This is one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants. Food is always delicious, prices are pretty good also and service is excellent. The atmosphere is nice to to just go in and grab a bite with a friend or on a date.

Love this place ! The service is fast and the broth is so flavorful and just the right amount of oil. They are very generous when it comes to asking for garnishes and limes also the chili paste is fire !!! Nothing out of the packets along w the chili oil too !! :) i used to go to other county lines to get my pho but now i go to Pho T&T and stay in my county :) i hope yall give this place a try ! Like they say its always the resturant thats a hole in the wall thatll surprise you 🙇‍♂️🙇‍♂️💯❤️

Best Pho place in the area! I always order shrimp pho and shrimp only spring rolls. I tried other places and nothing compares to this place! I am a regular customer and I love that I can walk there if I wanted 🥰

I was very happy with my experience here! The location is definitely a little sketchy, but inside is nice and comfortable. The food is very reasonably priced and the portions are excellent. I loved everything I tried and will definitely be coming back soon! I forgot to take pics of the pho because we were so hungry, but trust me it was good!Covid edit: Ive gotten takeout from here several times and its always amazing quality good. Its always ready so fast and Im surprised by how good the prices are.

This is also another hidden treasure of San Bernardino. If youre looking for a good authentic Vietnamese food restaurant this is it. Their pork sandwich is generous and really tasty. The owners are very friendly and its always a good experience. I recommend it.

Value all day. All the staples done right. Pho, spring rolls, egg roll, sandwiches, vermicelli dishes and coffee are all very good. Nice atmosphere despite the location. For me this place has the edge over Pho Ha because the owner/operator Mama is super friendly and makes you feel appreciated.

Good neighborhood spot. As their name clearly states, they have pho. It was good with plenty of noodles and a fair amount of meats. But they do much more with an extensive menu. If I hadnt been craving a combination bowl of pho, I would have tried the Bo Kho, Vietnamese beef stew. Next time Im in town, Ill be sure to try it. Service was prompt and efficient.

Pat attention to the advertised prices vs what is billed, and really watch the amount they say is due because the older lady will not hesitate to over charge you if she thinks you arent paying attention.This has happened several times and I dont believe it is an accident. (She never asks for less than, its always 5 or 10 more than whats actually owed.)Food? Its ok at best. There are plenty of places which are better.

I dont like leaving bad reviews unless its warranted and unfortunately this is one of those times. I ordered the grilled Salmon ($9.99) and a Taro smoothie ($4.50) and made note of the prices as I usually do. There is a hand-written note that all menu prices are $1 higher due to the rising cost of food. Im perfectly fine with this as the explanation is understandable. The meal was delicious as many here have stated.After I finished I had to wait over 30 long minutes for the waitress to bring my check. The waitress wasnt busy at all there were only me and one other couple in the restaurant at the time (5pm). It wasnt until I gathered my belongings that she rushed over with my check and the tip tray. I was surprised to see the charge for the salmon ($12.99!) plus the smoothie ($4.50).Now Im not one to quibble over a few dollars but I felt as if I was being robbed. I tried to explain the mistake to the waitress (maybe owner?) but all she could say was that the cost of food is higher. Reluctantly I ended up paying the bill and left. The food is wonderful and tasty although the transaction at the end left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I wont be coming back.

Fake menu price. Old lady just using calculator on checkout. First time here after looking at menu and reading the great reviews. One had a Chicken Bahn MI which was the best ever and a large bowl of wonderful seafood laden Pho. The Bahn MI was an amazing $4.99 for basically a footlong sandwich filled with lots of sumptuous meat, sauce & vegetables. The Bahn MI sandwiches in Palm Springs are $15. and they arent very good.This place was on the way back from LA, an hour from PS. Will return.

The place was empty when we arrived. Two bowls ordered. Pho broth was just okay and the beef did not taste fresh.One bowl had SO MANY NOODLES and the other barely had any. We had to split our noodles.I would’ve given the food a 2 or 3 but the treatment we received was terrible.Mom and I are both Asian. No greeting, barely any acknowledgement and she did not speak to us the entire time, even when we spoke to her. I didn’t think anything of it at first. Then other non Asian customers came in and the woman treated them like humans. I was so surprised. I was also very sad to have chosen a place that subjected my mom and I to being stereotyped. To the owner: We’ve all made it out of our native lands and there is no need to judge other Asians by our ethnicity/looks.

Best pho place around, and the #1 best spot on your way back from Big Bear. Great taste, good portions, reasonable price. $12 for a tasty, big bowl of pho.After a lot of outdoor activities, and especially after the snow, the rich broth (pho and beef stew) and the noodle/rice dishes totally hit.The service... well, its usually just one lady. shes nice, but its often just her. So its not like a fast-food restaurant... def slow-food restaurant.

Got Norovirus (stomach virus) shortly after eating here. Establishment looks dirty on the inside as if they take very little care into washing the utensils that you use to eat with and very likely was the cause of my almost immediate upset stomach that has now lasted 2 days. Just though i should warn anyone who may be thinking about going to eat here.

Average pho. DO NOT ORDER TOGO. I waited 45 minutes for two bowls. People that came in 15 minutes after I did were seated, ordered and served, before I got my meal. The meat was frozen. Which resulted in lukewarm to cool soup.So apparently eat there for the best experience.There was a smell of raw sewage outside that disinclined me to linger.

I cant say enough good things about this delightful restaurant! The broth on the pho was absolutely wonderful! The owner greeted us personally and treated us like family! All of the dishes were very flavorful, and beautifully presented. There are so many tantalize dishes on the menu that I could eat there for a month and have something different for every meal and Im sure I would enjoy every one of them! So good. Everything my husband and I ordered was delicious. I came in and the place was full so we waited about 15 minutes for a table. I have ordered to go before but decided to wait. The nice lady that seated us didnt realize we were there before another family and sat them before us but apologized over and over again and still took my order first. I made a mistake on my order but my husband ranted and raved how good the number 35 was wich was charbroiled pork with the rice noodles. It was great. I took his order with was Vietnamese beef stew. Loved it.. Such wonderful people. Especially the nice lady that brought the dishes. Not sure if she was the owner but seemingly so. Sorry for the long yelp but had to go in depth. Especially because the prices here are so good for the quality of great food.

Arguably the food is tasty however the service is the worst Ive ever experienced. They are frequently mistaking orders and not listening to their customers. Once I placed a call in order for two dishes, I gave the name and the number of the order and when i arrived only one order was made. I waited for the other order and when the bill came they charged me 825.00 as opposed to 8.25. It then took all the workers to figure out that they not refund my bill. Good food without good service leaves a bad taste.

Ordered beef and noodles which got brought out late. When I received my meal it was just veggies sauce and a couple pieces of beef. I informed the waitress very nicely “I’m sorry but this is not what I ordered I would like the beef noodle dish.” This waitress threw a fit as if it was my fault and huffed and puffed and she walked away. I assumed she was going to fix in but instead after another long wait time I was brought back the same dish!! With just more veggies... very disappointed in this place. First of all Im not cheap or anything, but this is a rip-off place. I ordered a number 44 ($11.50), vegetarian noodle soup ($6.99) and 2 orders of spring rolls ($ 4.99 x2 = $9.98). FOR TO GO ORDER. and had PAID $ 28.61. When I had gotten home, I only received only 2 items. The number 44 and vegetarian soup and no spring rolls. I went back to this T&T Pho restaurant and asked them about the order. One of the workers said that the Rice plate #44 is $ 18.00 something, but when i looked on the menu it was only $11.50. #14 pho beef combination with bahn mi sandwich was perfect. I liked the crispy pork. In addition to great food they have fantastic low prices! It’s cold outside and pho is way better then canned chicken noodle soup. Their broth is made with love. Bahn mi was $2-4! Pho $7-8.

Great food. The place is kinda small but youll forget about it when you start eating. The atmosphere and colors really sets.. confort. Your surroundings is always clean and prep to go. I read all the raving reviews about this place and have been there a number of times . Each time I leave disappointed but I try to give them many chance to show me that my less than satisfactory experience was a blip and not the norm. I lunched there today and cannot give them more than a 2 star rating. There was a fly buzzing around. The proprietor was more concerned with sweeping the floor than attending to me even though there were only two other tables that were occupied. I had the bun, ordinarily a relief for a hot day like today. However, the fish cake was not fresh and the portions of grilled pork and fish sauce were paltry. The shrimps were overcooked, and to my mind, possibly a day old. To be fair the sprouts and other vegs garnishing were fresh. Overall, not a good experience that I would care to repeat. The prices were also high, by San Bernardino standards and they dont offer lunch specials which makes this a last resort for a weekday lunch.

We ordered the pho with round steak and beef balls, a Vietnamese sandwich with pork, and combination soft egg noodle.Everything was very good! The pho has a nice broth and wasnt too oily. The Vietnamese sandwich was good too, especially considering the cheap price. The noodles were nice too - not too dry.No complaints on anything! Even the service was alright.

Prices are the best prices in the IE. Their pho was the best pho Ive had in a while. The reason for the 4 star was because one of the Waiters was not friendly at all. The other waiter there was a little more friendly than the other.

Love how the old lady that owns This place is so dedicated and is there all the time. She tries to remember everyone and is really nice. Food is at par for Vietnamese resto as of actual staple viet resto foods like shrimp paste over rice, BBQ chicken on rice or Pho.
