Great food, and the service is SUPER cool. They legit have 2 or 3 robot servers. The employees put the food on the robots shelves and it actually comes to your table. First time Ive ever seen a restaurant use this before, it was so cool. Anyways, the service is good and theres plenty of seating here. The pho is great, and the spring rolls are really crunchy. Robots were the highlight of the meal. Keep in mind that around 30 minutes before closing, they will tell customers they cannot dine in and that you can only do takeout.

First time here and didn’t disappoint.Would be 10/10 but we gave it a 9.9 due to the Sriracha not being thee sriracha. But not their fault due to supply and demand. Service was super fast ! Good, beautiful, tasty, and cooked so well food. I love how “robots” “server” you the food. That’s awesome and something we don’t see everyday!Thai tea is so tasty! First time here.. sitting area was crowded.. staff is new and friendly.. my chicken was cold when it was served to me but i ask for another and it was hot the second time around.. garlic wings were not what i had expected. The rolls were good and the soup was good too. Lemonade was fresh and cold!

I realize this is a chain restaurant, and I have no idea of their corporate policy, but this particular location charges $0.50 for anything extra such as sliced onions or cilantro. What you get for $0.50 is tiny portions of extra. There are plenty of other pho places that provide generous servings of sliced onions and extra cilantro at no additional cost. I will be going back to my favorite pho place even if it is extra 10 minutes of driving.

Great food, came out fast, and cheap. However i came an hour before closing, and they were already packing up and closing the store, putting up the chairs on the table and handing us the check before even finishing my food. It was kinda scaring the customers and they were eating a lot faster to avoid them having to wait any longer. In my opinion, it was super rude of them to clean up that fast. Other than that, nothing else wrong! Service was good and id say it felt like legit viet food.

The food is good, large portions, reasonably priced. I usually order online. Sometimes it’s fast. But about 1 out of 5 times I’ll show up and they haven’t even started on my order even after 30 mins. And the staff working the counter don’t seem to care, you can barely get them to check for you.

They are very welcoming especially Pascula who checked if my food is ok. Good manager 👍 Classic spring roll good for a bit so hungry feeling and with their broth and my fave..just beautiful presentation on the Thai Boba Tea👍 Reasonable price too and love the robot but its good not all robots for we want to still see people.

The Banh Mi here is some of the best I’ve ever had. The meat pho’s are also amazing. The seafood pho was only OK - not a lot of seafood or flavor for that matter. Service was quick, but not always very friendly. Also I’ve seen fruit flies flying around the last two times I’ve been here.

We’ve been going here for over 15 years. We ❤️this place!! Great food and great service!
