Pho was ok. Small portions.. the gave us water with no ice but yet table table next to us got ice water?? Took forever to get someone’s attention to ask for sodas and when we finally did the waiter couldn’t understand us, do to language barrier. He got us the wrong sodas but we couldn’t say anything because he wouldn’t have understood.. also got stomach bug the day after…

Great menu and their open for dine in. I Had the steak sandwich and spring rolls. First off the prices are very reasonable and the food is good and fresh Ive been back often and its always good.

Super dishonest restaurant.They charged us a 15% party fee since we had 5 people.They never told us about this fee, nor did they have a sign.We spoke with the owner and he said the fee is disclosed in the menu. We asked him to show us the menu where it showed the fee and he couldn’t find it. He said it must have been in his old menu. Then he ran into the back kitchen.Extremely dishonest owner who is trying to take advantage of customers.They didn’t even refill our waters or give us additional napkins.

Great place for Pho & Vietnamese coffee. The C14 is one of my favorites. They have pretty tasty egg rolls too. If youre not used to Vietnamese food. When you finish eating dont wait for the check, walk up to counter.

I tried special rice vermicelli (bún đặc biệt), and it was really good! The portion is a lot too (of course, this kind of Vietnamese dish would normally have lots of lettuce & cucumber) and balance of meats, vermicelli, and vegetables. The sauce was really good too! My boyfriend tried pork sandwich (bánh mì thịt nướng) and complimented it.Highly recommended for Vietnamese foods in Yorba Linda/ Anaheim Hills area.

Been coming here for about 10 years now. Love the food, love the owners. Broth is rich without being too greasy. Meats are tender. Noodles are spot on. Will keep on coming back!

The food itself was ok, but BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU PAY. They add extra costs to your total & dont give you an itemized receipt. They almost took advantage of my teenage son who invited me out for lunch. They were very rude when we asked how they reached the total. They also overstated the sales tax.

Probably the best pho in Yorba linda/ anaheim hills area. I have tried every single pho place within 3-4 miles of imperial hwy/91 and only this pho 2012 has good broth that’s to Vietnamese people’s taste. It is light, not too much spice, not too clear or cloudy, the meat is good, the vegetable fresh, and the people working there so friendly. The rice dishes are also good. Prices are very reasonable. It has plenty of parking, even has charging stations for electric and gasoline pump nearby. There are outdoor tables and benches under umbrellas you can use. We have been coming back here for a few years and the food has been consistent in taste. We return on a weekly basis now.

Excellent. I cant believe how much food we got for the price! Great pho for $8-10. Also enjoyed my vermicelli bowl and my husband got the bahn mi (order pho broth to dip in for an extra treat). The owners are SO real, kind and friendly. I would come just to see them again.

This Vietnamese food is good! We happened to be in this plaza because of in n out. We decided that in and out was not the best for our 1-year-old. So we decided to try this place. My wife got the butter rice with chicken, we got the chicken fried rice and Banh Mi. Very delicious. Give it a try!

Food is good, reasonably priced. I give a 2 stars bc I need hoison sauce with my pho. They gave me 1 little packet. When I asked, can I have some more? He replied thats all you get. I told him I would gladly pay for it but he replied stating thats all you get and walked away. Terrible customer service. I will never go back here again for this simple reason.

[5-STAR RECOMMENDATION] The chicken banh mi sandwich is absolutely delicious! You should definitely ask for extra mayonnaise (the special sauce) in the Vietnamese sandwich. I would highly recommend checking this place out! The customer service is excellent as well!

Craving Pho and since I am in Fullerton, I have decided to make a drive to Anaheim for some delicious pho.I ordered the rare beef noodles soup with a side of meatball and I opted for the fresh noodles.I will definitely come back to this place when I am craving pho and dont want to wait in line or look for parking.

A fairly decent place that offer typical Vietnamese cuisine. Their ice coffee is not as good as their nearby competitors. Also, the outside of this restaurant is named Pho Bistro 2012. Whereas, Google somehow pick up a different name registered under this establishment.
