The food wasn’t bad at all. It was very delicious and it came very very fast. The waiter Sam was hilarious, funny nice, and had great manners. Would love to come back again.

First time I went they ignored me so I avoided this place for the longest time. Decided to give it another go since it was togo only which had a better experience. Ordered a pho and a bun bo hue. Not the best but also not the worst. The pho wasnt my favorite. The bun bo hue was ok but very potent and strong in flavors. If youre not use to strong fishy flavors then I dont recommend trying and just stick to the pho.

The pho is really clean tasting and flavorful. The only complaint I have is the meat they use can be very fatty if you order the brisket. We also love the spring rolls with the peanut butter sauce. The small pho is huge. Its usually pretty quiet in there and your food comes really quickly. We love this place.

If I could give 0 stars I definitely would, found 2 ROACHES in my food. And when I told the guy he got mad AT ME even though I quietly let him know & he literally pushed my chair out and said leave ! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! THEY ARE ALL SO RUDE

Charged for a Large Pho 89 special and all I got was some minimal chopped beef, no meatballs, no tripe, no tendons, no flank steaks. Also the portion of the shrimp fried rice was pitiful for the price. Never again.

845pm on a Thursday night. This place was empty. An old man who was the waiter/busser sat at an empty table with his phone playing Vietnamese TV show loudly. You could hear his phone echo in the room. An example of how loud his phone was turned up and how empty the place was. I felt that was kinda rude. I dont go and turn my phone up while eating at their place. They should show their customers some respect. Or get him headphones. I get a better vibe from Paradise on First by McKinley. The food was good. On par with original Pho Paradise. We ordered small Pho, combination chow fun, large vermicelli bowl and spring rolls. Price...idk if its the same price as Paradise but I did see that they charged me a 5% service charge. Never had a pho place charge me a service charge before. Three people. 4 items. $55. Probably wont go back there again. Bang for buck...Applebees, chinese food. Even grocery shopping. You go out to eat for the experience/ambience. This place was sad. Just my opinion.

Ordered 3 bowls of pho: 2 x large special with 1 small seafood. When I received it, they were all the same size and looked small compared to what Ive had at other places (attached a picture). Feels like I received 3 smalls but Im not sure since this is my first order at this place and to-go. Low quantity in meat provided as well. Utensils were provided, along with the usual side of veges (no basil but did have cilantro). Also ordered 2 Thai teas - not as sweet and lots of ice, but each place does their Thai teas different. The pho did taste good and will fix your cravings, but I would recommend sticking with your usual pho place (huong Lan, 75, Thai phuket, paradise, etc) for better cost and quality. Paid $56 for 2xthai teas, 2xspecial large, 1xsmall seafood, 1xvermicelli seafood. Sounds reasonable but portions overall is like a small at competitors. For my future pho cravings, Id go elsewhere but its worth a try for anyones first time.

We came 1 hour before close and the staffs didnt look too happy when we came. They are not friendly. We also order the oxtail pho, guess what it was a small hard piece that you cant even bite through. Told the guy staffs and they say its suppose to be like that. Then told the girl staff and she made them bring a better piece. Btw its only one piece so dont order it unless you only want one order. Also when we asked for extra condiments the guy staff said yea yea yeafast as if hes annoyed. Wont be coming here anymore

Foods always amazing!The woman that works there is always friendly and a good conversationalist.It is conveniently located for me so I frequent it a lot. Personally I would rather go there than any other pho spot in town.Thanks for always providing us with great service!

This place used to be good! They are stingy and rude, hung up on the phone with us when we told them they used to give more meat in their pho! Most pho restaurant in other part of Fresno will give much more meat in their pho! If you like to be ripped off in your pho portion and meat serving, come eat here. Horrible attitude and customer service and accuses customers of stealing the meat! We would not come back. We have been eating here for years.

Phoned in take-out order on a rainy Sunday. Dining area is one small-ish main room as you step inside, without partitions. Dining area clean and tidy but seemed crowded with small tables and chairs. No booths. Probably not ideal for families with energetic children.Hostess/sever polite and efficient. Food presented quickly and was hot. Chicken and rice dish excellent. Vegetarian Pho rather bland with veggie broth (you can choose flavored broths, chicken, beef, if preferred). Average portions, appropriate pricing. Would I order again? Yes. Recommend more than one delivery service arrangement (only Uber Eats at time of visit).

I would give zero rating if I could. I’m disappointed with the owner of this restaurant with their lack of integrity and customer service. They actually accused me of stealing the meatball and tripe out of the pho when I went back to tell them they didn’t give me enough meat in my pho. I frequent this place and I know when the meat was not enough. Wow, they will accuse you of taking the meat out of the pho! Lol..this restaurant will harass you and accuse you of stealing the few pieces of meat! Really? After getting off from work, I’m too tired to be dealing with people who have no business sense, and poor customer service. Advice to you if you are the owner reading this review-don’t ever accuse a customer of stealing the meat! Please have a little more class. We and our friends will not be coming back to your business. You keep this kind of business etiquette up, your business will close down. There are many pho restaurants who treat their customers better and are not so stingy.

Best pho Ive had in Fresno so far. They let you choose where to sit if its not packed, the service is quick and the food usually comes out with 5-10 minutes. The broth is also way better compared to other places Ive been.

This place started out good, but has gone down hill! The women that greets you and answers the phone is RUDE!I never go there anymore but today I really wanted Pho and my favorite place was closed so I figured I’d give them another shot, I got my Pho to go and as I was driving home look into the vegetable bag NO Thai basil at all was in my bag which is my favorite vegetable to add to this dish there was a tiny handful of sprouts, a few sprigs of cilantro and two lil slices of jalapeño peppers I had to stop at RN Market to get Thai Basil for my dish as I will never go back to this restaurant again!

Despite the good reviews on this place, it didnt live up to the expectations on my opinion. We tried the shrimp chow mein was tasteless and dry. It didnt even look like the picture in the menu. The pho soup was good but there wasnt much meat in it. And the siracha sauce tastes sour(always check the date on the bottle).

Tried mussels for the first time we did half spicy and half regular they were very flavorful and tasty! Then we had a spicy chicken and rice plate and it was delicious. Will definitely be back when were in town! :)

Awesome food!!! Free WiFi which was surprising and service was good. What really took me away was the surrounding aesthetic because it was a really relaxing mood. Portions were larger than other establishments around the area. Definitely going to come again!

Good noodles and broth. Went there when it was slow so the atmosphere was very nice and peaceful. Solid choice for a pho spot. Disappointingly, they do not make banh mi sandwiches, which you can often find at other Vietnamese restaurants, so if you are hoping to have a sandwich with your soup you will have to look elsewhere.

Being a big pho fan, we decided to try this pho place with 4.2 stars on google review. We were VERY disappointed. In our opinions, it is NOT WORTH 4 stars! The place was clean, but the service and price for their food was horrible. We asked how big their large pho bowl was, and the waiter just said that no one was eating a large pho bowl at that moment so he can’t show us. Why can’t he simply show us the empty bowl so that we can have an idea on how big it is?? If you want delicious pho with a great portion and price, go somewhere else. Not worth the money.

Food is good. Very good. I would not order the rare filet if you are hungry and want to eat meat because they give you virtually no filet but everytime I go I really enjoy either, pho(favorite is special with everything), vermicelli bowl, or egg rolls. I have also had the seafood dish that comes in a broth with tons of different seafood. That dish is to much for one person but delicious. One time I went and they were out of basil. My advice to them would be hey guys you serve pho and R&N market is across the street. Do the right thing when you run out of ingredients send someone to the grocery store. Overall love the place but have two keep it 4 stars due to a couple issues that I have had over the last year and a half but the issues are not with the quality or taste of the food.

Quality Pho with reasonable service. If it is your goal to have a quality bowl of PHO and basically hit & run ( under 40 minutes endeavor) ...then mission accomplished. The pho is made with paste n boiling water, not real pho! I recommend somewhere on the east side like pho 75 where the broth is made with actual bones n real spices not paste n powder. Definitely felt ripped off, plus was given old egg rolls that were refried.
