Not quite up to the level of Bay Area Vietnamese Pho. Bahn Mi bread was stale. Basil for Pho was wilted. Good broth though.

Delicious food. I was so happy when I was driving to the post office and saw the resturaunt sign. I have not had Pho in a while and this satisfied my craving. The broth was very very rich and flavorful. I also got the beef sandwich but had to take it home because the Pho was so filling I had no more room to eat. Cant wait to try the sandwich for dinner later tonight.
Really great fried rice, larb, red curry, Thai tea, and just the best vibe. I will come back and eat here again! Right off the highway.

One of the worst pho I had in recent years. The protein had blood-ish taste and the all the seasoning already went bad. Definitely over priced for the quantity and quality. Hot tea cost additional 5 dollars.

Went all the way to the end of the road to eat at this restaurant because it said it was open online but when we got there, it was closed (6pm). I don’t wanna leave a bad review based on that but thought someone might want to know.
Stopped in Weed for a quick lunch. We love Thai. I cook Thai. We were very impressed with the tasty and authentic red curry. Lots of people ordering pho. Clean. Understaffed but food still came quickly!!! Very friendly staff. Highly recommend. Signage is small and easy to miss. On the left hand side of the Merchantile building. It was cold and only request would be to heat the plates as they cooled off the food. Will come here on our way back!!!!
Best Pho Ive had. The owner is super nice. We had pho, egg rolls, spring rolls, and sticky rice with mango. All of them taste so good! Will come here every time I pass by Weed.
Amazing little unsuspecting gem in Weed, CA. This is some of the best food Ive had while living in Siskiyou Country; I would say its easily the best food in the county. The people who run the place are very friendly and personable and their kids, who were hanging around, are so cute and were well behaved.I got the yellow curry tofu and the flavor was amazing. My husband got the spring rolls and papaya salad. All his food was so good as well.My husband ordered the papaya salad spicy and it was truly spicy but with lots of flavor.We will definitely be back! Happy lunar new year to the owners and their family!

EAT HERE! This is some of the best food Ive ever had. All the owner, Phets grandmothers recipes. The food here is simple, but amazing. Real authentic food, and down to earth, friendly owners. Say hi from Rio. Word to the wise. Her spice is NO JOKE. Get a 1 if youre sensitive, I had a 5, and it was spicy spicy. Overall, amazing food!!!! Dont miss.
If you are passing through northern Cali near Weed- this is a must stop!!!! Pho is our family favorite and we’ve had it from many different cities and states. This is the best we have had! After chatting with the cook, owner, we learned that she uses a recipe passed down from her grandma and that they use organic grass fed beef. Even the water they served was amazing! It came from a local spring nearby and was super fresh. From the food to the people; this was a keeper! We will definitely back! I’ll be dreaming about that broth and the yummy boba tarp tea 😋.
The BBQ Beef Pho was the best pho I’ve ever had. The tri tip was barbecued and tasted amazing. The owner is very friendly! We would love to visit again next time we’re passing through
WOW! Amazing chicken done on a barbecue and was so very tasty I forgot to dip it or put a sauce on it like I normally would. I literally tore it apart with my bare hands, slurping as I went, it was SO good! Served with a little dash of some kind of cabbage salad with an invisible light sauce on it...DELISH! And choice of jasmine or sticky rice (YUM!). And its a HALF a chicken for such a reasonable price. Definitely two meals worth. I probably couldnt cook at home for this price and certainly cant cook as well. And what a super nice family! I somehow felt the food was cooked with love!
This place has the BEST Food!!! The yellow curry is to die for!! Hands down they serve fresh and made to order!! Love what they do, Thank you for bringing your ethnic food to our Siskiyou County!!!! A must stop!! We live in Grenada, and I know what we will be having once a week for dinner!!!!

I got to talk to Phet and her husband and was delighted by their warmth and dedication to delicious, ethical food! 😍🤗 The spring rolls and BBQ pork sandwich were delicious as well. Very good food, excellent service, but not intrusive. I approached the owner to ask about the restaurant; he was very pleasant and informative. We live locally and will definitely be back.
You dont get everything with your pho. Instead of telling you that they are out of tripes, tendons ( which theyre always out of but never tell you) or anything else thats supposed to come with your pho. Theyll just take your order and bring you a bowl of regular pho without all the combination meats you are paying for. Large pho are the size of medium pho elsewhere but the proportion are size small. Kids size small. Friendly owners though but expect a big bill for a few dishes only.
The Beef Larb was nicely spiced with Phets homemade seasonings. We also enjoyed the sweet sticky rice and honeydew bobo smoothie. While this is a bit out of the way, we were really happy to meet Phet and to enjoy finding a Laotian restaurant in Weed.Outside seating available.
Phet, Mickey and their children are beautiful people and their food reflects that in every way. The broth is amazing and they use incredible ingredients in everything they do. My favorite pho place Ive eaten to date. Definitely go here.

If you are ever in Weed California, near Weed California.... You Must Eat Here! You would be doing a disservice to yourself if you didnt. Family owned they are originally from Laos. This is the most pleasant surprise and the best meal Ive had in months! Phet is so humble about her incredibl food. This is one of those destination food spots that you put on the list and dream about it every now and then. 💖🙏
Wow. what an unexpected find in the Weeds. We have visited Laos and the beef larb was as authentic as it gets. the spring rolls and yellow curry were tasty and good size portions. we will be back.
My husband and I were on a motorcycle ride, found this barbecue place, and OHMYGOSH, I got the barbecue chicken and sticky rice, my husband got ribs. the food was absolutely delicious, if youre traveling in the are its 100% worth it, weve gone by a few times, sadly he was closed, we will definitely recommend this spot!!!
Was not expecting good pho in weed. I am very pleasantly surprised. $12 for a large. Good broth, good noodles, fresh veggies, beef cut a little thick but not bad.
Authentic food, great friendly service at a so reasonable price. Anyone that is passing by Weed CA needs to make a pit stop because your not going to find anything that comes close until you reach Portland OR. If spice is an issue they always can tone it down.

Ive been looking for a place where I can get bien mi since I moved back home three years ago. I discovered this little hole in the wall by accident and I was very happily surprised. Basic menu with terrific prices. BTW, the sandwich was to die for!
Affordable, fast and excellent authentic Vietnamese cuisine in Weed, CA. The BBQ Beef Pho and Beef Pho with egg rolls was a nice dinner last month when the weather was below freezing here. GPS to this gem, it is not hard to find but not right off the freeway.
These women work very, very hard. I was overcharged (I felt) but it was SUPERB!! I HAVE UTMOST ADMIRATION, RESPECT FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT. MY name is Mrs. Monica Freeman I give them 10 gold stars.

2022-01-29 23:47:55I come here with my dad to get a nice big bowl of pho, a spicy papaya salad and some delicious quality jasmine tea, the customer service is great and the food is absolutely delicious! This is the best pho hands down! 🍜 They also have a lot of great sandwiches and boba teas ect! But my favorite is the pho, this soup is a cure all and gives me life! The bone broth is full of vitamins and collagen which gives me all the more reason to come eat here. Very healthy food. Thank you for being in this little town, you are a gem 💎 and truly appreciated!

My wife really enjoyed the Pad Thai, we split the spring roll, and I loved the chicken larb (spice level: 7!) and a fresh coconut juice (still in the coconut).Our picky 12 yo son had the burger special (local beef!), our hard-to-please 8 yo daughter loved the purple mango sticky rice and declared the fries the best shed ever had.

2022-08-07 14:47:49Charming, friendly owner. Pains me to write a 3 star review but…Came in, so many good options that I didn’t know what I wanted. Owner walked me through the three that I was thinking about and decided on steamed catfish wrapped in leaves. It was supposed to come with glass noodles, but he asked if I wanted rice. I thought that was a bit odd and asked about the glass noodles… To which he said they were mixed in with the fish. Ok, whatever you recommend. I assumed rice would accompany an entrée. It almost always does.Entrée came; at first glance it looked pretty basic. A plate of plain rice, and wrapped leaves with fish inside, nothing else besides herbs. No vegetables no garnish which is odd for Vietnamese - usually there are some fresh components on the plate (herb, sprouts, or veg). The fish WAS excellent but definitely needed just a touch of moisture/flavoring... I requested Nam Prik Pao - at first I was told no, then I could make my own, then the kitchen made me one. Took the fish to another level it needed. I was happy.When it came time to pay I did a double take on my bill. My entrée was $12.99, but my bill was $21. Turns out, they charge five dollars for a small side of rice. Five dollars for rice. I felt slightly deceived; and I should’ve known better I should take responsibility for everything I order. I guess I would just expect transparency in a situation where normally rice is included, if it’s not you are aware and it’s never $5. Especially when there were other specials on the menu that included rice.

2023-08-25 22:19:47Ordered the Ahi tuna it was supposed to be cooked medium rare but was well done like shoe leather and I couldnt eat it, I told the owner I would pay for half and he flew into a rage and ordered me to leave his restaurant and never return, I obliged and left with him extremely angry still yelling at me even into the street.
