00 plus 5.00 tip. Unbelievable! I will definitely dispute this on my credit card bill, because no one answered the phone to take this complaint.

Tanaya was the sweetest and most energetic waitress I have ever had. Her warm heart and personality turned my entire experience into a worthwhile one. The food was the worst thing Ive eaten in a long time. The sesame chicken breading wasnt even cooked properly, it was still kind of powdery. The rice was hard, possibly raw? How are yall going to be a Chinese food restaurant, but cant make rice? My veggies were old and some tasted unnaturally sour. I stopped eating halfway through. My mom got sick from the hot and sour soup and threw up everything.For the price point of this restaurant + its reputation, this is definitely not okay. It makes me sad because I used to love this place. Now Im scared to ever come back. Im not sure if maybe the cooks are overworked and the place is understaffed, like I get that it was a busy day and maintaining a business is tough. That being said, please fix this issue so no one else has to deal with getting sick and gets what they paid for. The waitress rushed us to order, didn’t write it down, and walked away before we were finished ordering. The place is nice looking and the staff is super helpful. The food was just okay considering the price. I ate at a different PF Changs years ago and was impressed then, and disappointed by the food this time.

Good food. I had the sweet and sour chicken with beef low mien (chow mien). It had a variety of flavors incorporated and was really good. The orange chicken was fresh and crispy with the right amount of sauce. Overall a worth it place to upgrade from Panda Express.

Today is Thursday, 6/6/2019 to be more specific... The lady who served us today, Nicole was nice, however the one in the front desk has to be trained on how to be more welcoming. She doesnt smile nor responded when my husband said Hi to her. She just looked at him and went straight to lead us where to seat. Thats rude! She shouldnt be in the front desk!

Went on a Monday at lunch. No linens or even paper dinner napkins. We were given cocktail napkins. Hot tea took 10min to make and wasnt even hot let alone boiling. Food was good especially the lettuce wraps but they need to take their cue from Jade restaurant and use bib lettuce instead of leaf lettuce which wasnt even green and I detest yellow lettuce. Mens toilet was out of order and right during lunch plumbers went back n forth thru lunch, gross.

First time at a PF Changs. Daughter and I got the Buddhas Feast - veggies and tofu - hers stir fried, mine steamed. The veggies were very well cooked. Nearly mushy and had lost a lot of their flavor, some pieces I could barely eat, the taste was so bad because they were over cooked. Veggies should be al dente unless ordered to be soft. They retain not only more flavor, but more nutrients that way.

0 stars for the manager. When we went in we gave our rewards information and coupons. Come to find out they did not work in conjunction with each other AFTER we ate our meal. Our waitress was very sweet to us and went to ask the manager about resolving the situation. The manager did not even make eye contact with her nor did he walk to our table to speak to us. First, last, and ONLY time coming to this PF Changs.

Excellent food and service from Nicole. Theres a sign at the front door that says sign up for Rewards and get a free Entree. So I did when we were sitting at the table. And when I got the bill I was charged for the entire meal including all entrees. Thats when I found out I had to have at least 2,000 points before I got an entree. I talk to the manager and told her she needs to change her sign it doesnt say anything about 2,000 points needed. When we left the sign was still the same as before.

Food was amazing we where seated outside it was very cold but they had a heater on the side of our table as well as turned the fire pit behind it so we didnt feel the cold much pluss we has the pho soup as an appetizer and I ordered the spicy noodle soup it was so delicious I was full before I finished it. I told her I was extremely hungry and she brought my food out just a few minutes later. You ask how good was the food? So the owner apparently replied to my 2 stars at 1 in the morning, sure pal. The location was was clean, the food was bland, customer service was great but when it came time to take the plates and bri g the check they were lightning fast. I could only assume to pile more customers in for more revenue. Taking care of your customer thru and thru makes for good recommendations and loyal customers. Someone else said an overpriced Panda Express and their options also matter.

I dont know what happened PF Changs use to be good . The honey crispy chicken was not so crispy it was cold and thick chicken pieces. It was more dough than chicken, we also had Beef fried rice and it was flavorless and greasy, we also had the pork dumplings pan fried and it was more steamed than pan fried and the sauce taste burnt those were cold as well. The spring rolls were frozen in the middle they took those back. All in all lay off the grease add more flavor to the rice, bring back the small cut of honey crispy chicken like before.

Oh, the service is very bad once you go to check in because they give you a certain time and once you go in and ask again, they put you another time making you wait more than what they told you and they try to blame it to you saying I told you since the beginning and they do it to everybody, so double check your time they tell you

The service (Marvin and colleagues) was on point and the food was delicious. I loved the Kung Pao Brussel sprouts! They had just the right amount of flavor and they were roasted just right. We had such a great time for my sisters birthday. The service was great from the parking lot. Let alone from the time we walked in. The bar tender she so great kept a smile on her face and took great care of us and I mean we can be a hand full. They have a great team Eddie management great guy. Brat the one from the parking lot! It has been a long time since I’ve been to a PF Changs. Tonight was my LAST visit ever. Waited about an hour to be seated at PF Chang Cerritos. The whole evening was a train wreck. Don’t know where to begin but I will start here:1. Terrible service - combo of slow and rushed to get us out; I strongly considered giving ZERO tip2. The order was messed up3. The food was TERRIBLE - cold soup, over cooked and mushy FRIED rice, bland entrees in general4. Way over priced menuHonestly, I would have had a better meal at Panda Express. The only good thing was that the manager did come out to speak with us and genuinely apologized for the experience and removed some items from the bill. Nevertheless I will never be returning to PF Changs again. Please, at all costs, avoid this location if you continue to come to this chain.
