Great food, they have good quality control as they over cooked the hot pot and recooked a new one! Reasonable on the price and the drinks with the pearls was good! (Sorry I don’t know the name of it). I would go again. The pho had a really good flavor and was hot on arrival. The pork fried rice was excellent.

The presentation of the food is absolutely stunning, the taste was even better. The meat is so tender and juicy and unlike other restaraunts the spring rolls arent dry, they pack with so much flavor and I cannot stop coming back. The waiters are also very very nice, I definitely reccomend this place.

One of my favorite spots for some delicious pho!!! Today I tried the Bún Bò Huế… BOOOMB! Their broth you can smell in the parking lot😋 This is a must go to spot on those cold days and hungover nights!!

Been coming here for years. The pho (#1 shown in photo) is delicious, especially on a cold day or night. The spring rolls are tasty as well. Service is pretty quick.

Used to like it, but this last time my boyfriend brought to the servers attn that the crusted bread was overtoasted. He could not eat the roll. The man started complaining to my bfriend in his language so much, we decided to leave. Weve not been back.

Great authentic Vietnamese food! If you want flavor, this is the place!They have a large restaurant with plenty of seating, so they can cater to big groups. Its a really popular place for lunch.They dont have a soda fountain, so you have to pay for each drink if you are really thirsty.The service is good.

This place has great service. The food is always fresh and piping hot. The restaurant always has lots of people in it but never a wait, lots of food selections including frog leg and snail dishes. There are lots of different boba drinks

I know the guy server is rude, typical for an old asian dude. Anyways I have been to other pho places but this place is more generous with their meat to noodle ratio. Their broth is also consistent, not too salty or sweet. Give it a try.UPDATE: Im removing 2 stars from my previous 4 stars because the quality went down and price went up. The brisket is not tender at all, its literally a bubble gum and the broth is very inconsistent (someday its bland). Its been going on for a few years now since my last review. I considered this place as my fav pho spot, unfortunately quality went down. My new spot for now is Saigon Bay. I know their flavor profile is different from Pho lucky but it is consistent, brisket is tender, basically the food quality is better.

Im here now enjoying an extra large bowl of the house special pho. Thats the number one. I used to be a regular before I moved. Its been a good 6 months since I have been in the city and had the opportunity to come back. In comparing this restaurant to other pho joints in Southern California, it is almost shellshocking. The portion is a truly superb Captain America Shield sized bowl (only slight exaggeration.)Im sorta fluffy (fat) with a rather large appetite. Im also frugal (cheap.) So, I want value for my money. Well, I (gasp) could not finish my XL bowl. I didnt measure or anything, but for something to do THAT to me, I will guestimate that (with included fixings like sracha or however you spell it, and the dark hoisin sauce) said bowl is right around 2000 calories. I got a PILE of noodles. And enough meat for every bite! One of my pet peeves for any pho restaurant is when the meat runs out before the noodles do. In this case, I received enough meat where after I started getting full, I had to forego the rest of the noodles, and just eat the rest of the meat. And all this for 12 bucks!That is well under industry standard in price! I have paid 15 for a bowl literally half the size! After a long 5 hour drive, this truly hit the spot. I am happier then a pea in a pod! One of the best pho offerings in Stockton! And so far, in my limited experience, its one of the best pho offerings in Stockton OR Los Angeles!

The only down fall here would be…I went up to pay for my food and spotted some rat feces at the cashier area. The big rat feces type…so if you decided to eat here please be aware.

I typically never post reviews but I’ve never been so disappointed with service before. I went with my friend who has never tried phò before and I was excited to hopefully leave her with a good experience. To my surprise, the waiter was so incredibly rude as he threw the napkins at our table as he swiftly walked by without even acknowledging us and served other guests before us regardless of us showing up first. The part that got to me the most was how unequivocally rude this person was to us as demonstrated with his avoidant manner when serving and approaching us.The food on the other hand was the saving grace as it was really delicious! I recommend coming here but the service was jarring which is the absolute trade off that will prevent me from coming in again.

Food is great. The staff however is not so great. I understand the language barrier but the vibe I get is not welcoming. No smile from the tall skinny guy who mans the cashier (every time I visit). Seems rushed especially closing time, reminding us we have to finish at 10pm. I love the owner, though, whenever he is there.

The food is really tasty and well-priced. The boba is cheap too and fresh. Love the honeydew melon boba here. However, service is terrible. Ive gone about 10 times in 3 years and its always the same. On a good day, its okay. Waiters are lackluster and throw your napkins on the table looking the other way and the cashier (manager?) Also never looks you in the eye or polite in any way. If it werent for me being invited there I wouldnt because of the horrible service..the food is good though...

I used to order Pad Thai and its my favorite dish every time I go there. They used to serve a lot in one green plate and you will always feel full when eating almost 2/3 of it. Now they serve it in a white smaller plate and it was not even fulfilling. The price got higher to $10 and its totally not worth it.

Great tasting Pho! The servers are a little rude and it takes far longer to receive your meal than what is normal for pho. After you have been served, forget about seeing a waiter again. Its like they have blinders on. All in all, its a good Pho place. Not the best in Stockton by a damn site, but still really good.

Great food, especially the pho. Large is large, not medium.. extra large is extra large, i could not finish it. Prices are great too. Only bad thing is the seating is a bit awkward and cramped. Other than that the service is also adequate because you are cramped together in a small area its not hard to get the waiters attention.

The other reviews saying the servers are rude are not necessarily wrong. I dont think they intend to be rude; they just dont seem to be very expressive. I didnt mind much, because the pho was the best I have had in years. The broth was delicate but flavorful and everything in the soup was perfectly cooked. The condiments were stocked, but the containers had obviously not been cleaned in a very long time. Grease and bits of food were caked onto the lid of every container. Due to that, I didnt use any of them, but I dont think the soup even needed them - thats how good it was! I cant wait to go back.

Ive eaten at this place since I was 7 years old. This shop is open every day, holidays, rain or shine. Ive been here when its slow, Ive been here when its extremely busy, and the food always hits the spot. The broth is flavorful with the taste of home, and the ingredients are always fresh. This is one of those places that you think of when youre visiting your childhood home.

Food is good and condiments on the table are always stocked. Not sure what other people are talking about in other comments about the staff being rude. They dont speak perfect English and they come from a different culture. A few of them might seem rude if you are easily offended but its just a cultural difference. Theyre just blunt and to the point, I dont mind it at all.

We kept trying to go to a different local place for similar food and they always seemed to be closed and we would end up at Lucky Pho. The first time we went we both agreed this was the best pho we have ever had. Theyre menu is great, the appetizers are very reasonably priced, you get 2 rolls for around 5 dollars and you could honestly eat that only for lunch and be full, but then you order the pho, any pho, one order is like a dinner for two, and things like the fried sea bass etc, are exceptional and for 25 dollars youre going home full with leftovers. The sauces they include in some of there dishes to dip are awesome. I cant describe most but try them :). Its a great place, they have a lot of tables and sometimes its full, sometimes empty, no telling. Tables have always been clean. I have never seen their bathrooms but the rest of the place is very clean. We have given up on the other place and decided this is our place. There are better date night restaurants for ambience and seating that allows you to be close and talk undisturbed, like for a more secluded atmosphere etc. but when we are hungry, this is the place. Use the right most entrance, its easier usually to get the attention of the staff to get seated if they are busy.

Called for a takeout. Asked for a Pho Lucky Bowl w/ extra tendon on the side. He said 10min, I acknowledged but was trying to ask him for extra tendons on the side, but he repeated himself and I said ok and proceed on repeating what I was trying to say and he hung up on me. He was very rude for that. I am a bit upset. I am ordering for someone else and wanting to make sure they place the extra tendon on the side. Some places be hella cheap and try to play you.

I went here with my boyfriend and order two bowls of pho and two drinks a 7 up and a lemonade. The food took a minute to come out but the drinks took even longer but I wasnt worried about that the moment I got my drink the cup was still dirty and me thinking its just coke I put my 7 up in took a sip and all I taste is straight up alcohol. It was disgusting and I completely lost my appetite we left and didnt pay because that is gross and we will hit be returning to that place again. Bad service and they still tried to get us to pay and convince me that there is no alcohol in the cup they gave me. I was high dissatisfied if you wanna go anywhere just go to the hotpot place next to it the food is better.

My boyfriend & I came here awhile ago. Their customer service was just terrible. We came here at 8pm and the restaurant closes at 930pm. It only tooks us 10 mins to order but we knew what wanted. They took our orders. They didnt come to check on us and brought our food until was almost closing time. I was already getting frustrated. The second was even worse (we didnt come back for the second time, it happens in the same night). The restaurant looks nice and all but the customer service is crap. You are greeted by a tempered old man that either hates your ethnic or just plain bad attitude. After ordering and having the food ready, it was nice to see him ask if everything was fine... but after that, not ever did you see any of the servers anymore. And it was not busy at all (probably 3 or 4 other tables taken only). Our friends baby dropped the plate of chopsticks by accident and the old guy became grumpy as hell giving those bad looking eyes and moving his mouth like hell yelling silently. Like calm the f down. Accidents will happen. We would of tipped huge for the accident we caused but for those bad service and poor manners towards us. Hell no. Poor service.

Had a bahn mi sandwich and pad thai with shrimp. Ironically the pad thai is the best Ive had in a while, even though this isnt a thai restaurant. Bahn mi was good. Beers were cheap. Service is terrible though. Once seated and order placed, you had to flag down a server or walk up to counter to ask for things like napkins, limes, another beer, to go box, bill, etc. When you ask for something they just look at you and walk away, making you unsure they heard you but then return with requested item eventually (so really just rude). Maybe its a cultural thing.

This restaurant has the best Pho in the region. I lived all over the Bay and have eaten at most of the 5 star rated Pho houses in the Bay Area and the Valley. This place is by far the best and its not even close. When my daughters come home to Stockton they want to eat here because they cant find anything in San Jose that compares. This establishment is a must if you like Pho or just Vietnamese food in general.

My sister got a plate with chicken and 3 little sad shrimp 🍤!!!!3!!!! For a plate thats costed $12.99+tax!!!! So she was really upset about that. But THE WORST IS NOT THAT!!! On no. I am american/Vietnamese and called in an order of chow fun combo. I had a hard time pronouncing it but the price he gave me was $10.95. When I came to pay for it with a $100 bill. He then charged me $12.30 instead. However, it clearly states that it was $9.95 on the online menu. Heres where the confusion is... Why did he over charge me? I could understand if it was $10.95, at least somewhere close to the original price. But why such an increase? Was it because it was a $100 bill or just because I didnt speak Vietnamese good. I dont understand... But I thought it wasnt cool. How Viet sells it for only $8.95 and it remains the same every time.

Come here for the food. Hands down, they have the best pho broth in town. They have very good mi quang, and the most varieties of bun rieu. You definitely get your moneys worth here.

A great place for Pho. It may have sentimental value but Ive been eating here since middle school and its still the best Ive had. I graduated in 2008 n I wouldnt eat pho anywhere else.

Terrible terrible service and we watched the waitress drop plastic drinking cups on the ground then put them on the shelf where the clean ones were then she served drinks in them they also try to demand a tip when you pay and they get mad when you say no if the service was better I wouldnt mind leaving a tip but they never even checked to see if we needed anything
