I definitely don’t recommend to eat here. We had three meals. One had a metal wrapper in it, the spring roll had no herbs or anything normal like it, but some weird meat in it, and the bun cha had basically no vegetables/herbs (like mint or coriander) in it. When I asked for mint, they said they were out, although on the neighbor tables they served it with the pho..Ambiente was bad, dirty, old menus and dirt walls.

Barely any customers. You pick your own table. They have some picture menu. Didnt look at menu much because Im just there for their pho. Nice big bowel with everything in it. 😋

DISGUSTING 🤮 This restaurant needs a deep clean. When i got in i got served with water cup and there was something in my water. I got my pho, mixed my pho and i was about to eat. THERE WAS A FLY IN MY PHO !! NASTY RESTAURANT. SHUT IT DOWN. Service is also bad! Restaurant looks disgusting. It’s not like how it used to be back then. WHAT HAPPENED !!??

Ordered takeout at 10pm website says they close at 10:30, I called the lady took my order and as soon as I get here everybody is leaving and locking up the doors, I came about 10 mins later . Why would you take my order .its not 10:30.

I always hear good things about this place but have been avoiding this place because of some bad experience a close relative of mine has. After trying out this restaurant, I got to say they do make good food. The customer service is friendly, so it does make this restaurant on my to go back list.

Paradise is one of my fav place to grab Pho. After leaving the city of fresno for 10+years. Coming back and dinning at paradise. The pho still tast as good as the good old days. The only thing is the boba drinks are little expensive due to the size.

The pho was tasty and the people were nice. A can of Pepsi was $3.50! Yikes! A small bowl of simple rare beef pho was between $11 and $12.Costs of food have become insane everywhere, so mostly those who come are the few on fixed income that need to come, but their income did not double or triple like the food or the gas prices.

I found it online as I was traveling so thought Id stop in. The seafood fho was dismal, weird fish balls, fake crab, octopus that was weird shaped like it was machine made. The shrimp was fine but only a few of them in a soup with rice noodles. Paid way too much and left half of it uneaten. Such is travel....

Outdated restaurant, the menus were falling apart. A bit cluttered with their inventory boxes etc. It could use some dusting and cleaning up. The food was ok. Nothing memorable though. The Boba was not fresh and tasted like freezer. The people were friendly.

Pho (beef broth) was fairly good, but the meat cuts were very low quality. The other dishes are 2/5. Servers were disorganized in taking our orders and bringing in our food, mixing one of our food order. Our water was also not refilled. I would not come here again.

I used to love this place but they went downhill from the arguments and yelling they have before with their own workers and people that worked there. Its been years so I decided to give it a try again and the food just wasnt the same. The boba is not the same, they charge so much for the food, charge like $8 for per extra item, also charge service fee on top of tax. We got 2 boba $16, #0 pho tendon, flank on the side, #37 and we pay almost $70. I rather just stick with Nho Pho so much more for about the same price.

So prices recently went up but I feel might still be the cheaper place to go to for pho. My kids love to eat chowfun and eggrolls n they have both which r delicious. Pho portion/price is reasonable. Theres a kids meal pho too. The only thing I wish this place would have is papaya salad. The employees r friendly too.

Food was good, the selection comes in English and Vietnamese. The only issues are that you have to order $10 worth in order to pay with card, and also, they add a 4% service fee that I was unaware/not told about. They also charged me a flat 5 bucks for taxes. All in all, I enjoyed it, but j wont be going back due to their hidden fees. We had the beef pho and it was great. Servings are definitely value sized as well.

My family and I have been enjoying Paradise restaurant for years. Great service, great food at a great price. You walk through the doors and your greeted immediately and treated like family. I would encourage everyone when wanting PHO to visit this place. Love! Love! Love this restaurant.Update to this restaurant. It is under new owner and sad to say the service, quality of food and all around cleanliness have dropped drastically. I CAN NOT in good conscience recommend this restaurant any further.

1st time here on New Years day with my sister, it was packed. Everyone was sitting so closed to each other, literally 2-3 feet apart. Definitely, CDC guidelines was not enforced here. Pho was ok. My sister said they usually put more meatballs, beef, and etc in the pho but because theyre so busy, they were trying be sourceful. I could smell raw beef as I walked to the back to use the restroom. Looks like it was stored in a black bag placed in a open container right by the hallway.

Decent pho. Location itself leaves something to be desired but the food itself wasnt too bad. Thai tea was pretty gross but it isnt a Thai food restaurant so what did I really expect? I would go here again though, wouldnt be my first pho choice in town but I would go again if I were craving pho. They are open later than a lot of pho places, thats what drew me here to begin with.

Absolute best Pho in Fresno hands down because of this consistency and fast friendly customer service. The owners have done a good job implementing debit/credit transactions as it used to be a cash only restaurant. New tables and chairs with shows the the business it investing in itself long term and with returning customers in mind. Dont ever close please.

I’ve been coming here for many years since I was a child. When I moved I missed this place so much when I moved back here the service was great. But then now they’ve been taking our orders before everyone else when we were here first and then serving every else rather than us??? I have not been tipping due to the lack of service they’ve been giving I use to tip a lot actually but seems like they just don’t care.

My husbands coworker recommended us this place for their pho and man, their beef pho is so flavorful and so good! Its kind of difficult to not drink the broth while eating the noodles and meat. Its one of our go-to spots now for beef pho.

Quick service everytime I go, my husband and I order pho and spicy chicken, veggies and a side of steamed rice...absolutely delicious! I have tried other pho places but none taste as good as here! The only down side is its kind of hard to communicate with staff there since not all speak fluent english..other than that I really enjoy there food! I havent been back to this pho restaurant in over 15 years and not planning on comming back.My 1st experience was back in 2002 or 2003 when I went and order some stir fry chow fun, it was good until I saw a caterpillar in my plate. I never step foot in that restaurant until this past week.This recent experience told me that I should never of came back. There was a few of us that order pho. The order came out fast but our waiter wasnt careful and spilled some liquid on my pants. I seen him look down at it but never once like he did anything wrong. I notice he was looking back to see if I was gonna say anything but my inner self said let it go. Plus he didnt look like he knew english.

Used to be the best pho in Fresno. However, was here for the first time since covid and covid safety regulations were not being enforced. Went on March 3,2021 server was not wearing face masks so I’m pretty sure kitchen staffs weren’t either. Haven’t gone back since I saw them put the egg roll fillings in a colander on the floor. 🤢 If you want good pho go to Saigon shophouse or Nho kitchen.

Ive been eating at Pho Paradise since I was a little girl. I tried other pho places but I always seem to prefer Pho Paradise. Not because I ate there for so long, but because of their food. I would wait about 10-15 minutes for my food, and when I dont like something they dont charge for it. They are always clean, and very polite to customers. My favorite order would be Beef Pho soup, or Chow Fun. You guys should try it there!

Tables were dirty, the tray where they place the sauces were dirty, one of the containers was super dirty and empty I thought they were going to replace it, they didnt they just refilled it. There was also a fly that kept bothering me all the time. I dont mind that they were not wearing masks even though is the requirement right now for the pandemic but come on at least focus on keeping the place clean. Never again I will go.
