2023-12-08 05:09:12Visiting from NYC for a conference and was recommended to try this place before I leave. Let me tell you, this was the absolute best Pho I have ever had. Not only is the food out of this world but the owners are some of the nicest people I have ever met with the best hospitality. Recommend 1000%

2023-12-12 05:06:57My friends and I are visiting from NYC. I have had my fair share of PHO i am big fan of the dish. I eat it almost 2-3x a month. Let me start by saying this is THE BEST pho i had. The meat is so tender. Every single bite melted in my mouth. And the broth was absolutely spectacular. So flavorful!!!!We also had the chicken wings and it was perfection. Perfectly crispy yet juicy.I hope we can make it another time before we go home because WOW!!

2023-12-07 21:15:30Just ate here for the first time and its my now my favorite Pho place. Talked to Chef Tom (the owner) and although its a little pricier than other Pho places its because he uses high quality Wagyu beef, and you can taste the difference. The beef is much higher quality than you typically get at a Pho place and the broth is rich and flavorful. A perfect bowl of Pho, highly recommended.

2023-09-04 21:03:58Third time here! I usually don’t review after checking a store’s consistency.Food: Pho quality is 5/5! Rich broth, rich with umami. The meat used here is also superb quality compared to most Pho restaurants.Service: all 3 times, every single server greeted me and was very warm & welcoming. I felt very relaxed here.Atmosphere: bonus! They were playing soft jazzy covers of popular songs and it was nice since I had a massive hangover. It was very much appreciated.Highly recommend this spot! I usually have 3 Pho spots in rotation (depending on my mood and taste). This spot has moved into the rotation, and it might stay for awhile 😄

2022-08-14 14:14:53Excellent pho in a town full of very good pho places. Not everything is ready for the soft opening. The place focuses on pho. There is steak, rib cubes, brisket, meatball, combo. There are also 2 kinds or sizes of noodles. The broth is rich and meaty without being oily or salty. Great new place. Quality justifies the price.

2023-11-08 18:13:11I got the combo pho which has various cuts of meat. The broth was solid, the beef was delicious, the vegetables were fresh, and the waiter/owner was very friendly. If you are reading this review while waiting in line at Pho 79, try out this restaurant instead. The restaurant recently changed its name, which caused some confusion when trying to locate the restaurant.

2023-11-11 22:16:28We stopped in because the line was too long at Pho 79 and we didnt want to wait, and Im glad we did. We ordered the Shaken Koroushi with garlic noodles and the combo pho. The meat in both dishes was tender and delicious, well seasoned with plenty of umami. I normally like to add chili oil to my pho but the broth was so good I just wanted to taste it without the extra flavors on top. The owner was friendly too.
