Place is cozy and clean. Friendly staff. Lots of drink and food options. Ive tried many of the Vietnamese restaurants around the area and this isnt one I would go back to. The taste isnt just up to pay with the rest. Pho was too bland, steak was too chewy, and veggies werent crispy at all.

IM GONNA BE HONEST I AM NOT BIG ON PHO ! BUT I GAVE THIS PLACE A TRY AND IVE BEEN HOOKED EVER SINCE. BESIDES THE FOOD BEING BOMB THE SERVICE FROM JAMES IS TOP NOTCH. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

This Store was recommended to me by Lina who has been doing my pedicures for the past 4 years. I walked into the store just guessing what I needed to make or some pho soup and there was a really nice lady I think she is the owner I didnt catch her name she asked me what I was making? I told her I wanted to make pho soup for my husband and son. She was so kind enough to show me everything I needed and told me she used to own a pho restaurant in corona. My experience was amazing She delivered awesome customer service walked me around the store and helped me get my ingredients. We need more people like this where people make u feel welcomed and help you out. I pray for more blessings at her store. Thank you for you customer service! FYI my soup came out amazing. I will definitely be back to buy more products. THANKS Again a satisfied customer!!

Super bomb food, everyone is friendly and welcoming. Clean, never a long wait. My fav place 😍UPDATE : nearly 4 years later from this review and the food is STILL as great as ever. Customer service is wonderful, the family that runs this business makes you feel welcome and comfortable. They go above and beyond to make sure that the order comes out just right. Love the personalities of the family, the mother is an absolute sweetheart and the son is a total joy. The rest of the staff are just as kind and delightful. If you’re craving the best Vietnamese food you’ve ever had, this is definitely the place to go! Forever the top pho spot I’ve ever been too, even better than over in OC / LA. 🫶🏻

Theyre our extended food family (lol), weve been eating here for over 14 years, and have always been greeted as such. My family loves everything they make! Their Pho broth is the best weve had in three counties!! 😋 Always hot, fresh, and with amazing flavor!! ❤️

Ive gone here for so many years and i have not 1 complain, we truly love every item on their menu and drinks as well. They are my #1 go to for fresh hot pho 🍜 we are lifetime customers and they meet our special needs even when it comes to door dash . Definitely recommend

Only 22 dollars for 2 regular sized bowls of Pho. Super friendly staff. Super quick service. We only waited about 5 10 minutes for our food. Really good food! Definitely recommend the Number 5 bowl. Super good! So full!

I just found this place and it’s a Gem!I enjoy the vegan pho, spring rolls with tofu and their fried rice with veggies tofu with no egg. It is made with really fresh ingredients. I have placed phone orders and it’s always ready when I arrive to pick up.They are extremely courteous and prompt.This is my favorite for now.

I went yesterday 6/30/16 for the very first time. When I walked in the place was empty. I was greeted and seated by a nice woman while a younger lady sat at the table reading.I love Pho and being from No. Cal I have tasted great Pho but since Ive moved here to So. Cal the Pho I have experienced was good. Not great but good! For me the Pho was so flavorful and aromatic. The fried shrimp appetizers were mouth watering. Ive officially found my Pho away from home restaurant!

Me and the family have been coming here for 8 years now, the food is always fresh and delicious too. Tom the owner and his sister Li are very nice to us but are very shy. My favorite dishes are the soup #8 sliced beef and tendon soup and my other favorite dish is #108 with beef and semi soft rice large noodles. The spring rolls are delicious, also love the pork fried rice. They have a variety of Vietnamese drinks/smoothies and sandwiches to choose from. The service is so so and the waiters/waitresses are family and dont speak good English, the culture doesnt smile so much because I think theyre all shy. So if you want perky smiles and jumpity American style service this isnt the place for you. I go for the great homemade authentic food.

Pho 99 offers deliciously authentic flavors in the many dishes I have tried, a family style atmosphere, and is a very clean restaurant. The family that owns and runs this place is very kind and will remember you after a few visits. Best Pho in all of Riverside by far.

This place has the best pho, believe me! None of the other places in this area or others comes close. The broth is unlike any of the others. It’s very lean, no greasy residue from the beef like most places have. The noodles plates are delicious. Try this place, you won’t be disappointed. The service is really good as well, super friendly.

I am vietnamese. I know how food is suppose to taste. The food is horrible. The service is even worse. I ordered a soup dish and it was super salty. I told the guy that it was salty and his response was oh its because he heated up too long and walked away. That is horrible customer service. On top of that the meat is old not fresh; you can taste the lack of freshness. Water is empty the whole time while employee plays on phone. This place is horrible.

Food was very bland... and to top it off I found hair in my soup... then the owner just came back and gave me another fork like really! He didnt even offer me a discount or apologize for the hair in the soup. Wont be coming back again.... The noodles are also served and stored next to a sink where they wash their hands...

I was in the area and craving some Phó on a chilly day. The place is kept really clean and the food comes out pretty quickly. However, the food is nothing to boast about. The staff wasnt very welcoming.If youre in the area, give it a shot. For me, with several other phó places around, Ill probably visit other locations before consider going back.Oh, debit or cash only.

Such delicious and fresh Vietnamese cuisine! Laid back environment, classic home-town service. There is a charge to pay with a card so I always try to remember to bring cash. Good selection of boba and smoothies too!

I had my first taste of PHO 99 today. Service was ok, the front of the house can use a little more smiles. Food wise it was not to bad, nothing near as good as Westminster orange county PHO. the prices i thought were a little high for being bland, i ordered the PHO number 1, meaning combination of meats example tips,brisket,rare steak,tendon, meatball. I expect for $7 not half a meatball and 2 slices of rare steak. the broth was very good lots of seasoning can taste the rock sugar and star anise very tasty but for my taste a little to much salt other then that broth was great, i cant say that for the meat, it was flavorless like if they boiled it in water before dumping it in my bowl, i expected same flavor in my meat thats in the broth. My rare meat was not rare usually its still pink when its brought out, but this time it was as tough as an old rubber boot, assuming it was precooked. With this being said i rate 2 stars out of 5 the question is, will i be coming back?.... probably not, the drive out to oc is only 20 mins and well worth them!
