The Pho - it is way above average you would find elsewhere. To be exact, much better than some in Little Saigon. The broth is rich, well-balanced and delightfully crafted. Worth the drive.

Came to try the pho at this restaurant. I was impressed with my rare steak pho! I ordered,went to the restroom, when I came back my food was ready very quick service! Servers kept bringing us water. Overall good experience here will return.

I ordered a Thai Tea, it showed $3.95 on menu, but when the waiter brought the check, the price was $5.45 plus tax and plus the additional $0.5 for boba. The waiter didn’t provide receipt after charged credit card until I asked for it. People should be aware of the commercial fraud here.

One of the best Vietnamese restaurants in the area. Place is cozy but restroom is dirty.. Staff seem not to understand English comes up rude. Must try their #1 Pho and #42b beef stew with French bread soup.

I had high hopes afterreading all the reviews here but a little disappointed after dining here. we ordered the pho noodles and frankly, the broth wasn’t great. good enough i guess if it’s the only one open as most Vietnamese joint around closes at 8 pm or it’s the closest one to you

This place is pretty good and we would come back. We ordered the pho and it was good. I tried their bun bo hue and it was okay, a little too much fish sauce for my taste. We also ordered the egg rolls which were good, oddly they were flat but not bad at all! I wasnt expecting much from this place but perfect place for a recovery meal after an event at NOS. Staff was friendly and like a lot of Asian restaurants you just need to flag them down to get their attention.

This place has delicious Pho. Its our to go spot. They only offer outdoor dining now thanks to our wonderful governor Gavin Newsom... dont forget to sign the recall petition!Back to the wonderful Pho, come try it out. I gave it 4 stars because I didnt appreciate their employees smoking near the dining tables. They should go smoke across the parking lot. Besides that this spot is great!

I only order the #1 and it hits the spot everytime. Its fresh, hot and decently priced for the amount of food. Their prices have gone up a bit but still fair when eating at a restaurant. Dont forget the tip! I believe its family owned and the service is friendly and fast. Clean and interesting atmosphere, its at a convenient location towards West side. Highly recommended.

The one thing I enjoy most about this location is youll hearing not only vietnamese people speaking to other viets in their language. Youll be hearing Spanish, Americans, Chinese, every other language yelling across the room all over.Its a really lively environment.Foods great too, nothing too special, just standard ingredients used in pho.The bad part about this location is, its right on the edge of San Bernadino.. take that how you will. 😂

I would highly recommend this place. I been coming here for years. The food is always fresh and favorable and the pho 🍜 is my favorite thing to get next to the beef Vietnamese sandwich. The people that work here is always friendly and the atmosphere is always busy. Since covid they have outside tables but mostly take out right now.

My husband and I went to this restaurant on Friday. I ordered #51 vermicelli with beef & my husband ate two sandwiches. I really enjoyed my food and their service UNTIL when I felt this yellow plastic like foreign object in my mouth. So my husband brought it to the counter and told the owner about what happened Well, she was not happy and start questioning if that foreign object really was in the food as if she was doubting that we purposely put it. She ended up giving us like $3 discount but I was upset how the owner handle the situation. I really liked the food but I will not go back to that restaurant.

This is a fundamental Vietnamese restaurant that serves incredibly satisfying foods at reasonable prices. Nothing to complain, only praise. Dont expect it to be like those restaurants that are owned by TV chefs that insult you to pay high (tax-free) tips to their own waiters instead of giving them better salary and benefit, so to pocket the profits. Such a deviously sad business game that they are playing in a weak and polarized society.

This restaurant is horrible the service is absolutely terrible. They are constantly messing up orders and when asked about it have a million excuses as to why their service is not up to par. The food itself is mediocre at best and not worth the bad service the restaurant provides. Overall I am very i satisfied with the service and the food and would recommend eating anywhere else.

This place has come a long way! It’s been here since I was a kid. Their coffee is by far the best I’ve had in this area. It’s thick and strong! (That’s what she said) haha Unlike most places where it’s usually watered down and try to fool you into thinking they gave you more than expected. The staff is very nice and the establishment is clean. Their pho is good and they give you good portions. You know it’s good when, there is a group of Vietnamese o.g’s having loud conversations over coffee and regular the joint. Lol

Dinner Orders came in first instead of appetizers, not very consistent with service. Some nice folks, though needs works with food and service.Ordered Dice beef; the proportion were small, and only had 10-13 tiny pieces.The vegetables was not tasty, it was greasy. Mostly paying for the immense amount of rice for that dish.Pho was very salty and greasy. Did not drink broth.Iced Tara smoothie taste like powder and it was dry.Asked the waiter for more beef. Plate never showed up.My advice. You have shout 🙌 to get the waiters attention.

This place was phenomenal!! My kids are picky eaters and said this was the best restaurant food theyve had. Everything was noticably fresh, from the crispy, crunchy texture of the fresh vegetables to the tender succulent cuts of meat.The service was exceptional! Im assuming its family owned, (thats what the atmosphere eluded to) and we felt like the only ones there with the attentive server even though there was a full house.Im so glad my friend recommended this place. I have been going here since I was a kid, and now I bring my kids here too. Their food is worth the price and then some. The meat is always so soft and savory, the noodles are always chewy with a firm snap, and the broth is rich and hearty.The workers are always kind and respectful, and always help bring my takeout to the car when I have a bunch of bags to carry.I will always recommend this place. A definite stop, and the best Vietnamese restaurant around.

This places food is full of MSG!!!!!!! on Pho!!!!! It will make you drowsy as hell!! Cant stay awake and have to drink so much water! It seems they dont use real meat broth, using meat and different seasoning, but they seem to use an artificial flavor! The original owner years ago didnt have this problem.

I love this place!! Ive been here over 20 times in the last 3 years and its always great! I love their vegan options and I usually always go with the veggie sizzling skillet dish that has tofu, mushrooms, etc. They also have great boba but no vegan boba. I highly recommend this place!

Do not come here. Terrible customer service and a B rating to go on top of that. I was overcharged by $13 on a simple 4 bbq beef spring roll order and told that I could not be refunded on my card. The best Vietnamese food restaurant in the Inland Empire; I continue to put this place to the test, and after 10 years of having discovered this restaurant, have yet not found a better place. Theres only like 10 tables and our wait time was 5 mins, I asked since it was full.Then a couple, came after us.Tell me why, they were seated first? The couple even mentioned that my son and I were there first but they still got seated.I didnt mind waiting if they had another table ready for us but the employees there completely ignored my son and I for mintues. Food is good but found a dead fly in my drink at the end of my meal. Restaurants should not operate with doors wide open with no door fans to blow the bugs away. I can only imagine what other dead bugs are in the food. Disgusting! Only food safety will have to shut them down. Its illegal to operate this way.

The restaurant is in the middle of nowhere, but the food it serves is top notch. Of all the pho places in the area, Pho Ha has the best noodles hands down. It might be the only place where I have asked for an extra order of noodles. The portions are also very generous and well worth the drive out here.

Been looking for a place that made good soup and serves a good helping. Ive been to places that served you soup in 6 once cups for close to $10. Here they made me a special order and served it in what had to be a half gallon bowl all for $10. and the soup was good.There was a negative thing though. There was a server that brought me some water. He was very kind and polite but when he got close to me, to leave me the water, I nearly gagged. Unfortunately he had a b.o. problem. The taste of pho drastically differs from restaurant to restaurant: some have too much meat stink, others have too much msg or unbalanced cilantro flavor. This place had the MOST DELICIOUS PHO Ive eaten in 15 years (living and working all over southern California)! The flavor was rich but not overpowering, the balance was so well achieved I almost didnt want to put in the bean sprouts and sriracha + lemon that I usually cut a bowl of pho to make it more palatable!The service was good - the older gentleman and lady who served me looked like they were the boss and yet they were kind and gentle in their demeanor, something I hardly see from certain businesses!The mall theyre located in is small and the lunch rush didnt look like much of a rush, but with the top-notch taste, generous portions of meat and safe, friendly environment, this place deserves your custom, for your own enjoyment even.

I went to the Pho Le in Moreno Valley, and on their menu, they listed this San Bernardino location. Since I really like the food and everything else in the Moreno Valley, I decided to visit the San Bernardino branch when I was in the area. I ordered stirred-fried soft egg noodles and it was just ok. It wasnt hot, just warm, when it comes, and the portion is a lot smaller than the one at Moreno Valley. Their food and drink menu also has less options. Parking wasnt an issue. The ambiance is ok. The customer service was not as attentive as as the one at Moreno Valley probably due to language barrier. Overall, its an ok experience.

So the Pho Ha chains in so-cal kind of set the standard for Pho restaurants around here. Their broth is consistently good without fail. Try the Loc Lac (shaken beef style). The 47++ on a hot day is the way to go. Spring rolls are on point.This location did a nice remodeling job which is much appreciated. We miss the market next door but thats another thing altogether.Finally Idk if its just me being a white dude or just how Viet folk roll but every location the staff seem.. disinterested? I ordered the soft egg noodle dish and honestly it wasnt good at all, the quality of meat was horrible. I always order the same dish at a restaurant called Sierra noodles located in fontana and let me tell you their dish is 10xs better than here. Even their customer service is amazing. First time we went it was good second time my cup of water had a mosquito inside they replaced it and apologized but then when my Pho arrived and I started stirring it there was some sort of black stuff inside and then I noticed a roach inside. I had been to other Pho Ha location in Diamond Bar recently, but its been a couple years since visited this particular loc at San Bdno. The foods were okay but the server wore black basketball head were either tired or not in the mood to work today (@ about lunch time), as appeared irritated when asked for a fork, didnt say a word just pointing a finger toward the condiment trays on the edge of table and walked away... Unsure if this pho ha related to any other location, but obviously they dont all have the same standard or any descent level of customer service, or thats the way the workers behaving at this IE loc. Noted, there were some flies hovering and landed on our table for the entire duration of our meal time, although there was no effort by mgmt to eradicate & get rid of the flies. I must admit however, that the pricing on menu are reasonable and portion size r quite generous...

UpdateThe future of this place may not be bright. I stopped going cuz of their inconsistencies. Toward the end of my meal I found the back half of a silverfish in my bowl of pho. The owner tried to give us free drinks when we were drinking water. When she didn’t convince us she said she wouldn’t charge for my bowl. When we did not agree to the free bowl she got in front of my face until I said okay. DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!

My favorite place to eat. Best Vietnamese in the Inland Empire. Number 17 pho tai and number 39 the sizzling skillet are my favorites. They also have really good fresh squeezed orange juice and good strong iced coffee. They have pretty good vegetarian dishes too, ohh and the eggrolls are the best!
