Pho Basil in Elk Grove

Dine in temperature was on the hot side. Thankfully they seated us near a fan. The server didn’t refill our drinks, didn’t provide straws or napkins. Could use improvement with their service. Otherwise food was great, except for the eggrolls as it was mediocre. Tasted greasy and old.

I went here on my lunch break today (8.25)Nice clean atmosphere; food didn’t take long ; best pho I ever had! Everything tasted fresh ; I got the combination pho and added on extra meat .. so worth the add on price… will definitely be back!

New owners seem cool. I like that they have banh mi sandwiches... cant wait to try one. But I really miss charbroiled pork! I would love to see this item added to the menu!

Was in the mood for some Pho and found a great spot! Ordered the spring rolls, beef chow mein, and chicken pho- all delicious! The staff is friendly, location clean, and pricing is great for the portions!

First of all, it’s not the same restaurant so be fair to the new place. Second, we have ordered here twice and the food was great. Finally, The people serving were very friendly and hospitable. We will go back.

Nothing like the old restaurant. Spring rolls are completely different, wrapped in plastic and served with straight peanut butter. Pork looks boiled and no longer charbroiled with sauce. Honestly wish I had the last owners number to get all the recipes.

New Owners are cool, Pho tasted fine nothing wrong with it. Place is close to home, and I will probably come back for take out. Servers are friendly and get you what you ask for.

Ordered online with# from old restaurant and glad I only ordered spring rolls. Not good at all and fish sauce was not the piece of heaven like the old restaurant. Set up like a cafeteria now and mostly young people in there. May try 1 more item, but not expecting much. Wish they had shared recipes, instead of phone numbers.

The place is filled with dirty dishes on every table with no servers picking them up. the wait was a bit long but the food was amazing just wish the service and clean up was more kept up
