2023-11-30 01:21:56I ordered the short rib garlic and it was burnt. The meat was dry and had no taste. It looked like old meat recooked. I’ve ordered this dish a couple times before and it was good but this time around it was a disappointment.

2023-05-15 10:33:31I typically prefer to avoid coming to this chain but it was raining and this was close to the area that are we are staying at.The menu is very straightforward, all in English. I like that they kept it simple. I went with my usual pho chin which is the thin steak but cooker. I dont like to get the rare version. But my husband did.The pho broth was actually good and had a strong flavor profile. It came with the standard vegetables, bean sprouts, limes and Thai basil. Overall good pho.

2023-10-05 01:38:17This place is DELICIOUS. Weve driven past it a hundred times but didnt stop until this evening, and were sooo glad we did. The restaurant is beautiful inside. The ambiance is tranquil, but also modern and stylish. The girls working there are so friendly. Everyone was helpful. In particular we were helped by Ashley, who was knowledgeable about the menu and so patient with us. She was a great server who went the extra mile. The owner (or manager) was there, and he took interest in the customers, helped serve, and asked us how everything was. Ayleen cleared our table and she was so sweet! We tried egg rolls, pho, and a 3-protein combo bowl with a little bit of everything. The food was so fresh and so satisfying. We will definitely be back.

2022-01-21 23:57:52Someone put a lot of effort into the decorations and it was sparkling clean. Huge patio, lots of TVs, cute robot busboys, rice wine cocktails. We ordered veggie fresh rolls, veg pho, fried rice, and crispy tofu. The food tasted fresh and healthy, but a bit under seasoned for our taste. Waitress was very nice.

2021-10-20 21:15:26We were happy to come and try this location as it just opened not too long ago. We tried a few pho restaurants in the north county area, but have never been happy or impressed with the food. I grew up eating at Pho Hoa on El Cajon Blvd, which I feel is the most authentic. Since I have moved many times I have not been there in years, but crave to find that 1 restaurant. This is better than any of the other restaurants I have found in North County. This is part of a chain, so the food is comparable to the other locations. The food seems to be a bigger portion, but the price also reflects that. I dont think I have ever paid so much for a plate at any pho restaurant. Maybe due to COVID? Anyway, it ranges from $13 - $15 a plate without the cost of add ons. The inside of this location does not match the outside. The inside is very clean and with modern decoration. The outside location is run down and there were homeless on sitting at the other end of the building. As far as service, it is the traditional pho restaurant service. They do not engage in small talk, just want to get your order and get you in and out. Think of it as a fast-food restaurant with a restaurant setting. Then you wont be disappointed in the service because your expectations will be different.

2023-11-01 03:19:15The first handful of times we went not bad pretty good. The lemongrass beef bahn mi was good. Sometimes the extra broth is super salty. But tonite though, worst meal i ever had there. It was “crispy” shreadded pork spring roll. It was more cold pork, a lil bit crunch, basil n noodles. And then the duck noodle soup, worse duck noodle soup i have ever tried., it was yellow, pretty much tasted like greasy chicken broth, the duck was just boiled i guess, not much flavor, cooled pretty quickly. I tried to make it taste better with all the extras it came with but it was not good. My partner asked the man if we could at least compromise on the check but the man who came to our table just gave us excuses and we just paid for it. Left a very full bowl on the table. N half a spring roll. The man who came to our table was not even our original waitresses, they did fine. But the table was never cleaned. How did the man just all of sudden decided he needed to come to our table? Was it the fact that we stopped eating n there was still a lot of food in front of us? What prompted that? Hmmmmmmm… anyway whoever cooked that meal tonight, well keep cooking like that n u will lose more customers. We should have had at least some decreased check, but no, paid w a bad taste in my mouth from not just food but now also service.

2023-10-29 03:51:04Food was delicious and very reasonably priced. I’ve spent a lot of time getting pho in Colorado and wish I could bring this place back with me. Truly worthwhile
