The pho is great and theyve done an absolutely excellent job with the space. Will definitely be back! I really like how they are attentive if you need to call them over for anything anything but dont bother you every 10 seconds.

$19 for a small bowl of Bun Bo Hue. I was hungry again two hours later. The soup was good but not as authentic as I expected. Owner explained that they need to adjust to majority customers in the area which is understandable.Also order extra large pho. The soup taste good and rich. However, I wonder is the soup really beef bone soup or it is mixed with chicken broth or something else — perhaps this restaurant tries to be creative 😛I give 4 star because Bun Bo Hue is overprice for the overall serving size. And other dish prices are about $2 to $3 higher than other similar restaurants in the area

Been waiting for them to open for months! The wait was totally worth it. Beautiful restaurant with very friendly staff. Very authentic Pho, I added the fresh flat noodle to mine. I also enjoyed a plate of spicy wings and Vietnamese ice coffee to start.

A hidden gem! Definitely the best Vietnamese/Pho restaurant in the Bay Area. A few months ago, I was at the mall and noticed the grand opening going on and stopped in. I didn’t have any expectations but it far surpassed any expectation I could’ve had. Liam, a college guy, was waiting on me and he was the most genuine and friendly waiter I’ve ever had. Polite, attentive and very friendly, I would go back just for the service!Today I was shopping at the mall and thought I needed to stop back again. This time was even better!! I had a really great lunch and received even better service. Ashley was so kind, professional and welcoming to me and my family.This place gets 100 out of 10 stars from me! You need to check it out!

Well it was nice at the start. My husband, his cousin, and I went inside and we were greeted right away and the kind man sat us down at a booth. The food was okay and service was nice. However after my husband PAID what we ate and walked outside of the restaurant one of the women follows us outside as we walked to our car and asks if they had done something wrong. We all looked at each other confused and then she proceeds to say because we didn’t leave a tip is why she asked if they had done something wrong. No one should HAVE to tip, in reality. The worst part was that she followed us outside as if we were crooks who didn’t pay for their meals. It all began so nicely before the owner or employee decided to follow us outside because my husband didn’t tip. Will not be returning to this place. What horrid education to make customers look as if we hadn’t paid what we ate. Terrible

The BEST pho in the Bay Area and East Bay!The other dishes are DELICIOUS! Combine it with the welcoming and excellent service, you have the perfect place and atmosphere to enjoy fantastic Vietnamese cuisine!Been a loyal customer, going to Oakland location for as long as I can remember... GO HERE! Best Pho Ive ever had! I travel a lot and have had a lot of pho in my days. The broth is so flavorful! This place is hands down, the best! If youre a Pho fan, go here.

I thought I would give this place a try. On my way home from work. It started to rain so I was having my pho craving. I Yelped area and found this place. generally, I look at the reviews and see if it’s worth my business. But tonight, I was just craving for it. Decent service, but definitely overpriced for the quality I expected. I’ve had better quality at other locations that’s much cheaper. It’s evident the broth is not up to par. It’s in the borderline of nicely seasoned and bland. I also ordered their three bean dessert and much to my surprise, it’s not as good as those mom and pop banh mi sandwich shops. Pretty mediocre but to a point where it’s almost disappointing. Will I be coming back? Probably not since there are other Vietnamese restaurants around this neighborhood.Price: $$Quality: BService: B

Hands down the best pho place! We ordered #1 pho and the soup is unbelievably tasty. I can actually taste the beef bone marrow in the soup. The Bun Thit Nuong (dry rice noodle with egg rolls and grilled pork) is packed with flavor that is both refreshing and indulging. We love both dishes very much. Will come again.

Overpriced and overhyped.Very bland soup with extremely chewy meats, I literally spat out 50%.The noodle itself is right on point, not too soggy not too hard.Service is nothing but wonderful.Small portion but still couldn’t finish 2/3 of it because it just doesn’t taste good.Expect to pay 3.75% more if you don’t pay cash.. ugh no thanks.
