Got the special chicken and it was the amount of one chicken drumstick. The soup was ok. And this is the first vietnamese place (in all the countries Ive been) that didnt give herbs with the soup. Just sprouts.b

Order a small Kobe beef pho takeout. I was so shocked when I saw it. The portion was so little, and noodles were all in small pieces that looked like leftovers... The soup was tasteless too. And this was still for $12. Definitely will not order again!

Finally, a restaurant quality Pho places! It’s super busy but we got in quickly and didn’t wait long at all. We ordered the Pho special and Bun Bo Hue with extra meat on the bone. It’s really good! The best pho restaurant we have had in San Jose area. Well worth the wait and the price is very reasonable. We also got the spring roll and it’s delicious. The staff’s frequently refilled our water and tips included in the meal which makes it a lot easier for me actually. Will definitely the go to a Pho restaurant in town.

Chicken soup (Pho Ga) was delicious and yummy. Serving Size of soup was more than expected. Fresh chicken and vegetables 😋A small location but not necessarily the most kept up. Lots of clutter filters into the dining area.Regardless will go back to order foods to go

Poor service and less food.This restaurant has only one waitress and she is often in the back helping with cooking than to serve customers in the dining area. I saw one mother with three young kids were waiting for over 20 minutes, but no body came to take their orders or even stop by, so they had to leave the restaurant with kids crying.I asked for warm water with lemon, but I got ice water with lemon. Later, I ordered a seafood noodle. It was a big bowl filled with half of the soup or liquid: only three pieces of shrimps, and a few squid rings which were tasteless. The average noodle soups like this, will cost you about 14 dollars, but you will get a bowl with very little noodle and meat or seafood, but 70 % of the liquid, or thin soup. It certainly will not fill you up.

The customer service here is awful!!The cashiers are so rude, they definitely dont care about there costumers. They make a mistake in the order and argue that its customers fault. The only reason I go back is the food. The food is great and well prepared. So if you go to this place be prepared to encounter some rude people. I think its part of there application highering process. Be rude get the job.

Ive brought family and friends to this place Pho location and everyone loves it. I usually go with the number #7. Most places are now really raising their prices or skimping out the quantity, but the owners here are still keeping their quality and portions the same. Theres also a really good sushi place next door, so you have great options if youre in the West Covina area.

Walked into an empty restaurant with dirty tables? One booth had a kid who was laying across the seat with his feet on the wall. Watching something on a phone while the TV above him was on some You Tube Gamer Channel. Took the server a bit to bring Menus looking as if we were bothering her. Food came without condiments,silverware or FLAVOR!!! Never saw her again until I had to get up and ask for the bill. She yelled from the kitchen but didnt come out until I got up AGAIN to let her know I HAD to leave? Dirty tables, Flavorless Food, Inattentive Server couldnt get any worse/disappointing 🤨

The staff was super friendly and attentive. The food was by far the best we had eaten in our time in CA. The prices are unbelievably inexpensive in relation to the portions. So much food its basically a steal. Cozy atmosphere to enjoy an amazingly delicious meal. 5+ Stars!!!!

Peanut sauce for spring rolls was bland and very runny. The Pho broth was also very bland. Easily the worst Pho Ive ever had. The only thing that compelled me to give them two stars was the Bahn Mi Pork sandwich, it was tasty.

Super disappointed. Broth was very weak in flavor, didnt even smell like pho. No basil, ect, and sprouts looked old. I wont talk about the service cause maybe they were having a bad day or just overwhelmed considering things are just now starting open back up. Yes im a bit picky when it comes to pho. I eat it at least 3 times a month. I also know how to make it. Taught by my Vietnamese ex-mother in law. It seems to be a small ma and pa place so because of that I may try it one more time. Hoping to find a GOOD pho place in my area so that I dont have to drive to Pomona to get some.

Ive been here a few times. Ive had the phở, vermicelli with egg rolls, and shrimp/pork spring rolls. Food is fresh and tasty. It is owned/run by a husband and wife team, along with their son helping out. They were friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is located in a big plaza, so theres plenty of parking spaces. It is across the street from the West Covina mall. There arent that many other Vietnamese eateries around this area, so this is a great asset to the neighborhood.

This is my favorite Pho place in the West Covina area. I have been coming here since I moved here in 2015 and my mom and I are grateful to have found it.First the location. This place sits in a plaza across the street from the West Covina mall and sits in the same plaza as a PetsMart. There is always parking here as this plaza rarely gets packed.The interior of this place is really traditional as there is hints of Vietnamese decor scattered throughout the walls. There is plenty of seating and the restaurant never gets to busy where you have to wait.The Pho here is by far one of the top 10 Ive had in my lifetime, and Ive had my fair share. The broth for their food is nicely seasoned, not to salty, and not not salty enough. There is also plenty of noodles and meat despite whatever size you get. I always get the large Pho Dac Biet as I love variety in my Pho. Ive had the opportunity to try their Boba Milk Tea a few times as they gave my mom and I a few samplers.

This is based on service and the ability to understand english which was not the case here. We had order 2 phos but were only given one. When we approached the waitress she could not understand what we were saying so when the other lady came out she was just as clueless. Horrible service or lack of understanding was served tonight. Never will return.

I believe this is a family ran restaurant since its always the same people running the place. their prices are reasonable and theyre willing to substitute veggies for the carb ladden rice noodle bundle I hate to eat. Ill give em 5 stars for not up charging for lower carb option and for not giving we the weird look when I make a modification to their menu. I wish they had Chilli oil in the back but its all good theyre still pretty new.edit: 05/05/18 - still great place to eat. they have vegetable pho with vegetable broth that’s to die for so good. i’ve been on a plant based kick past eight months and stopped coming because i thought all they had was beef broth. i was wrong. vegan / vegetarian check out item #19 it’s the best and tell them vegetable broth. there is an option right next to it with beef broth just make sure not to pick the wrong item.

A great fast food pho spot. Good price and great food served fast. I used to eat here a few times a week when I worked in the shopping center. I highly recommend the seafood pho, its one of the best Ive had, especially at its price point. You cant go wrong with a hot bowl of seafood pho and an ice cool boba drink for a quick lunch. Yum!
