I ate lunch today and it was a horrible experience. I ordered small pho and pork banmi sandwiches. All together is around $25-ish. At the end, the waiter charged me $37! He didn’t show me any check at first. I complained about the price, then he suddenly change to right one. I won’t come back again. If you still want to try, please double check before you pay.Plus, the new menu is not on here yet. I just found that.
Last time going here. The 2 working the front could not get it together half the tables were seated and the other half all had dirty dishes on them. When they would bus a table they would stack the dishes on a table in the dining area, dishes never made it back to the kitchen. Egg rolls I ordered where fried ealier in the day and just heated back up for me, were Luke warm and not crisp. The dining room is what your customers see. At no time should it look like this.
Good yummy portions of pho (we ordered #1 large and small). Big spacious area for covid spacing.Reduced two stars because: They legit took the whole meal and a half after the check to bring out my honey dew and caramel smoothie/boba.. so they either forgot or the 5 customers in the store made it a busy day for them....
Used to come here and place was fine. Went there again and the place was a complete dirty mess, floor looked like it hadnt been swept in months, flash used eye lashes on the floor, table condiments hand dirty finger prints all over them and crusty and old. After 30 min wait I received my spring rolls that were gross with hair in them. Then I received my pho and there was a dead fly swimming in the broth. Its really gone down hill. So grossed out I left after paying 30 dollars for flies and hair. Super gross man. No refunds were given. Ugh

Horrible... I understand with COVID-19 it is hard on business but really....I ordered the pho and combination fried rice, told them the shrimp was bad, she took my plate didn’t apologize, wasn’t surprised or anything. I was a little dumbfounded... I asked for refused, but she said they don’t do that... who is they? Whatever I didn’t push, like I said I know business is hard but that was just poor customer service.

Must pay before dining in, no table service offered at all, and you are required to tip 15% for dining in for no additional services rendered. The broth for the Pho was good, very hot, good amount of noodles, not much meat, lots of bean sprouts and mint given on the side. We needed new waters, there was no one up front to ask for more water or another side if wanted. If a business is going to require a 15% tip prior to the meal being served, I expect my table to be serviced while dinning in.
Ive been coming here since they open and I lived in the area. I have since moved but I always stop by when I come back to visit. I have tried many pho restaurants and nothing has come close to how delicious their food is. Out of all the places I visited the worst has been ocean pho. I realize that some people have left them bad reviews because the service isnt as speedy and its true, sometimes theyre understaffed and they get busy. But the food is so good that I dont mind having to wait at times. If you want good authentic Vietnamese pho, you have to visit this place.
Came down to visit family. I was craving Pho. My sister recommended this restaurant. Found a Toothpick in one of our soups. The owner was nice and understanding. He ensured me that it was the cooks last day. He gave us a free mango sake bottle as a parting gift.
Most of the food proportions are able to be shared between 2 people.😋🥰
We were giving this place another chance after going there over a year ago and not being too impressed. My husband had been craving pho and we didnt want to drive further to the place we like in Yucaipa (Ocean Pho).Unfortunately have to say after going back here today we wont be back again. We were the only dine in customers there and the guy in the back said we could have a seat and someone would take our order in a few minutes. Waited about 5 minutes and a lady (owner I think) appeared and asked us to get up from our table and come up to the counter to order. We ordered and paid to include a 15% tip that they charge in advance when you dine in.During our time eating nobody served us or checked on us for refills etc...nothing. There were no napkins at our table, so we went and got some ourselves from another table.We ordered the beef pho and the Vietnamese pork sandwich. Both were mediocre at best. The pho had very little meat in it. The pork in the sandwich was very fatty.If you have had good pho and Vietnamese food before, this place is disappointing as far as real good Vietnamese food goes to be honest.The service was pretty much non existent..the lady that took our order was abrupt, didnt smile or say thank you. She just came across as rude.I do hope the owners read their reviews and take some pointers from folks like us that were willing to give them another chance despite having a poor prior experience.
The last time I was here, I had a bad experience. The waiter told me to grab a seat. Waited at my table for 30 min. and no one came to take my order, so I left, along with several other angry customers.It’s been over a year now. I thought I would give this place a try again. I wanted some pho, but didn’t want to travel far for pho (I usually travel to San Bernardino for pho). I only got the pho special to go which cost me almost $18.I see a sign that says they charge 15% for dine in, so I try to avoid dining in. While waiting for my to go order, the waitress made the dine in customers go and grab their food/bowl of pho from the front counter/cashier area instead of bringing customers the food. The waitress’s excuses was that her feet hurts and can’t walk that far (come on, she’s wearing high heels to work, of course her feet will hurt!).So, I see customers getting up from their table to grab their food because they were told by the waitress to go and grab their food. My first thought was, if the customer accidentally trip and fall, and burn themselves with the bowl of pho they are handling while going back to their table, that would be a big lawsuit. Just a thought. Second, dine in customers are being charged 15% to dine in, but not get any service, as in getting their food served to their tables. The customers have to order and pay at the register before they can take a seat at the table and enjoy their food. Anyway, that was just my observation while waiting for my to go order.I came home with my to go pho. No hoisin sauce or siracha included in the bag. No utensils included. Noodles were very soft and soggy. The pho broth had a lot of residue I guess from boiling the meat, which was not filtered out. The broth was also quite salty, which I guess I did not need hoisin sauce after all, or else it will be way too salty. The broth doesn’t have the aroma of pho broth, but more of a plain boiled broth. It’s like they just boiled some water and threw in some meat and added salt. That’s how the broth tasted like. Nothing special that would indicate this is pho broth. So, that being said, I will never come back again.

I only ate here once and that time I enjoyed the food. The other times, and including today, they are not open as advertised as the sight says, it is not open at 8am daily. I work night shift and get out at 7:30am, so I was looking forward to having a good meal here after work. I’m just going to give up even coming here at 8am. Btw, I’ve been here since 8am, as I am making this review, it is 8:25am. Usually, restaurants would be preparing well before the opening time. I am disappointed.
First time, we ordered 2 combinations Pho Togo at this restaurant. It was like $28 totally. We went home and ate right away. The meats were not very fresh and smelling funny. the broth is so salty no flavor. Very disappointed. We barely ate anything and have to throw it away.
Take this location for what it is, a Pho restaurant that is open late and outside of any major city. It is superb for what it is. I have had much worse pho before in central areas of major cities. This was definitely worth it and if I find myself in this area, late at night, I will visit again.
Pho bowls tasted decent especially not cooked by an Asian chef. The two stars are for mandatory tips included in the bill. We were a party of 3.
In other places they give you free masks here you have to pay $1.75 nooooo. Food was terrible wont buy again.
Got dinner around 11 pm last night. Friendly staff, large portions and they are open until midnight again! Beats all the fast food chains any day. The pho is the best and their bahn mi sandwiches are good.
Verry bad customer service. That Hispanic guy was very rude as I asked for my order. To top it off he charged his Tip on my bill automatically all because we ate in side. Will never ever go back again.

Great food quality.Service is what it is. Small family restaurant, with small family running it.Price is good, taste is great, quantity, cant be beat. Like many small Asian restaurant, people are nice, but it isnt Western service standard.Understand that and you will certainly enjoy the restaurant.EDIT: I think there is new ownership, things have changed, and I honestly cannot recommend it. It just seems like the recipes and cooks have changed. I dont know, and I cannot make myself go back no matter how much I love pho.
The worst pho I ever had. The broth was salty and lacked depth. It seems like they didnt put enough spices or didnt simmer it long enough. The noodles were soggy. Meat was okay. Not a good pho joint.
This was a waste of good money. We had spring rolls, bun, and pad Thai. The meat was tough and no flavor. Ive never had pork in a spring roll, it was awful and ruined the spring roll. The tables were empty and mostly dirty. A 15% gratuity was added to the tip despite the total lack of service. I wont repeat this experience
This is the only Pho place in the area. It is VERY good! My wife and I are repeat customers. The BBQ pork vietnamese sandwich is amazing!
There was no wait for our food and it was pretty empty. they did ask 5 times if were eating in or taking it to go. I asked the waiter why if your sign says your open till 12am its is only 9pm ... He said no we close at 10:00 so you guys want to take it to go? The food is actually okay its Friday I get it people want to go home and you know what if youre taking your food to go itll be fine... Dont be surprised if you get a little bit of attitude Im sure thats just their regular attitude 😂

As a vegan there was not much of a selection for me to choose from, though this is my only complaint. Most menu items, even spring rolls, have some sort of meat in them.I stopped by for some rice and a thai tea. They went out of their way to restock their alternative milk at a nearby store in order to serve me.(Edit: 07/06/2022)After asking about vegan items, I discovered that they are actually able to make many items vegan, including their pho with veggie broth and veggie banh mi (with no mayo/etc.) The owners are very well informed on the vegan diet and this is a reliable place to eat as a vegan!
First time eating here, place was clean, service was quick & pleasant! Hubby & I enjoyed our food very much, will definitely go again!
The restaurant is clean and the pho veggie were good. The orders are cooked fresh at the time of the order and all ingredients are fresh.Ive been twice now.If you havent tried it. Id recommend that you go at least once
Jose is very well informed about how to make items vegan. He offers the pho with vegetable broth, veggie banh mi, fried rice no egg, etc. We tried the pho and banh mi.The food is delicious and filling! The owner is a super nice person too!! Very grateful and will come back at least once a week.
Worst experience ever! Poor manner, no service at all! Not even deserve 1 star! Me and my boyfriend went here few days ago. I’m not sure if indoor dining is legal these days, but they were allowing indoor&outdoor dining both. I didn’t feel safe indoor, because employees weren’t wearing mask at all, as well as customers eating indoor. So I asked to have outdoor dining. She(employee) said okay to go out and eat. But table was so dusty that I can even see full of dust on it. Seemed like table hasn’t been used for a while. So I asked her to clean table for us to have a seat. Then she said “No, I’’m busy. I can’t.” with mean tone. I was surprised. And she said “Do you want to clean yourself?” and gave me wipes. I wasn’t feeling uncomfortable, but I agreed to it and stay since I need to drive back home (I’m from another city). I cleaned it, it turned into black wipes after cleaning. She called us that food is ready. But we had to bring the plates and bowls ourselves. Asked for tray, but she said there’s no tray. (What kind of restaurant has no tray?) We got the food but the order was wrong. But I could see she is busy and I didn’t want to wait for new food, so just ate the food and went in to pay. There was a sign ‘indoor dining include 15% tip’. And she gave us a check with wrong order and tip included. I told her, the order was wrong so it needs to be corrected and we got no service at all so we’re not paying the tip. She said tip has to be included since they’re cleaning the table and washing dishes. I told her they didn’t clean the table and I did. I brought the food myself as well. We didn’t get any service. Then she said “it never happened like this. If you don’t want, then don’t pay. But bring the plates in.” I was so mad and really thought they don’t deserve tip, so I brought plates in to the counter. She didn’t even say thank you. We paid for the food and left. I really can’t understand how they can manage restaurant like this kind of mind and manner. It ruined my day. I should have never went there
This place was terrible the first time, but i love pho so i thought id give them a second chance. It was worse the second time. So many red flags, the place is empty yet almost every table was covered in plates, wonder how long they were sitting there.Then you get a guy with the worst customer service who is also the cook and server take your order grab your card and touch the computer with gloves but then goes out back to get your food with the same exact gloves, im sure he touched all my food with them. I paid $14.00 for a to-go bowl of pho, the noodles were so overcooked they just fell apart,the broth was not even hot, i got 1 dry lime and some extremely old and brown bean sprouts and black looking mint leaves.I said thank you when grabbing my food but he just looked away. Seems like this place gave up long ago.
Great pho, great spring rolls wide variety of drinks. I believe the other review regarding tips is a customer probably pushed add 15% and didnt read that they take tip out already and instead of pushing none they pushed 15% adding more to total I try to come here every Sunday after church .

I did a good review a couple of years ago, but sadly I have to change from 4 stars to one star. In y last visit I was served by a guy that looks like an Asian gangster, (I hope I dont offended anyone) he was not friendly at all. The soup was very poor quality. I was told that the soups price has gone up, I have have extra charges for a cup of water and I was charged for the tip and I was told that it was not optional anymore. I never went back again. I am sorry this happened to this place. I wont recommend this place.
I went to this Pho restaurant on 9/26/2019 and ordered a soup with extra seafood. The shrimp was awful, it tasted like rubber. I think one of the shrimp was rotten. The service was horrible . Had to wait for a cup of water. Soup was done is 10 minutes, but getting the check was a nightmare!!! I asked two people for my check and no one got it. I had to go to the register to pay after being told to and had to wait another five minutes. I was livid! So 10 minutes waiting just to pay, no tip and still paid for my food.
Im writing this review while I sit here now for 50 mins waiting for my 2 bobas. Seriously I feel that they need more staff at hand because the table also has been dirty since we been here. Also they need some work around when their register/computer isnt working.

The restaurant was grimy. Food was mediocre. Service was mediocre. Server did not wear a mask. He was not familiar with the menu items at all. BUT if you dine in, gratuity is automatically added to your check. So you have to pay for below basic service

The food is amazing. There has not been a dish Ive tried that I dislike. The restaurant is family owned and the people that work there are friendly. Just wished they had better customer service or else I would have given it a 5 star rating.
The place seems clean and food taste good but the Lady at the register made a big mistake. The soups are big so we asked for a container to go and the minute we pour it into the container there was a hair at the bottom of the bowl we told her and all she said is sorry and still charged us for the whole bill didnt offer to remove soup from Bill or a discount
Give it 5 stars only because the food is delicious. The only issue is that there are not enough employees. For instance last night only one person was working the counter, cooking the food and bringing the food to the tables.
Food was bad. Service is extremely slow-waited at least 40 minutes for mediocre noodles and rice. Didn’t even offer beverages and didn’t provide bean sprouts and vegetables with our order. Both soups were essentially lemon juice. Rice and beef were meh. Don’t come here if you are looking for a nice lunch or dinner. Would not recommend.
I would give 5 stars because the PHO is amazing, however, When I go in with my Asian husband the pricing us correct, however, when I go in by myself I am overcharged for the same meal same time of day, etc. I wouldve never thought that this would happen as my husband gets me Pho from here frequently and weve gone in several times together with no issue. I was literally overcharged by nearly $4. Sad...they just lost a weekly customer.
I bought some pork spring rolls to go and she gave them to me Cold. Dont they suposed to be warm! My first time eating them as cold. Food is ok but she need some customer service lessons😇
I visit this place yearly and it never fails to serve up some good ole classic Vietnamese food. All in the food tastes authentic and fresh. The place has a humble little spot in a strip mall and the environs are simple. The service (family run) is professional and often times quiet and soft spoken. The mother is particularly friendly and warm. One can tell they work hard to prepare good food consistently. The pho is great and the spring rolls delicious and fresh.
They got my order wrong twice. Theres always, always dished on almost every table. And the orders can come very late. I do love their pho though! Wish theyd be a little more cleaner, and pay attention what what you order.
This is the worse Vietnemese Restaraunt I’ve ever been to. Our drink we have to send one of us to get it when we almost done eating. Table dirty. Chop sticks are the reusable ones, very dirty. The dips taste so old. The soup taste stale. Government should not allow this kind of business. I feel dusts on the chopsticks and everything else on the table. Bean sprouts and mint leaves are so wet it’s like they just took them out of a running water n put on our plates. How sad! They quick to take our $ but never come and ask if we need anything during the time we were eating. Horrible experience!!

We have been coming here for several years, and the experience just keeps getting better. The #35 soup is out of this world amazing; truly unlike anything I have ever had before. The service is great, the atmosphere is cozy, and the couldnt be nicer. We love Pho 92!!
Over charged me 15.00 for 1 wonton soup for a take out and without a receipt. It is a ridiculous price. Most of their soup is 9.95 . How did it come up to 15.00? A big RIP off. Never coming back. Beware!!! Make sure to check your receipt. They will over charge you.
Its been a years were not going to this place, because the foods its terrible taste and of course because the Vietnamese chef is not always here to cook ! Today is a first day Im bring my mom back here to try again! But the service is terrible, were been sat here for almost half hour and hes did not come over asking what we want to order? Saw a few customers give up walked out... I have to called him over and told him what we want...finally saw the owner come out we said hello and told her were been waiting to order, took about 5 minutes she brough the foods out, the Pho tasted is ok but the spring rolls is has too much cabbage and only haft slice of shrimp with a tinny slice of pork.NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! I known the owner but sorry we are not giving anymore try to be here again 😡

If there was a 0 star option!!! Talk about a waste of money. I shouldve bought a can of soup or top ramen. Sloppy presentation, egg and spring rolls gross, old vegetables shrimp and rice gross, seafood pho really expletive disappointing and even the boba drink tasted like strawberry milk and mydaughter hates strawberry milk!
The Pho is always great. They dont have a lot of staff on board so sometimes there is a wait. The staff is hard working and nice. Their boba drinks are great as well. Definitely recommend to come try but remember to be patient.

I payed with my debit card and she automatic just adds a tip into it without even asking me. Didnt even give me a receipt or anything. Didnt realize it til I got home. I give up on this place. 1st time here when it first opened it was great! food was good and the authenticity was on point. Took you almost 10mins to come collect the bill.ZzzZzzIm the guy to tip whether service was there or not, but demanding a tip... you get nothing? This place used to be great, yesterday was by far my last day ever going there I paid $12.14 cents which is completely different than the price thats online. Then I was told it be 20 mins arrived at about 30 minutes and it still wasnt ready the guy said 5 more minutes which ended up being 10 more minutes to get a semi warm broth 3 shrimps amd some pieces of the supposedly crab a 1 half inch piece of squid. So at this point I feel that for noodles and broth cold broth I can buy some at the staters next door or some top ramen wont be coming here anymore extremely disappointed !!!

Great place for a casual, healthy meal. Today I ordered the vegetable chow mein with soft noodles and a pineapple boba smoothie. Generous serving, didnt think I would finish, but I did! Hot, fresh, very tasty...sauce was so yummy!
Ive been coming here for 3 years. Tonight will be the last. Ordered Pho came out with egg noodles and no basil. I let it go owner said they ran out. I asked for Jalapeños and she grab one from the kitchen cut it on a dirty serving cart then handed it to me bare handed then put gloves on lol. I ordered spring rolls as an appetizer and they came out after my Pho and were 98% lettuce.the food has always been good but this was it for me.This place has always had questionable food handling practices but tonight I saw it all. I saw the owner with gloves on peeling shrimp in the dinning area at a table . While wearing gloves and never changing them I saw here peel shrimp handle money on three different occasions wipe down two tables with a dirty rag and went back to peeling shrimp with the same gloves. How this place has an A rating I will never understand. Guess its out to Yucaipa and Ocean Pho.🤢
I ordered vegetable pho with spring rolls and it all tasted fine and dandy. Until the next morning I woke up with food poisoning, throwing up all of their salmonella contaminated food. Not to mention, when I went into the place to pick up my order, there was a gallon of milk sitting on the counter with the lid off. Who knows what else they do to the food. I wont press charges but for the sake of your health, dont ever eat there!

Ive always wanted to try pho and I was pretty hungover I didnt know how to order and the lady at the counter was very nice and taught me how to order what i wanted.After I got my food I was blown away instant cure and the food was amazing
The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is ok. I love pho and theirs is good. The only disappoint is the beverages. Can sodas$1.25 special ice tea $2.25 I saw the lady make it from Kroger instant ice tea powder. Disappointing. Come on. Dont be so cheap with the drinks and the restaurant would be great
Been coming here for more than 7 years, and it is still one of our favorite places. The food is excellent, the owners are friendly, and they always make us feel like family. We will keep coming back as long as they are open. Highly recommended.

Not sure how anyone could look around and call this place clean. Very surprised it has a A health rating. Watched mice run back and forth behind the register and drink refrigerator, the whole time I was trying to eat my pho. Tried not to think about it while I was eating or look too closely at anything dark floating in the broth. Ew.... that was definitely a one and DONE. On the bright side, eating here probably builds your immune system lol.

Large portions, lots of noodles, meat, say beans, all good. We got ours with no customers arou d us (early in the day) like warm and the broth was kinda thin, but overall good.
Great place. Service was great and most of all, food was great. U wont get hungry even after small dish. If I love pho, gotta come by here..
The food is good but the employees take your order bring your food but never come back to see if you need something else. I think its kinda pricey.

Very disappointed. Soup was lukewarm and not very tasty... and Thai Tea was horrible. Tasted like there was soap in it. There are so many more delicious Pho Restaurants in the Inland Empire, this place can’t compete.
Ugghh where do I start. I have been to this place 3 times and all 3x were horrible. Let me start with their grand opening, waited for 30 min to get order in, then another 30 min to get food. When food arrived it was hard noodle, I ordered pho soup, husband ordered cubed beef. Beef was a little rare. It wouldve been nice for them to let us know how long it wouldve been. But we let it go because it was their grand opening. 2nd time we came in with my brother. We order the same thing, brother ordered pho as well. Lady probably in her late 30s took our order. Mind you she did not have her pen and pad and took our order. Got our drinks and 10 mins bro and i got our food. We were thinking ok good so far. So brother and I are half way to our pho and husband did not get his beef plate. Thats another 15 mins past by, total of 25 mins. So I raised my hand and little lady says what you need and then look over at hubby and notice he wasnt eating and said. Oh my god, why you not tell me? Well we were not sure if they had to slaughter a cow or something. Obviously I raised my hand. Pretty much blamed us and spoke Vietnamese. 3rd time ordered to go, didnt want to be in that place. Person on phone said ok come in 15 mins so I did and waited in car for another few mins. Got there, food was not ready. Waited for 10 to 15 mins. No apologies. Last time I will be in that establishment. Lady is rude, dress like a skank, speaks in another language way rude, little does she knows Im half Vietnamese. So Im not racist, just need some good customer service. And do not like how she checks me out. Owner or not, treat everyone with respect! And learn how to run s bussiness!!!!! Im a nice person so I gave them 3 chances :*
I ordered the veggie pho. They forgot the tofu, the vegetables were old and kind of brown. My husband picked it up and said the service was slow. Wasnt great.
I wanted to try out the boba because there aren’t any boba places in Beaumont. This is one of the only places that sell boba on their menu. First of all, the boba drink was a complete rip off because it was $4.50 for a small size. They sprinkle the boba on top after pouring the drink in. The boba is over boiled and isn’t sweet. The milk tea DOES NOT taste like milk tea. To make the drink into a smoothie (just adding in more ice), it’s 3.99. All in all, don’t buy boba from here. It will ruin your point of view on boba.
Where do i began...1.Finding a clean table at 11pm was almost impossible every table was full of dishes.2.My gf doesnt eat meat she ordered the seafood chow mein and they brought out a meat plate so had to remake.. once they got the plate right it was very soggy.3. I ordered pho and they didnt disclose they had ran out of basil and pho noodles so they gave me egg noodles... This is not pho hahaha Im sorry but terrible place to eat..4. We didnt get our waters until half way through our meal when I had to whistle down some service from the back of the restraunt...5. There was a big cricket under our table....If a food inspection was to happen at the time we were there Im sorry but this would never receive an A grade.Neither finished our meals.

They have great food, but (& this may sound weird) their boba is the thing on their menu I cant go without. My kids and I are ADDICTED to their green tea apple boba!

Friday stopped by there and door was locked at 11am .And the last time I was there they charged me for a tip take out or indoor 15% . as well .there. Service is very slow.

Found a hair in my pho when I showed it to the worker denied having part in making the pho and it was my hair. It wasn’t my hair because I pulled the noodles up from the middle of the bowl and that’s when I saw the hair. They still made me pay for it. Won’t be going back.
Worst service ever! Non existent honestly. Wait for food is a forever (30min for pho when restaurant is empty?). Food is inconsitent. Poor food handling practices. Kitchen is clearly clearly visible amd dirty.

I dont know how to eat the to go meal with the cups they give you. You need a salad bowl or something or else the cups overfill when you add the ingredients to the broth.

I’m going back tonight for sure ! Extra bean sprouts are a must ! Jalapeños also! Waiter was super friendly and helpful. I ordered a Thai tea which was delicious as well !I dressed my pho up with hoisin sauce and chili oil and a little bit of mint. Too good I swear . All the meats were tender .

2023-10-22 15:08:50Been here a few times and the food is good and delicious. The place half the time looks nice but other times there would be dirty tables with piles and piles of dishes. The people taking orders are deceitful about the prices, my explanation is I would give them a budget I want to stay at and they say no problem then tell me what to order and when at the end ready to pay it turns out $30+ more and this has happened more than once. (Helpful tip) the restaurant charges gratuity no matter the size of the party eating there. Parking is VERY limited during the day so I recommend coming during the evening. Id come back here to eat if they fix the issues that they have.

2022-07-08 17:50:57I ordered Pho. The serving size is good, the condiments were plenty, just what I like! However, I had two concerns. The noodles were soggy as others have said, they were so soggy they made the broth milky. Pho broth should not be milky. That has never been a thing before. Once I dug into the noodles, I noticed discoloration as I broke the noodle ball apart. It appears that they must make the noodles, then put them into some type of heater to keep warm and they actually got overcooked, even burned. Its either that or they are serving spoiled noodles. I cannot say for sure. Normally, I eat all the noodles, but these were just not edible. The broth had a decent flavor but had a gray color which lead me to think that it was some type of instant broth, cant say for sure. This was the first time that I did not eat the whole bowl. That speaks volumes.

2022-10-09 03:37:07Pho 92 is wonderful. The chicken bowl is like soup from heaven. I imagine the owner has a a child who they hope will take over the shop someday. But then they come in and go I dont want to run the shop I want to go to college! GASP. You dont need college noodles are our whole life! No, that is your dream. I wanna be a MD in interpretative dancing. They love their child and accept that dream though they are sad. They pour their love into their food everyday until one day their child returns and does an interpretive dance in the middle of their busiest hour. And the interpretive dance is they were jealous of the noodles because they are so good. They cry and hug. Happily ever after making delicious food for us all to enjoy
