We got there around 8:30 we got sat and I guess our original server was busy so we got Francisco that we only saw for take the other check on the food that when we told him the ribs was tough he said sorry and then tried to give us dessert menu when we just our entrees after that we didn’t see him just to drop the check. I didn’t know if it was a manager on duty or not I didn’t see one. For the prices of the menu I was hoping a little more service and more quality on the food.

Food was okay and the service was too. We went about 6pm on a Sunday as we were looking for a restaurant near where we were staying. There were probably 4 other tables seated when we arrived so not busy at all. The waiter was prompt in greeting and taking our order. Menu wasnt too big. But thats okay. We did enjoy the dry rub short ribs, and the calamari was alright. We also ordered the Buddhas Feast (loved it) and beef chow mein (didnt care for it).Overall it had a nice quiet atmosphere. Probably go somewhere else if looking for more authentic Chinese food but on a whim it was alright.

La Mongolian beef and braised short ribs with pineapple fried rice were big hits. The short ribs were eaten before getting a chance to take a picture. Steamed pork homemade dumplings were gobbled up by our son. The food and service were both good. Chicken lettuce wraps were also good, this was an all around good meal.

We sometimes stop in for lunch and a drink at the bar while shopping at Stanford. The bartenders are all super nice, the service is speedy, and the food is delicious. The restaurant seems kind of dated, and I’m not sure what it’s like to dine in the main dining area. But we love the bar.

Its ok. Its basically westernized Chinese takeout food but marginally better.Had the northern style ribs, lettuce wraps with chicken and the honey chicken. The first two were pretty decent. Well-seasoned and fairly yummy. The honey chicken was questionable. There was an off-tasting tang (which I assume came from a tad too much vinegar) and a weird bitter flavour near the end (probably a poorly made batter). All-in-all, exceeded my expectations, but I wouldnt go out of my way to pay this price for mediocre food.Service was pretty poor. We had to wait 25 minutes while there were multiple open tables. We also didnt get utensils and plates until we asked. Several servers looked like they were just twiddling their thumbs. Not sure what was going on there.Ok experience, but there are better Chinese takeout places. Not sure if Ill be coming back here.

PF Chang is more of a comfort food for me. I don’t classify them as a Chinese restaurant but rather a fusion. The service is good. Food served hot. I like the crispy green beans the most. The hot and sour soup is also good. Other dishes are ok. Best for spending time with visiting friends or family . Extensive bar drinks. Also good dessert.

The food was good. Didn’t expect orange chicken to be spicy and have so much garlic in it. I’m super intolerant to garlic so that’s why I didn’t eat much of it. Visited PF Changs with a couple friends for the first time. Our server Burak suggested we try one of the popular appetizers, the chicken lettuce wraps. They were really good and quite a unique dish so here I am passing on the recommendation. The rest of our dinner was somewhat standard Chinese cuisine with an aesthetic presentation. The warm service definitely made our night and we will be back.

Great spot for Americanized Chinese food. The dining room has plenty of seating, the wait staff is prompt, the prices are fair for what you get, and the food is great. I strongly recommend the crispy green bean appetizer.

The service was good, this one star is for the food. Ordered Chang’s Spicy chicken. It was just chicken stir fried in some basic hot sauce. I mean you get tastier chicken at Panda Express at about quarter the cost. The lettuce wraps were meh! And he Korean glass noodles were nothing to rave about. On top of it all, the pomegranate lemonade was almost half glass ice. I am guessing it is just some Minute Maid kinda lemonade poured into ice, I mean it was totally not worth the 6 dollars. Overall, pricey food not deserving of the quality...donno what’s happening with American restaurants these days ...

I went in to eat with my boyfriend a few weekends ago and called to complain about one of the hosts. She was entirely rude to customers/fellow employees. I called to inform the manager about the things I was hearing and my condolences to the other host that was working there. Taytum was a joy despite dealing with someone so negative. I called Taytum over to write down her name considering she was so sweet and helpful. My boyfriend went back into the restaurant to make a pickup order and saw the same rude host working by herself this time. There was still a sign of hostility as if she did not want to be working that day and helping my boyfriend was a chore for her. I am deeply disappointed in the fact that the “face of the restaurant” can be so rude and harassing those who come in. The food was good, but don’t know if I will be returning. For those going to eat here, you may overhear this host threatening to beat people up and or be extremely rude to you just because she has to do her job. Unacceptable.

Were a fan of Americanized Chinese food - and PF Changs brings the quality up a notch. Its food that you can eat and not feel so terrible afterwards. The chicken was crispy, the soup had great flavor, and the food was hot as soon as we received it. Great menu selections and we were happy![Customer Service]Customer service here was also great. The team greets you at the door and youre quickly seated. Our server was really nice and had a positive demeanor. They also bring you a hot clothe at the beginning as well which is nice. We were checked on often and felt appreciated being there![The Location]This is located right outside the Stanford Shopping center. There is plenty of parking because of this. You can see the restaurant right next to El Camino Real. Its a safe location, easy to get to, and theres plenty of seating and parking. Very large restaurant space. Service was so-so. It was difficult tracking down a server after our order was taken. We were missing a table placement for a while. Our lettuce cups were served with no serving spoon or sauce spoon. Food was standard and consistent with other PF Chang restaurant locations. Lemonade mocktails were refreshing.

One of the best Chinese restaurants around. I been there more than 30 time. Always consistent, great food. I love the Kung pao chicken. Since I can not eat rice, I ask for assorted veggies, and depending on the day I get a great selection that I can eat. My blood sugar does not go up more than 30 points.

The quality of food has seriously decreased. Wonton soup was greasy. The famous lettuce wraps had no flavor and the filling tasted reheated. Sushi rolls were decent, but pricey. Eggplant entree needed to be sent back because it was too sweet. Three other dishes were edible but all were on the sweet side when they shouldnt have been. Chocolate wall cake was good but not fresh. Service was awful. Appetizers not served at the same time. Rice coming 10 minutes after entrees arrived. Multiple requests for water. Ill not be going back there.

I ordered to this branch for an 1130am delivered and was waiting for 1 hour called how many times and was informed the food is still there, spoke to the manager Christian and he told me he cannot do anytime as they are waiting for the driver. We are giving 5 stars to David our server last night. Last minute celebration for my daughters birthday, being a busy teacher and mom, we didnt have a spot picked out yet ( especially after Friday sports). Walked in, waited just a bit because servers were changing out and glad we told the last server leaving shift, that we would wait for someone who had time. Unacceptable. Most of restaurant is empty yet still a wait. Why do they have two people working the front desk and no one bussing dishes? Go bus a table and get customers seated. Then once seated we had a dirty table next to us for at least 30mins. Very poor service, we ordered starter and main foorld came out almost immediately. Didnt ask for more drinks or refill expensive soda. Then nail in coffin, disgusting restroom. Really sad.

Typical PF Chang’s. Nothing really noteworthy apart from the excellent service. Waitress was friendly, prompt and interested; great qualities.Pork dumpling appetizer was good, as expected, and my companions said their dishes were “good.” They’re my early 20’s adult kids who are not really known for their chattiness. My Kung Pao Dragon Roll was just ok, but I can’t quite put my finger on what was lacking. Perhaps I expected more Pao and less Dragon...I was here two years ago after the ND v. Stanford and the place was packed with fans from both sides since it’s so close to the stadium. After tonight’s game we expected the same and thought there would be a wait. The place was only half full when we arrived, and didn’t fill anymore. Something is up at this location.

Some diners were wearing coats and gloves while eating inside as they did not put the heat when it was 40 Farenheit outside. Lucky for them we dont have so many cold days in the year so the fact that they dont put the heat when is cold wont negatively affect them too much.They offer a poor service and were not accommodating when asked if we could seat in another table to be more comfortable with a high chair despite being 2/3rds empty.

PF Changs rarely disappoints. The variety of dishes and the freshness of ingredients, I always know I am going to get a delicious great quality meal. I highly recommend the dynamite shrimp appetizer, the shrimp dumpling, shrimp and lobster (I like shrimp). Lettuce cups here are also good. For those who drink alcohol, they have some really great specialty drinks. I especially like the Asian pear mojito.

Used to come here regularly before COVID hit, but it had been nearly 2 years since I actually here. It was busy, even for a Saturday night, and apparently the kitchen was short staffed. We sat at the bar for ~30 minutes waiting for drinks and then when our table was ready it took a while for our food to come. Pre pandemic I always received great service here. Now not so good. We arrived at 6 pm, sat at the bar to eat, we were the only 2 people at the bar. 3 bar tenders washing and straightening dishes...took 13 minutes to be greeted. We have been to this location several times, and loved it. However, today, our experience was not good. One entree was not edible and the other entree wasnt as tasty and the shrimp wasnt fully cooked. We were excited to go because we have loved the food in the past. We have gone to PF Changs all over the country for 15 plus years, so this review isnt because we have never been there. We will not be back.

If a restaurant does not have enough staff, you would think they would manage the number of patrons so that they can give good service. We had a pleasant waiter who was doing his best, but he had too much ground to cover and service was horrible. Also, the Kung Pao Chicken was yuck and not hot.

Food too expensive, but very POOR quality! Egg drop soup was very salty. I don’t care much if food items are expensive, but if they put love with their products I’ll be happy. At first we requested for a bigger table since we always order more and we have a toddler, but the seater told us that they have party reservations coming. But until we left no one occupied the other tables, LIARS! I couldn’t compare the food quality in our favorite seafood buffet with this restaurant. That’s how bad this place is, no good at all!

We went to the Palo Alto branch. A good friend of ours gave us a gift card and recommends the place because the food was great. When we arrived there, it seems that no one is interested to have us seated. We waited for 10-20 minutes thought there were a lot of empty tables. When we were seated, we were told by the receptionist to not to put the stroller of our daughter on the hallway. Our toddler was sitting in there and it seems like it was a racist notion. She was trying to be tactful but very rude. We wish we didn’t stay after that notion.We tried the food and it was average. It seems like the restaurant is a fusion and fancy style. It was okay and will not recommend it to friends.

It isnt what it used to be. The wooden tables are on stains, dirty menus with dried inside stuck grains of rice, tasteless entries recommend by the waiter as the best. Service was careless, poured all over when serving the soup, threw up the to-go boxes on the table. I had fantastic memories from P.F. Changs in Sunnyvale and visited this location once couple of years ago. Dont plan to return. Giving 2 * because the soup and one of the dishes we ordered were tasty.

We were a group of five and we decided to eat family style. Each dish was flavorful and well prepared. You have your choice of brown or white steamed rice with the entrees without additional cost if you choose brown rice. The Ma Po Tofu was delicious with good sized squares of browned tofu, but it was not the typical presentation of saucy, spicy pork with small pieces of soft tofu. We really liked this deviation from the more traditional recipe. We all enjoyed the shrimp with melon. We ordered one of their spicy dishes and was surprised at how mild it was, but our server brought us a small bowl of chili sauce when we requested some.

Is this really what people want out of Chinese food? This was some of the most disappointing Chinese food I have ever had. I will say that the dumplings were great and the drinks (alcohol) were good, but nobody at my table was satisfied with their main course. I expected so much more from what I had heard about P.F. Changs so while I was in town and saw there was a P.F. Changs, I had to give it a try, but honestly it seems like they are catering to people that dont know what good Chinese food tastes like. Sadly the local hole-in-the-wall Chinese take-away in my town tastes much better.

This review is in response to the online ordering and take out. I was given a time where the food would be prepared by. When I arrived on time there was a large group of us that were waiting a half an hour past the prepared time for takeout. When I got my food it was missing two of the items that I had ordered. We brought it back to the hospital for family to eat, and when we discovered these items were missing I called PF Changs and they were not apologetic. They did decide to make the food and they suggested I come back in to grab it. I spoke to manager and there was no initial I would like to comp you at least those two items for the inconvenience, which I was very surprised by. This is the worst pfchangs location that Ive seen the food was also not very good to top it all off. I would suggest giving a time window on the website for food pickup or a text message displayed when the food is 10 minutes from being done to eliminate this serious problem with takeout service.I just edited my review 3/21/19 because the restaurant listened to my critique and while they didnt offer a specific solution they made sure Id didnt pay for the two items that were overlooked. They deserve notice for this, and it has altered my opinion of the location favorably.

The food here is always wonderful. However, the service was pretty bad :( my family went here to celebrate my dads birthday. There were five of us but only 4 of the meals came out. The waitress said the 5th would be right out. We waited for nearly 15 minutes with no word from the staff. Finally, we went inside to inquire and they said there was a mix up and the 5th dish didnt get made. We would have been fine if someone told us this was the case, but unfortunately no one said a thing. When I picked it up (total cost 55 dollars for the tiniest servicing of Chinese food I’ve ever seen) and the chicken was the Farthest thing from crispy. It was incredibly soggy and cold. Ive eaten at PF Changs before and always found it good. This was several years ago however. This time was a different story. Ordered a cocktail (good) and Lo Mein combo. When the food arrived, it was not hot, the noodles tasted like they were undercooked (doughy). The noodles had an stale aftertaste. The pieces of chicken were dry and tough. I finally told the waitress there was a problem. She offered a do- over, but I had completely lost my appetite at this point. Had some dessert (fair/OK) and then the manager came by and offered to take the charge off my bill. I was very excited to come to P.F. Chang’s and try the food. I have heard great things of this restaurant, so on Friday, January 31, 2020 around 7:45pm I decided to stop by and order to go to celebrate my birthday. The waitress was very nice. I can’t remember her name, but I remember she was very busy. I waited about an hour to get my order. While I was waiting for my order to be ready, a customer complained to the kitchen manager Luis about the waiting time. I knew coming here that my order was going to take a long time because the cooks make everything from scratch. What I was not expecting was to be traumatized by the kitchen manager. After the customer made the complaint, Luis, the kitchen manager went to the kitchen and started cussing at the cooks and throwing F words at them. Telling them that they were taking a long time to get the food ready. He then continued throwing trades on the floor. He looked like he was going crazy. The waitresses looked scared. I was super afraid too and just wanted to leave. I was about to run away when my waitress brought my order. She was trying to give me some fortune cookies while all of these was going on. Thankfully a waiter hold Luis the manager against the wall and told him to come down. Then Luis started laughing like nothing had happened. I left the place. I was super AFRAID and I will NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE! If Luis is a manager, he should learn to talk to other employees and probably take anger management classes. If I was working for P.F. Chang’s I would sue this company. Poor employees, they must really need this job to work under these conditions where their mental health is being affected. I would suggest the partner to look at the cámaras. The time was 8:45. Please if you are considering coming too this place, DON’T COME. The food is not worth it and you might get a trade thrown at you!

Wow...MAJOR regrets for coming here. Came in on a Sunday afternoon when it was at probably about half capacity. After we were seated, it took over 10min for someone to even bring over water. We ordered 2 appetizers (crab wontons and Mongolian potstickers), 2 entrees (shrimp lo mein and Kung Pao chicken) and a drink (Japanese old fashioned). The food was good enough quality but the portions were tiny. It took over an hour and a half to get everything..our server forgot to put the drink order in and it did not come out until just before the entrees. To top it off, the bill came out to $75!! For sub par service and tiny portions it was ridiculous. To add insult to injury, the only thing that was quick was the bill. The Tuna roll was a little dry and bland not flavorful and the Brussel Sprouts had a lot of pineapple which took up a lot of the dish and it was not very spicy. I had to ask for hot peppers and hot sauce to heat it up. So, I give it a 3. I made those food choices because they were lower on sodium, which they list on the menu, but after I was not happy with them I had wished that I got the spicy cauliflower. My husband got the sweet and sour soup and a chicken dish which he put over white rice and he said, they were ok. So, different choices next time. One of the best meals Ive had in PA ever! I was introducing my gf that I have been dating for one year to my parents that were visiting from New Mexico. We had thought about going to Garden Fresh but instead we tried something new. We got the best seats in the house, the manager on staff, Michael, was very friendly. OMG....AMAZING FOOD. And an expensive bill to go with it. Went here and ordered a California roll, 12 pot stickers and a Asian salad with shrimp and a cup of soup with a bowl of soup and 3 drinks was $85 for 3 people. The food is amazing tho.

The main reason for the low rating is the rice was substandard. Normally I expect a Chinese restaurant to have rice that is sticky and well cooked, but here it had too much water. Also the waitress made a sarcastic comment at the expense of someones dietary restriction which was rude.

Been here twice. This is one of the worst P.F. Changs restaurants. Weve been to a dozen or so thus far. Bad service and poor food execution all around. Restrooms filthy. Mens restrooms has two automatic facuets. One of these two faucets wasnt working both times we visited, 3 weeks apart.

Unfortunately yesterday I had a bad experience, I ordered broccoli beef, I asked for the broccoli to be well-done & soft to eat & tender beef do to my current post-op diet, I was told they could absolutely do that, I received a WELL-DONE over cooked beef that was tough like beef jerky & hard broccoli. I brought the order back & they said they would redo it correctly, finally after 1 hour from when I first ordered they gave me the REDO, I took it home ONLY to find it just as BAD as the first order BROCCOLI WAS HARD & BEEF WAS TOUGH LIKE JERKY. MIND YOU THAT MY TOTAL ORDER TO GO WAS MORE THAN $76 & ONLY ONE $18 ITEM WAS TERRIBLE BUT IT RUINED THE EXPERIENCE & WAS A WASTE OF MONEY! I ALSO WANT TO SAY I HAVE BEEN GOING TO PF CHANGS FOR MORE THAT 20+YRS & THIS IS MY FIRST BAD EXPERIENCE. & I HAVE DINED BOTH IN NEW YORK & SEVERAL LOCATIONS IN CALIFORNIA BAY AREA WITH P.A. Things have gone completely downhill. Food used to be fresh and tasty, now tired and blah. Service used to be attentive - like mixing the chili sauce for you - now it is also tired and blah. Servers bring plates without removing empty plates, basically expecting you to play the tetris plate game yourself to make room for the new plates. Ugh. Disappointment.

I generally intensely dislike chains, but since going gluten free, Ive learned to embrace a few of them. PF Changs is the one of the only places Ive felt comfortable eating Chinese food out.I used to eat out Chinese food at least once a week. Now its a special treat. Of course, its very American-style Chinese food (meh), but sometimes its nice to have a meal cooked by someone else.

The food doesnt resemble dishes in an actual chinese place even remotely. The cuising is bland, and many dishes taste the same when they shouldnt. People love it, but I dont get why. Its expensive too. Why pay $15 an entree when cupertino is down the road, awesome, and half the price.
