I have been here 5 times now, their is nothing wrong with this place. The food is quick, the atmosphere is amazing, it is never too busy. The food is not expensive, but actually cheaper than even places like Del Taco now a days. And you get a big bowl that usually is two servings, so it is even cheaper!The environment feels authentic, it doesnt feel fake. I go here anytime I want to eat out but dont want to pay a 60 dollars. I am genuinely grateful to have this place near me, no matter how I feel if I wanted to eat out and was unsure this is the place I would go.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We sat down outside, lady brought out the menu and water. We waited 15 minutes for someone to take our order and no one ever came out. Go to Pho Ha #7 down the street instead. They actually give you good service and food.

This was my first visit. I was treated like family. The food was exceptional. It was very busy with customers but the atmosphere of the restaurant was very relaxed and comfortable wich was an enjoyable experience. I would return again with friends.

Delicious soup 🍜 the broth is the best Pho I’ve ever had. Quick and great service every time. I love #20, #7, and my new favorite #16. I come here at least twice a week!!Edit: I had to come back and dock them a star. After coming here for years I’m extremely disappointed in the price increase. The price increased by over 20%. I love this place but with this economy I will not be coming as often. Went from paying $13 for a bowl of pho to almost $20!!

I’ve been here quite a few times. I’ve been debating on if I should write a review. The flavors of their spring & egg rolls here have always been on point. I’m sadden by the review before mine. I seen it before I was going to leave my review about how great the flavor tasted; but now I want to vomit every time I think about the photo with the roach in the bowl. My husband and I will probably not got back anymore after our last visit.

The portion is good but I was kinda skeptical about all the extra things floating in my pho. There was like 5 different meats in my pho: rare steak, meatball, broth, etc. I just wanted something simple but got something complex. It was #1 on the menu. Overall it was “okay”.

Ive had to review this, found roach in my wifes pho, man its such a shame because pho vinam is my favorite pho place, been going here for 5 years and this is the first time happen to me personally, very heart broken, looking at the reviews I know Im not the only one, management needs to do something about this, its a shame. Shame indeed, especially after that one time being shutdown by the health department5 stars for food taste,1 star for sanitaryI hope itll be better in the future.

Love this place, have tried their pho, fried rice, and sandwiches. Love it all. They are open for dine in currently. We still ate in their outdoor seating area.They are attentive and offer great service along with delicious food. The price for their dishes is reasonable.

There was a lure by the restaurant, so I stopped in to eat and catch some Pokemon. Poorer customer service than what Im used to at my regular pho place. It was a large place, which Im sure gets very busy in a college center. The place was not very cleanly and there were flies buzzing around.The boba and lemonade were both disappointing, as was my pho ga. Though in a convenient location, I will travel elsewhere next time Im craving pho.

I love this place. The Pho Ga (chicken noodle soup) is to die for. I try the soup before adding anything to it because its just amazing. I come here almost every week. The parking during week days is not complicated just validate your ticket at the restaurant and you get 2 hours free. I love this place.Must come.

I love coming here. Its only a few minutes away from my partners home and he happens to be Vietnamese. He brought me here after a hangover once and Ive been hooked since. Got to experience this gem by reference. I was so excited to try all the delicious foods they had to offer. I used to live near little Saigon and havent had authentic dishes for a bit. We had the shrimp and pork spring rolls, beef pho, beef and cjow mein, and the beef stew with rice noodles with fresh french bread! 🤤 Everything was absolutely delicious! Wendy was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. This will he our families new spot. Im looking forward to next time!

The food is great but the servers can at times take a while to take your order. There is also times when they approach you right away.Note, after the drop off your food they do not return. Not that I typically order more food, I just need more water.However, the food is delicious!! Be sure to stamp your ticket before leaving or youll get charged 5 dollars for parking by university village.

Food is great. Has a very authentic feel to it. Although it may not look nice, it is very clean. Honestly my only complaint is that they have plastic reusable chopsticks all in a bin on a table instead of disposable ones that are usually individually wrapped. It seems very unsanitary because some people put their hands all over them before picking 2 they want to use. Its a little unsettling if Im being honest. Thats my only complaint however. Everything else is pretty good.

I come here at least once a week and I wont stop lol. Every time I come they are busy but we always get seating immediately. I always order the beef pho and Im never disappointed. The food and service is consistent and I love that its family owned and these people are here hustling every day and night. Ive tried a few other places closer to home but I always end up making the 25 minute drive just to come back here.

This pho will soothe your weary soul. The broth is rich and velvety, the meat is excellent quality, and they have a generous hand with the additions (basil, jalapeños, limes, etc.).The price is excellent for what you get. Its pure happiness in a bowl (if you even let it get that far--I could just drink that broth right out of the container... and sometimes do).

My in laws wanted to come here because it was the closest one they knew about. It didnt disappoint. The pho here is tasty and plentiful. The broth is clear and tastes home made.The noodles werent stiff and there is plenty of accoutrements given for each individual bowl. Some of the basil looked withered on my plate, but my fathers in laws plate was fine. It mustve been just a bad batch of veggies.One of my favorite things here is they the condiments section. One of the few places I know that have roasted garlic chili oil for that spicy kick.Inside the place has plenty of seating, but looked to be a bit discombobulated and unkempt. The service is quick and ordering was a breeze since the waiter punches in the orders on an Ipad. This place is easy on the wallet and you wont leave hungry. If youre a starving college student (which most people that come here are) then this place is a great. I would come here again if my in laws persuaded me.

This is my regular stop for delicious pho in all of Riverside. It’s the only pho restaurant with a delicious vegetarian pho broth as well as regular beef pho broth. They have an avocado smoothie that they use real avocado and condensed milk with and it’s so creamy and delicious, so if you love avocado I recommend it. The service is friendly and kind, I always leave feeling better than when I went in

Pho VinamIve been going to this restaurant for the past four years and have never been disappointed by the service or quality of food.This family-owned joint is nestled in UCRs university village so it makes it a very popular spot for students to dine in and even do some homework in between classes. The pho soups are low in price (around $7-9 depending on the type and size) and are always piping hot when served.A lot of people will beg to differ and say that this place is not a good restaurant but in all of the pho places I have been to in Riverside, this one takes the cake. Plenty of noodles, broth, and a more than generous serving of meat in the soup makes it easy for anyone to see just how good this place is.The old man who works as the server and busser is my absolute favorite: hes such a sweetheart!

Ive been eating pho longer than I can even remember. Ive been to pho restaurants that have had terrible pho, and places that have had amazing pho. In my opinion, the pho they serve here is near the top of my list of great bowls of pho. My only recommendation for the owners is they should have a name that is more fun, like Pho Q, or Pho King Fresh.
