First time here . Staff was super friendly, atmosphere is really nice . Had one of the best mojitos I’ve had in my life !But I feel like the food is not all that for the price . I was super excited to try their chocolate soufflé and I was pretty disappointed- don’t order it ! Not sure if it was just cooked incorrectly or if they just serve you a brownie and call it a “ suffle”.

We have been here many times. This time was a major disappointment. The food was very dry and overcooked. The chicken in the chowmein was dry and hard like it had been re cooked. There was no sauce or moisture to the food.Everything was bland and tasteless. For $110.00 lunch I expected it to be cooked properly. The portions have gotten smaller and the quality is just not what it used to be.

Definitely seen a downturn in the quality over the years. I’ve been enjoying their lettuce wraps for years, ordered them yesterday and instead of butter leaf lettuce it came with iceberg, which breaks when you fold it. Then I asked for sriracha, and they said they have a knock off brand. When I’m paying 20 dollars for lettuce wraps and 25 for fried rice, I would except better quality. Just very meh.

Food overall was okay, the only one dish worth wild we ate was the SHORT RIBS ($33) served on seasoned rice or broth rice. We usually get two apps and two dishes and two drinks to make it worth wild to say we ate here. Bill was over 100 bucks, and sushi was okay, I could have made better pot stickers. I thought who could honestly make worse orange chicken, but...this place!! I was ashamed for the chefs and the price. The Oolong Tea tasted like peach, and they pre sweetened it(Why!).We might have gotten the wrong order, but only two other tables were there. I dont have Mysophobia, but dont hold my glasses and tea cups by the rims I set my lips on. I had such high hopes for this place that I always wanted to go and was let down. They rely on presentation, not taste.

I ordered take out from this location in Chino Hills. I was extremely disappointed I ordered 1 orange chicken bowl, 1 kung pao chicken bowl, 1 order of chicken low mein & 1 order of pork egg rolls. Everything was a disappointment the low mein was over cooked & the chicken was dry. The kung pao chicken was also extremely dry. Orange chicken was over cooked. The egg rolls were the only thing we ended up eating, threw the rest out. This was a real disappointment as we had our expectations up high for this place. The quality was so not worth the prices! We will not be returning & do not recommend anyone come to the location.

Its okay.I grew up with eating Chinese food. Im from Hong Kong and San Francisco. So, its not fair to compare. Ive heard of this place for several years and when I saw it was nearby I thought I would try it.The service was impeccable. The place was packed and the staff was always there to help. My wife and I decided to go out to eat after a hectic Monday and picked PF Changs. Arrived a little after 7pm and were seated quickly. Our waitress was Janee. She made an immediate impression with a friendly greeting and attentive service. The food was very good and we received 5 star service from Janee. It continues to be one of our favorite restaurants.

Ok so I just literally pulled a rubber band from my mouth while eating honey shrimp. When I tell you I am grossed out!!. The manager came over saying the chef is trying to figure out how that got in the shrimp. Then the general manager came over talking about that size rubber band is not used in their establishment as if I brought it with me. Kathleen Martinez is the Operating Partner of this location. My brother asked for 50% off the whole bill because everyone is traumatized and looking through all the food. She came back with 30% off the bill. Then she came back over with her card. I took the card and my brother said This is not 50% I said Im writing a review right now. She said she would take care of the bill. Now, why couldnt she have done that in the first place, I dont know. As much as I like Ruben our server and Johnny who makes a bomb apple martini with Titos there is nothing in me that wants to return here. Happy Mothers Day to me.

Just got a family meal and the mongolian beef i got waa DRY, it was like beef jerky! I am very dissappointed and would like a refund for my food. Ive ate at this location before and never had a problem. But the food that i got is just unacceptable. I was going to call but they are now closed. If you order take out, please check it before you leave so this doesnt happen to you.

Good service. We got all we ordered fairly fast. The food was good and desert great. I would give them 5 stars but the prices are high. With a tip, we average $50, per person. We did not ordered any alcohol and only one desert. I guess prices have gone up substantially.

I go to P.F. Changs all the time but this was my first time at the Yorba Linda location. The food was good, as usual, though a bit bland for my companion and for me. I ordered spicy chicken and she ordered something vegetarian.However, the server gave us plenty of different sauces so we were able to make our dishes spicier. Both dishes were well-cooked.I plan to return and, hopefully,remember to present my P. F. Changs membership next time.

Their menu is okay, the food is good, a little pricey for what it is. Youre paying more for the restaurant name. The atmosphere was nice and the staff pleasant. Plenty of parking within the shopping center were the restaurant is located at. I expected something else. I have been coming to this restaurant chain with my family for so long. Today we decided to pick some food up and bring it home only to be let down by our meal. We were hardly given any rice and my mother had to ask for more, and the rice were half filled (see picture below). The wonton soup which usually allows for each of us to get 2 wontons was now smaller in size and I only had one. The plates in general were of much smaller portions. The beef broccoli meat felt cheap and I nearly gag thinking about the texture of that meat, and all these issues occuring in overpriced cheap food. Absolutely disappointed, will not be coming back anytime soon.

Loved this PF Changs! The decor is very nice inside and looks pretty fancy. Our server was great, very professional and personable. The food was delicious! You can understand why this restaurant is not in business and is about to go down by looking at the employees who greet guests from the entrance. She diligently turned her back on customers, chatting with other employees, and not doing her own thing, leaving her customers to watch her jokes and her negligence for long hours. They didnt know who the reserved guest was and made her sit at random, and on the other hand, the sound of her clearing the dishes was too loud and dirty. You need to manage them. Their actions will damage your business and reputation.

Such a bad experience today. Party of four seated on a tiny table with four plates and napkins that took all the table. I asked my self how our plates going to fit here?! I dont appreciate paying an inordinate amount of money for food and receiving zero soy sauce or other condiments. They charged me full price for an entree of lo mein noodles and we got about a side dishes worth of food. We ordered take out. There is little in the way of decent Chinese food in our area so one of the best choices is PF Changs. The serving portions are average and so is the quality. Not worth the cost. If youre dining in then the atmosphere is good. I realize it was Friday night and they were busy but this experience is unacceptable.

The parking here is horrible on a Saturday evening. I had not eaten here in maybe 10 years and honestly it was so very disappointing. Both the quality and the portions have fallen. The service is pretty good here compared to a lot places right now. Really pricey. The lobster dumplings are not worth the big ticket. The salt and pepper prawn was good. The shrimp were good size and cooked fairly well. Could be spicier. The Mongolian beef is very good and the lettuce wraps are famous. Cocktail menu is more unique. I think putting sushi and ramen noodles is a big mistake because you are trying to fuse Chinese and Japanese. I go here for Chinese food. Theres much better Japanese food elsewhere. Did I mention its really expensive?

It definitely has changed since Covid19 and personally I enjoyed it more before. The waiter was rushing so much it gave me anxiety. We werent happy with the menu change! My husband was very unsatisfied with his entrée. I have to admit I enjoyed my Mongolian Beef and the lettuce wraps. I was looking forward to the strawberry cucumber lime drink but it was a huge let down!!! Probably wont be back anytime soon and definitely dont recommend.

My husband, daughter-in-law, granddaughter and I had dinner here recently. The Changs Spare Ribs, Mongolian Beef, Fried Rice Combo, and the Chicken Lettuce Wrap were all delicious. In addition my eight year old granddaughter enjoyed her Kids Honey Chicken Meal with lemonade and shes a picky eater. The only complaint was our order of Handmade Pork Dumplings which was NOT good. I would NEVER order that dish again and I usually really like dumplings. They didnt seem hot enough when served. I gave a four star instead of five stars due to those terrible dumplings and advise you to skip them, but all the other dishes I will have again.

This is the 3rd PF Changs Ive tried. The first one, shrimp fried rice, it was very oily. Second one, pad tai - I didnt enjoy it at all. This time I had calamari (appetizers) Japanese style street noodles, curry sauce, with shrimp. I would not order any of it again. The food was fresh, I just realize I dont care for curry. The shrimp and calamari are cooked in tempura. Didnt care for that. We ordered four meals, one of which was a childs meal. Three of the meals were returned. The waitress seemed new and not prepared to work with people who are challenged in any way. Our bill was mixed, when we specifically asked for separate checks. We spent at least 10 minutes on getting the bills straight. The waitress looking less and less interested. I asked for a to go bag three times. They did comp the 3 meals but the time it took to straighten things out, left me wanting nothing more. Id like to know what kind of oil they use and why is it so oily. Ive got plenty of questions.

Just dont go expecting the authentic cuisine you may have experienced elsewhere. They do make wooden chop sticks available along with standard flatware. There is enough variety in the menu to normally keep everyone happy. There are even multiple vegetarian options. The staff at this location are cordial, if not as openly friendly as you might encounter at some restaurants of other chains. Prices are somewhat high for the experience, but are still within reason.

A friend and I went for lunch and were immediately greeted by the hostess and seated. I wish I could say I had a great experience. The only reason it has one star is because the server was nice. Unfortunately she was not there much so that we may communicate our requests as necessary. We arrived and seated promptly, server arrived and took a drink order. I hope they turn this ship around, not a pleasant experience at all.

My experience here was horrible. From the person who answered the phone she had a rude attitude as she didn’t want to take my order. I had ordered the meal for two option. I did not get the soup and I had gotten the chicken fried rice which tasted hard and old and had no seasonings in it. Then I got the changes lettuce cups mediocre. Lastly I got the Chang’s spicy chicken and rice. Wow horrible. The rice was not cooked and was hard. The Chang’s chicken tasted like old pieces of grease and it was so hard. Asked if there was shellfish or fish sauce in Pad Thai...server had no idea and said someone will be out to talk to you about it. No one ever came out and we were served this dish never knowing. We just happen to not want to eat products with these ingredients, it is not due to an allergy. The problem is, had we been asking for an allergy reason (and the server never asked or knew), this could have been a major issue. This is not a mom and pop establishment. This is a national chain that should have very strict and clear guidelines when it comes to disclosure of every ingredient in their food. It should be on the menu. The server didnt even know there was egg in the dish! I said no egg and she said there is no egg in the Pad Thai. Sure enough, both dishes were served with egg AND peanuts, even though we asked for all of the garnishing ingredients on the side. So, after sending back our food we finally got our new orders as the rest in our party were finishing their dinners. There were also mistakes in their orders. Waste of $78 for four people with no alcohol, appetizers or dessert. Waaaay too much for such lousy service and average food and the risk of being served ingredients that you do not want to consume. People with food allergies, religious or other dietary restrictions beware. This chain used to be top notch. Now it is like Panda Express but 4x the price.

WE had at least 3 people helped us to make reservation one day earlier, and they still messed it up???!!!?? Please clean the booths after turning the table. there was rice and other food debris in the seat cusions and more of the same on the floor which of course i stepped on. Had to leave, was totally disgusting.
