I went during lunch time on a weekday, so it was not busy. I had the pleasure of having Miranda as my server! She was fabulous! I ordered a Mud Slide to start my indulgent lunch! It tasted so creamy and luscious. So onto eats! 2 pork rolls! Miranda brought me out 3 dipping sauces, bc I didnt know which complimented the rolls. Next was a bowl of egg drop soup. It was served in a big bowl with a ladle along with a smaller matching bowl. I could choose my serving and take home the rest. Mirandas attentiveness demonstrated caring. Thank you, Miranda!

The overall experience at PF Changs is really good. The atmosphere is nice and our waiter was phenomenal. I feel the prices you pay for the dishes are high, based on the small portions and feel the quality could be better. We went for a friends birthday and it was her choice. She very much enjoyed it, however my wife and I prefer more authentic, non-chain locations.

We had a wonderful dinner here the other night! Gustav our server was great and answered all our questions! The lettuce wraps were delicious as were all our dishes! However the standout was the Brussel Sprouts…wow wow wow…if you are a tiny cabbage fan these are not to be missed!

We used to go here but I have to say it changed a bit. Service amazing as usual, but the food is not what we are used to. I celebrated my birthday here and it was okey. Not impressed.We tried a few things from the menu; wagyu steak, lobster with nudles, crab wontons, ribs, chocolate soufflé, and banana rolls. Ribs are fantastic, and the coconut/pineapple ice cream that comes with the banana rolls. The rest, njae...I can recommend the drink down the rabbits hole, a great and fresh drink.We will go back and try a few other dishes and see if I can get this review up to a 4 star.But once again, the service is amazing.

A friend and I were at your restaurant on Tuesday, November 21st, and arrived between 2:30- 2:45pm. Our server, Susan was unfriendly, when she approached our table. However, the worst part was that a couple arrived after us 5+ minutes after we were sitting there, and she took an order from them first!! She did not look at us, or approached us to ask if we were ready to order, which we had been ready BEFORE she attended to this couple who happen to be Caucasian. She had a pleasant demeanor toward them?!She took awhile to take our order! I was going to say something to her, but my friend mentioned that the server would get a lower tip. This server never asked us during our visit the usual questions servers ask to be attentive and courteous to their guests. However, she did ask the couple those questions!! We made the mistake of giving Susan 15% tip, but honestly, she deserved zero! I am a retired educator, and prior I was a human resources manager. If I had an employee like this, I would give her a warning and training on restaurant etiquette on how to treat all guests equally, regardless of gender, race, or appearance!Thank you for reading. We walked in close to closing, but they seated us very quickly. The waitress was very sweet and took our order and got our drinks. The food arrived super fast and was delicious. Even though we were the last ones left, they did not rush us. Food, service, and atmosphere were great! Would definitely eat here again. 5 stars!

Service was awesome. We were able to make reservations. The appetizers were very good. We had the dim sum (pork eggrolls, calamari, shrimp dumplings and dynamite shrimp). For the entrees we had pepper steak, fried rice and sesame chicken. They were all equally sumptuous! My daughter had the peach boba ~ and couldnt stop raving about it and the adults had the Tokyo mule and the Rising Dragon. The rising dragon was strong and sweet... just like I like it.

P.F. Chang’s is a nice place to eat. This particular P.F. Chang’s is located in an outdoor mall type area. Parking, as plentiful as it is, can be overwhelming. That being said, there are golf cart drivers and valet parking if necessary. Now on to the food! The food was delicious. It’s always consistent and the portions are plentiful. On this trip we have beef, shrimp and chicken. All were very good, and all were plentiful enough to have left overs. The food can be sweet so keep that in mind. The customer service is wonderful. The atmosphere is nice and dimmed lighting. There seemed to be more couples than families at this particular P.F. Chang’s. I would recommend this establishment most definitely.

Overall, it was a completely reliable experience. You get exactly what you expect each time. We got the Kungpow shrimp rice lunch, lettuce wraps, and hot and sour soup. Everything was good, but I had to send the soup back because it was served cold. Otherwise, it was fine.

I really like PF Changs but there is so much noise at the bar. The servers bang the dishes and slam them into a bucket.PS. the kitchen staff do the same thing.Please : Management sit at the bar area and perhaps you can provide constructive feedback to your team.Also the team in front of the kitchen (pick up food area ) are always yelling .. not sure if they are angry. Get rid of the garbage bins adjacent to the till.Thank you.

Though promptly seated, we waited at least 10 minutes before anyone attended to us. We immediately asked for water when we sat, but that wasnt going to happen. We also wanted to order a drink first, and then order dinner. A few more minutes pass and then we are greeted by a server and we get a drink order in, but still no water on the table. By about 20 minutes in to arrival we get an appetizer wed ordered, but no water or cocktail. Poor timing, poor service already grating on us. Finally at about 30 minutes we get cocktails and finally, some water (there must be a water or a water glass shortage!). We explained that as diabetics, we needed about 15 minutes after taking insulin before we eat--its a medical recommendation, not a fad or anything--so we ordered food, took insulin, and then after 20 minutes we ask about the main course. Its on the way. Another 5 minutes and were pretty late to begin eating, we are a little agitated about the delay, and our second query brings out a bit of testiness on the part of the server who, in a defensive manner, explains that because of the diabetic issue, the order was pushed back... WHAT? Yeah, you better start smiling, honey, because your goodwill just got burned in a wok flare-up! Then the food comes and its not bad, seems good enough, but the wait, the repetitive inquiries for water and our dinner order, plus the obvious appearance that the place is grossly understaffed, isnt trained in proper meal service, and theres now an air of hostility... the place is definitely NOT on my hurry back and try us again list. Upon departure, we see four large tables where guests had long departed, leftover food and dirty dishes galore, and no one tending to the cleanup needed there. The bathroom lacked handsoap, too. At payment, there also lacking was any earnest thank you for coming in, please come see us again, or anything remotely conciliatory like that. So we said thank you and she said youre welcome. Honey, thats not the way the script reads. Its supposed to be YOU saying to us, thank you, not the other way around. I dont think youre going get an academy award nomination for this bad movie, dear. This PF Changs needs more staff, an attitude adjustment, and likely a new manager.

PF Changs usually delivers but I hadnt been in quite some time. Everyone always tends to love the honey chicken or shrimp; but this time, it was over saturated with sauce. Drinks were decent, we didnt order anything complicated. Depending on the amount of people, it is very easy to share plates at PFs, I do like that. We started with appis and the best to me were the spring egg rolls. Our entrees were: honey shrimp (2 orders), chicken pad Thai, shrimp & chicken Singapore noodles, beef and broccoli, and Mongolian beef. Everything came to the table hot and I think I sampled a little of everything. You can get fried rice for an upcharge, it was worth the $2. The staff here were nice and helpful in the ordering. Sitting outside there, when its warm enough, is the thing to me. It has such a great ambiance - but its far from the kitchen.

We went to P.F.Chang twice this summer due to our golf tournament at Westin Mission. The temperature was over 110 F. To be able to go inside there, it felt so good. The food was good. We love everything. Now they give you a QR code so you can pay the bill online which is very convenient. I forgot to ask the name of a waitress there. She recognized us even though we went twice within a week. She refilled our bottles with the ice water. I really appreciate it🥰Thank you

Simply some of the best Chinese cuisine I’ve ever tasted! The staff were very friendly, polite and service was great. The servings are enough to fill one up. But even if you over order just ask for a take-out box and treat yourself again the next day. The atmosphere and decor was friendly to the eyes and ears. So, go ahead, stop by and treat yourself to a fabulous meal well worth the price.

Update 2023, We tried it again as locals. NO ONE Would seat us then after begging we got seated and no one would wait no one would wait on us. We left and 5 tables waiting for service, Do Not bother!Bar tender barely had time for us...sitting at the bar. Bar smells like dirty bar. Mgmt is very lax here bar tender has been there for 5 years...time for someone who will look you in the eye and ask about your needs. Update still have a few employees watching TV. Happy Hour is only weekdays fyi . One more star added for new bartender

Ordered changs spicy chicken, white rice and childs lo mein kids meal. The atmosphere is nice mellow, and clean. We enjoy coming here for the atmosphere, my daughter loves it. Service is good, staff greet you as you enter and waiter follows up with you and checks in. I do not like the portion sizes. They claim to be family sized portions shareable but they are not. Rice was served nearly empty, and chicken portion was extremely small. I felt daughters kids meal portion was more appeasing than adult meal. Food was served warm.

The worst thing at a restaurant, like this recognized name, is bad service. Very nice restaurant building within. The menu itself has a great selection of dishes. Ordered the Chicken Pad Thai and the Chicken Lo Mein, as well as the lunch order of an Orange Chicken bowl.When requesting to have the rice and chicken separated, our server, Susan, seemed annoyed and bothered. Of which lead to my party and I being practically, completely ignored by her. We received no service for awhile. I had to go up to the hostess, Evelyn, to ask to get our drinks replenished and have the sauces/condiments delivered. So the service, at a restaurant as this, made this experience disappointing. I have been to several PF Changs. PF Changs is a semi formal attire, sit down restaurant. At this location, their host should be the Server versus the one that was assigned to us. Evelyn was friendly, accommodating, and seemed to care when having a conversation with her. Very hospitable.The Food: The Chicken Pad Thai had more tofu then chicken. But the Chicken Lo Mein was completely devoured! Very good. As for the Orange Chicken, it had this nice Zest to it.In general, they food is very good.

We visited on a Saturday night around 5:30. Seems like the menu has not changed for many years. We had a long wait for our food to be served (about 35 minutes). I had the Asian Caesar salad with salmon. The salmon chunk was very small. I was expecting something about twice the size. Our waitress was wonderful, happy and friendly. However, I wont be going back until they update their menu.

Disorganized for a large party, an hour for the food and dirty bowls for soup. Wonton soup was cold, the few shrimp in it were cheap frozen kind and fishy. Also, after an hour wait, the waitress gave my entree to another party and when I asked I was rudely told Oh, I already have that out!? Not to me you didnt. Sure as hell not waiting another hour for microwaved frozen food either.Overpriced for what you get, food isnt very good, the service is horrible and youre packed in like rats with servers bumping into you while they carry stuff through.

I have been to many PF Changs including maybe 10 times to the one in Palm Desert. My only complaint are that all the booths are tight and kind of claustrophobic. But the American Chinese food is very consistent and yummy. I do find that most dishes are too sweet, but I guess thats American Chinese style. The cup of Won Ton Soup is good and filling. The Lettuce Wraps appetizer are always a favorite of one of my guests; they are tasty but way too messy. Its like eating a crunchy Taco that just dissolves in your hand. This last time we also ordered the BBQ Rib appetizer plate. Delicious, sweet and super messy. I had to Oxi Clean my top after this meal. For main courses we got Beef Fried Rice, and Mongolian Beef w/o the peppers. There were three of us and had enough to take some home. The Mongolian Beef, again too sweet for me, was a little bit dry this time. But, Ill be back. Good Chinese Restaurants are hard to come by in the CV. One last thing is, the parking at The River is awful. So doctor in 15-20 mins just to look for a spot.

We saw this PF Changs in our stay at Palm Springs and we wanted to go for some predictable food so headed over there. It had been about 5 years since weve been to our last PF Changs. As you know, this is the textbook example of Americanized, made-to-please-every-palette Chinese/Asian food.To be honest, we were pleasantly reminded how good PF Changs could be, especially when you have a large party that has a lot of preferences and opinions. Yes, nothing had changed from the menu and what we remembered to be great were still great. My personal favorite is the Northern Style Pork Ribs, dry-rubbed with salt and spices. Still cant find another place where they do this well. And yes, the kids went for the orange chicken. But again, when food is good enough, it really is about the overall experience - how a large party is seated, noise levels, friendly staff, etc.Again, this PF Chang wasnt any different or special. We just ate well, had a great time, and of course the prices are reasonable. Perhaps their beer could be a bit colder? 5-stars for the overall value!

Ordered $60 on Uber eats. By far the worst order i have ever had. The orange chick n and sweet and sour was not only flavorless it was greasy and it only tasted of old oil. The rice (all three) were mush. I odered the $8 fried rice and i just have never had worse even from fast food Chinese. Look maybe i got them on a bad day but I’m out $60 and not like i can send it back to the kitchen and i wasnt missing anything so Uber eats won’t do anything. Just a bummer.

Our experience was horrible! We sat in the restaurant for an hour with no assistance. But heres the thing there was us and a few other tables and no one had helped us. They got to the point where they finally helped us. Then we waited another hour just for our food to come out. We were there for a good solid 2 and a half hours.

Excellent ambience and service. Wait staff was very professional and prompt. Food came out quickly. Lettuce wraps were the best ever! Chang’s spicy chicken had way too much breading so it soaked up too much very sugary and sticky sauce making it way too sweet and oily. Usually this dish is lighter so maybe just the chef this time. Peach hot tea is my favorite and the gluten free options are excellent.

Unbelievably disappointed in their decision to remove menus. Now online only...we begged and finally got a print out that was unreadable. P.F. Changs is a favorite of mine! Ive been to many locations in CA and also one in WA. Always delicious! The lettuce wraps are great, and for my main dish, I usually get Kung Pao Chicken. The kids meals have good portions and are a great price. Im always happy to go to this restaurant, and Ive had great service, etc., at every location.

We ate there last night. Front desk was not the friendliest- seemed more interested in chatting with each other then taking care of the guests. The bathrooms are a mess- they were filthy and half of the seats were broken.Our server, Isabel, however was amazing! Thats the only reason for a 4star review. She was super sweet and provided amazing service. The food was great as well.

I really enjoy the Changs Spicy Chicken (despite it not really being spicy) and the Kung Pao Scallops. Generally Ive gotten great service when Ive eaten here. Occasionally during busy times (Friday and Saturday nights in season) things can be a little off, but eating here for lunch is consistently excellent. Also, they have the best lemonade around. Yes, you read that right, lemonade.Dont expect an authentic Chinese food experience here. That said, the food is very good for what it is. I recommend it pretty much at any time except Friday and Saturday nights during the winter, because theres a huge wait and its packed.

The food was excellent when we visited on February 11th. 2022. We had Kung Pao Shrimp, Shrimp fried rice, and Mongolian beef. All excellent. We also had pork and shrimp pot stickers. Also excellent. They dont get five stars because they did not have Tsing Tao beer, or any Chinese beer. They had Japanese beer. Weird!! The service was very good. The atmosphere was too loud. Recently, July 6th, 2023, we had the Chicken Lettuce Wraps, the Pork Spare Ribs and the new Orange Chicken. All were excellent. I am an independent reviewer and am not associated with PF Changs.

Mixed feelings. Been several years since my last visit to a PF Changs ( Scottsdale).The menu seems to have been quite condensed. I recall there being a special pkg meal where you could choose 3-4 items & they also brought you complimentary rice.We had a couple of appys & an entree of noodles. The crab appy was tasteless. The spicy green beans were so/so. The noodle entree was very spicy but over oily. Portions were a decent size, service good. I would say overall the experience has gone downhill.

But the food left a lot to be desired sadly as popular as the name is the food was not as good as i was hoping. The cheese wonton were gritty and didnt have much flavor, the calamari was over cooked but ok in flavor and the California roll tasted like it was pre made that morning and sat in the cooler until I ordered it. I visited this restaurant in Palm Springs this week. The staff is friendly and the place is big and somewhat noisy. I ordered the Singapore Street noodles. Surprisingly, this was the most super spicy dish I ever tried. I like Chinese and Indian food and like to eat with pepper, however, this dish was exaggeratedly spicy. I had acidity all night long, had to drink a glass of milk in the middle of the night. I thought it was my fault to not look carefully to the menu but when I got home I reviewed the online menu and it says that the recipe contains mild curry sauce (which was impossible to notice in this dish that tasted as fire) but not a note whatsoever to other ingredients that led to that extremely spicy flavour. I give 2-stars for this reason, otherwise the place is Ok.

I had not been to this PF Changs since before Covid when I used to visit often with friends. I reserved a table for 6:30 pm online and received text messages keeping me updated on my upcoming reservation - - which was very helpful. The waiter, Forrester (like the Subaru!), came by very shortly to get us started with drinks. He was very nice, welcoming, and watchful and checked in with us often. (He was an excellent waiter!)We ordered the BBQ Spare Ribs and Pot Stickers for appetizers. Both were excellent and something I would definitely order again.For the main courses, we ordered Beef with Broccoli and Sweet & Sour Chicken. Both were cooked to perfection. The beef was tender and, unlike other places, really tasted like grilled beef. Id order either of these dishes again because they were so good.After the appetizers and main courses, we were too full for dessert, but they had a very good selection to choose from. We ended up packing up a lot of food to go, because their portions were generous.We had a great time there and look forward to coming back soon!BTW, there is a huge mural above the kitchen area of a Chinese woman holding a Japanese saber with an inscription in Chinese. Terrible service. When I lived in Rancho Mirage I visited the restaurant many times and had good service and food. But, this visit was an unpleasant experience. First of we ordered a California roll without cucumber and avocado for my grandson. It arrived with cucumber, no big deal, I just took out the cucumber. Second, I ordered Kung Pao shrimp, the waitress brought Kung Pao chicken. The Kung Pao chicken looked well prepared. when she returned with the Kung Pao shrimp it was disappointing. There were like 20 shrimp (good thing) but very few vegetables. I dont have OCD but it was easy to count 1 piece of mushroom, 7 pieces of onion and 6 pieces of celery, all very small pieces. No problem, there is lots of shrimp. But the shrimp was over cooked and drenched in sauce so thick that I couldnt taste the shrimp. My wife asked for a second glass of wine and water, we waited quite awhile and asked for the wine a water again. We waited again and asked for a third time. While waiting for the wine to arrive I went outside and had a cigarette, when I returned, still no wine. It arrive about five minutes later and after we had finished eating. This was the second night in a row that we have had a unpleasant dining experience in Rancho Mirage restaurants.

I wish they could get the consistency under control. Make the food look like the picture in the menu. That might be a good guide for how to cook Mongolian beef. My order of Mongolian beef tonight was undercooked and relatively low on flavor. Ill be giving the restaurant to miss for a few months to let them sort out their issues.

Service is always great here but today topped it from all the other times. My siblings and I took my mother out for an early Mothers Day dinner. Ive never seen her so happy smiling from ear to ear about how great the service was. She said Make sure you tip our waiter Terence good because he took really good care of me. Shes not very easily pleased so kuddos to him for making an impression on her. Terence is always a pleasure as well as some of the other servers like Jose and Tristan. Its service like theirs that keep us coming back.

I would consider P.F Chang’s an upscale restaurant, but with so many other non chain local upscale restaurants and steak houses near by this just felt kinda like the budget upscale go too. I feel the service and ambience would have been much better else-wear. The asparagus was itty bitty like normal... (prefer more mature thicker, asparagus) at PF Changs.

This was a mostly disappointing dining experience. We were ready to order dinner by the time the waitress showed up take our drink orders. She forgot the rice that comes with every entree and had to be asked about it twice and then brought it out as we finished eating our dinner. The kitchen also missed other parts of the entrees, like half the order of orange chicken, and the sauces that came with the appetizer. The food itself was dry and we were informed twice that they were running out of this or that. Possibly the only saving graces were the fact that we were seated quickly and that the lettuce wraps were quite good.I generally love PF Changs. It is a go-to wherever I am at in the country, but I have to say that this was probably the worst experience that Ive had with the chain. I sincerely hope it was just an off night for the kitchen and wait staff.

This is for the PFChangs in Ramcho Mirage - i am old school hospitality person and to experience what i would say perfect chain restaurant experience. first the facility was spotless fresh and inviting - clean bright but cozy and elegant. next lovely hosts, prompt and friendly. Then the server- Charly we’ll make this man your lead server cause he was the best most ideal server. kind knowledge and prompt. he made me feel good without being fake or trying for a extra tip. really enjoyed our meal- real crab in the wontons and plenty of food for lunch tomorrow. i really enjoyed all of it.

The service was great but the food is something else. I ordered the tonkatsu ramen with pork this was the most flavorless soup I have ever ate might as well been drinking water because there was nothing there. I had to dump a bunch of soy sauce and chili paste so I could get some flavor of that broth. My friends gave me some of their choices but they just pointed out the dishes weaknesses as well. Nothing here is great very bland. Go somewhere else or you will be over paying for blandness.

I was there on my honeymoon and have been a loyal P.F. Chang’s customer back home regularly.Once we were seated it took 14 minutes for our server to come and ask what we wanted to drink and get our order going. There were only 8 tables in all occupied during this time so this should not have been an excuse that it was bussy to get to us.The food when we got it was terrible. The crispy chicken was pure breeding and cold chicken. The beef and broccoli was so Chewy I feel they used the worst possible beef for it with tons of fat on it.Very disappointed in the quality of food and service.

I also think that the restaurant itself is a bit dark. But otherwise if you are looking for something different for dinner than it is a good option.

I came in with my whole family, party of 7 people. Very bad service. I have never been treated this way anywhere else. We walk in to be greeted by the most unprofessional waitress I have seen. His whole body was inked up, tattooed. Greeting us with an attitude like he is not happy to be serving us. When ordered our food hes telling us we cant order what we want because the Chiefs cannot make it the way we want. After talking to an unexperienced manager we walked out to go next door to Cheesecake Factory and enjoyed the best family dinner. I would never recommend a place that hires unexperienced servers and managers that dont know how to please customers. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE if you are looking for good service.

The only thing I was able to accomplish is it registered my email but I could not get pass getting a password set.

Love the membership deals! The membership deals for a free entree gets me to try something new that I wouldnt normally choose. Never disappointed. Food continuously comes out hot and delicious! Egg rolls are always our choice for starters.Ask for the 3 sauces; chili paste, spicy mustard, and soy sauce (I think). If you like spicy, mix the mustard in the soy sauce. Yum!

Like the booths (they should have more of them) for cozy dining. Over priced Chinese food with bad service. We were waiting on the waiter the whole time. All the staff was giggling in the corner while we were hungry trying to order. Okay, I love this PF Changs location and frequent as often as I can. For a Monday night it wasnt crowded, which is nice for a change. If you hit this place up on the weekends - make sure you have a reservation! Ill start off by telling you the food is to die for! Ive tried recreating a few dishes and although they are edible, nothing compares to the perfect crisp and seasoning that is Changs signature! The honey walnut shrimp was mouth watering delicious! I always order the pork fried rice to go with anything, because why not? Its perfect! Im not a fan of beef in general. However, I must admit the beef and broccoli was bursting with flavor! The garlic spinach was perfect. I know what youre thinking - how hard is it to stir fry some spinach!? Youd be surprised how many restaurants miss the mark on something so simple. The service has never disappointed me. No matter who you get, you know youll be well entertained! Latrice was very prompt, witty, and basically a spitfire. Suits me well! :) Ahhhh the ambiance! We haven’t been here since they revised, reduced the menu and we enjoyed all our dishes. Inside seating is crowded and bustling, whereas the outdoor patio, is quiet, heated, though not attractive.
