I found this animal in my soup, I call the waiter and showed it to him .he got all mad saying that it wasn’t nothing bad and trow the animal away .He wanted me to eat the food like that .I asked to be replace and he got more mad .He was talking in his lenguaje with the other short waiter
Still a great. Food adventure. Vietnamese French bread is more airy and buttery than other banh mi bakery. Fresh and still affordable. Better than a burger.

My fave pho restaurant for 18 yrs. Tendon and all meat pho is superb as well as their desserts.
My special someone and I love going here. It reminds him of his dad who used to take him there. The waiter is really good at what he does. He is very attentive and quick. I always enjoy coming here. Most people go for the pho with shrimp but they have other excellent choices as well. I definitely recommend it.
The food is amazing and very affordable. The Bahn Mi is really the best. You don’t come here for the service, you come for cheap food that tastes great. No business can accomplish service quality and price. One needs to be sacrificed. They sacrificed service, but the price and quality more than make up for it. This made me a regular customer.
They offer vegetarian options . I love their vegetarian pan fried noodles with tofu which is number 36. The portions are double so you get double for your money which makes it the least expensive restaurant in all of California.Some of the dishes have the taste of South-eastern countries like Singapore and Malaysia. .

Great tasting food. The prices cant be beat. Though the customer service is honestly really bad. This is not a one time thing. The waiter in the morning consistently takes forever to take your order. I usually have to wait ten to 15 minutes just to order my drink. I understand stuff happens but when the service is constantly bad then I dont know. I wasnt the only customer in the restaurant looking fustrated. So just a warning on the customer service. Its either a hit or a miss.
Personally the Pho was 5/10 I got I believe Beef or Raw beef same thing 😆 now that was just the pho however they have way better things like the bakery good are GOOD! they have puddings desert that’s all GOOD just not the pho
I love this place. My parents and husband love the pho, I get the vermicelli with egg roll, and my sister gets the sandwich. The deserts are delicious. Its busy during lunch time and that is always a good sign. Its a reasonably priced place.
My family and I have been eating at this place for a few years. We consider this the best Pho soup and we gave tried others. The prices are very reasonable. Always very busy place. The waiters are not the friendliest but we have always had our orders correct, despite the language barrier. Try the bread, omgoodness, fresh and hot. The egg rolls are the best.
There was only one person in the field serving food, drinks, taking order, etc. Hes a very hard worker, and regardless of how much work there was to do, he got it done. Maybe the longest wait for order is 5 min, he would say at least 10 but hes comes sooner anyways. But I chose to go there and eat so why should I complain, I give them my gratitude for the food and service.
I LOVE this place the food is amazing with great prices and the service is alrighty. What I really hated is that one worker makes the others clean while he sits down and they argue in front of the customers and he pretends to hit the other. I have to admit the other one smiles while he does it so people think its a joke I can tell he really wants this job he is a very had worker. But the one person I said hell take your order and hell be all rude about it. Besides that I LOVE the food overall Its pretty good and I highly highly recommend it

I been coming to this restaurant for years, but lately the quality of food, portions have been getting worst and more pricey. Today, I ordered my usual chicken noodle soup and FOUND What APPEARS TO BE A NOSE HAIR. I called the restaurant and asked to speak with person in charge and the lady gave me the typical response of manager not here right now, call back tomorrow. I hope that with COVID-19 situation the kitchen staff is practicing the best and save procedures to keep customers save of virus and sanitary conditions.
Good food and workers are friendly. Would like to see the floor cleaner and the bathrooms serviced more often. Bathrooms are too dirty, floor is wet, sinks are dirty, no toilet seat covers. Other than that, food is good
The morning service here is terrible. I had Butt heads before with the morning waiter. His jokes were offensive and made me uncomfortable. He often would joke and laugh about how much my husband and I would order. Not only does that make me self conscious, but it’s super unnecessary.The lady that attended us though was unbiased and super attentive. I thank her because as I wrote this we had been waiting to order for more than 20 minutes. And no it wasn’t busy. The guy just doesn’t like us.
If this is your first time trying pho I wouldn’t recommend. Not even to go regularly the at least 2 people working there seemed mad at everyone, the place was dirty. I told the waiter that this was my first time and didn’t recommend what to try luckily the food wasn’t bad. But seriously they didn’t even smiled, did not acknowledge if I needed something or if I liked what I ordered. I only tried it because the place was near and I was shocked with how full it gets with pretty awful service
So sad I had to update my review. :(I was there 4 days ago and the server was so rude. We got there an hour before closing. And he rushed everything. Didnt take our order right he picked up our plates before we finished eating. I went to pay and get a box to go and the food I had left over was thrown away by the time I was back 😒Needless to say, if they didnt want to serve they couldve said to go only.
This place is great. I went today on Christmas with my family and it was about 20 of us and they attended us very fast and very generously. One of the greatest places to go with their amazing food its so great. 5/5 would recommend anyone to come try it out
Food is super good! I love every single item on the menu!!! But service sucks! Despite their difficulties to speak English, they dont try much to make the customers feel comfortable! And they can sometimes be rude and careless!!!! But I still go there!! Foods worth it! And a more clean floor would be nice!
Ive been coming to this place for 20+ years. Their food is delicious, the pho is the best. Ive tried many different restaurants but I always come back here. Love their sandwiches too! The place is not the cleanest but it has improved. This is my go to place when I dont want to cook. You can always call in and place an order to go.

First time there... Got a basic bowl of pho, to go. Had a minimum to use a card to pay so i got some egg rolls to hit the minimum. The pho was great. Kind of a dirty/ hole in the wall... Definitely not fancy. They also had shrimp spring rolls sitting in a room temperature display. Not too sure how i feel about going back... But the pho was good.
This used to be a place where my family would eat often but now we will never come again. Prices have shot up, rude servers, flies inside, not sanitary. OC HEALTH INSPECTORS URGENTLY NEED TO CHECK THIS PLACE. Yesterday, the server used his bare hands to grab uneaten basil from a person’s plate, tried to “wash” it, and put the same basil on someone else’s dish. Disgusting.
This place was gross! The ambient was bad, tables were dirty even after they supposedly clean them. Its always packed and the workers there try to be friendly but you can tell that they hate their job. The food not bad and is really cheap and that is the reason why is so packed. My girlfriend and I order to eat inside but after a few mimutes of lurking around we just decided to eat in the car.

We arrived at 12. No one bothered to give us a menu. We took it from the table ourselves, long story short...every table adter us got their order first. 1 hr later, we got up and left. Bad management. Order takers look and act as if they hate their job!!

Asked for 5 eggrolls along with my food. Never got them and when I asked for them they told me to wait another 2 minutes. I paid and waited more than 10 mins. Pho is very good but there isnt as much variety in pho as other places. Fresh baked bread is definitely a plus. Its a very good spot but does need a renovation.

Terrible service first and last time i come here to start of didnt even give me time to look at menu i ask for time and guy told me i had to hurry then i asked him what he recommended for kids and told me i dont know look at the menu... how could i do that if he was telling me to hurry. Then my 1 year old started to cry and was told to get him to calm down because other guest were unhappy.
Ramen noodle shrimp bowl was great but i may suggest for them to learn a bit more english since there was that small communication barrier when we ordered food. Or vis versa we can also learn Vietnamese or there language and practice with them. 👍

Their Thai tea is so good.Everything here is cheap Boba is $2 and food comes in huge plates and they are usually under $10. Usually crowded but it worth the price.

Not as clean and new as the other Pho Cali restaurants, service people are older bunch, food is just exactly the same as any other Pho Cali. If you want bánh mì or chè Pho Cali is where to go to, but for Pho, there are plenty of better place to do.
If i could do zero stars i would. They only have one server. Which is very rude!!! The rest of the of the people that work there dont speak english so if you have a question ask your server which seems like the only person who speaks chines and english. Food is ok not as good as people make it sound.

2023-12-02 05:02:53Walking distance from where I live, sometimes I am invited to go here and each time, I can say its well worth. The broth of the pho is always hot and full of flavor. By the end of the night they try to get rid of their perishable so they will give you a good deal when you buy certain items.

Right off the start the place isnt very wheelchair accessible if you are dining inside, besides that the food was okay and fairly priced, the egg rolls were actually very good ! Service wasnt that great, the guy was kind of rude. Regardless of all that i say this place is just OK. Probably wont be back.

I would recommend the bbq pork sandwich, but there are a bunch of other options (you can mix and match). They have other items like shrimp spring rolls, egg rolls, meat pastry puffs, desserts, and milk tea and Thai tea, which is only $3. They have French rolls and baguettes for cheap. There is a full restaurant also, they have pretty decent pho and other dishes. This place is good, not great, but if you want a decent and cheap sandwich, its definitely a good deal.These sandwiches are perfect for picnics. If I plan to eat it later, I ask for the veggies on the side and air fry the sandwich at home to bring it back to life

The beef stew is a very delicious soup with a thick broth, tender beef cuts and definitely comfort food 😋 Also try the teriyaki beef Banh Mi (sandwich), it’s also a favorite. They have a big menu, baguettes, and pre-packed sticky rice dishes, desserts, and something for everyone even vegetarian options.
