The food was good but...I ordered the Vietnamese coffee, the one that is offered on the menu, the one that is drip coffee with condensed milk. I was asked if I wanted small or large??? Flag #1. Got coffee, was a mug of powdered coffee mix.Big red flag... If you are going to advertise the good coffee and knowingly give someone a powdered mix that is unethical. If you dont have the things to make what I ordered say this so I can get something else.Even if the food was the best ever I would not return due to the blatant lie, knowingly giving something that is not what is ordered.

This place looks very nice from the outside and very pleasing in the inside very Vietnamese and Asian decor beautiful tank of fish swimming around.But the food on the other hand was not seasoned well and was very overpriced for two entrees one side of teriyaki chicken and one smoothie and 4 veggie egg rolls cost us $60.61. and the service was terrible it gets a zero star from me . When we were entering the restaurant we were greeted with grab your own menu and we asked if we can sit in that area to the right so we could look at the menu being their first time customer wanted to make sure we were ordering something that we would both enjoy my husband and I, that when the gentleman came to take our order he was very rushy and did not look interested in explaining to us but some of the items were that we were trying to order and then the female cashier when bringing out our food dropped our food on the table in front of us told us that there was soy sauce and Sriracha in the bag and walked away without even a thank you for visiting us hope you enjoy the food have a great night I actually was the one to say thank you so much for the food and she never turned around to acknowledge me so unfortunately because of this experience I will not be coming to visit this place ever again and I dont recommend it to anyone else.( That was take out ) - experience 😳😞😩🤔😐🤢🤯💩

Came on a rainy night. Didnt seem too crazy packed, but I could tell they were definitely short staffed for the night. Im surprised that they didnt bring in another server.We waited several minutes to finally place our order after being seated. We even notified an employee that we were ready to order. He replied that someone would be in shortly to take it. About 7 minutes later a lady came out and skipped us to take an order from a party of two that arrived after us. We mentioned that we were next, but she didnt seem to care. This bad service set a bad tone. There are other more attentive pho restaurants nearby. The optics of having 2 whites guys served before a party with predominantly minorities does not look good.Bad service can ruin a good meal, and great service can save a mediocre meal. We received the former.The charbroiled beef rice dish was skimpy and the beef was really tough. I found it strange that it seemed cut with scissors. This dried the beef out more.The egg rolls were in par. The pho broth was flavorful, but the amount of meat was very cheap. For a $12.95 bowl, it was underwhelming.Also, no dishes were bussed the whole time we dined.

We have been here a few times now and have had nothing but good experiences. The inside is nice, the fish tank keeps the kids occupied when waiting for food, the workers are all very friendly, and the food is delicious. The pho broth has a very rich flavor which weve found is a little hard to come by. The kids menu items are the perfect size for our younger child. We always leave satisfied and have a good time. We will continue to frequent this business. Definitely give them a shot if youre in the area!

Great food, service, and atmosphere! Woulddefinitely come back when I’m in the area. Place gives off the charm of a more comfort dining approach that separates yourself from your work week/day. Go enjoy!

First, the staff... Incredibly attentive and always making sure we are good (without being annoying)..Next, the restaurant... Clean!!! Do you need anything else?Lastly, and most importantly, the food... Naturally, the food usually has decent levels of sodium but this place probably has the least amount of sodium hangover vs other Pho joints...The Vegetable and Tofu (w/ vegetable broth) is my favorite and I highly recommend adding the extra noodle...Unless youre going to be eating Pho off of Conway or its surrounding neighborhoods then you should definitely be eating here.

Very middle of the road grilled pork banh mi. Not bad, not the best. Bread was crispy but not light, the grilled pork was kinda grey and a little cold, the veggies were great and the sauce was well seasoned. Not sure Id be back.

This place used to be my go to spot for Pho and then i had an experience when i ordered take out for dinner and i recieved a fly in my food. I was highly disgusted. I had eaten half the meal before i found it and i almost threw up everything when i saw it. I immediately called the location and let them know and they wouldnt give me a refund until i drove back and returned the food. So i did and they still were hesitate on apologizing and returning my money. They made me wait 30 minutes until the owner could arrive and talk to me. He then tried to make excuses for the issue and blame me for the fly. I was not having it. I was hungry, i needed to buy food for my family still and it was late, when he finally gave me a refund and tried to give me a boboa drink. I wasnt drinking anything from that dirty place. He did plead to me not to tell anyone about the incident, so i did hesitate to post this when the incident occured. Plus, I believe they have moved locations since the incident, but buyer beware. They still have the same employees and owner.

I dont think well be back. I ordered rare steak in my pho and it came out fully cooked. I ordered a banh mi sandwich which I didnt think was too bad until I tried a banh mi at a different pho place. Wow, night and day difference. This place was much more expensive than the other place. Unfortunately this place is really close to my house and the other place is in Santee, but its certainly worth the extra distance.
